Several days after the events of FNF Soft's Week 5, Soft Pico was still on a search for Soft Benjamin, having put up several missing posters to help facilitate in the search. He was starting to run out of luck as Soft Grace came to check up on him.

Soft Grace: Still no sign of Benji?

Soft Pico: 'Fraid not... He'd never be the type to just up and disappear like that. Me and him have been inseparable for a long time.

Soft Grace: Yeah... I decided to hold off the double date we were gonna have with Sven when I noticed the missing posters around.

Soft Pico: Good call. I didn't want to ruin the moment for Ben.

She rubbed her arm with slight worry.

Soft Pico: Hey. If it's about the whole school-shooting stuff, even though I wasn't the one who caused it... I still don't hold anything against you for being misguided by the news.

Soft Grace: Yeah, I understand. And to think a couple of weeks ago, he called out his horrid parents in public...

Soft Pico: I promise I'll find him and get him back, Grace. If you see anything, please give me a call immediately.

Soft Grace: Don't worry. I'll play my part in this, too!

They both suddenly heard a strange sound behind them.

Soft Grace: Wait, did you hear that?

Soft Pico: Who's there?!

They turned around, seeing a familiar silhouette.

Soft Pico: Baby Blue!

Pico didn't hesitate to run toward the silhouette, though his assumption was only half-correct, seeing the ErroRhythmic Beats counterpart of Soft Ben.

Soft Pico: W-Wait... You're not...

ER!Softie: Are you alright? D-Did something happen?

Grace was close behind him, alongside Benjamin.

Soft Pico: Wait, who are all of you? What do you want?

Benjamin: We... We saw that the Boyfriend here wasn't... here.

Soft Pico: True that. He went missing a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't seen him around since. It's absolutely not like him to just up and vanish like that.

Grace: And we know why. A malicious force had kidnapped him and forced him into their line of work off-world.

Soft Pico: What?!

ER!Softie: Huh?!

Benjamin: Yeah... This evil counterpart of myself, Cam Malicious, abducted him to his cause of enforcing "canon" out of lies that it's for the sake of the multiverse.

Soft Grace: T-That's seriously messed up!

Soft Pico: "Canon"? Like the determined set of events in movies or something?

Grace: Yes, but MUCH worse. He's willing to prevent Softie from helping one of you guys should danger strike, under the wrong assumption that it helps build character.

Soft Pico: "Build character"? That's not true at all! If anything, it's gonna make his struggles that much worse! And by proxy... the Fairests will have won, either way...

ER!Softie: What those creeps did is really unjust, other Toughie, and I'm willing to do my best to help get your Softie back home. That I can promise!

Soft Pico: You... You really mean that?

He nodded with a smile, which Soft Pico reciprocated; the first time he had smiled in a fortnight.

Soft Pico: Heh, okay. I trust you.

Benjamin: I promise we'll bring Softie back home and away from Cam, Pico and Grace.

Soft Grace: Thanks so much. We really appreciate it! Don't we, Pico?

Pico, on his end, got out his spray-can, not willing to sit this one out.

Soft Pico: Sounds like that guy's itching for trouble. I don't care what his "good intentions" are, but NOBODY forcefully steals Baby Blue from me and gets away with it. In that case, I'm coming with you to get him back from those creeps!

Grace: Wait, really?

Soft Pico: Yeah! He needs my help, and I'm willing to have whatever assistance necessary to get it done!

Benjamin: In that case, welcome to the team, Pico!

The two shook hands, affirming their newfound alliance.

Soft Pico: Okay, where do we begin our search?

Benjamin: First off, we'll need to find whatever help we can get to counter Cam's own forces. You feel Ben will be alright before then?

Soft Pico: Hopefully so. If he's got other friends accompanying him, then it should be enough until we can find where this Cam guy's keeping him at.

Benjamin: I've also been asked by another -friend leading a revolution against Cam's "Funkin' Society" to keep an eye out for her friend while we're on the search. Cam's got a huge vendetta against him, considering he's trying to stop a bigger threat from destroying the multiverse.

Soft Pico: Bigger threat?

Grace: We'll tell you more along the way.

Soft Pico: Right! Let's not waste any more time!

Ben passed him one of the multidimensional watches.

Soft Pico: What's this for?

Benjamin: It's to keep your atoms from jazzing out while we're outside your dimension.

Soft Pico: Got it.

He put the watch on his wrist.

Soft Pico: Alright. I'm ready!

Grace: Alright! This way!

Soft Grace: Good luck!

Most of the group headed through the portal, though Benjamin stuck behind with Soft Grace.

Soft Grace: You're not going through with them?

Benjamin: I will in a moment.

He went to go give her a hug.

Benjamin: If it helps your self-esteem, Grace... I'd say you look great just as you are!

She smiled, slightly tearing up knowing she was still validated by others.

Soft Grace: Aww, thanks! Same to you, other Benji!

They broke their hug after a moment, with Grace gently stroking Ben's cheek.

Soft Grace: Once you've done what you needed to, you're welcome here any time, in my view!

Benjamin: Heh, thanks! Well, I've got work to do! Catch you later!

She waved him off as he leapt back through the portal to continue his mission.

Mini-Trivia

After the IAB! x Funkinverse events, Soft Grace switched in for Soft Pico in Benjamin's multiversal friendship group, having grown curious about other -friends after the X's destruction.

Following these events, Soft Pico and Soft Grace also made friends with Shaya (B3 GF), and Neo Pico & B3 Pico respectively.

Kasumi’s family ran a cult and attempted to use her as a sacrifice for their dark god. In an attempt to get some form of comfort, she attempted a spell to bring her beloved plush to life like she had watched the others do. Except she summoned a demon… actually scratch that she summoned the dark god they were attempting to. And he did not take kindly to how they treated such a sweet thing. After destroying the rest of them, he now possesses her doll and makes her think that her spell worked, not wanting for her to learn that the very demon that was messing with her life ended up protecting her. Demons do have morals after all.
