Didn’t realize how badly masks were needed until yesterday, but happy to serve if it’s helpful! . Now, I am well aware that these are not as effective as the n95 masks, but if there is such a shortage of masks to where even these are acceptable, then I am more than willing to accommodate! What a life! I get to be a mom to a fantastic teenager, live out my dreams & serve people doing what I loveaa Yesterday was officially my 12th time on stage & the nerves still happen right before I take that 1st step...no matter how much I've practiced! No WIN Yesterday, yet I'm celebrating getting on stage, feeling & looking like a million bucks & nailing my poses! Gotta show my people some love..... Preston is sooooooo cool & worked out with me from June - July Mon-Wed for my 2nd workout of the day & has been #1 supporter since I started!🙌🏾 Mom (Dorothy) & Dad (Jerry) & Pam have been my constant cheerleaders & encouragers as well as @tarispear, @getwaistedwithsyreeta & @justinbrownbiz who checked in often with encouragement! @inspiring_fitness85 whew Chile, those "ok, imma let you go" would turn into hour long conversations...thanks! @Kevietennant does PHENOMENAL bodywork! . @msmonical, we're connected for life since before I decided to do this & I had no idea how instrumental you are in helping me continue to lift without pain....you're THEE best massage therapist especially for people who lift! Remembering your why. . . . Whatever your dream, whatever your goal, go back and remember why you started. Cancel out the noise and the naysayers. Push and pray your way through the pain. And no matter the outcome, know that God will ALWAYS LOVE, KEEP and PROTECT you. I "won"when I kept going, when I've had many reasons to quit.... I won when I registered & showed up....despite knowing the odds. There are many people to thank this year so here we go: Preston is my favorite and best supporter, he worked out with me 2x a week the entire summer...at hot a$$ @the original metroflex ...no complaints.... My mother, Dorothy, my dad, Jerry, siSTAR, @Pam, who frequently checked on me, prayed for me, encouraged me, kept me company on Saturdays while I was meal prepping, my trainer, Kelby, who werqs my nerves like no other yet has always had my back, helped me grow in so many ways, always keeps it 💯 even when it stings and always has my interest no matter what, thanks pulling out the fighter in me, my amazing clutch nutrition coach, @Tonya_ Andrea_ifbbpro,who came through on so many levels when I was doubting what my body could do...she still believed...this has been my BEST prep ever....in 5 years (in spite of my body fighting me to release more fat!), it's been a pleasure and honor working with you...I've learned so much! #flashbackfriday to the pics I took to send to my nutrition and posing coach, @shaequeenifbbpro, before I left the hotel to hit the stage for finals at my last competition in 2016. Once you hit that stage once......either you hate it or love it.....I still love it and I'm absolutely excited about this year!
