Hello :-)
Check out my game!
Gothic Grace is a Gothic horror rules-light, GMless, diceless tabletop roleplaying game with wizards, magic and dark gods. In this game you play as wizards, magicians, and warlocks gaining their power from the bonds they create. You stalk the blood-soaked and infested streets, battlefields, and dark cathedrals of Grace - hoping to outrun the contract that's forced you into servitude for the nobility.
Gothic Grace is inspired by soulsborne games, full metal alchemist, gothic horror and the occult. Expect to see blood, religion and body horror in this game!

Just realized a new PWYW game just in time for the changing of the seasons. It was created in part by a fun creative discord game and the quickly became darker as I fleshed it out
The Ghosts Built a Home is a 2 - 4 player GMless game where one is the Human who sees Ghosts and the other players are Ghosts. The Human just wants to live a normal, Ghost free life and the Ghosts have some things to say about that. So they built a house next to there "soon to be human friend" and now want their attention.
It's a simple contested 2d6 system with notice rolls to see if anyone else noticed the strange behavior from the Human.
I hope you enjoy!!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shown interest in and supported Afterlife Archive so far. The reblogs, hearts, downloads on Itch, and the comments have been so encouraging.
This is the first rpg I've ever made, and there's been a learning curve.
But what a creative, diverse, inspiring community of people. The ideas I come across on the daily, the perspectives they explore, the limits they push with mechanics and narrative infusion— I'm often left giddy with enthusiasm over all the possibilities presented. It's just SO COOL.
So thank you for giving Afterlife Archive— and me —a moment to play in your mind.
There's still more work to be done on the game. The art part. And then the Kickstarter printrun campaign. But things are going really well.
I want to share all the new artwork that's been prepared thus far for the updated version that's soon to drop (the Demon isn't done yet— he's still in the line art stage and needs shading!):

Now available!
A good heist requires an immense amount of careful setup. Details about the security, the target, the way in and the way out, the crew, the tools needed, all of those need to be studied and planned for extremely carefully in order to make success as likely as possible.
You have none of that.
There’s a big fancy estate up on that hill that you know has to be full of all sorts of goodies.
There’s you.
And there’s the cover of darkness.
You have no idea what you’re heading into tonight, where anything is, or how you’re going to get away, but you’re still determined to make a fortune with
No Map, No Plan.
--
No Map, No Plan is a GMless roleplaying game for one to four players based on Cat McDonald's Carta system, in which you take on the role of a thief (or thieves) completely winging the heist of a rich estate with zero preparation or foreknowledge, in complete violation of the common sense about such things.
Cards conceal obstacles, chances to recover, loot, and even the way out, and you'll move from card to card discovering things as you go along. You’ll respond to prompts, try to remain stealthy, acquire treasure, and try to find your way out before you can get caught. Designed for PocketQuest 2024, and discounted for the duration of the event!

mad alien with a box is a gmless doctor who story game for 3-7 players where you will tell an entire season of doctor who stories together, from madcap historical adventures to tense spaceship thrillers.
unlike other games where each player plays a different character, in mad alien with a box everyone takes turns playing as different characters, monsters, and aspects of the story, so you don't need to worry about which player gets to be the doctor. everyone takes turns in the spotlight during the game just as much as you take turns deciding where and when to set a given episode.
the game lets you include familiar characters, locations, and monsters - you can happily play the fourth doctor and sarah jane smith fighting daleks or the tenth doctor and donna on the run from weeping angels - or it lets you create your own doctor, your own companions, your own monsters! the doctor who adventure of your dreams!
"woah that sounds like the doctor who game i've always wanted, i wonder how much it co-" FREE FREE FREE IT COSTS NOTHING IT'S RIGHT BEHIND THE LINK FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE

It occurs to me that I’ve never really explained. What our podcast is, on here.
So here goes nothing!
Follow the Leader (#ftlcast) is an anthology style actual-play podcast where we tell short character- driven stories through the use of a wide variety of gmless tabletop roleplaying games.
Typically, we record a single-session game (sometimes we do two sessions if it seems the story we’re telling is going to take longer than just the one recording session) and then we split that one recording session into as many ~1 hr long episodes as we can!
Each of our all-queer cast members has a pool of ocs, and we try to bring them back often in various games as aus.
New episodes come out every Monday during our true seasons and every other Monday during FTL Presents interstitial seasons. (we're in one of these at the time of posting on 3/7/23) Each short story comes out as a numbered arc, and you can start our podcast at any story you like by listening to any #.1 episode!
I personally recommend arc 42 (episodes 1, 2, and 3) where we play Lady Winter in the Protocol series by Post World Games and Jim Pinto, in which i play Mihva Namethari, a dryad mage-princess being woo'd very sweetly, if a bit awkwardly by a himbo Bugbear. (pictured below)
Tumblr media
and arc 56 ( 1 ), where we play I Came Here to Win by Peach Garden Games. My primary character in this episode is Garion, a vampire tailor for the supernatural, desperately pretending for television that he is a Normal Adult Human Thank You. My secondary character is Daydream, a bitchy track star who is also just me blatently doing my best taako impression. Both of these fine boys are competing in a television show to become the lucky one to get a scholarship to a prestigious wizarding university.
Or you could jump right in with our current season, Ftl Presents: Pathfinder
Tumblr media
A more traditional style of ttrpg actualplay, where we do a short campaign made up of the pathfinder official adventure modules! Its already shaping up to be quite the journey, and it's only getting more so by the week!
so yeah! give us a listen! and if you talk abt the show, we'd really appreciate it if you'd tag it #ftlcast so we can see what folks think!

Don't miss your chance on this sale! Grab a game or two, or save any more by picking up all 5! This won't last long, so catch it now!
Educational Games
Whither & Whence is a mapmaking game to help kids practice their measuring skills without even realizing it. Play in the classroom or at home to strengthen beginning math skills with kids in K-2nd. Encode is a ELA language-building game for kids who want to be spies. There's a certain amount of spelling and phonics that will make this game easier, but 3rd graders playing in teams had a blast playtesting! Older kids will love creating their own secret code, but the secret's on them: they're practicing language skills as they play! Intended for 4th-8th grade. Lil Gremlins is a journaling game for any age! Focus on emotional reactions and build those SEL skills, or use the fill-in-the-blank journal pages for kids who are working on handwriting. Use this game to help students learn to write stories and build a narrative with just a few minutes a day.
After-Bedtime Games
These games are for grownups once the kids are in bed. Whether you're a busy parent, a worn-out teacher, or any adult looking for a good game, these are for you! Have you played ALICE IS MISSING ?
By Spencer Starke
Tumblr media
Alice is Missing is a GMless instant message-based RPG played in a single sitting. Players take on the roles of the teenage friends and family of Alice, a girl who has mysteriously disappeared from her town. Over the course of play, which takes place entirely over text messaging or DMs without in-person dialogue, players will send messages to each other in-character as they learn and reveal new information about Alice, their own characters, and Alice's ultimate fate.
Hauntingly beautiful, deeply personal, and highly innovative, Alice is Missing puts a strong focus on the emotional engagement between players, immersing them in a tense, dramatic mystery that unfolds organically through the text messages they send to one another.
