So I figured I would share closeups of my current WIPs and let you ask about them if you want !

This is for the FMAbruary prompts ! It's a simple portrait.

#1 is "crossover" and I had JUST read a crazy good crossover fic with FMA/HDM by @sassydefendorflower which I recommend !!! So I drew this.

So now you know what this snake is... 😁🐍

Doing the WIP game with your art was such a good idea! May I please here more about the one in the middle of the bottom row with Roy's glove??

Aaah this one I won't post full now because it's almost 100% finished and it's a present for a friend I share the Roy brainrot with (who isn't on here but I want to wait until he receives it to post!). I'll post the others though lol 😅 sorry you got the only one I don't have much to share or say about 😬

But it's a selfie ! A selfie not everyone consented to be a part of lol, poor Roy isn't happy with it. But I think if he has kept a copy of it it's now a very dear memory for him...

It's lined in black ink and painted with watercolours as usual.

Just a quick warmup sketch but I think I'll try to paint it one of these days.

Saw a pose that inspired me to sketch this scene of my fic All the Hope, that isn't really shown in it but Roy and Riza reminisce about by the end.

At the beginning when Roy was still adjusting he frequently asked Riza for help shaving. It was an ordeal at first, hard for both of them. And with time, they learnt and relaxed.

This drawing I think doesn't depict the first time, but an early occurence. They're awkward still...

I just wanted a new, winter-themed profile pic for my discord, and this happened.

A loooooong time ago, I illustrated one of my favourite fics of @qs63 's (but this is hard I love all your fics so much ❤️🥺). This is watercolours with a digital tweak.

I wanted to illustrate the feeling of soft sadness that I get from it. But also the comfort. I don't know if I did it justice but here it is, and you can go check if I managed by reading this awesome gem 🥰

Of course. The war. No matter what world they were in, no one could avoid that, it seems. Talk about human nature. But [Ed's] thoughts are immediately derailed by what Mustang does when he reaches Hawkeye. The way he falls side by side with her, how her hands immediately shoot up to fix his tie and hat in a casual gesture. The way his hand presses against her back and stays here, and she doesn’t react, rather looking like she’s relaxing, leaning into his touch.

Now for something different, have an illustration for my next long fic that still doesn't have a real name but I call 1923.

Nihitober #26 : Mirror

Mirror, mirror, yes you're handsome Roy-boy. Looking like shit but handsome. Someone* gotta force you to put some food and sleep in you.

That'll be all I have, the angle is bad, it's not clean at all, but my eye's still acting up, so eh. Even if the angle is wrong I'm happy to have tried and that's the real point of this ! I like this drawing nonetheless.
