You have to sit with bad feelings; if you want to feel better, you have to let yourself go through whatever it is your brain wants to go through. But you can’t put everything on hold to do that, or you’ll just feel a hell of a lot worse. You gotta keep living your life, even if you have no idea what to do next. Accept that you can’t change your circumstances and keep making the right decisions in each moment. You can only truly control how you behave. You can only change how you react.

It’s not fair and it’s not going to be fair, but you deserve better, and you have to make better happen for yourself. No matter how bad you feel. No matter how much your conditions suck. No matter what happens. Just keep moving.

It’s true that you shouldn’t run from your problems, but it’s also true that you just gotta keep moving. You need to tackle why you feel bad head on and work through it, but there’s a fine line between working through your problems and ruminating on them.

Don't. People are snakes (but that's an insult to snakes, so people are viruses).

Instead work on self love and boundaries, if you feel uncomfortable, don't trust other people to take care of you. YOU take care of you. And become comfortable within yourself. Loving yourself no matter what u do. Believe that you are worth love and trust YOURSELF to have ur back. This will help u be more comfortable around others because u will not feel vulnerable because u will know that a bad bitch always has ur back and loves you.
