2024 Goals:
Most are the exact same as last year.
Water: I feel like 120oz is a goal since when I do drink under about 100oz I don’t feel hydrated.
Strength Training: This one will be a challenge due to me usually wanting to lay down or just not do anything after running. So this is going to be one that I am going to gradually build up to.
Running: I wasn’t able to hit it last year, so I really want to achieve it this year.
4 Half Marathons: I’m already signed up for the Austin Half and I know I’m going to do the Dallas BMW Half again so I need to find 2 others.

Review over last years goals:
1. Drink 100oz of water a day: According to Garmin I drank around 110-120 ounces a day, so I’m going to say goal accomplished.
2: 20 minutes of yoga x2 a week: This one was definitely not accomplished, most of the time I never did yoga even one a week.
3: 875 miles of running: According to my totals, I ran 1013.9 miles last year. I can’t believe I ran over 1000 miles last year.
4: 4 half marathons: I did the Austin Half Marathon, the Run the Alamo Half, the Colony Half, and the Dallas Half.

pissed off bc i did 1 hr of treadmill exercise and i actually feel good -_-
i did like. the incline stuff at 3 mph and theres a goal im working toward called the “12-3-30” which is a 12% incline at 3 mph for 30 mins. it’s going to be a process bc just 5 mins of 3 mph at 8% incline whooped my ASS. but at least i have smth to work toward. my heart was literally at like 183 bpm so it took that workout as “vigorous exercise” which ig it is for me being out of shape LMAOO but i want STAMINA
