Dadrius Week Day One Father’s Day

Hunter and Gus heard about father’s day from Luz, and then immediately found out all of the information about what a “father’s day” should look like. Gus tried to go camping with Perry while Hunter took Darius fishing. It... did not go well. Eber overheard Hunter planning and Darius, having no clue what father’s day was, assumed that he was supposed to get Hunter a gift also. Anyways, it was a huge disaster and Hunter admitted he just wanted to thank Darius for adopting him and he didn’t actually want to go fishing, so they went home and sewed together. If you’re wondering where Amity was, she, the twins, and Alador went to the Bonesborough Brawl as a team and totally smashed it.

In exactly two years in the timeline of “that fic I’ll never write”, on August 29th, 2026, Taylor and John will welcome their first child, a daughter named Eleanor Hope Seed.

I picked this middle name because it felt right (I doubt I’m the only one who’s had this idea for a Seed baby and/or Far Cry 5 OC) and her first name was inspired by Eleanor Lamb from BioShock 2, the character who awakened my parental instincts.

Between 2026 and 2035, the couple will have a total of four children. In fact, until very recently (about a month and a half ago), I would have said three, but I decided to also include a last son, originally from a sort of New Dawn AU I had. It suddenly made me very sad that he didn’t exist in the “main” timeline, so I fixed that :)

Wanted to complete this way ahead of father's day, since I'll be very busy around then. My birthday actually falls on that holiday, so I've been arranging a bit of a party event for myself and my dad. ANYWAY! Here, have Papa Arven [and mom honey in the corner]. I'm imaging some sort of family hike and camp out, since Arven is an outdoorsman. He's a great dad and takes them out whenever he can. From oldest to youngest: Mallie, Ruben, and Freyja. Maybe I'll elaborate more on tumblr. You guys know I love wholesome stuff in my art diet.

I actually didn't get to any of the artwork I really wanted to in May, but OOF, I'm sure I'll catch up eventually. I am...consumed by video game, as I knew I would be.
