Effective Content Development
Content marketing strategy can also be referred to as a content marketing plan. It's a businesses strategic approach to creating, managing and distributing all content assets, including reporting and documenting success metrics. A content strategy typically involves a content calendar that will help you execute your content plan, broken down into deliverables on a yearly or quarterly basis.
Understanding effective content development is essential to any business. You can’t just create a blog post, publish it, and expect it to drive results in your company. You need to distribute that content to the right people at the right time to have the most impact on your target audience. Excellent content marketing has to provide value for your audience, and if it doesn't, it won't be very effective. Well-crafted content can place our company in the position of a thought leader, where you can inform and educate potential buyers. Providing valuable content can form a strong bond between our brand and customers that grows and strengthens over time. Take this blog post, they're an excellent way to inform, educate, and build your audience.
Brand consistency is critical in content marketing. We have to make sure our content is published regularly so that your audience knows when to come back. With a content calendar, we can better picture what content you will publish and when. A calendar also ensures that more strategic about the content. We publish our content and make sure that our response is just as quick with our audience.
Becoming a social organization is important for content strategy and effectively sharing that content with a particular audience. As more customers increasingly interact with each other in the social sphere, often the topic of those conversations is the companies they do business with, the experiences they have with those organizations, and the pros and cons of using their products and services. Whether their comments are positive or negative, companies have no choice but to interact with their customers online, or risk appearing indifferent. So, transforming from a company that simply responds to the occasional tweet from an irate customer or posts the occasional coupon on Facebook to a truly social organization requires a multi-pronged approach that will ingrain social elements within the company's overall business strategy. Which in my case worked with a plastic surgery center that I was working with.
Check out this video on importance of brand strategy.

The Social Media Moguls: How Everyday People Built Empires
Tumblr media
The rise of social media has fundamentally reshaped the business landscape. Gone are the days when entrepreneurs solely relied on traditional marketing channels. Today, a well-crafted social media strategy can propel a budding brand from obscurity to viral fame in a heartbeat. But who are the most successful entrepreneurs who have leveraged social media to achieve phenomenal growth? Let's meet a few of these digital pioneers and explore the secrets behind their social media success stories. 1. Rihanna and Fenty Beauty: Rihanna, the Barbadian pop icon, redefined the beauty industry with the launch of Fenty Beauty in 2017. A key ingredient in its success? Social media. Rihanna's massive social media following, cultivated over years of music stardom, became the perfect launchpad for Fenty Beauty. Her inclusive approach to beauty, with a wide range of foundation shades catering to diverse skin tones, resonated with a global audience. Strategic use of platforms like Instagram and Twitter for product reveals, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses fueled excitement and a sense of community around the brand. Fenty Beauty's social media presence wasn't just about selling products; it was about building a brand identity that celebrated inclusivity and self-expression. 2. Gary Vaynerchuk and VaynerMedia: Gary Vaynerchuk, or GaryVee as he's known online, is a social media powerhouse. He built his empire, VaynerMedia, on the early adoption of platforms like YouTube and Twitter. GaryVee's success hinges on his unfiltered and energetic approach to social media. He offers actionable business advice, dispels common marketing myths, and interacts directly with his audience. His content resonates with aspiring entrepreneurs seeking practical guidance in the digital age. By establishing himself as a thought leader on social media, GaryVee turned VaynerMedia into a thriving digital marketing agency. 3. Kylie Jenner and Kylie Cosmetics: Kylie Jenner, the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, is a social media native. She leveraged her massive Instagram following to launch Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. Her highly curated social media feed, showcasing her glamorous lifestyle and product use, generated immense buzz for the brand. Limited-edition product launches and strategic use of social media influencers further propelled Kylie Cosmetics into a billion-dollar brand. While Kylie Jenner's pre-existing fame undoubtedly played a role, her ability to connect with her audience on a personal level and cultivate a sense of exclusivity around her brand is a key factor in her social media success. 4. Dollar Shave Club and Michael Dubin: Dollar Shave Club disrupted the men's grooming industry with its subscription-based model and irreverent marketing. The brand's success story is deeply intertwined with social media. Their now-iconic launch video, featuring CEO Michael Dubin's humorous take on overpriced razors, went viral on YouTube, attracting millions of views and generating widespread media attention. Dollar Shave Club continued to leverage social media with witty content, engaging customer interactions, and influencer partnerships. Their social media strategy prioritized brand personality and resonated with a generation of consumers seeking convenience and humor in their everyday purchases. These are just a few examples of successful entrepreneurs who leveraged social media to build empires. However, the key takeaways extend far beyond these individual stories. Here are some common threads that run through their social media success: - Building a Community: Social media is more than just a broadcast platform; it's about fostering genuine connections with your audience. These entrepreneurs prioritized creating a community around their brands, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among their followers. - Authenticity and Transparency: Consumers crave authenticity on social media. These entrepreneurs didn't shy away from showing the human side of their brands, building trust and relatability with their audience. - Compelling Content: Social media thrives on engaging content. These entrepreneurs understood the importance of creating content that resonates with their target audience, be it informative, humorous, or visually captivating. - Strategic Partnerships: Collaboration can be a powerful tool. Partnering with relevant influencers or other brands can expand your reach and tap into new audiences. - Data-Driven Approach: Social media success isn't accidental. These entrepreneurs track their social media performance, analyze what resonates, and continuously adapt their strategies based on data insights. The rise of social media has democratized entrepreneurship. With the right approach, anyone can leverage the power of social media to build a successful brand. By learning from the strategies of these social media moguls, aspiring entrepreneurs can pave their own path to online success, building a loyal following and turning their vision into a thriving reality. How To Be A Good Project Leader: A Short Guide
New Post has been published on https://personalcoachingcenter.com/how-to-be-a-good-project-leader-a-short-guide/
How To Be A Good Project Leader: A Short Guide
As someone who has seen leaders in action, you probably have an idea of what a leader should be like. That’s why it is possible for you to step into a project leadership role. You may be unsure that you’re ready to handle such a role, but this post contains some leadership tips that will help you.
Watch out for project creep. This can happen when your project’s scope isn’t clearly defined. If you have control over the project, resist the temptation to add more project objectives as time goes on. If you are receiving external pressure to expand your project, resist it with all your might. Your subordinates will thank you.
One of the most important aspects of any leader is the ability to create a sense of trust among their employees. Employees who trust their supervisor are willing to do more to help the company succeed than those who do not trust their supervisors. Always be truthful when dealing with employees.
When you are a leader, it is critical that they know regularly they are appreciated. It doesn’t take much time to say thank you, or write a “good job” note, but it means a lot to a person who is going through a long work day. This tiny gesture goes a long way in improving morale, and it doesn’t cost you a dime.
Continue to learn new leadership techniques and innovative methods for conducting business. Continuing your education will give you a better understanding of how your younger employees think. A new perspective will help you improve your leadership style, while also giving you the tools to be competitive in an ever-changing market.
Keep your cool even in the craziest of situations. If your employees see you panicking, they’ll think it’s time to panic. If they see you exuding strength, then they’ll feel confident in your ability to make the right decisions for both the company and them. Remember, perception is everything. Even if you feel the opposite, show strength and confidence.
Know your competition just as well as you know your own company. Business isn’t just about what’s happening between the walls in your space. You need to make decisions based off competitive movement. If you can’t make decisions because you don’t know the competition, then expect your employees to see it as a weakness in leadership.
Spend more time in the office than out of it. It may be exciting to travel everywhere that you can, but suitcase leadership doesn’t really inspire the teams back at the main office. If you find yourself traveling more than half the time, then you can be sure your employees aren’t seeing you as their leader. They need to see you there.
Do not push people on your team too hard, since this can result in doing the opposite of what you are trying to accomplish. Instead of giving them motivation to do more work, it may make them feel demoralized. In turn, they will lose a lot of respect for you.
A great leadership tactic is to periodically meet with individuals concerning their personal work goals. Try meeting privately, going over goals they may have, as well as your goals for them as part of the team, or workforce. Then, find out if there is any way you can help them to meet these goals. Lastly, be sure to follow through.
Learn how to present persuasively. Presentation skills are something every great leader needs to master. You’ll be on stage, and the results will be the perception that sticks with the crowd. Not only about you, but also about the company. If you are a strong presenter, you can make a major difference in how people perceive your leadership.
Always remember that there is an inverse relationship between what’s on your mind and your personal productivity right now. If something is on your mind, write it down. When you need to, work on it now. If it can wait or can’t be helped right this minute, set the paper to the side and get to work on something you can do right now.
Do not make winning your priority. With all the technology of the Internet, breaking down stats and goals is much easier. A lot of managers do that in order to measure progress and determine goals. If you try creating success when working, the wins will be won themselves.
Be a good example for your team. Just like the parents of a family, you are who your team looks up to in your organization. Do not talk negatively about the company you work for or your bosses to your team. It sets a horrible example and may come back to haunt you.
This post provided you with a few leadership tips that will help you assume the role of leader in your company or organization. Study the tips here, so that you are more comfortable and able to rise to the top effortlessly. Being a leader is something you can accomplish, if you heed the information in this article.

3 Critical Life Lessons I learned from Gary Vaynerchuk
Give yourself a completely new outlook and perspective on life with these 3 life lessons that I learned from Gary Vaynerchuk! If you can understand these concepts, you're going to live a way happier and more fulfilling life! Don't follow @GaryVee yet? Subscribe to his channel here: https://www.youtube.com/c/garyvee As a bit of a background for those who don't know who Gary Vaynerchuk (also known as Garyvee) is: Gary is a multiple times best selling author, is recognized globally as one of the top thought leaders in business and society, runs multiple multi-million dollar businesses and he's one of the people I respect and look up to most. I could go on for a while, but I'd rather talk about things that will help YOU instead. So here's what you're gonna learn from this video: Firstly, I created this video to share with you the message that life is long, incredibly long! I don't care if you're 18, 28 (like me) or 45, YOU HAVE TIME! And you have a lot of it! Patience is one of the keys to success in life, regardless of the goals you have set. So firstly, understand that you can achieve any goal that you set for yourself, but it is going to take you 1 - 5 years longer than you think it will take you to achieve them. That's perfectly fine! With the way tech is going, you're most likely going to live a healthy life until you're 100. So who cares if you don't have life figured out at 30?! (few people do) The second core lesson that I have learned from Gary is having empathy and kindness in the face of hatred. Something clicked with me in one of his videos where he shared that people's negative attitude towards others is a reflection of how THEY are feeling. It's oftentimes not about you, try not to get too hung up over it! But really, think about this: Would someone who is genuinely happy and enjoying life go out of their own way to deliberately make other people feel worse about themselves? Of course not! So have empathy towards hatred, because those people are often coming from a dark place... And finally: One of the things I admire so much about Gary is his relentlessness and tenacity in pursuing his goals. There are few people who have such a work ethic. A few things to unpack here: Yes, if you want to reach your goals, you're going to have to take massive action to make it happen! It means less blaming others and complaining and more rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. Find something that you can do where you LOVE the process of doing it, or you're not going to be able to sit through the tough times! But... At the same time, you need to take care of yourself first. Meaning, don't compromise on your sleep, nutrition, exercise or other areas of your health in order to achieve your goals. You're not going to be able to enjoy life if you're not healthy and taking care of yourself. And lastly, circling back to patience. On a day-to-day basis, go all out to move forwards toward your goals but in the macro, remember that creating anything worthwhile is going to take a while to achieve. Ambition + Tenacity + Patience = Winning Life! And so, those are 3 of the life lessons that everyone should learn in their own lives. Please take these to heart and live by these in your own life! Have a wonderful day! via https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9H-qtxh57hE
