The live-action film adaptation of The Legend of Zelda casts its Zelda and Link.

This is Miyamoto. I am pleased to announce that for the live-action film of The Legend of Zelda, Zelda will be played by Bo Bragason-san, and Link by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth-san. Nintendo announces casting choices for "Zelda" movie

According to Variety, Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto announced on social media earlier today that Bo Bragason has been cast as Princess Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth has been cast as Link in Nintendo and Sony's live-action treatment of The Legend of Zelda, which will hit theaters in May 2027.
