Do you ever think of the fact that Gracia in 03 calls twelve-year-old Ed "Edo-chan" once and that he's known all the Hugheses for four years in that version and that he shares a birthday with Elicia, making Hughes's death much more devastating in 03—or are you normal?

controversial opinion but i think roy, riza, gracia, ed, al, and winry wouldn't approve of elicia enlisting. that is if she even wanted to do it, which i don't think would be the case either. as far as she knows her father was killed by government conspiracy so

idk if she wanted to feel close to maes i don't think she'd become part of the very thing that killed him ?

Gracia and Riza are besties. While Hughes and Roy plot to overthrow the government, they do normal, mundane things like wash dishes. Elicia is the first baby Riza ever gets to hold. Gracia's the first friend Riza ever makes outside the military <3

Today (11/22) is Good Spouses Day in Japan!

In Japanese, 1 can be read as “i-chi” (in onyomi) and 2 can be read as “fu” (in kunyomi), so if you put 1-1-2-2 together it can be read as i-i-fu-fu, which sounds similar to good: 良い (ii) husband and wife: 夫婦 (fu-u-fu)! That makes the day good spouses day ^^

In a similar vein, tomorrow (11/23) is Good Elder Brother Day, cause 2 and 3 can be read as nii-san (in onyomi), so 1-1-2-3 sounds like 良いにーさん good nii-san! Many fma fanartists are already posting a bunch of Edwards as the bestest big bro on twitter xD
