#This 🙏🙌👆🙌. There are some foods that, realistically you know you will not live without! Own it! Say it out loud! For the love ❤️ of everything please stop apologizing for it! It is not practical to be perfect nor is it sustainable. Work with it! Keep the sometimes foods to once a week or a few times a month instead of failing at never eating it! Makes sense right? Deborah, 49 Regrann from @getfitdone - One week from today, my first pageant will be behind me. There will be a new Mrs. Missouri crowned who will be excited to start getting ready for nationals in Las Vegas. Will it be me? Well, let's be honest, I hope so. 😀😍 BUT, I didn't enter this pageant to win a crown. I entered to challenge myself in a new way; to make new friends; to learn new things - about myself and others; to push myself out of my comfort zone; to prove to myself that I have come far beyond the days of letting others' opinions of me color how I view myself; to prove to myself that I am as strong as I think I am. I entered this pageant to make a bigger difference in my community and even the world; to champion a platform that is near and dear to my heart in more than just words but in actions; to be a role model for women in my age demographic to show them that it is never too late to try new things, be your best, or re-invent yourself. If I were to judge my sucess based on the criteria above, I would have to say that I have already won. My expectations have already been far exceeded. I can't wait til next weekend. I'm like a kid getting ready for Disneyworld! I look forward to sharing this experience with all the lovely and inspiring women who will be joining me onstage. Everyone one of those ladies is a winner. I will be proud to stand beside them! xoxo

Stage 2 Day 1: August 14
Cardio - stair stepper and treadmill to get the blood pumping
Leg raises - 2x10, 2x5
Side bends - 10lb dumbbells - 3x15 ea side
Suitcase carries - 20lb kettlebell (I always throw in these or farmers) - 3 passes
**new**: Barbell Torso Twist - 30lbs - 2x10
Russian Twists - 10lb plate - 3x10
**new**: Modified Burpees x Box Jumps Combo (drop into plank facing box, come back up, jump onto box and back off on opposite side, repeat facing box). - total of 7 full passes (14 burpees)
Total Work Out Time: 55 minutes
Total Time at Gym: 90 minutes (I’m also coaching my little sister thru our journey together so it takes a wee bit longer.)

Welcome to my little ChelleKFit blog where I see if I can **Get Fit Done**!
I’m starting this as my own personal fitness tracker as I’m starting stage two.
Stage One started the end of June (see pic on left, June 29). This involved cutting out the majority of sodas, sweet tea, sugary desserts, and alcohol, as well as getting my ass moving and starting back at the gym.
Stage Two is the beginning of a new routine of consistency and giving intermittent fasting a shot. We’ll see how it goes. It started last night, August 14th (peep the pic on the right), with a vicious core workout.
Weigh in and measurements to come later today!
Feel free to join me on my journey. I’ll be sharing progress pics, workouts I do, measurement updates, fitness inspiration, and probably some healthy recipes, too.
