Thank you so much for answering my question.
Your headcanon of Julinemo revisiting Ground Zero, where Juliana catches the second ‘aggressive’ 'female' Koraidon to give to Nemona, so that Nemona has a Koraidon of her own to ride and climb stairs and maybe Julinemo could raise a baby Koraidon that was born from their Koraidons is such an adorable thought and really sweet to think about.
Rika would totally let Nemona (& Poppy) ride her Rapidash if she has one / still has it. Rika definitely lets Nemona (& Poppy and a few others too) ride her Mudsdale as well.
Speaking of Galarian Ponyta, I actually headcanon that Tulip is a Dressage Queen and has a few (3-4) Galarian Rapidash that she rides and trains to perform Dressage. She goes on horseback riding dates with Dendra (maybe Miriam goes along with them too).
Lastly, you're correct in that Spectrier is an arrogant, solitary horse. I think that Spectrier was fickle and belligerent towards Nemona at first, but Nemona's determination and kindness opened its heart and earned the Swift Horse's respect. Spectrier would love being given carrots and ridden by Nemona to gallop across Paldea. Nemona used to ride Spectrier bareback, but now gears up her ghost horse in riding tack (saddle, bridle, etc). Spectrier didn't like being tacked up at first but got used to it over time. Maybe Nemona tries to train Spectrier to perform Dressage.
Saved this for a few days to post on Julinemo Day :D
You're very bigbrained anon and I love your ideas, especially Nemona winning over and then bonding with her new horse

Today's episode was SO GOOD, Opal had great debut and the focus was ENTIRELY on Koharu. Her bond with Gallop and Ponyta was so sweet and it truly showed how well her character works, she basically did all the stuff on her own the the help of her Eevee! ❤️
Oh, and what I thought was a spoiler before was a bait so um, the marketing around this series is very bad. Just so you know. I'm gonna stop believing any posters and marketing at all.

Galarian Ponyta/Rapidash Fun Facts
Though lone Galarian rapidashes will often flee when confronted by humans, they become extremely aggressive when their foals are involved, and are prone to lashing out in a very dangerous way. This behavior likely developed in response to the ancient practice of hunting Galarian ponytas for their horns, which were said to have magical healing properties. Though this practice has been outlawed for centuries and is no longer commonplace, Galarian rapidashes are still fiercely protective of ponytas; for this reason, visitors to the Glimwood Tangle that hope to catch a member of the line are encouraged to seek out solitary specimens rather than scouting for herds.
Galarian ponytas are both capable of sensing the intentions of humans, and very wary of approaching anyone that is actively seeking them out-- another result, most likely, of Galar’s ancient horn-hunting practice. Because of this, it’s often said that they, paradoxically, can only be found by those that aren’t looking for them.
Galarian ponytas or rapidashes with Kantonian ancestry display unique coloration, with coarse manes that take on hues ranging from sparkling orange to magenta. This “sunset mane” is considered highly desirable by some due to its unique beauty, and has resulted in several breeding operations with a focus on breeding between the two subspecies. However, these crossbred equines often seem to lack STAB for one or even both of their types (or any type, for that matter), a common issue faced when crossbreeding different varieties of the same species-- making them inferior battlers when compared to their standard Galarian or Kantonian counterparts.
Though Kantonian rapidashes are capable of reaching higher galloping speeds, Galarian rapidashes are much more prolific jumpers, and at times seem to “glide” short distances when jumping-- a feat no doubt aided by the Psychic energy stored in their hair and feathered fetlocks!
The hair of the Galarian ponyta line can glow for weeks or even months after falling out, depending on the psychic power of the specimen in question. It’s not uncommon for trainers to turn any discarded locks of hair into temporary keychains due to their colorful, sparkling qualities.
Due to their relatively small size, emotional intelligence, and their ability to easily understand the needs of their trainer, Galarian ponytas make for absolutely stellar service animals-- as would Galarian rapidashes, if not for their significantly larger stature.
Like many Fairy-types, the Galarian ponyta line possesses a powerful sweet tooth! Though feeding them exclusively sweet foods is certainly not recommended, an occasional snack of fruits, berries, or even sugar cubes will easily pacify most foals. They’re also very partial to mint.
Galarian ponytas and rapidashes are known to greatly enjoy soft music of the classical variety. One recent viral video features a small herd of them approaching a harp player in the woods, the latter of whom remained totally unaware of their equine audience for the entire duration of the herd’s stay-- the performer in question apparently only noticed their presence when editing the footage the next day.

Help me name Ponyta!
While there are many in-progress Pokemon that still need to be named, some of you have noticed that the Ponyta line has gone unnamed for a long time. There's a few reasons for that, and I'd love to hear your opinions to get past my internal roadblocks and get this line finally named. I'm gonna walk you through my issues:
Besides my genuine struggle of deciding between so many good suggestions, my first issue (pre-Galarian Ponyta), was that a lot of the names used gendered horse terms, which I felt wasn't great for a line with a 50/50 gender ratio.
Some of my favorite suggestions from the initial batch of names:
Flamare (flame + mare (adult female horse))
Tindertrott (tinder + trot)
Embolt/Charcolt (ember/char + colt (male foal))
Equyre (equine + pyre)
Charfoal (charcoal + foal (baby horse)) - good solution to the gendered term issue but charcoal isn't really related to this line.
Gallopony (gallop + pony) - not gendered, but repeats "pony"
Gallopyre (gallop + pyre)
Sprinticorn (sprint + unicorn)
Broncoal (bronco (wild/untrained horse) + coal) - similar issue to Charfoal
All are really good-sounding names, but they either have the gendered term issue, or reference (char)coal, which ultimately I don’t feel is relevant enough to the line to warrant having it in the name.
Once I got to Galarian Ponyta, it finally occurred to me that the majority of the earlier suggestions involved fire terminology, which makes sense, but that Ponyta and Rapidash actually don't reference their fire-type at all in their names, so avoiding a fire reference actually makes more sense with the existing naming scheme and with the Galarian line in mind.
Some favorites from the second batch of names:
Trotfoot (trot + foot, rhymes with 'hotfoot')
Equiprance (equine + prance),
Coltinder (colt + tinder)
Coalter (colt + coal + canter)
Speequine (speed + equine)
Gallaprance (gallop + prance + galivant)
Marevoulous (mare + marvelous)
With all those points in mind, what do you think?
#IPPnames#help me please I have been struggling with ponyta for so long#I need your wisdom#and opinons

has anyone ever tried to kidnap Jaune to use him as a pokemon lure . only for a dozen different legendary pokemon to comes to his rescue and since then no one has been brave enough to try it
"MOMMY! DADDY!"
Jaune sobbed as he was thrown into the back of the carriage. The strange men in black clothes shut the doors, and something heavy wrapped over his mouth and body. Hot tears and snot poured down his face as he struggled.
There was a growl from a Pokémon he didn't recognize, and a blue cloud filled the small space. His eyelids grew heavy and blacked out. He heard a Galarian accent. "Fookin finely."
---------------------------------------------------
"Fuck, I hate a cold night." Roberts groused, his knuckles gripping the reins on the Tauros in front of him. "Colder than an Articuno's tail out here."
"Shouldn't be talking about your wife like that." Caleb chuckled, earning a glare from his partner. On his left, their guide, Craig, was fast asleep. He was part of the boss' "branching out" plan. "This fog is nuts, though. I don't know how these Galarians do it."
"Beats me, but at this rate, we'll have to wait until morning when the fog passes." The fog continued to grow thicker and thicker until they couldn't see. "Hey, wake up!"
Craig woke up with a start. He yawned, looking around. "Where are we?"
"That's what we want to know!" The fog grew thicker and thicker until they couldn't see. High above, black clouds formed, and it started to snow. "What the hell is this weather?"
"Do you hear that?"
There was a sound like hooves hitting solid ground. A faint, blue glow radiated from the depths of the fog, and grew brighter as it came closer. A shadowy form came into view, and it looked like a cross between a Rapidash and a Mudsdale. When it got close enough, they could see it wasn't either, but an entirely new Pokémon, with a Pokémon riding on top of it.
"What the hell is that thing?" Craig asked.
"It's mine!" Roberts answered, standing and pulling out a Poké-Ball. As he tossed, the Pokémon reared back with a whinny and galloped past the carriage, making the standing man miss.
The snow began to cover the entire ground. The Pokémon charged ahead of the carriage. Ice began to crackle all around on the road. The Pokémon charged galloped past again.
The temperature dropped and snowflakes piled atop the ground into deep snow, but the Pokémon galloped again and again past the three.
"That is it!" Caleb shouted, pulling out a Poké-Ball. "I am ending this, right-!"
A power gust of snowflakes emerged from the Pokémon, knocking the kidnapper into his seat. The three huddled for warmth as the snow and ice continued to to grow around them. Soon enough, they lost consciousness, and the Blizzard stopped.
---------------------------------------------------
Jaune woke up to darkness all around him. He heard a loud crack and the door swung open. Before he could see anything, white covered his vision as snow flurried inside. The Tangrowth and Ivysaur were immediately knocked out. When he could see again, he saw dawn peering over the horizon.
He climbed out and walked a little forward, away from the cart. He had no idea how to get home. He was about to cry. It was then he saw a man moving in his direction. He was jogging, but slowed to a cautious walk as he approached.
He was an older man, about as old as his father, with short, black hair, and wore a red jersey. His name was Kabu. Shortly after speaking, the man informed the police. He waited with Jaune until they arrived, his parents sprinting out of the car to him.
Meanwhile, Calyrex watched from a hill in the distance. His power was fading, he could feel it. But at least he performed one last good deed before it disappeared entirely.

Hi, Rai. Curios about the Rapidash evo-line. How often do they need their hooves trimmed, or does the constant running help manage that? I figure they occasionally need their hooves clean at the very least. Do you have any information on the Galarian variants as well?
Oh this is a great question!
If the Rapidash and Ponyta are active battlers, you will probably want to get their hooves cleaned and trimmed on a regular basis so help them keep their balance and speed.
If you're simply caring for them, they can be left a bit more relaxed with it, however if their hooves start to chip and splinter a bit, make sure they get cleaned, there could be too much dirt or some rocks stuck in their hooves.
They are pretty naturally built to handle rough and dirty terrains but it doesn't mean they don't need a cleaning on the regular.
As for their Galarian Variants, these versions are much more on top of their grooming, and need much more maintence on their manes than their hooves.
Glalarian Rapidash and Ponyta are technically the same speed range, but Kantonian Rapidash are much more adjusted for speed and wind resistance, whereas Galarian Rapidash does have its long hair that adds some drag, however they circumvent this by being lighter and able to jump much higher, hence why their gallops are known to resemble them "walking on air".
They are a majestic pokemon, but they do require a lot of care and knowledge to take care of them.
I was part of the project to help introduce more fire types to Sinnoh, and we had to see how well Ponyta would adapt to our open planes and fields.
Thankfully this line is pretty adaptive once it has the space it needs, and we had plenty of space for them.

Adoption Application Recieved!
Name: Rowan Mackinnon
Age: 19
Region, city/route... or describe the climate you live in: Wedgehurt in Galar.
Home size: ground floor and first floor aswell as a garden and a large patch of land owned around our house. About 200 miles.
Other people or Pokémon in your home: In the house it is me and my partner. We live with a Munchlax, Galvantula, Zoura, and a Vulpix. I’m hoping to get them someone to play with.
Also Noibat occasionally goes in the house because he feels safest here.
How many hours are you away from home per week for school/work? I am in part time college which is 4-6hours two times a week and i work at the farm which is around the house anyway. My partner is a ranger and the land around us is classed as protected so they work nearby to the house and usually at home if others are around too.
Any allergies or aversions? Im allergic to galarian Meowths and I want to avoid Pokémon who don't live in Galar, including the Isle of Armour.
Tell me about yourself, and what your goals for you and your new Pokémon are, as well as anything else you think I should know.
I run a small wild farm. Pokémon come and go as they please, however I do breed Pokémon from time to time. I make sure their homes are perfect for them. My farm has various different areas Pokémon find perfect to live in. I also have a enclosed garden I can use for the new friend so they can get use to other Pokémon around outside. They will have access inside as well. After that, I'll allow them free range of the outdoors. Though, I'll check on how their doing, and we have shelters for Pokémon as well as tracking chips for all Pokémon in case of any issues.
Alright Rowan, I'm happy to inform you that due to your property size and your partner's status as a Ranger, you're eligible to adopt two Pokémon if you'd like to. The two spoke over the phone, and decided it would be best to bring the two most promising candidates to Rowan's farm to make sure they like all their new friends, including the small herd and a few Lotad on the farm.
Ellisa woke early this morning to prepare for a trip to Galar. Her mom and siblings came to watch the Island for the day. Dusk, her Drifblim, was saddled with a hanging basket for the passengers, who were waiting patiently to go to their potential new home.
"Alright kids, load up. We have a long flight to Galar ahead of us." A nervous Galarian Ponyta colt stepped cautiously into the basket, followed by a relaxed flowering Lotad, who then asked to be picked up. Pearl, Ellisa’s Gardevoir, wearing a back pack, obliged the little plant, and closed the gate behind them. Ellisa had offered to put the Pokémon in balls for the trip, but they wanted to see the sights on the way. There's no better way to sight see than from a Drifblim, Ellisa thought. As the basket rose from the ground, Ponyta let out a whine, and stamped his feet lightly, getting used to the change in elevation. Ellisa pet his head and soothed him until he seemed more comfortable.
Most of the journey was over the ocean, although the coasts of Johto and Sinnoh were visible for some time as the group traveled north. Lotad looked with bright eyes over Snowpoint city, having never seen snow before.
"Just wait until we pass over the Crown Tundra little guy, It's absolutely beautiful." Indeed, his excitement increased as we flew lower over the tundra. Snowflakes landed on both Pokémon, causing little squeals of joy. Soon enough, Wedgehurst was visible over the horizon.
"Rowan said his farm was just outside Wedgehurst. We should see it soon." As Ellisa finished her sentence, she saw the river that cuts through the field and disappears into the forest. Several Ponyta and Mudbray galloped through the patches of short and tall grass, the river was alive with water type Pokémon, and a beautiful garden with a green house decorated the land. A lilly pond sat in the garden, and the distant figures of a person and their partner Zoroark were the last things Ellisa noticed before looking for a place to land. She settled on a patch of short grass near the pond, and Dusk slowly floated towards the ground.
Rowan walked over to the group, releasing their Gardevoir in case any extra help was needed. A Sylveon followed closely behind him wearing a little diabetic alert vest.
"Morning! Hope your journey was pleasant. These are Nyx, Opheila, and Serena." Rowan greeted as he pointed to each Pokémon, before scratching Serena's head and ribbons. "The other Lotad are in the pond at the moment, and I'm sure you saw the herd." Rowan extended his hand to shake, which Ellisa took excitedly in her grasp.
"The journey was lovely. I think the youngsters enjoyed the experience as a whole. I have a service Pokémon named Nyx as well!" She pulled a ball out of her bag and released an Umbreon, who nuzzled into Ellisa’s leg. "She helps me with anxiety and ADHD, along with my boy Pan, an Espeon who stayed at the island today. You have a lovely property." Pearl put down the Lotad, who stretched out his legs and sniffed the dirt. The Ponyta looked eagerly at Ellisa, waiting to be told he could go for a run with the others.
"He can go off if you're alright with it, I'll just make sure they're in eye sight and that Nyx is nearby since the others do as she says. There shouldn't be any problems." The breeder smiled and made sure that his treat bag was secure. "We can give you a tour of the place."
"Run along little one. Have fun, but don't go too far okay?" Ellisa pat his back for reassurance, and he took off clumsily after the herd. "You too Lotad," she knelt to talk to him, "Can you get to the pond by yourself?" He nodded happily and started his waddle to meet new friends. "I would love that! It would give those two some time to get to know the others, and make sure they all get along."
Serena got up and curled his ribbons round Rowan's arm. Nyx wondered off to the herd, and Rowan turned to Opheila. "Make sure Flowers doesn't stay out of the pool for too long, and keep a eye on them all for me, please, Opheila." The Gardevoir nodded and headed off toward the pond. Ellisa told Dusk to rest up, returning them to their ball.
The, now smaller, group began their tour around the farm. As they left the garden, Rowan turned to Ellisa, "I've been meaning to ask you if there was anything special I should know about those two."
"Lotad's bloom attracts Combee, but they don't bother him. He's super easy going, and will do any favor you ask of him, which can get him stepped on. Ponyta has a lot of energy. He's still really young, only four months, but runs like a mad man. Otherwise, I assume since you already have some members of both of these species, that you can take care of them just fine."
Rowan grinned shyly and rubbed the back of their head, "Yeah, I've been tending to these Pokémon for a while. I think this Lotad will get along well with one of ours. We've nicknamed him 'Flowers' because he likes flowers so much that we catch him wandering away from the pond. We've been planting flowers around it to encourage him to stay, but a flowering friend may do the trick. Also, that's good to know! I've been trying to get Combee here for ages."
"If you want Combee, I recommend replacing some of this grass," Ellisa gestured around at the surrounding land, "with clover. Your herd will love it as well, and it doesn't grow as tall, limiting up-keep. Lotad is also nearly at the age of maturity, meaning you could cross breed him to have more flowering variants to attract more Combee if you wanted."
Nyx whined and nudged Ellisa’s leg. The caretaker reached down to touch her, realizing that her partner was cold. Pearl picked up on what was happening instantly, and dug through her bag for a jacket, helping Ellisa put it on the dark type. As the group continued their tour, they came upon a building.
"These are the stables, but I'm having another built on the opposite side of the field that will be more open and airy for summer. My partner and I have been looking into Pokémon safe natural foods, including more kinds of grasses, since we'd like to give them the best possible lives. Thank you for recommending clover, I'll be sure to get some."
The group began to circle back around to the pond when Rowan remembered something. "Oh I almost forgot to mention, a friend of mine recommended you to me. It's Noire, she adopted a Houndoom from you named Violette."
Ellisa's eyes widened in surprise. "I didn't know you and Noire knew eachother! What a small world. Her and my line of work are similar, you know? I mean, her's is more on the educational side, but we have the same goal. I was so happy to adopt out Violette to her. They make a good team."
"Yeah, we met through another friend of mine who is a ghost type breeder, since they used to work together on ghost type education. I was actually thinking about taking your breeding suggestion with Lotad and using the baby variants to teach people about grass type variants so that maybe someone else won't make the same mistake as this one's previous trainer, thinking that they are sick. I've always loved grass types, and Lotad are an old favorite of mine, but I've never had a flowering one before. This is an exciting change."
As they approached the pond, Ellisa could see that the herd had stopped to take a drink from the pond and rest. They seemed to get along great with their newest member, who was playfully nibbling one of the Mudbray. Rowan's Zoroark, Nyx, was nearby, leaning against a tree as they kept a watchful eye. Opheila sat with her feet in the pond, smiling happily. As they got closer, Ellisa saw the Lotad variant floating calmly in front of her as another stared in awe at his water lily, seemingly entranced by it. Ellisa got a little sad, knowing that she would have to say good bye to these two, but also knew that they had found their perfect forever homes and would be happiest here.
Rowan brought Ellisa out of her contemplation, asking, "Can people adopt again? These two are such a perfect fit for our home, and since we have so much space we would love to help out more abandoned Pokémon."
"You'll need to catch these two in a Pokéball today to register them to your ID, and we will have to have a visit again in six months to check on everything, but since your property is so large you'll be able to adopt more at that time. You could even become a transfer site for foster Pokémon that the facility can't care for, such as ice types during the spring and summer months or very large Pokémon that the island can't support. I'll keep your adoption application on file to make the process smoother next time."
While filling out the paperwork, Rowan and their partner Raven decided on Clurichaurn as a name for the Ponyta. They also offered Lotad a few names to pick from, with Opheila as a translator, and he chose Kaj. Ellisa said goodbye to everyone, wishing the two she was leaving good luck in their new home, before releasing Dusk once again for the flight back home.

I don’t normally gush about PoGO stuff but can we all just
Take a second
To appreciate this tiny horse??
She’s so precious! Look at her!!
The only flaw in Galarian Ponyta/Rapidash is that they’re somehow not Fairy types, despite being literal pink fluffy unicorns.
Her running animation on the map as a Buddy is a dainty little gallop. Guys help, I’m smitten. I don’t think I can evolve her.
