Galadriel and Miriel have one of the best dynamics in the show .Like they are SO pissed at the other for inconveniencing the others plans and and yet despite it all they clearly have this begrudging respect and admiration for the other .And Galadriel comes to understand Miriel and even to see herself in her in how they both know truth others can’t see .Galadriel is obviously using that understanding for her plans but I do think she feels for Miriels position overall ,and this is also why she reminds her of her faith and to be brave .And then it’s Miriel who urges Galadriel to be strong after the whole southlands on fire thing .Galadriel feels terrible for what has happened and for Miriel losing her sight ,but the latter doesn’t want pity ,especially not Galadriel’s ,who so far has never seen her as a figure to be pitied but as a strong queen who could fight Sauron .And when she tells Galadriel to save pity for their enemies cause they don’t know what they have begun ,she’s also giving her faith in some way .The hope that yes ,they will fuck Sauron up .And Galadriel now knows Miriel well enough to say that yes ,she will keep her promise .

It's more likely than you think! I wrote a Galadriel/Tar-Miriel fic that has been plaguing me for ages. I meant for it to come out last week for international women's day, but I cannot control the muses. Anyway, its finally done. ok but what if the armor used to belong to Tar Miriel? And she gives it to her after she decides to escort Galadriel to Middle Earth? Is the armor's light in the breastplate symbolic of the Tree of Light of Numenor that is starting to lose its leaves? Instead of it being related to Valinor directly?

like pippin taking faramir's old armor, that ALSO had the white tree on it, maybe it is an older model not in use anymore, but that she can give to lend her support to galadriel? (im not actually serious about this theory. Miridriel is my crackship but maybe? look if im magically right i'll edit this and pretend i was serious all along. But I don't think so, amazon hates us lesbians)
