Some Earl facts supplemented with some character study sketches of the man himself! I’ve recently been trying to redesign him a little more to fit more accurately for his original time period. At least has he appeared then. Modern Early definitely still wears sweater vests.

As some of you may have seen in one of my illustrations back around June, he had a mentor that taught him magic. It was in fact this said mentor that essentially cursed Earl and his whole family. Because why? Because revenge that family wronged him. Somehow. I need to develop that. The twisted part about it all is he had Earl himself carry out the spell, which is why his fate is a bit different. Most of the family turned to stone. Of course his Valet Carter and twin siblings escaped, Carter only just barely. I always imagined it was Corey Alton Sr. and Gatekeeper that found Earl, and because Earl was found to have a natural magical talent was then trained by them alongside others with magical abilities.

Earl was arranged to be married not long before the curse happened. He and the girl he was to marry both sort of agreed they hated their situation but also decided they’d keep a front for their families. Earl knew his parents likely would never approve any other relationship he’d try to form on his own.

Earl post the curse was a lot more…timid and gentle and less moody than current Earl. He of course had his moments but they were far less common as he had to keep up an appearance for his family. Post curse he’s a lot more bitter and rude and standoffish. He doesn’t want people close.

It’s likely one of the reasons he’s as critical as he is post curse is because his parents belittled and criticised his every move. He was driven to be perfect and nothing less. And he’s basically becoming like them despite it all.

He does adore his siblings and as annoying as Ellie can be he’d tear down a forest for her. His brother Dubley wants to be just like Earl and mimics his mannerisms often, and often huffily scolds his twin sister.

All four of them, Earl, The Twins and Carter, are trapped at their current age. Everyone else is still trapped in stone. Not dead. Not exactly living a great life . Potentially conscious though….definitely trapped.

Earl still needs food and to sleep and drink but almost never feels satisfied. Probably another reason he’s so miserable. His siblings and Carter don’t seem to need anything and rarely complain of tiredness or hunger. Earl sometimes wonders if they are actually ghosts. But others can see and interact with them. So he doesn’t really know anymore.

The spirit of his beloved hound Henrietta still haunts him and she is one of the few things that brings him joy. He has found her stone statue in the grounds of the Towers though…

So there are so facts! I hope worth the wait. I never want to share too too much about these characters since I’d love to do more comics. But I have so many ocs that often becomes hard to do personal comics about each of them.

Anyways!!! Little info dump below the cut on the relationship between the 3 of them bc @dustmint asked about it and I thought I'd share my response here too, teehee

OKAY, SO, HOW JEKYLL AND HYDE ACT TOWARDS HARRY:

I do firmly believe that Hyde fights Harry more Aggressively and outright, on board to do whatever it takes to get rid of him (or at least out of control) , while Jekyll took a bit more convincing (mostly once he was done freaking out over the fact that he's a fraction of a person just like Hyde is). He definitely also hates Harry, but in a more subtle, silent way >:3 instead sorta challenging Harry mentally as opposed to physically, like Hyde wishes to. He's generally more observant and tries to strike when he thinks it best, sometimes his emotions get the best of him tho.

MORE IN DEPTH:

So, once they figure out what/who Harry is from his lil journals in the mind scape, Jekyll may or may not have an identity crisis (he definitely does) but once he kinda gets through that he just feels bad for Harry, being locked away in the mind scape so long and dealing with everything there and such. Plus, Harry is seemingly their whole parts (their previously whole parts, at the least), so Jekyll certainly doesn't want him to die or anything. Hyde doesn't really feel too strongly about him right off the bat, more so just annoyed that Harry took control and now he's stuck in the mind scape with Jekyll.

Though!! Things change once Harry kinda shows his resentment towards the two, saying that he wouldn't be letting them out anytime soon, and revealing how he plans to reverse the potion. This immediately sends Hyde into feral dog mode, trying to use literally everything he can to absolutely break Harry and gain control back. Jekyll is still a bit reluctant for a while, but eventually starts siding more with Hyde, plotting how to gain control back or take care of Harry without killing all of them, bc ofc they don't wanna die.

But yeah, between sending out nightmares, forcing the heart palpitations and such by fighting, or just being a general nuisance (most all of which are usually by Hyde) it's not really surprising that the resentment Harry already had towards them grows lmao.

He does eventually find out that those little phantom strings he can still see around his wrists and such can kinda be used to vaguely control/subdue his other halves. Yeah, he threatens them a lot.

Also!!! Jekyll and Hyde start getting along better, but definitely still bicker and shit occasionally (which tends to piss Harry off a bit, since he's been so fed up with their fighting and refusing to be one for so long, it just ticks him off very easily). Jekyll also feels really jealous of Harry bc of how he seems to be able to fix things so easily (and his blooming relationship with Lanyon ofc)

Anyways!! That's all I got for now lmao. Lots of character development for Harry lately. Man, I really need to start doing stuff with Elias again 💀

Mmmm forte swap au brain rot upon ye!

I've already completed designs for everyone at the NDA but I wanna space out the posts a bit cuz I don't think I'd be able to say all I'd want to in just one post!

Ramble about character info below; (+spoilers for all of mdarc)

Obviously this is based on my silly doodles for rain code ship week but I've actually started putting a lot of thought in to this now! (I've had waaaaaaay too much free time recently and I'm blessed with the ability to come up with lore/world building very quickly given enough motivation!)

So first off: Why Storm Cypher? Well cuz it's a protagonist swap! Desuhiko's now the amnesiac trainee being haunted by Shinigami so it made sense in my opinion to make this au's name reflectant of his last name, Thunderbolt. So that's where the 'Storm' comes from. 'Cypher' because it's a form of code and... well I just think it sounds nice basically! I do what I do for my own enjoyment, I don't always need to have a reason - no matter what my teachers say.

Also I decided to change some (Not all) character's last name's to better reflect their newly assigned fortes.

Anyway- It's character info dumping time!!!

Desuhiko, like og Yuma, has absolutely no memory of his past. While his personality remains fairly intact, he boards the Amaterasu Express hoping to figure out who he is along the way. While nobody there knows who he is, he instead finds he have a knack for word-play, puns and pick up lines, leading to accusations of secretly being a circus clown as opposed to a detective. This attitude is only solidified more upon meeting Shinigami, the death god with just as many innuendos to make as he does. They get along almost dangerously well, even more so when he learns she has a humanoid form. After completing the first mystery labyrinth, he decides that being a detective HAS to be his true calling, since solving the case was pretty fun all things considered, and receives his hoodie from The Chief to help keep him dry once arriving in Kanai Ward.

Yuma on the other hand, takes the place of co-star of chapter 2. At first he comes off as cool and charismatic but he breaks down almost immediately at the slightest hint of conflict. He's been a very famous musician for years prior to becoming a master detective, though he finds it hard to fully express himself through anything other then his appearance and music. The anxiety induced from an excess of fans, attention, and not knowing who to trust anymore thanks to his own popularity, he was ecstatic to be scouted by the WDO for his talents in disguises. Once it blossomed into a fully fledged forte and he was allowed to work as a detective properly though... they started regretting hiring him. Chaotic, anti-authoritatian and impossible to track down, he's more of a vigilante then a real detective. He was selected to go to Kanai Ward due to it's predicted high mortality rate, the higher ups hoping to dispose of the troublemaker without being too obvious about it. What does APAB mean you ask? All Peacekeepers Are Bastards!!! The Chief wasn't very happy to see him wearing it but permanent marker is permanent.

I haven't decided if I'll change Shinigami's humanoid design yet. If I do though, it'll probably just be more remenicent of her beta design. I haven't decided if I'll swap the Amaterasu Express detectives either though but... maybe I will. Since its forte swap though, the peacekeepers will all remain the same.

I'm hoping to write a fanfic for this, as opposed to like... a comic. But I'm partial to the idea of maybe doing an ask blog as well? I don't know yet. Either way, I'll probably post more for this tomorrow! <3

We need more BadBoyHalo being a scary monster so I am here to deliver 🫡 If you havent seen my other art this is his "true" form and what he's worried about the other members seeing, even though a few already know (like quackity, wilbur, niki, tubbo, ect) and the other's probbaly wouldnt judge him or see him differently other than being a bit surprised.

This is turning into a bit of a species info dump but that's what tumblr is for I guess so !

Some things to know- This strange looking ten foot tall monsterish form is what regular Wither demons normally look like! Ofc they're not always pissed like how I drew here but the unsettlingness can still stick around when theyre not trying to be threatening just because of their large teeth, claws, and well being large LOL Bad, coming from the nether originally got the gist firsthand how the overworld viewed WIther Demons and most people were scared of him, so as a safety measure and for his own anxiety he learned transfiguration magic over the coarse of a few years to create himself a smaller, less thretening form. At first it was hard and painful to maintain his smaller form (which is about 5'6, gets rid of most of his teeth, smaller horns/tail/wings that can't fly and less defined leg joints) but after a while of using it frequently along with getting better with his magic he's able to maintain it prettymuch constantly! Though he does have to revert back for at least 30 minutes a day to avoid health issues and longterm transfiguration detriments. (I had a breif idea that during purgatory he would be forced into his true form to defend himself and/or because he kept his smaller one up in front of everyone for too long) Anyyyways Dapper and most of the other babies know about his real form! He lets them ide on his back sometimes and teaches them how to fly/roar and other silly things. hmm another fun fact, Bad has the demon equivelent of a dad bod, if you notice he shed the spikes on his upper back and neck (which parent demons do so their babies can ride on their backs safely), and gained the barbs on his lower neck (which he can rattle to better communicate and imitate the call of a baby demon, it doenst serve much of a purpose with the baby dragons seeing as they aren't wither demons but they've grown fond of the sound when Bad would make it on accident, and can mimic it <3) AKA with the addition of the dragon babies his body went into dad mode like it had when JR was born, he can't really control it but doesnt really mind and it does kinda help him with them anyways. In addition to the physical changes, he's also beome incredibly protective over them Despite them not being his bloodborn children (this is common for wither demons, since their species is scarce they evolved to get these paternal instincts and hormones when they take a paternal role which was meant for ophaned baby demons but works with other species too, Bad's just like oh okay I have a handful of baby dragons my body thinks is its own now woah okay

UNDERTALE AU INFO DUMP!!

Fineline is an undertale au that has been living in me and Bea's (writer for fineline and other stuff who is my irl bestie but doesnt have tumblr cuz shes a nerd) brain for the past 4 years and now it’s finally getting life.

Basically found family bad sanses with a lot of self inserts, random ocs I make them interact with, and a healthy dose of shipping.

Their physical designs aren’t too far from accepted fanon but I think their personalities are quite different.

Nightmare is a bit more chill and has massive gossipy wine aunt vibes.

Dust is just a tad stupid and the most extroverted of the group.

section one: things about me as a human person

hi ! as of the time that i am writing this post, i go by "leech" or "krea," and my pronouns of choice are most often he/she/it. leech is my semi-preferred name rn, but also i have like one friend who doesn't condone me naming myself things that contribute to my low self esteem, so he calls me krea, which is incredibly real and valid of him, and you are free to do the same if you would like. as for pronouns, i really don't care a ton about those most of the time, although i will say i don't like they/them for myself. that's not a to say that those pronouns are bad or anything, just not my vibe personally.

i am an adult human being. i'm not very experienced at being one of those, i've been at it for less time than i was in highschool, but still. i know some folks (mostly minors) don't feel comfortable around 18+ people, that's fair and incredibly respectable and i applaud that. if you're not comfy with talking to adults, good on you, but that's does mean for your sake please don't talk to me. with that, you have my full blessing to block me. i say that not out of spite, just like letting you know i won't be offended or anything. you don't need my permission of course, but i was once an anxious teenager, so i know having it helps sometimes.

i am not the most skilled in explaining myself when it comes to the groups that i'm a part of or like spaces i belong to or identities i have or whatever, but i'm gonna try anyhow. i'm a lesbian, trans, aroace, and overall queer. i am white, and middle class by proxy (living with family). i am disabled in a plethora of ways that vary in severity for me; they're also ways that vary in level of stigma, from what i gather. i'm from florida. i'm currently trying to figure out religious or even philosophical stuff; i myself lean heavy towards folk practices and also catholicism, but it changes a lot so as of right now i'm not conclusively anything. i try to be radical in like an anarchistic librarian punk adjacent kind of way, but i don't know a ton about anything so i mostly try to learn from other folks who actually have an understanding of stuff. i don't know how much any of that matters, but honesty is my big virtue so i am trying to be transparent in like a reasonable way.

in terms of things i like or that make me happy or whatever, god there is so much shit i could list, but most of it isn't stuff i actively engage in, as much as i would like it to be. as far as participation goes, i like music (folk mostly, especially of the anti/punk/rock flavors, but other shit too), think-piece-y youtube video essays (cj the x, savannah brown, and mia cole, those are my big three rn), exactly one queer horror podcast (hello from the hallowoods), and creating things myself (my main mediums rn are notes app poetry, songs, and the occasional doodle). i have other interests tho, like a lot of them, i just have been in such a slump of doing literally nothing all day that it feels like lying to mention them.

I have another dump of the Sillies, this time little doodles and sketches (and some shrinky dinks)

I’m also gonna use this as another dump of random character info so enjoy :)

I guess I’ve never really seen Phoenix as red bc Zoraxis/Zor is red, and plus, orange/yellow and cyan are complimentary colors. Handler is yellow bc of his subtitles in IEYTD1 and bc yellow is a warm silly color and he’s a warm silly guy. Phoenix has cyan specifically because of their telekinesis/telekinetic implant. Like, y’know when you grab something in-game with your powers and there’s that cyan/light blue beam? Yeah, that color. This does kinda clash with Roxanna Prism’s color (teal), but hers leans more towards green on the color wheel while Phoenix is just a straight cyan. If Phoenix hadn’t joined the Agency I think they’d be a darker blue/indigo. Also Phoenix is constantly bobbing their head and doing little dances to music that isn’t playing (in their head or the environment, their mind is just TV static) (I’m pretty sure they have ADD or ADHD).

Handler is a weirdo and wears a sleeveless, yellow turtleneck sweater over a short sleeved shirt and black pants, while Phoenix wears a long sleeved collared shirt but they roll the sleeves back (they kept getting singed/dirty), a cyan tie, and (technically) dark navy pants (but for simplicity I draw them as black).

Before the Death Engine, Phoenix was just kinda going with the flow, enjoying their job and not really taking it too seriously. After the DE Incident, however, they finally realized how serious their work is, and rather than see a therapist or come to terms with what happened (missing leg, almost dying and falling to earth), they cover it up and pretend that nothing happened. It works most of the time, but they don’t like to be too alone with their thoughts, and that’s where Handler comes in. He acts as an anchor for Phoenix and is there to bring them back to reality should he notice them getting that glassy-eyed, million mile stare every once in a while.

When Phoenix woke up in the hospital room after Rising Phoenix they were super freaked out over their new arm. They were really panicky and kept thinking “not my hand, not my hand, THATS NOT MY HAND, NOT MY OWN” because their eyes were telling them one thing (it’s still there) while their other senses were saying the exact opposite (can’t feel it, strange muted whirring and clicking sounds whenever they moved it). What might be stranger is that their telekinesis still worked with the artificial hand.

Proper post now so I have to reiterate, this blog is run by @soup-for-ghosts (they/them)! It revolves around a personal project called Garden of Blue Sky and its story and characters.

This blog will mostly be for me posting art related to the project, info dumping about the sometimes complicated lore, and also answering any asks about the project (which are both very welcome and very appreciated!).

I don’t think I have to outline any rules, in general just don’t be gross or disrespectful. Transphobes, homophobes, ableists, etc. etc. kindly don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Also if you’re just gonna be a jerk, you can follow them out too. If I have to say more than that as far as rules go, I will, but for now I think that’s good.

Welcome to my blog, page, or whatever people refer to it as! I have had this account for a little while, but been holding off on posting anything until I did something big. I am decided to just post something, instead of keeping forgetting about this account.

My name is Jasper!

I am 17 years old and going to be turning 18 this year!

I am genderfluid, and I use He/Him and They/Them pronouns!

I am an artist and I enjoy doing art! Expect both digital and traditional artwork to be posted in the future!

My motivation is super weird and is always changing.

My current interests in media (shows, artists, or movies) are The Owl House, Sonic, Gravity Falls, Arcane, Ninjago, Will Wood, Squid Game, and Skyrim! Also, I do not seriously pay attention if any of the stuff is controversial, but if anything listed is activity causing big problems, let me know!

^ Heavily emphasis on The Owl House! I have a lot of original characters who are a part of that universe!
