So I just noticed this while looking for details of Ekko's outfit in episode 9. This screengrab is from when he saves Jinx, it's the best one I could take where you can see both his ears.

This is during the battle, and it was really hard to catch it because everything is going so fast in this scene, but look at his ear - he has a piercing.

Confirmed in this close-up at the end of the episode.

And if we go back to episode 7, the first thing he does when he looks at his reflection...

He's shocked to see he has piercings.

So this means he got his ears pierced not right after coming back from the alternate universe; he got them pierced AFTER saving Jinx. Do I really need to ask by who?

Y'all, they didn't just craft completely new outfits together and paint all over each other's bodies - which is something they both have a proclivity for btw (look at Ekko's coat when he find out he's the leader of the Firelights in season 1, covered with spray paint; and of course his paintings of the people he lost).

Ekko didn't just cut Jinx's hair; Jinx pierced his ears too, and it would be really hard not to interpret that as a symbol of him getting closer to being AU!Ekko, as an echo (lol) of his relationship with Powder/Jinx.

These kids, man. The obsession is real.

This is maybe the youngest they look in the anime... In the rest of the flashback scenes they don't look as tiny to me,,

@angrybandages_010 on instagram and I did a collab together! Please check out their piece of Korekiyo, it's so cool!! I think Angie would've made a great antagonist for V3, and her council could've had more of an impact on the story had it lasted for more than one chapter. She didn't trust the flashback lights (which is a good thing in hindsight), and her motivation for wanting everyone to stay safe by (praising Atua and by extension her cough cough) never leaving the academy automatically put her at odds with the protagonist's goal. She wasn't contrarian for the sake of being villainous, she had an actual, consistent reason for her actions (I love Kokichi, but dAMN the man couldn't decide whether he was pro or anti murder).

Jenny and Anya would have been such a good duo. A woman whose destiny was out of her control due to her people's quest for vengeance and a literal vengeance demon. Anya would very helpfully give Jenny hundreds of different alternatives regarding Angel's curse, not understanding that a) Jenny did not curse him and b) everyone has moved on ('I once turned someone into a demon and banished them to hell, you really should have done that') while Jenny would give Anya the grace the other Scoobies don't, being a bit older and having been the outsider herself.

Jenny convinces Giles to hire Anya as the cashier for the Magic Box and the two routinely drive him up the wall.

Ok this might be such a random stupid take but I just noticed that post-catws we literally never see Steve and Natasha touch each other at all

Like in catws he’s literally grabbing her and carrying her around in battle and pushing her up against a wall and holding her up when she’s injured and she’s throwing herself into his lap to avoid gunfire and kissing him on the cheek and kissing him (!!!!) to act like a couple to blend in while they’re undercover

They’re shown to be very comfortable/not shy about touching each other (especially in a fight) so idk now that I’ve noticed it the lack of *any* physical contact between them in the other movies it kinda feels like we’re seeing a really restrained version of them from then on

I mean tell me if I’m wrong but I think the closest thing we get post-catws is them sharing the shield back and forth in aou even tho that’s not really the same thing (they were just too powerful a duo I guess lol)

Idk if this was intentional (maybe after catws they thought having them touch at all would feel too charged or something bc they saw the same chemistry that rest of us did lol) but at this point I’m kinda just laughing picturing the directors running around like chaperones at a middle school dance on all the sets screaming at Chris and Scarlett to get away from each other lmao

Thinking about what would have happened to Dave and Roxie after season 1 of JWCC (all headcanon/speculation)

I feel like they both would have gone home with a lot of survivors guilt and trauma. Like holy shit, not only are did they lose their jobs, they also have the blood of six kids on their hands.

Roxie would blame herself. Camp Cretaceous was not her first choice when it came to working for Masrani, but she was young (i’d like to think that they were both in their twenties) and prepared to work her way up to a more desirable career. She was always the more responsible counselor, sticking to the rule book when things became unstable and all else failed. It was Roxie’s decision to meet with Claire Dearing and request more staff, and she genuinely thought she was being a responsible adult by shoving aside her pride and admitting that damn, being a camp counselor was a lot harder than she thought it would be. She just wanted to make sure they could guarantee the kids’ safety, because it was more than evident that her and Dave were NOT capable of handling Camp Cretaceous on their own. She never anticipated to be sitting in a waiting room for hours. She never anticipated the rest of Masrani’s staff turning a blind eye to her concern for the kids. And she sure as shit never anticipated the entire resort falling apart in a matter of hours. And yet, despite all of that, Roxie couldn’t shake the feeling that it was HER fault that the kids never made it off the island. She left them on their own (which, side note, was extremely irresponsible of her) and because of that, she couldn’t save them.

Dave would blame himself too, but I think he would be more pissed about how awful Masrani Incorporated handled the situation. Unlike Roxie, Dave actually WANTED to be a camp counselor. He liked kids. He thought it would be a fun job. Of course, he was absolutely prepared for some things to go off the rails—that’s how life goes. What he was not prepared for was the complete lack of care that the rest of the Jurassic World staff had for him and Roxie and the kids. Camp Cretaceous was treated as a joke, an afterthought, which made it almost impossible to figure out activities and other camp stuff to make the experience SOMEWHAT enjoyable for the kids. And when everything went to shit, he and Roxie tried SO HARD to get help; to get someone—ANYONE—to listen to them. And nobody gave a shit, because these were six teenagers out of thousands of tourists and staff members, and their value was reduced to numbers on a spreadsheet. When it got to the point where Dave and Roxie had to literally STEAL a park vehicle to go find the kids on their own, that’s when he lost all faith in the higher-ups. By the time he got back to the mainland, he was angry. Angry at the JW staff, angry at the ferry, and of course, angry at himself for not doing enough.

Neither of them were able to face the kids’ parents. Dave sent some guilt-ridden emails, but completely closed out of that account soon after they were sent so he wouldn’t have to see the replies. Roxie avoided it completely.

Roxie, guilt ridden, sunk into a deep depression after they got back to the mainland. Dave, angry and bitter, became a shell of his former self.
