Preliminary sketch for a painting. I'll be prepping a black canvas for this, letting the blues/greens become "inner light". The inner light represents paranoia (which I've been inundated with) and the outer darkness represents being "in the dark" to reality. In schizophrenia you're so inclined to focus on your inner perception of reality that reality is invisible to you. Hence the darkness (not possible to recreate in a drawing, for me.). Blind except for your own skewed perception of reality.
