UPDATE: Because aid is being blocked from entering Gaza, grassroots and on-the-ground initiatives should be the focus now, as well as fundraisers for families!

If you have even a dollar to spare to help Palestine, you should definitely send it to people working on the ground to provide aid:

If you live comfortably without any substantial risk financially, then it becomes your responsibility to contribute more. Please don't hesitate to donate. You do not lose wealth when you give to people who need it. That 10 dollars or 5 dollars or 1 dollar is worth so so much if it is the only thing you can give.

The daily clicks is meant for people who do not have any way to financially help Palestine. If you cannot send money for any reason at all, please go ahead and do those daily clicks. Use multiple devices, different browsers, incognito/ private mode. So you can contribute more clicks in a day. Set reminders so you can be consistent. Even if it is small, if everyone contributing does the same effort, it will be more helpful than nothing at all.

And do not let daily clicks and donations be the end all of your support for Palestine. There are so many ways to engage and get involved, and this post is a non-exhaustive list. Boycott products and keep up with the BDS movement, join protests and direct action, pressure your representatives by calls/ emails /letters, listen and amplify Palestinian voices (follow social media accounts of journalists, doctors, scholars, people in Gaza and diaspora), learn and familiarize about Palestine and disinformation (free ebooks), make art, appreciate Palestinian culture and art (tatreez, kufiya, films / another film site, books, poetry, businesses), talk and discuss with your close ones and community, don't interact with Israel supporters / Zionist ideology, and stay hopeful. Every effort within your power that you choose to do is important.

My name is Eslam, and I am a 16-year-old from Gaza. I am reaching out to you during a time of profound hardship, as my family and I are currently displaced in Khan Yunis due to the ongoing conflict. The violence has upended our lives, making it nearly impossible for me to continue my high school education and leaving us struggling to find a sense of normalcy.


This is my brother Mohammed, a renewable energy engineer who graduated just days before the war started. He dreams of continuing his education with a master's degree in Malaysia. My other brother, Ahmed, is in his final year studying information technology, but the war has interrupted his studies. He hopes to leave the country to finish his education abroad.

My sister, Insam, also a renewable energy engineer, lost her job because of the war and now wants to move abroad to find new opportunities and rebuild her life.

My father suffers from chronic diabetes, and we can’t find the necessary medication for him, which makes me fear losing him at any moment. My mother has high blood pressure, and we struggle to provide her with the medicine she needs. She also requires a blood pressure monitor, but we have no money to buy one. On top of that, we’re dealing with skin conditions caused by poor hygiene and malnutrition.

In the midst of this chaos, we encountered Peace, a brave cat who has become a symbol of hope for our family. We rescued her from a displacement camp after she emerged from the rubble of her former home, where her owners tragically lost their lives. Adopting Peace was not just an act of kindness; it was a step toward healing for both her and us.


However, Peace is suffering from severe psychological trauma. The sounds of war have left her frightened and anxious, and she needs regular veterinary care to help her cope. Unfortunately, obtaining such care is increasingly challenging in our current situation. The local veterinary clinics are overwhelmed, and the cost of supplies for her care has skyrocketed, making it difficult for us to provide the essentials she requires.


We also face difficulties in ensuring that Peace has enough nutritious food and litter. The ongoing conflict has led to soaring prices for basic necessities, leaving families like ours struggling to make ends meet. Every day is a challenge, and while we do our best to care for her, our limited resources often make it feel impossible. It breaks my heart to see her suffer, and I often wonder what more we could do to help her heal.

Despite these challenges, Peace has shown incredible resilience. When we first brought her home, she was terrified and hesitant. It took time for her to trust us, but slowly, she began to find comfort in our presence. There were moments when she would curl up beside me, purring softly, and for those brief instances, the weight of the world felt a little lighter.

We are reaching out to you for support to ensure that Peace receives the care she so desperately needs. Your contributions can help us provide her with the medical attention required to address her trauma, as well as the food and supplies essential for her well-being.

Hi everyone, I don't have a big following on here but there is something I want to bring attention to. I have not seen this anywhere on tumblr.

Sulala Animal Rescue is the only animal rescue in Gaza. This is run by one man, Saeed, and his family. Their instragram page is run by a volunteer in Denmark (I believe). When the war started they were forced to leave the dog shelter in the North. They have been displaced several times, every time moving with 100's of cats, many dogs, some of which are injured or disabled, and donkeys. These are not just animals, they are loved by the shelter and many of these animals are pets who lost their owners, became seperated, or are being cared for by Sulala until their owners are able to care for them again. They have a gfm if you would like to support the animals. There is also a link to their paypal on their instagram.

In addition to the animal rescue Sa'ed, Saeed's son has a fundraiser to help support children in Gaza.

I just wanted to bring attention the the hard work of this shelter who have risked their lives to save animals and despite of everything they are doing so much good.
