Tryna solve the disappearance of MH370.
Im sure yall know what MH370 is. And if u don’t then it’s plane that disappeared and still no one found it.
Now let’s talk abt it.
It was a flight to Malaysia to China. The pilot is from a Malaysian island called penage. Let’s see the path.
Tumblr media
The bended curve in between 3 and 4 is the island of penage.
Was the pilot tryna see his home?
Tumblr media
This is what trail they were supposed to take.
The final trackers of Malaysia before it went missing
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The final words spoken to the radar.
“Lumpur Radar: "Malaysian three seven zero, contact Ho Chi Minh one two zero decimal nine. Good night."
Flight 370: "Good night. Malaysian three seven zero."
After this another pilot tried to contact the flight only to hear mumbles that they couldn’t make out.
Tumblr media
In 2015 the first piece of MH370 was found in the Indian Ocean.
Before you say “on maybe they found it on the beach?” Wrong. If you don’t notice it but some things are sticking out of the back. Those are barnacles that is only found in the ocean.
My theory is that the plane wasn’t hijacked. It was a suicide by pilot. If the plane rlly got hijacked how did they know that island was the pilots hometown? It doesn’t make sense.
Let me know if I’m missing smth!

'''It's one of the biggest mysteries in modern aviation history. In March 2014, Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport en route to Beijing and lost communication about 38 minutes into the flight. Military radar tracked the aircraft as it veered off course before the signal (and the plane) disappeared somewhere over the Andaman Sea and Indian Ocean.
All 12 crew members and 227 passengers were presumed dead, and search-and-rescue efforts yielded no signs of the doomed plane apart from a few pieces of debris that washed up on coastal shores months later. Now, scientists have partially reconstructed the possible origin and drift path of that debris via a novel means: extracting data about ocean temperatures stored in shells of barnacles, according to a new paper published in the journal AGU Advances.''''

The strategy of making people mad as a marketing strategy is such a good one. Not good in the sense that I condone it... but in the sense that it works.
Exhibit A of its effectiveness: I'm watching the Netflix MH370 documentary and I'm PISSED and I'm telling you guys and my friends about how pissed it's making me, effectively turning ME into the marketing tool💀
long story short, please. please. PLEASE. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT GIVE INTO THE PEER PRESSURE. It's not worth it. It's never worth it. This docuseries is so shitty, and if you know the story well, you will HATE it.

The Curse of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370
This week, Aly tells Nat about what happened to MH370: the plane that took off from a routine flight between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing when it suddenly disappeared from radar and was never seen again. What happened? Could there be a curse at play here?

Why is Netflix's MH370 documentary so haunting?
Netflix released MH370: The Plane That Disappeared on Wednesday, March 8. At first, I was indifferent about it. “Meh. Are they still talking about that plane? Haven’t they figured out what happened to it yet?” I wondered flippantly. And yet…I found myself drawn to the three-part docuseries. After watching the trailer, I added it to my list. Partly because I’m a sucker for documentaries. But maybe…

The lead dragon standing on the lower left of the screen—along with the black cat who is also dressed as a pirate standing on his head—begin singing the opening of 'The Wellerman.' When the chorus starts, in the upper right corner a fae flies in and joins the crew to singing but flies back out when the second verse starts. not exactly the same, but malaysia airlines did very much cover up their pilot most likely murdered everybody on mh370. like they knew he planned it, refused to release that information until it leaked, then just shrugged because a murder payout would cost more for their company + look worse than a disappearance and that was just accepted as normal and not absolutely fucking deranged
malaysia airlines was actually one of the incidents i was thinking about - locally, the malaysian govt tried its best to play down what happened, but internationally it was in the news for months, the incident was the subject of an international investigation, i believe even attracting the attention of the CIA.
of course, not the best parallel to make given how many more people died on flight 370, but with boeing's current safety and business practices, i feel like it's only a matter of time before we get an incident like that domestically

Episode 53: The Curse of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 Photodump
Image 01: Map of the last known flight pattern as documented by air traffic control records before MH370 disappeared from radar. Image 02: The curve shows the “linkups” from an Inmarsat satellite that captured the approximate trajectory of MH370 up until 9:15am. Image 03: A beach-cleanup crew on the French Island of Reunion came upon a torn piece of airfoil about six feet long that had washed ashore. It ended up being a “flaperon” from MH370. Image 04: More pieces of MH370 that washed ashore along the coast of Africa. Image 05: 27-year-old co-pilot Fariq Hamid Image 06: 53-year-old pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah, in a screenshot from his youtube channel where he explained how to do handyman things around the house. Image 07: Blaine Gibson, a middle-aged man from California who has single-handedly found about a third of all MH370 debris that has ever been discovered. Image 08: Secret US military base, Diego Garcia, which some speculate is the destination MH370 ended up flying to. Image 09: A photo of the airfield on Diego Garcia, where experimental aircrafts are alleged to be stored. Image 10: Pictures of some of those whose lives were lost on MH370.

On a side note, I looked back at last year’s entries, and I definitely thought Bouquet was Banquet, so instead of admitting I was wrong, I did it as a sub this year. If you noticed, no you didn’t :)
Also funny story about Shallow, I kept reading it as Swallow, so I couldn't do it
