New Low Weight

Been distracting myself with hrh collection rant videos and an audiobook.
I am sick and don't wanna work.
I am going to a play tonight and dinner out at a new restaurant in town called protein house. I am very excited for a legit healthier option restaurant. 馃檶
Too legit, too legit to quit
This was my dessert last night after biking. It was mildly flavored. I was trying for pistachio some-fucking-thing but wanted to try it.without adding pudding powder. 馃嵁
It was gluccomannon powder, pistachio syrup & monkfruit. No sugar cherry pie filling and zero cool whip on top.
It was fun to eat at least.

5/20/23 last weight 226
I am still weighing my lowest in 13 years.
I have hit this number 4 times now. Once in 2010. 3 times this year.
Today I am grateful for....my coach and accountability.
It is helping me make better choices.
One of the things we have been working on it better sleep.
I went to bed at 10 pm. I was exhausted. Why stay up? I turned off the episode I was trying to get thru and went to bed.
Forgot I had to make my bed.
But still...was in bed by like 10:10.
Woke up today without an alarm.
Well rested.
Did some cooking magic. Salmon frittata, roasted cauliflower and a Mediterranean salad.
And some gluccie puddings. Protein strawberry 锟斤拷 and Orange Dreamsickle.
This idea came from the Trim Healthy Mamma cookbooks/Facebook so go look it up if you want to play with it.
I basically took the idea and used what i had on hand.
Strawberry protein:
Strawberries
Quest strawberry protein
Egg whites
Sf strawberry syrup
Water
Lankans monkfruit
Glucomannon powder. 1 scoop.
Sf white chocolate 3/4 box.
Orange Dreamsickle
1 orange
Glucomannon powder 2 scoops
Water
Sf vanilla syrup
Orange skittle drink mix
I don't know why I am having trouble adding a picture.
Well shit. Just.mix it in a blender for like 2 mins. Rest a couple mins and blend it again.
My point is:
Focus on your healthy habits.
What can you do to help your future self from getting off course?
Future me is going to be eating super nutrient dense meals!!

9/22/23
I actually made it to 70 min/ 3 miles yesterday.
And here are my meals from yesterday.
BRUNCH: Wrap & soup. Soup is amazing, I am still sick and It is comforting, warm and yummy.
Walked on treadmill after work while finishing Supernatural, which was hard. I get stuck on shows at certain areas and can't move past them. I love this show and I struggled to end it. It felt like I would be ending them, you know.
And I loved the ending. I cried. 馃槶 so many feels. The ending they deserve, indeed.
After that, fish tacos with mom, watching New Amsterdam.
And Gluccie pudding for dessert. Tried for a rocky road flavor. It was not sweet but that was ok.
A good day. Still a bit sick but I am trying to not let it settle in my lungs.

Yesterday's food, for full, brutal accountability:

I don't even want to count the full thing right now. So I will come back for that. = 1892 [MFP]
And 3 50 cal seltzers & 3 sf popsicles [Included in above tally]
Best laid plans were seemingly going good. Lots of protein, lots of volume & fiber.
But Ok, so no one needs that many desserts. The sweet tooth is killing me. At least I didn't eat the full bar of chocolate. But donuts were 580 extra. Add 200 for chocolate? Ugg. Almost 800 cals in extra snacks at the end of the night? Fucking bullshit.
The sweet snacks are over 1000! Shit shit shit

Ok. Now you know.
So you can do better.
The snack plate was great 馃憤 The alternating seltzers & sp water/diet pop was also great.
The angel cake dessert was probably just fine.
The donuts and choc was the foible. You can stop future foibles by not buying these products. You can't eat them if they aren't in the house.
Future plan for snack time: Cucumbers & celery first- preferably cut up so they take longer. More strawberries, more sf jello, some yogurt for protein. Half quantity so if you really need to, you can have 2? Gluccie pudding? If you can manage to make it.
You need to start making sf jello in quantity. You can mix with fruit or yogurt for a parfait but it would take alot of time to eat.
Time to chase and attack those goals bitch.
Get after it!!

Coffee today:
Wide Awake Sea Salt Caramel
Whole Earth Stevia, Monkfruit sw w MCT powder
Jordan's skinny syrup: Caramel
Gluccomannon powder, less than 1 scoop
Blended with a frother.
Don't have a fun name for this one. Mount Caramel Monk?
Weigh in day is technically tomorrow. Today was preemptive. I feel thinner. I was hoping for anything under 226, which has been my fucking sticking point. I haven't been under this weight since 2002. I have hit 226 now 4 times. Once in 2010, and 3 times this year. I want to blow past this weight, just for my mental health, DAMMIT.
I thought yesterday went decided, except for the headache. That was rough.
First meal was ground beef & gravy... then I think I had some snacks. A pack of popchips and a mini kind bar. Then I had these low carb stuffed peppers- they were good but I am still working on that recipe, I think it could be better.
After work, I went to Ross to see what they had for skinny syrups. Not much. 2 bottles in the whole store. Well, fuck it, I snagged them.
Came home, did some things.
Mom wasn't hungry so I didn't have a "dinner". I did have this dessert, which was strawberries, cake artic zero, & a gluccie pudding I made last week that didn't set quite right.
