Wow! What an amazing fitness festival! Thank you @propelwater for the experience today! ... So many great sessions! Started off with @tonehouse and boy, took me back to my track and field days real quick! I loved it! ... Then went to @paulmichaelrahn & @em.hutchins #onyourmark x #sweat session & they both crushed it!🔥 ... Then finished off with @getfitwithgiddy ! I started follow gideon when he was on mens health next top trainer and I was like, this guy is dope! I started following his journey & flash fwd to today, finally taking his session! I used more complex variations (which I'll show next week), but I always returned to these movements so that I could keep flowing safely even through fatigue. ___ •Push Ups •Squats •Bear Hold •Caterpillar •Shuffle to Sprint ___ Complete :45 of each exercise and rest for :15 between. Made an impromptu trip out to LA for @propelwater Co: Labs Fitness Festival and I'm so glad I did! Thank you for calling me out @getfitwithgiddy😉 ...
