This case is making me so fucking angry. theyre using common transphobic language, and also theyre not even HIDING their BLATANT FUCKING TRANSPHOBIA-

The second paragraph. 'Roxy Tickle is a man that wants to be a woman.' Okay, well a simple google search says shes transgender. Going a bit more in depth? She has done Three years of hormone therapy and gender reaffirmation surgery. Like this isnt a transgender woman who has done nothing to change her identity, she's got surgery and 3 years of hormone therapy! And looking more into it? She has said;

"I am now legally a woman.

“I am already allowed to have a female gendered passport thanks to the letter from my GP confirming that they are treating me.

“I only have one step left - to update my birth certificate to say that I’m female.

“I needed two medical specialists saying they have seen my genitals and they both needed to sign a form in the presence of a JP.

"These are the most extreme levels of identity proof I’ve ever come across – to have to show your genitals to an MD is embarrassing to prove who you are. The documentation has all now been completed and I will mail it this weekend."

That was all 4 years ago. 7 years of this shit now. (as of today, april 11th, 2024)

And the poster still refers to her as a he?

And thats the picture they use. Now heres a better one.

That was deliberate. They used an unflattering photo of her, and a very flattering one of Sall, just to try and tip people to Salls side. Common marketing ploy.

More research shows that she now has her birth certificate identifying her as female.

And this isnt enough?

By her logic, shouldnt a trans man be allowed on giggle, no matter how far through transitioning they are, purely because they were born female? I get the feeling that she would say no. This is simply blatant transphobia. Personally, I cant do anything, being a minor. I'm not sure how far this case is along, seeing as it started 2 days ago.

But I simply cant let this slide. When I saw it this afternoon it made me so fucking angry.

This case could change a lot of things. Make a lot of changes that make everything far worse for non cis gendered people, potentially influencing things world wide

To your knowledge Shadow didn’t have a vehicle. The mode of transportation you’ve seen him take is chaos control or running. Is he going to carry you to the restaurant? Not that you’d mind being carried but it didn’t seem like something he would do. It’s be more plausible to take you by the hand and teleport you to the entrance.

Your thoughts were interrupted by a roaring engine. Shadow pulls up on what appears to be a custom made motorcycle.

“Get on,” he commands you and so you do.

“Since when have you had this?”

“That explanation can wait until we get to our destination. For now, just hold on tight.”

Loosely, your arms wrap around his waist. A foot of space between his back and your chest is left.

“Do you want to fall off? Tighter.”

Taking a few seconds too long Shadow forces the bike to lurch forward. Brakes are immediately applied after and your body slams into his. Instinctively you shut your eyes and squeeze him.

You can feel his chest jerk as he playfully chuckles. For a moment Shadow’s gloved hand rests on top of your arms. “Better,” he states.

During the ride, he was a tad distracted by you nuzzling into his neck and back followed by content sighs. While you’re not able to see it, it’s undeniable that a sly smile is plastered on Shadow’s face, clearly proud of himself that Rouge’s his little plan worked.

Jason is back at his Crime Alley safehouse after a long night patrolling, beating up assholes etc. and really looking forward to sleeping the day away, when the doorbell rings. Grumbling, he heads over to the intercom.

Jason: What?

Kid's voice: Hello! Would you like to buy some Girl Scout Cookies?

Jason wonders why the fuck a girl scout would set foot in Crime Alley, but when he checks the security cameras, sure enough there's a black haired pre-teen in uniform, with a cart full of cookie boxes. Jeez, this kid is just asking to get kidnapped! He might have to intervene here.

Jason: I'll be right down.

2 minutes later he opens the door. The kid is giving him a great customer service smile. Jason suddenly notices a guy hanging a short ways back. He has dark hair with some white in it (kinda like Jason, huh), is built like a brick shithouse and has a scowl worthy of a mob enforcer. How did Jason not notice him on the cameras??

Kid: Hi! It's $8 for a box or $22 for 3 boxes!

Jason: Uh, hi kid. Is everything alright?

Jason and the brick shithouse size each other up.

Kid: That's just my brother. He's here to keep away the creeps! *beat* He's also single!

Guy, scandalized: Danielle!

Jason, amused: O-kay. How about 3 boxes of Samoas, then?
