Dumbbells & kettlebells are bae. 😍 . Ladies - your workout should consist of more than just cardio. I encourage you to add extra resistance in the form of weights - it's a great way to challenge your muscles! Only through strength and resistance training can you increase muscle density, which is key for achieving a 'toned' appearance, and keeping your body working effectively (I mean...look at Michelle Obama's arms 😍). . I repeat...TONED, not muscular! Just because you decide to add on more weight doesn't mean you’re going to instantly bulk up (not that there's anything wrong with bulking up, if that's what you're working toward!). There's a misconception that lifting weights will make you look huge and muscular, when in fact having more muscle density will raise your metabolism, burn more calories and torch fat! . FYI I bought my 10lb dumbbells that I use for my home workouts at Marshall's for cheap. Wenn's mal echt schnell gehen muss 👉 face rip. Vielleicht ist die grobmotorische, rohe Vorgehensweise in den combatives bzw. in den modernen Selbst- behauptungsystemen der entscheidende Unterschied zu Kampfsportarten bzw. den Kampfkünsten. Effizienz entscheidet hier ganz klar! In einer eventuell lebensbedrohlichen Situation, ist es dem Körper unter Adrenalin Einfluss fast unmöglich physich detailliert zu handeln. 👉 Fight or flight syndrom. Interessanterweise sieht es mit dem psychischen Handeln während der Situation etwas anders aus... Die Psyche kann insofern "trainiert" werden, indem man seinen eigenen Siegeswillen massiv schärft. Da gibt's dann keine "Diskussionen" mehr mit einem selbst, ob die eigene Aggressivität nun richtig oder falsch ist. Sämtliche moralischen "Einschränkungen" wie z. B. Anstand (ich darf nicht schlagen, ich bin kein gewalttätiger Mensch...etc.) sind in friedlichen Zeiten mit einem selbst "geklärt" worden. 👉 Combat mindset Wenn ihr euch selbst über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg vor den Spiegel stellt, und euch folgendes regelmäßig selbst sagt: "Ich XY bin eine friedliebende Person, wenn ich aber angegriffen werde, nehme ich meinen ganzen Mut zusammen und wehre mich verbissen!"
