Oh my god. I'm not plural but my old partner was. And honestly that cat video IS what it was like when I was babysitting a little. That for approximately 20 minutes and then a HARD honk shoo. I loved it. It was the best.

I feel like it can be a different experience from the inside and from an outside perspective!

For example, when you interact with a plural person you are only seeing one body, but in their mind or headspace there can be multiple kids zooming at the same time!

Okay okay okay so I think I accidentally made a tulpa.

I have this habit of like talking to “characters” in my head as like a coping mechanism, especially when I feel like I’m about to have a panic attack or if I’m sad. talk to a fictional character in my head, one that can like, handle those kinds of situations better than I can, but I’ve been talking to a specific one for like a few weeks, and it just like…won’t shut up now? And it doesn’t feel like I’m saying it, so like…is that a tulpa? And what do I do about it.

heads up we don't like using the word tupla was we aren't sure if it's cultural appropriation or not, not saying you are cultural appropriating, just a preference- so we're likely going to call it a headmate and stuff

And we did say we don't know much about- creating headmates. But it does sound like you did will this headmate into existence so we'd say it may be one? It's technically your call and we don't have too much info we can go off of here.
