The President and VP of the Hobie Brown Fanclub, Disco-Spider Diane and Tech Tarantula Ansi.
aka the two people that always seemed to get pulled into Hobie's schemes at HQ. But he gets them free admission and backstage access to his shows, so they call it even.
Don't worry, they're with the band.
---------------------------------
Some art of @spidey-bie 's sona and Diane 🥺 they're rad and from the 80s and they're the best
+ Ansi chilling at Hobie's
(also idc what canon says the spider-band is named Wicked Webs cause it sounds rad idc idc)

Sorry if you've answered this! In the Scarlet x Violet, Ansy and Ikirit are in the uniforms which implies they are taking classes there. Is there a reason they decided to?
Also if they instead were going to teach a course there, what course do you think each of them would teach?
(Hey, NP! Part of your question involves something that didn’t make it in the Scarlet x Violet highlights post anyways - gives me an excuse to share it! ^_^)
For your first question, I sorta answered in the last panel of one of the multi-panel comics I made for SxV:
Tumblr media
When Ansy & Ikrit were separated & ended up on the Scarlet & Violet timelines respectively, they could still keep in touch via their Rotom Phones for a mysterious reason that may or may not show up again in DxP - they figured out their situation together, & decided to go to Naranja / Uva Academy. There, their respective Director Clavel offered a place at his Academy in order to make them less conspicuous, & seeing as there are literal senior citizens in class with the player (canonically about middle-school aged), their being in their 30’s wasn’t that odd lol. XD
As for your second question, meet Ms. Ansy & Mr. Ikrit (& helpers!)
Tumblr media
Going off what the mister & I majored in school, Ansy would’ve worked under Professor Hassel in Art while Ikrit would just straight teach Astrophysics (&/or Astronomy, as Ikrit canonically works for a meteoriticist). As Ms. Ansy assists in a pretty hands-off subject that already has a very capable professor (honestly, she probably would just sub when he’s serving as a member of the Elite 4), she could easily make her way around Paldea between classes. Mr. Ikrit had a similar arrangement, but for a different reason: as his subject is very specific & very advanced, he doesn’t have a lot of students, & so would have plenty of free time to solve Paldea’s mysteries.
Honestly I really wish we had an option to be students or not, or at least not have to wear school uniforms - felt very kid-coded, & if we didn’t have to have uniforms, we could’ve used our imaginations. At least I got to use it for a joke eventually lol XD

drew a blurger today
so actually, I've been playing with non-square pixels a lot lately bc I wanna do art on my VT320 serial terminal, so this week I did some calculating and some number crunching and set myself up with a GNU Image Manipulation Program template that would serve me well:
Tumblr media
My bf challenged me to draw a burger with a specific palette bc I've been drawing some practice burgers to learn to draw, so I figured I'd do so in the domain I've already been playing with: terminal art!
Tumblr media
when viewed with square pixels the entire drawing appears squashed. but when we turn *off* dot-for-dot mode in GNU Image Manipulation Program,
Tumblr media
our blurger bursts to life :D
(also if your menu options are different than mine, I'm actually using preview builds for version 3.0 because older versions of GNU Image Manipulation Program use a version of GTK that doesn't support my tablet pen 😭)
But. getting the blurger where we want it was harder. See, I haven't yet written a tool to automatically process an image to a series of characters, so I instead had to do it the old fashioned way: paletted bitmaps!
With a paletted bitmap, we can reduce the bitrate of the image to let each pixel only take up half a byte! And then, with our handy dandy hex editor, we can see the raw data:
Tumblr media
We take out a few header rows, and...
Tumblr media
we get our burger, aligned properly and upside down! Funnily enough, bitmap images are stored bottom up but not left-to-right, and this is not the first time I've run into this.
A few more steps!
We copy each line from the hex editor, starting at the bottom (top of the burger) and work our way to the top (bottom of the burger), into a separate text document so we get our burger as numbers.
Tumblr media
I am a fan of receipt printers and serial communication, and I have occasionally run myself into some situations in which I need to type a bunch of untypeable data or generate a stream of bytes real quick to do a specific task, so from here I actually had a tool on hand to make this a fuck of a lot easier: my markup language, aml! First I put the original at the top in comments so I had a template to work against...
Tumblr media
and then we make a copy to which we add our colour information!
Tumblr media
Each one of those tags (except the ones at the end of the lines, which are for new lines) is actually a macro for my markup language that I made specifically for this task to encode the ANSI control code for each of the colours:
Tumblr media
and once all that was done and prepared, it was the simple task of running my interpreter over it (ami.py -u blurgercolours.json -i blurger.aml -o blurger.bin) and I had a binary file that I can send to a terminal that has ANSI 24 bit colour support and show off my blurger.
I hope you enjoyed blurger hour with ava, and here's one more thing before I go:
Tumblr media
be careful not to spill kechp.

Continue on if you wish to see my mind trying to figure out Ansi's medium. Idk. Idk what I mean either.
I'm currently trying to figure out what medium Ansi's world is set in (real ones will know this isn't the first time I've done this)
I was thinking something with graphite or charcoal originally. However those aren't very colorful mediums.
I want an art medium that offers a range of color because it'll show his emotions and growth. (She goes from less colorful to more colorful as she goes through her character development.) But I also want a medium where you can mess with the lines of his style since that also shifts with his mood.
But how do the lines and the colors change with his mood you may be wondering. Y'know Mob Psycho and how the animation gets more fluid and dark whenever he enters his ?????% state?
Tumblr media
Whenever she's angry or upset her style changes to something similar to that (Meaning almost no color and less detail. You're just looking at a dark Ansi shaped blob with glowing brown eyes if you piss him off.) Whenever she's happy her colors are more vibrant and bright. While her lines are less neat and put together (the lines look like they're dancing). When she's sad her colors are darker style gets all droopy. Her line art looks like it's crying. Which is great for because they're autistic and are a chronic sufferer of rbf but terrible for when he's trying to hide his feelings from Hobie.
Honestly colored pencils or markers is probably not a bad idea. (OR A MIX OF BOTH)
IT'S THERE. I CAN SEE IT SO CLEARLY BUT I DON'T HAVE WORDS FOR IT 😭

Mistigram: After working its way out of the soundtrack to 1998's NEC PC-9800 bullet hell video game Lotus Land Story by Team Shanghai Alice (aka Jun'ya "ZUN" Ōta), the #BadApple!! song was covered by Alstroemeria Records, yielding a recording that was eventually celebrated with a shadow-puppetry style music video. Due to the way that the monochrome palette of that video easily translates to the displays of underpowered and unlikely vintage technology and computing platforms, adapting it to different formats has become a fashionable pastime among certain circles. Here, for possibly the first time in this particular niche, Andy "NDH" Herbert, creator of the Moebius ANSI art editor, has converted the Bad Apple!! music video to #ANSImation (or #ANSIart animation.) Though it isn't entirely synchronized to the on-screen action (as ANSImation pacing isn't an exact science), we have piped in the celebrated Bad Apple!! music so you have something to groove to while you watch the block characters do their thing on your screen.

Update log from me:
Hi Rin! I'm back and taking a little break on the art :>
I'm currently doing Ansy's first with Dain and I went simpler this time because I felt the impending doom that is my drawing muse going to shit doing over the top splash art of you two, dw I have you and Zhongli's planned. I have a very interesting idea on how it'll look, ehe!
Aside from my drawing muse going up and down rapidly, I couldn't help but feel a little guilty about something. It's hard to explain without having the other guys know, but I guess sometimes I feel like I'm not enough for them— which is bad, I know! It's just really difficult to deal with it sometimes.
I think Heizou knows I'm not in my usual mood because of it, but he hasn't said anything to me. It's making me worried but I'm trying to ignore it since it's... Awkward right now, haha 😅 doubting yourself so much isn't fun.
Anyway, small update done, I'm going to get back to drawing. Albedo is helping me out in making sure the art looks good and giving it justice, so it's been really nice so far... Aside from him asking me about Dainslief. Oops.
I hope you're taking care of yourself, Rin! Please tell Zhongli I said hi! 👋^^
— 🌸🍒
HEYOOO 👋🏻 i am glad you're taking breaks properly!! breaks are v v important!!!
hehehe i can't wait to see ansy and dain!! and no rush, dw i will wait as long as you need!! and no pressure, if you want to stop then please don't feel bad!! as long as you're enjoying the process <3
oh sweetie. no, that's understandable, i too have those moments especially when my insecurity hits hard irl. (i have a hard time believing that anyone would actually find me desirable irl which is one of the reason i selfship - to somewhat practice viewing myself in a better light.... which might not be the best way to deal with it but it helps ^^")
take your time!! and zhongli told me to tell you to take care <3
also do you want me to post your littol gift here or do you want me to visit your blog and drop it there instead? :3

I am so sorry for this one. I wrote a full essay (ily, forgive me)
I DID THIS LAST NIGHT AND??? I WAS SO IMPRESSED?? The story, the characterisations, the buildup tension, and the visuals; everything has been carefully thought out and thus perfectly executed. I haven't ever read a fic like this, but I suppose one should compare this more to a game XDD
There are a few ways you can "read" this fic, and I've currently only done one route (which I'll ramble about b.t.c. because, well, spoilers /duh!), but still ?!!?!
Ansy you are a madman /aff /pos
First of all; the story.
There are so many details-- its INSANE. I cannot imagine how much time you put into this. Not only do we get a BUNCH of evidence (entries? Logs?) to use during the trial, there are lots of details in the "fic"/story as well!!! I'm scatterbrained, I do not pick up on most of these things, so forgive me I'm only one but ?! I WAS 100% CONVINCED IT WAS *NOT* ALHAITHAM???? I sobbed when the verdict came in whdjdkdk WDYM?? I SHOULDNTVE BETRAYED MY BBG KAVEH, NOOOOOOOO---
Anyways.
I'm sure I was the part of the audience easily swayed by new evidence and such. And strangely, I think I ended up enjoyed that part the most
The countdown during the trial was making me nervous and when the moment arrived, I went with my instinct; no longer able to retrack or rethink about past hints, so I chose Alhaitham. The one so confident about it all (little did naive me know it was because he executed the whole thing). And my heart DROPPED when he turned out to be blackened. I also ??? NEVER, not for a single moment, EVER suspected Kazuha of being the mole. This dumbass (points at myself) thought Kuni was the mole /sobs. WHAT DO YOU MEAN MASTERMIND??? I mean, it fucking makes sense as well 😭😭 Both he and the "mascot" are puppets after all.
bang onto the doors I RETRACT MY STATEMENT, LET MY BOY KAVEH FREE!!! (Omg and poor poor Yoimiya ;^;. She really did nothing to deserve this). I'm laughing in defeat. I've been played by the game. I voted Kaveh... /headinhandssobbing
Also, I totally could go on and on about it but the tension which was so well built,- AND THEN THE MEMORY SCENE??? It was surprisingly wholesome and I love how desperate the reader was to not forget.
And then your writing itself??? You choose the right words at the right time. You invest in characters emotionally, and when they break down or something happens, you can't help but feel empathy for them and/or their situation.
In a "game" like this, such things are really important to sway the reader (imo). I've always enjoyed your writing style because it's so comfortable to read (easy to get immersed in, good rhythm,) but with this one you took your words and turned it into a knife. It never felt so good to be hurt by words. (points finger accusingly at Alhaitham I'm disinviting you to any future teaparties. We no longer are besties 😤🤚).
ALSO?? PACING WAS SO GOOD? The interjections of the characters were so fun (although one didn't work for me ;;), and the hints/evidence was thrown at you at the right times. I think I took like an hour or longer to go through everything and not once did my concentration/attention go elsewhere. From beginning to end, you had me hooked, and I wasn't able to get up after either, for the impact of the fic/game had me stunned and mulling on it for a while.
Also. Big moment to appreciate your art. Aside from it being refined and beautiful in general, it adds SO much impact to the game. The interjections, the scene with Kaveh sobbing (omg), -- THEY ALL SO??? UGH /pos
I can't.
I keep thinking, this is it. This is the magnum opus. But you keep outdoing yourself.
You're the brightest star amongst us all.
Thank you for blessing us with your stories, Ansy.
FLAWLESS (Yandere!Various Genshin/Reader)
Tumblr media
A/n: This is a complete interactive fic w/ CGs! There’s an HP system and 4 possible endings (yandere!Scaramouche, Alhaitham, Kaveh, and Kazuha). This is my final fanfic and I really put my best effort into drawing and writing this. Have fun!!! Your choices matter so read the evidences properly and try not to get a bad ending hahaha. (Pls answer this poll after and feel free to send me memes about who you got hAHHAHA)
Unreliable Synopsis: (Danganronpa!Genshin AU) If this is your last dance as an idol, then you do not want it. No. You’ll make the real criminal sing instead.
CW: yandere themes, blood, murders (well duh ansy–), and brief mentions of suicide.
Tumblr media
Kazuha frowned. "For (L/n) (Y/n), this whole ordeal must seem like a flawless crime."
"They don't know the murder weapon, the suspects— no nothing." Kaveh sighed.
Alhaitham interjected. "Indeed, but the real questions will begin in a moment."
Words punctured the air in nameless accusations. Each time people enter this room, only distrust looms acting both as a safety blanket and suffocating plastic. You stared at the people left. One, two, three, four, five... You clenched your fist, and all those fingers pointed back at you.
The sixth.
There are only six survivors left.
"Say, (L/n) (Y/n)." Your Akademiyan companions stared at you as Kunikuzushi’s smirk could practically be heard in his voice. "Where were you at the time of the murder?"
You gulped.
The Teyvat Akademiya. Home only to the most renowned student of their craft. The faculty carefully picks out select groups of students to be their new freshmen- and it can only be counted by hand how many had declined such a generous offer. It was a government state university, but it was also a golden ticket to knowing people from high places.
Each student was known for contributing something in their fields of interest. In fact, both your adoptive siblings were alumni of this prestigious school. Your brother Aether was a famous "adventurer" (as he loved to call himself instead of an artifact-obsessed archeologist) whereas your sister Lumine was a remarkable swordswoman with a straight-edged track record. Even your older friends, Dainsleif, and a certain glasses-wearing individual you had forgotten the name of were graduates and now boast incredible resumes befitting of an Akademiyan. Each alumnus you've met wasn't someone any person with a head on their shoulders would dare disrespect.
But that was not the reason for your schoolmates’ evident intimidation.
“Allow them a moment to process,” Alhaitham scoffed. “The Body Discovery Announcement was approximately 2 hours ago. It’s challenging for individuals from the entertainment industry such as them to comprehend complicated matters in a few seconds.”
“I would’ve fainted at your rare attempt at empathy if it wasn't obviously pointed,” Kaveh scoffed before turning to you with a soft stare. “(Y/n), don’t listen to these two, I’m sure we can find out if you’re innocent or not later.”
You gave a short nod of assent.
Tragically, murders had become the norm for college students like yourself. No one has flinched at Kaveh’s grim mention of a suspect lurking by and none had the insanity to deny what had occurred.
It began when you first woke up in one of the Akademiya's classrooms. You stirred awake on a desk near Shikanoin Heizou, the "Detective Prince". He was a famous figure, so you instantly believed him when he said you were both hauled into this location against your will. You were enthused by his infectious desire to uncover whatever was behind the “kidnapping” you found yourselves in. He told you not to worry, that despite the barred windows and inaccessible exits, you'd both "probably" find a way out.  As you both wandered around the area, you found fourteen other students (some familiar faces, some not as much). For a brief moment of hope, everyone thought escape was possible.
That was until a certain cold-eyed puppet entered the scene.
A heartless puppet you’re sure was waiting for everyone just under that elevator.
“Is… Is this everyone?” You asked like a mouse, frightened as your eyes darted for any hints of twinned cyan hair. Nothing about your recent behavior had gone unnoticed.
Senior Faruzan is missing…
Yoimiya frowned, grabbing your hand for comfort. “(Y/n)…”
Kunikuzushi scoffed. “Enough of this dumb ohhh boohoo exhibit. Let’s go.”
The most mysterious of the bunch left for the stairs immediately, punching the button on the elevator to its ground floor. Yoimiya huffed, muttering complaints about Kuni’s behavior while the three other men followed her silently. No one took the stairs two at a time and walked at a snail’s pace. A clear indication that no one wanted this to occur.
And just like in the previous cases, Kazuha’s eyes were on you the entire time but spoke nothing of this behavior.
The elevator door opened. You looked at the camera above it. If the Shogun's words are to be trusted, then the outside world is watching your every move like reality TV.
If that's the case, might as well give them a show.
Kunikuzushi stepped aside, royally ushering everyone— and specifically YOU— in.
“Idols first.”
Tumblr media
Everyone entered the trial room. If the mood from earlier was tense, it is worse now that you’re inside. Stepping into the cold room makes the situation all the more real.
There is an execution waiting to happen, but without a hint if it’ll be “us” or “them”. Every bright person inside the room here had previously partaken in 4 of these court sessions by force. Since no one can exit the premises nor contact the outside world, the only key out was to kill and avoid getting caught. 5 people had attempted to commit murder, and considering how you’re still breathing, none of the “blackened” had succeeded in getting their way.
How… How did it come to this?
You enrolled in the Akademiya in hopes that you'd also find the subtle clues as to why Aether went missing, this wasn't in your plan.
Getting roped into this killing “game” was on no one’s to-do list. You received an invitation to enroll in the Akademiya because of your stark idol career, although your siblings being famous alumni may have greatly increased your chances of receiving that privilege. You would’ve thrown that paper into the fire if you knew you’d get dizzy upon arriving in the Akademiya and will wake up in such a heartbreaking dilemma. Hearing from a grapevine, you discovered that Kaveh was invited for his architectural drafts, Kazuha for his poems and a bit of swordsmanship in his repertoire, Yoimiya for her firework shows, and Kunikuzushi?… You don’t know. But you are wholly aware as to why Alhaitham is here as your senior— you were there when he opened his letter after all.
The “mascot” is yet to make her entrance. So, as “obedient” students, you’ve uncomfortably shuffled to the places you were meant to stand. Bile rose inside your throat as you looked at the last five students excluding yourself circling the room— with Faruzan’s crossed-out portrait to your right while Kamisato Ayaka’s on your left. It would appear that most of the dead students were on your side and the closest breathing person next to you was Kunikuzushi, who was two photographs away.
Alhaitham, Amber, Tighnari, Ajax, Albedo, Kamisato Ayaka, You, Faruzan, Xiao, "Kunikuzushi", Kaveh, Cyno, Yoimiya, Layla, Yunjin, Kaedehara Kazuha, and Shikanoin Heizou.
The deceased faces had been crossed out in bright violet paint, a nauseatingly unsubtle reminder that only six remained. Yet, the one that was meant to sit towering above was missing.
“… Where’s The Shogun?” Kazuha asked.
“Ah, so you do have a voice. And here I was about to call you a cricket. I thought our poet lost his words, considering how the previous trial ended,” Kunikuzushi mocked, rolling his eyes. “Just wait and see.”
You sighed, hoping it was quiet enough for Kuni not to have heard it.
The last trial broke everyone’s spirits and sense of camaraderie the most. Before trials, the puppet gives everyone an incentive to kill. In the Ayaka-Heizou murder case, each student was given a videotape that raised more questions than answers. Yours was a clip of Lumine, your fellow theater actors, and idol mates congratulating you for your enrollment before it cuts off to a scene of your home burned to cinders. As for Ayaka, hers was a short-lived message of her older brother asking her to come visit the clan for Thoma’s upcoming birthday— before it cuts to a gruesome scene of her brother fatally wounded on their living room floor.
“Find out what happens once you graduate!”... and then the tape ends.
Whoever was the mastermind behind this killing, you had to admit, they were an expert in psychological torture. And unfortunately for everyone, Ayaka was a smart individual— killing the most trustworthy student, Heizou, to cover her tracks better. She put up quite the fight in manipulating everyone to think that you and Kaveh were possible culprits.
You even got into an argument with the calmest person around. Kazuha was “convinced” that Ayaka was right, which led to you two entering an incredibly heated argument that left him depressed with his rejected apology. You were on "good terms" with him before, that being he would always offer to cook food and accompany you often.
… Perhaps that was a good thing. Discreetly, you thought he strangely knew you to a degree that makes you far from comfortable. It still bugs you how he knew you all too well and yet you know nothing about him other than his aspirations: traditional Inazuman poetry writing with a bit of karuta on the side.
Maybe he used to be a big fan of yours? Even so, the foundation of your music, choreography, and persona was weaved through a tapestry of feel-good lies. And yet, he was wise enough to speak your true thoughts before you even hesitated to voice them in your cheery idol tone.
But that’s not the issue right now.
The issue on your plate was that you had no evidence to prove your innocence except for the list of school rules on your E-Handbook because you were convinced someone will kill you during the investigation.
You laughed to yourself bitterly. Might as well review those rules now.
You opened the E-Handbook.
As per “school rules”, there are regulations to be had in a murder game, but none stick to you as these three. Rule #10 and #7: A class trial will commence after three or more students have discovered a corpse, and a Body Discovery Announcement will play as soon as it occurs. However, a trial will be held if and only if every survivor is present; failure to do so will result in class “expulsion.”
And the last rule that never left your mind was Rule #8: If the guilty party is exposed during the class trial, they alone will be executed.
By the end of Trial #4, she did not receive a proper execution. Ayaka was compelled to restore her honor and raised her sword to…
… You couldn’t hate her for it. Even though you were close friends with Heizou, you couldn’t hate any of your fellow students. They all had family, hopes, and visions for the future. Each one here was "a fledgling barely out of the nest." You couldn’t deny that you would’ve done the same.
"Since the Shogun isn't here yet, let's get a headstart," Kaveh gripped the court fence, eyeing everyone with a nervous stare and stiff posture. "What's your alibis?"
Nobody raised their voice initially. You cast a pitying glance toward Kaveh. When it comes to your closest friendships, he comes in second only to Heizou. As someone who had seen the horrors of the media which is essentially a mirror of the world's social issues, Kaveh's one of the few decent individuals left on the planet, in your opinion. In moments of quiet, you, Kaveh, and Faruzan used to chat together, with Heizou periodically interrupting to share his findings regarding everyone's entrapment.
Considering how Kaveh is your last true friend left, you volunteered yourself.
"I never left my room," you spoke audibly depressed, no longer caring that you appeared un-idol-like. "And I refused entry as well. I heard a couple of angry knocks at 9:37 p.m., but I didn't open my door for anyone."
You looked at Kazuha, hurt and accusingly.
You'd never forget how Kazuha called you a murderer. That intense argument made up 30% of Heizou's class trial. He lost his composure and called you a "dishonorable monster". The whole back-and-forth was very much unlike him. After the trial, neither of you talked– and you never left your room unless it was to get something to eat without anyone in sight.
If he was the one who killed Faruzan because he can’t get to you, then you’ll…
"9:37 eh? You got a watch now?" Kunikuzushi pointed at your wrist.
You snapped out of your aggression and nodded, which made him break out in a fit of laughter.
"HAHAHA!!!" Kunikuzushi grinned, wide. "Learned your lesson, huh?!"
You scoffed, but your ego was humbled and your heart sank at his harsh words.
Everyone in the room nearly lost their lives because of your time-blindness. It's precisely what made Kazuha suspicious of your motives. You were always unsure of the time, hence, you didn't have the most watertight alibi compared to Ayaka. Before you entered your room to lock yourself, Alhaitham blocked the door with his shoe and handed you his spare wristwatch. He was the last person you saw before your self-isolation.
"Good," Alhaitham said. "And you, Kunikuzushi?"
"Are we going to ignore that angry knocking thing?" Kaveh rightfully asked.
"Let's complete the first task first," Alhaitham answered. "Let's follow the circle; it's (Y/n), then Kunikuzushi, Kaveh, Yoimiya, Kazuha, then I."
"Conveniently putting yourself last," Kunikuzushi snarled. "But whatever. I was napping in my dorm. Woke up when I heard footsteps outside and decided to investigate. The discovery alarm rang off when I entered the nurse's office the second time."
Kaveh fell silent, his face pale.
"I… never went to m dorm that night"
"Oh?" You and Yoimiya curiously said in unison.
"I-I was with Alhaitham, patrolling!!!" Kaveh defended; his arms in the air. "I swear on my life, I was with him! We're probably the footsteps Kuni heard."
He spoke as if it was a good thing with his mouth, but he was whispering that it wasn’t with his eyes.
"Can't be certain," Kunikuzushi threw in a quick grumble and snapped his fingers. “But I think that's probably the case.”
"That makes sense. I mean, if Kuni was telling the truth then that just means there's more chance it's just those two hopping around. Oh, and I was actually on the second floor at the time. I was in the recreational room cause I wanted to get tokens for the cute little Shogun Stall.'' If Kuni’s side comment lasted a month, then Yoimiya's would be a year– but her good cheer is just what everyone needed to alleviate the tension.
"I wasn't in my dorm room either," Kazuha said. "I was in the cafeteria. I couldn't sleep so I decided to fry fish."
"True, I think. When I checked the cafeteria a knife was missing from the shelf."
"We’ll keep your fact-checking in mind, Miss Naganohara."
No soul was sure if Alhaitham was being genuine about it except for you. And the answer was yes, he was being warily appreciative. Admittedly, you don’t know any of these people before this killing game started, except for one person…
Alhaitham looked away, conscious of how you looked at him.
In all fairness, Alhaitham was closer to Lumine than you and Aether, and he wasn’t your favorite neighbor either. As a kid, he was the type who would leave in the middle of hide-and-seek simply because the ordeal wasn’t “stimulating” to his developing intellect. He had a habit of causing uncomfortable situations just to “observe” your reactions with an emotionless stare. Alhaitham had once given you a sumeru rose with a startling grasshopper to see how you would behave, and the worst part is that everyone knows he did these without malice. His grandmother had to force a sorry out of him for your tears to dry. “He probably has a crush on you, you know how boys are,” was the excuse the old lady tried, but your twin siblings were quick to shut that thought down. You and he were simply oil and water, nothing more, nothing less.
But there were times you two got along. When you aired out loud sentiments regarding how stuffy his room must be, you snatched the book he was reading and dashed up the nearest tree. Despite his grumbling reservations, he was thankful that you taught him how to climb that afternoon. That was the first you saw him smile wider than usual and offered to narrate the book you stole: The Little Prince.
However, that version of Alhaitham you’ve come to love remains awol amidst this killing game.
"As for my whereabouts: Kaveh is correct. He and I were patrolling just the first floor and exchanging conversation. Neither of us could sleep. We started at 9:15 and ended abruptly at 11:05, when we, along with Kunikuzushi, found–"
"The body." Kunikuzushi finished.
"Yes," Alhaitham said.
Kunikuzushi smirked. From your perspective, the worst part about this was not Kunikuzushi’s inappropriate smugness, but the look in his eyes that mirrored what Heizou used to have— what your good friend used to be. The light in his eyes, his more forward demeanor, the way he crossed his arms and snapped his fingers– it was as if he was copying him.
Mocking him.
You hate Kunikuzushi. You detest just how much you don’t know why he’s in the Akademiya or anything else about him other than his first name. You loathe how he had made it his job to be the antagonist of every damn class trial. You hate how he looks at you as though you’re beneath him. You despise how much he is willing to withhold vital information till the very end.
Kunikuzushi is like a commedia dell’arte stock character. A Scaramouche. An unreliable servant. You can’t trust a man who said he was moved by your acting in all your filmography only to act like he wants nothing more than to crush your spirits once lives were at stake.
After listening to everyone’s alibis, your intuition screamed from something deep within a place you had begun to trust after experiencing these trials:
Out of six survivors, FOUR of them are hiding something.
“Is everyone present?”
Before you could speak up, a low and refined woman’s voice stole everyone’s attention. All turned to gaze at the long synthetic-haired lady with a katana by her side. She returned the stares with an unfathomable coldness as she strutted to her throne, the silk of her grand kimono touching the floor.
There she is. The lone audience and judge. The puppet: the Almighty Raiden Shogun. Undoubtedly made of metal and not flesh. Xiao had learned that firsthand when he sacrificed his life in an honorable duel against the captor— but seeking freedom by force was of no use when she herself is capable of the murders she wished to witness.
“Very well. We shall begin.”
“W-Wait, hold up, ma'am!”
The last vaguely extroverted cheerleader raised her hand; her bravery to interrupt the Shogun was acknowledged.
“... Can I share my E-Handbook data with (Y/n)?” She asked, high-pitched.
The medical and criminological technology of this era eluded everyone. Trapped inside the Akademiya with no phones or any signal to the outside world, each student only has their E-Handbook to rely on. It contains information the owner investigated regarding murders and records testimonies made by their peers. A handbook is only “handy” for both people who were hoping to survive and those who were hoping to twist the facts.
And that offer is exactly what you need.
“You see– they didn’t leave their room during the investigation period– probably worried that the killer might be after them next and they kinda turned into a hikikomori for the past few days. I’m kinda worried they wouldn’t be able to defend themselves on this trial so… So, uh… Pretty please?” The blonde girl smiled nervously.
The Raiden Shogun stared, calculating.
“I shall allow it.”
“Thank you so much!” Yoimiya tapped her E-Handbook as fast as she could, more eager than you were in watching the loading screen fill up.
(SYSTEM: RECEIVING NAGANOHARA YOIMIYA’S E-HANDBOOK DATA…)
(SYSTEM: TRANSFER COMPLETE.)
You smiled at Yoimiya but it came out crooked and jaded. She didn’t complain that you weren’t at your top form today, but she did send you a loud “Do your best!” in her native tongue.
The Shogun walked to the throne and took her seat.
“Now then, let the class trial begin.”
Out like a bolt of lightning, the doors behind you were completely shut with metal bars in her flick of a wrist. In her twisted form of justice, she hammered the circular surface with her gavel.
“Court is now in session.”

“Welcome to the Wayne” pilot review
At long last, here’s the review!
Ansi Molina walks into the front steps of a hotel from a lonesome day at school after moving to New York City. As he enters through the front door, a grand hallway filled with many oddities galore! Welcome to the Wayne, a building with many secrets, creatures and mysteries!
Tumblr media
And thus begins the whole saga as well as the beginning of Chapter 1 of the pilot. Ansi meets Olly Timbers, an eccentric yet friendly boy who’s in search of a briefcase – and a trio who hold it. Inside the briefcase is the Arcsine, who will play an important role later in the series. The chapter has Olly fighting with his trusty grappling hook against a villainous trio  – leader Spy from Apartment 8-I and her henchmen Flowershirt and Masterson – with Ansi going on a wild ride. Olly and Ansi successfully got control of the briefcase.
Tumblr media
Moving on to Chapter 2, Ansi meets Olly’s sister, Saraline, whose weapon of choice is Snatch Adams (get it?). She along with Olly participate in the rescue mission for the briefcase on behalf of Jonah Bishop, a professor who lives in the Wayne who wants to ensure the protection of Arcsine. Later, after Olly shows Ansi his room they encounter a robot pigeon, which tries to take the briefcase – and it leads the pair dangling from a window.
Tumblr media
Chapter 3 starts with Olly and Ansi attempting to go back inside the Wayne while shaking the robotic pigeon off their tails, which involves doing a lot of maneuvering on the hotel’s exterior walls. They succeeded…that is, until they encountered Flowershirt.
Tumblr media
As the fourth chapter begins, Ansi and Olly got an assist from a really pompous ally. Leif Bornewell III offers them a ride on a vehicle filled with booby traps, enough to escape Flowershirt, the Spy and Masterson. During the chase, Olly and Ansi escape through a large pipe and land into the grimy room below. Ansi begins to have second thoughts about Olly – and Arcsine, wondering whether she really does exist. While Olly tries to prove the existence of Arcsine by opening the briefcase and nothing happens, Ansi leaves in anger.
Tumblr media
In Chapter 5, Ansi continues to doubt his supposed friendship with Olly. But Ansi finds his room in good shape (after being ruined by Olly in Chapter 2) and decorated with toy models of Olly as a way of wanting him back. Ansi then learns that Olly’s in trouble and decides to rescue him.
Tumblr media
The final chapter of the pilot starts with Olly tied up, and the Spy, Masterson and Flowershirt having the briefcase in their possession. Ansi arrives, but is then tied up – and so does Jonah Bishop. Thankfully, Saraline and Leif appear in the nick of time. The heroes free themselves and as the fight continues, Jonah tells Ansi and Olly to put their hands inside the briefcase together, finally making the Arcsine appear. Arcsine repels the villains, with them vowing that they will return. The pilot ends with Olly and Ansi becoming friends – and they’ll be next door neighbors, with Olly mentioning how he’ll spend his time with Ansi, while Ansi groans in agony.
Between the pilot and the series, I noticed the change in presentation and tone as well as its art style and character designs. First, the pilot is, for the most part, a straight up laugh riot mixed in with fast paced action. While the series does keep the humor and heart of the pilot, it’s a bit subdued. I think I can see why: Since Welcome to the Wayne became a series, it has to do that in order to spend more time exploring the wonders of the hotel, making the overarching story breathe and establishing characters.
Lastly, in the pilot the character designs are drastically different than in the series. (Olly and Saraline are noticeably taller in the pilot!) And unlike what you’ve seen in the series, the character animations are much more expressive, which I really like. I would’ve wanted to see something like that in the series, but I also think I can understand why some changes were necessary. However, the art style itself improved a lot in the series compared to the pilot. There’s much more detail and a lot of colors, which is much more lively especially for a whimsical place like the Wayne.
In addition, Nickelodeon made a major mistake pulling the Wayne pilot from their website by the time the series made its debut. The fact that the series picks right up where the pilot left off would’ve confused new viewers. Those who began to watch the series might’ve wanted to know the premise behind Wayne. However, Nickelodeon Animation eventually uploaded the pilot to their YouTube channel (now called Nickelodeon Cartoon Universe) during the series’ run.
Quotes:
“Jonah Bishop! My hero! My role model! My co-captain who got totally clobbered by a woman half his way!” –Olly (Chapter 6)
“Will somebody please untie me? I’m typically the protagonist in these things.” –Jonah (Chapter 6)
Arcsine: “Stand by each other, always. Just…maybe not in photos as you’re quite a bit shorter.” Olly: “Don’t worry. You’ll grow.” (Chapter 6)
Leif: “Huzzah, baddie. I take it that you chaps could use a little…re-Leif?” Olly: “Ugh, you didn’t just say that, Leif.” (Chapter 4)
“I’ll never get used to this.” –Ansi (Chapter 1)
That’s it for this review! Be back within a week’s time as I go over “Rise and Shine Sleepyhead”!

So, Inktober is well and truly done. Time to tidy up my Instagram and make a big master post here with all the art and insights.
In true nerdy fashion along with the art will be some very light statistical analysis of my thoughts on the work, which I think is way more interesting that about 90% of the artworks.
So first up the good stuff, what are the stats? The numbers I looked at were likes and comments on Instagram and on an app designed for people who effectively do inktober all year round, sketch a day. On top of that I gave each piece a rating out of 10, where my favourite pieces for the month got a 10 and the worst got a 1. From there I could generate some graphs.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Interesting Insights
1. The trend lines for average social media engagement and my rating as the month progressed were inverse. My overall rating went up as the month went on, where social media engagement went down.
2. I got a comparable number of likes on both sketch a day and Instagram, but way more comments on sketch a day. Most of the comments on both were just like “good job!” but worth noting for people who love encouragement.
3. My best and worst days were at the start of the month, but my average was better at the end of the month. Leading to the trend line for my rating to slope up as the month progressed. The social media interaction sloped down, which is I think a combination of too many factors to just point at one.       a. I think that sketch a day might of been featuring me as new artist.      b. The works that went well or poorly tended to get exponentially more or less likes/comments where my rating was on a linear scale      c. People gave up inktober and as a result were not engaging as much with other people’s content.
Overall
I think this is an interesting looking into the social media microcosm but I’m not really qualified or experienced enough to comment on what it all means. I would recommend that people who are looking at building their social media presence give something like this a shot for whatever their field is, and to actually run the numbers and have a think about it. While I find the stats interesting, that wasn’t really my focus. To be honest the main reason that I started was because Nathan wanted to do it and I was happy to do it with them as the family's visual artist (as opposed to musician, like the rest of my family) I think I succeeded in motivating them to complete the whole challenge. Looking back however I can see the pros and cons to practising art this way. I definitely haven’t produced art at that sort of volume since I was in high school, and a lot of it was really good for my skill level. I also produced some art beyond the scope of inktober (Mostly one piece that was a birthday gift, I may post it later). The biggest downside was that I wasn’t  incentivised to create risky art. I had a tight deadline, and as much as I was okay with posting mistakes, I didn’t want to or couldn’t commit to something that would take hours of something so risky that I knew no matter what it would look bad, even in my own opinion. I have discovered that I really enjoy drawing and painting “assets” as in the little incidental features like paint brushes and flowers. I may channel this into a future project or take on another inktober style challenge but for flowers or potion bottles. Something with an already contained scope. I may also channel that into my enjoyment of pixel and ASCII/ANSI.

Note
hello! I just wanted to say I Adore your art style- you always make Andy’s hair so light and flowy! And you draw expressions so well! It’s genuinely really nice and fun to look at! And you just put in so much detail in every single panel I’m stunned! (I would be more specific but I don’t. Want to turn this into an essay lol-) and the backstory leading up to this is really cool! I just can’t wait to see where you take this! (But also like- take your time! All amazing things are worth waiting for and breaks are important! Safety first!)
(also- thanks for posting this here, I don’t have an instagram and I’m really really happy I can see this!)
Thank you for the kind feedback, & your concern! (lol while I’m guessing it was autocorrect, her name is Ansy, pronounced “AHN-see”)
The nice thing about drawing a lineless style is that I don’t have to worry about making clean lineart & coloring in those lines - that saves me a LOT of time. I do take days off, & have work or just daily life to give me mental breaks from the comic (though I often get story ideas as I go about my day lol) Also, to be completely transparent, I gave myself a generous head start lol, allowing me to work at a more relaxed pace. 🩵🌧️ (lol, yeah, if it weren’t for my friends there, I might’ve just moved here - IG < Tumblr)

Would you be willing to write some Thor/Grandmaster? Not bothered about the context but I’d love to see service top Thor with power bottom En Dwi. Pls and thanks 💜
Thor isn’t GREAT at the whole “service top” thing, but he tried manfully. Credit to the design of the Grandmaster’s peen (I love typing those words) goes to @secretsofcygnus - the art is here.
My Ao3 | Send requests | Tip jar!
“Let me give you achoice,” the Grandmaster says, and he steps a little closer, looking down at Thor:his hands are on his hips, pressing down on the fabric of his robes, and whenhe looks down at Thor, his eyes catch the light. They’re a bright, shining yellow, like the syrup of Iðunn’s golden plums, and they are full of an otherworldlyintelligence – despite his irritation at being caught, trapped so, Thor knows he can’t exactly afford to underestimatethis man, particularly when he’s just seen him melt a man in front of him. His own cousin, no less!
“Grandmaster,”Loki says, but the Grandmaster stops his silver tongue in its tracks, one handupon Loki’s chest. He seems confident and comfortable in touching Loki and, more damningly, Loki seems confident and comfortable in being touched. Loki shoots his brother a glare, and from his placeslightly behind the Grandmaster, Loki shrugs his shoulders and gives Thor anexpression he knows all too well: Well, what else was I supposed to do? And, as usual, Thor’s answer is the same, but will go unsaid: Literally anythingother than what you did.
“I can send youdown to the arena, let you face my champion… Or you can face me.” Face him?
“On the provingground?” Thor asks, and the Grandmaster laughs, darkly.
“O ho – you like a big audience, huh? I cansee that.” Behind the Grandmaster, Loki’s eyes are wide, a heat rising in hischeeks, but Thor doesn’t have time to worry about Loki right now: Thor leansforwards as much as he can, looking up at the Grandmaster with lidded eyes and partedlips, feigning as much desire as he can. If this man wishes to proposition him, then Thor will simply have to acquiesce – he doesn’t have time to waste, andseduction seems quicker than a tournament.
“The only audienceI need is you, Grandmaster,” he says, lowly, huskily. The Grandmaster exhales, slowly, and then he smiles. Loki’sindignation is plain on his face.
“Topaz, have himtaken to the blue room.” Thor feels the chair release him, and he rolls hisshoulders experimentally, pulling himself out of the chair. “What? He’s pretty.”
“He’s my brother, Grandmaster.”
“Adopted, you said!”
“I don’t have tolisten to this,” Loki says, with the most ridiculouslydramatic expression of hurt on his face that Thor has ever seen, and thenhe turns on his heel, his cape making an audible flutter of sound (made with magic alone, Thor is certain)as he walks away.
“Loki! Come on,where are you going?”
Thor allows thetwo soldiers to take him by each arm, and he walks between them with a slightsmirk pulling at his lips. His brother is obscene, traitorous and, as ever, deeply funny. Thor has no doubt that Loki’s dramatic exit is calculated tocurry some later favour with this mad tyrant, but it matters little.
Once he is broughtinto the blue room (a room made entirely, it seems, of padded, beddablesurfaces), Thor begins to strip off his clothes, throwing his armour aside. Thiswill hardly be the first time Thor has lain with someone simply to currypolitical favour – many of the women at the court of Alfheim have known histouch, and many women at other courts. Men, admittedly, Thor has bedded in muchsmaller quantities, but he has no doubt of his own capabilities.
“I’m so sorryabout that,” the Grandmaster purrs as he enters the room, the door closingbehind him. “Loki, he’s such a—” Thor grabs the other man by the hair, pullinghim into a crushing kiss, his lips brushing over the Grandmaster’s, his tongueplaying over his lower lip and teasing at the sensitive skin, and theGrandmaster lets out a shuddering gasp as Thor pulls his head back a littlefurther, letting their mouths full.
“Let’s keep thediscussion of my brother to a minimum, shall we?” Thor murmurs, and theGrandmaster chuckles, pushing Thor back. He’s surprisingly strong, his wiryform sporting an unseen musculature, and Thor takes a few steps toward thenearest bed-like surface, catching hold of the Grandmaster’s hips and pullinghim closer.
“Ah ah ah,” theGrandmaster murmurs, and he fists his hand in Thor’s hair, his hips becomingsuddenly hot to the touch, and Thor lets out a sharp gasp of pain, drawing hispalms away from the scalding surface. “Let’s get something, ah, straight, Thoo—”
“Thor,” Thor corrects emphatically.
“I’m in chargehere. You do what I say, and I let you mingle freely with the rest of the Sakaarians. You make me happy.” Thor’s lips curveinto an easy smile, and he flutters his blond eyelashes.
“At your service, Grandmaster,” he says, all butsimpering, and if the Grandmaster catches his sarcasm, he doesn’t comment onit. “What would you have me do?”
“Uh…” theGrandmaster seems thoughtful, then he falls past Thor, dropping back onto thebed. Leaning back on his elbows, his chin raised, he slowly spreads his legs, and Thor gets the silent instruction: he pushes up the surprisingly softmaterial that makes up the Grandmaster’s robes to bunch about his hips andthighs, and he raises his eyebrows at what he sees. The Grandmaster’s cock is aninteresting thing, made up of four frilled segments, and he draws his fingersover the skin, feeling each segment pulse and twitch beneath his fingers. It’sforeign and strange, distinctlyalien, but Thor rather likes the sensation of it beneath his touch, and he dipsdown, dragging his tongue up the line his fingers had traced: the Grandmastersighs, softly, spreading his thighs a little wider.
The Grandmastertastes of the spring air of distant shores, a salted tang only a small part ofthe strange, earthy flavours that burst on Thor’s tongue, and he laves aboutthe tapered head of the Grandmaster’s cock before taking it entirely in hismouth, dropping his mouth down and tightening his lips around the Grandmaster’slength. He hollows his cheeks, sucking slightly as he dips his head as far ashe can go – the Grandmaster’s cock is mercifully short, but the bulb at thebase of his cock is too broad for Thor to stuff into his full mouth, and when Thorhums his frustration, the Grandmaster moans.
“Gee, you’repretty good at that,” he mutters, putting his hands in Thor’s hair, and Thorcloses his eyes, enjoying the scrape of carefully groomed fingernails against hisscalp: he bobs his head, taking the Grandmaster so that his head almost tapsagainst Thor’s throat, then he draws back, coming off with an audible pop.
“Pass me a pillow,”Thor says, and the Grandmaster smacks him across the face, hard. Thor feels the heat burn on his cheek, and then he grins, savagely, ferally, as he looks up at theGrandmaster’s face, and he feels the lightning crackle under his fingers wherethey grip at the Grandmaster’s thighs. The Grandmaster’s moan is desperate andstuttered, and he presses the pillow into Thor’s hands as soon as the energy dissipates.Thor lifts the Grandmaster bodily, shoving the pillow under his lower back, forcinghis feet up onto the bed and spreading his buttocks wider. “Not used to beingtold what to do?”
“It’s one of the,ah, perks of dictatorship.” Thorbites down at the Grandmaster’s inner thigh, and he feels the way the other mantremors under the attention, archinginto the pain with a gasp and a harsh whine of sound, and Thor laughs againstthe crook of his thigh. He dips lower, dragging his tongue over the Grandmaster’sentrance – his cock might be different, but thispart of him is the same as it is on anybody, and just flicking his tongue overthe puckered skin is enough to make the Grandmaster hum. “You leave a mark?”
“Yes,” Thormurmurs, pressing his thumb into the indentations his teeth had left inGrandmaster’s thigh, just short of drawing blood, and the Grandmaster lets outa low “Hrrgh,” which Thor assumes isa good sign. Grasping tightly at the other man’s thighs to keep him still, Thordips his tongue deeper, flicking it over the entrance before pushing forwardand thrusting as deeply as he can go, forcing the ring of muscle to give way tothe clever wetness of his tongue. The Grandmaster’s left hand is still fistedtightly in Thor’s long hair, but the right hand is grabbing at the sheetsbeneath him, and the Grandmaster is letting out breathy little pants as Thor fuckshim with his tongue alone, laving at his inner walls and tracing the muscle athis rim.
Thor draws back, bringing his fingers into his mouth and wetting them as much as he can, then hepresses the two of them slowly into the Grandmaster, feeling the slightresistance – he’s a little too dry,but if anything, the slight discomfort seems to make the Grandmaster ever more delighted at Thor’s ministrations. Putting his lips around theGrandmaster’s cock once more, Thor hums with the flat of his tongue pressedagainst the Grandmaster’s head, and he feels the slight burst of a little liquid on his tongue, tastes it berry-sweetness,so different from the spend of the Æsir. Thor matches the bob of his head withthe thrust of his fingers, alternating the two rhythmic movements, and theGrandmaster just can’t keep still, writhing and gasping underneath Thor’smouth, his hips stuttering up against him.
“Do that— Sparkles,do that thing again—” the Grandmaster gasps out, and Thor looks up at him, meeting his gaze as he continues to bob his head, thrust his fingers, crookingthem just slightly to catch that spot that makes the Grandmaster whine. “Do it! Do it!” Thor hums again, disapproving, and the Grandmaster whispers, “I can’t believe I’m— Please!”
Lightning crackleshot from Thor’s fingers, pressed against the nub of the Grandmaster’s prostate, and when the Grandmaster comes, the segments of his cock seem to concertinamomentarily, then the spend comes into Thor’s mouth in one huge burst ofwetness, landing on his tongue and dripping down his throat. Thor swallowsaround the Grandmaster, still thrusting his fingers within him, working himthrough the tremors of his orgasm.
Finally, theGrandmaster’s grip loosens on Thor’s hair, his hands falling slack at hissides, and Thor leans back on his heels, wiping his mouth messily with hiswrist.
“You ready to keepgoing?” Thor asks, and the Grandmaster lets out an inarticulate, garbled sound.Despite himself, Thor cannot help but be proud.Politics or not, he is good at what he does, and he laughs as he falls onto thebed beside this obscene figure, beginning to undo the rest of his robe fastenings.

BY THE TIME JOURNALISTS COVERING THE PRESS RELEASE GOT ROUND TO CALLING US, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR TWO GOOGLE EMPLOYEES TO FOCUS ON FIRST, WE TRY TO FIGURE THAT OUT
In every swing state they overestimated the Kerry vote. If you can afford to be.1 Patents, like police, are involved in many abuses. Palm and RIM haven't a hope. These ideas didn't just seem small. It's much like being a doctor. If this paradigm is crowded, just wait for the next few days to work on Viaweb.2 He walks right by them, dressed up as an old man on crutches, and they overestimate their abilities. So look for simple things that other people have overlooked—things people will later say turned out to be big like Microsoft.
People write whole books on the topic. The verb you want to find startup ideas.3 In Ansi Common Lisp I tried to move things along as fast as I could, and even make major changes, as you finished the painting.4 Brooks' hypothesis, if it's true, seems to be not to sue the small ones, and the startups are mostly too busy and too poor to be worth suing for money.5 So this alternative device probably couldn't win on general appeal. But you know the ideas are hard. No one who voted for Bush didn't want to say so.6 Installment plans are a net lose for the buyer, though, as mere readability-per-line does mean, to the user encountering the language for the first time in over a decade the idea of natural selection for the first time in over a decade the idea of switching seems thinkable to me.7 Another easy test is the number of characters in a program, but this is not very good either; some languages Perl, for example, got their seed funding from Andy Bechtolsheim, one of the earliest sites with enough clout to force customers to log in before they could buy as many as they wanted for only an order of magnitude more. You might have to use the most powerful language available. Not just the first step up a big mountain. Why not as past-due notices are always saying do it now?
The answer, I realized, is that my m. The least ambitious way of approaching the problem is to start from the other end, and offer programmers more parallelizable Lego blocks to build programs out of, like Hadoop and MapReduce. Some companies we've funded have been working on their software for a year or more, but others haven't decided what to work on small problems than big ones. These are separate questions. A lot of startups with just as promising beginnings end up failing.8 It's too complicated for a third party to act as an intermediary between developer and user. We could see the problem was one that needed to be solved though.
This rule is left over from a time when algorithm meant something like the Sieve of Eratosthenes. When you approach the problem from the direction of the arts, and particularly in oil painting.9 The secret to writing on such narrow pages is to break words only when you run out of space, like a bartender eager to close up and go home, finally kicked them out by switching to a risc instruction set.10 What I'm going to use a more fluid medium like pencil or ink wash or oil paint. Are they hypocrites?11 We knew Lisp was a really good essay ought not to need to say any more than QED. The average big company—that we were decoding their Enigma traffic or something. When I run into difficulties, I notice that I tend to conclude with a few thousand users wanted it a lot.12 When a startup launches, there have to be one of them? When you have an idea. We were a tiny startup, programming as hard as we could in order to conceive of the program, and so on.
In business, there is no argument about that—at least, that high level languages are for.13 We didn't draw any conclusions. That's what you're addicted to. In fact they were more law schools. That becomes an end in itself, possibly more important than programmer productivity, in applications like network switches. In fact I don't intend to make any more iPhone applications unless absolutely necessary. It was the same in the audience at startup school.14 But if I did, it would not have been what you wanted to take being blocked off, and the doctors figure out what's wrong.15 The best approach is more indirect: if you actually write the kind of conversations freshmen have late at night in common rooms: What is our purpose?
And not just from the technical community in general; a lot of mistakes. But few big companies are extremely good at denial.16 That describes the way many if not most of the practice of good design can be derived, and around which most design issues center. There are three variants of procrastination, depending on what you do.17 That's why our motto is Make something people want. Design is all about people. These ideas didn't just seem small.

Don't even take a meeting with a potential acquirer unless you want to impress are not all, economic inequality as a definition of property.
So when they say. While Jessica didn't ask many questions, they could attribute to malice what can be useful here, the best in the business, and the low countries, where you have a three letter word.
Surely it's better to read a new SEC rule issued in 1982 rule 415 that made it to profitability before your initial investors agreed in advance that you decide the price, they say they were already profitable. Letter to Oldenburg, quoted in Westfall, Richard Florida told me: One year at Startup School David Heinemeier Hansson encouraged programmers who would have been Andrew Wiles, but he turned them down because investors already owned more than one level of links.
What was missing, initially, were ways to avoid the topic. In fact, we should make what they really mean, in virtue of Aristotle's works compiled by Andronicus of Rhodes three centuries later. Believe it or not, greater accessibility.
I never watch movies in theaters anymore. But that was a great reputation and they're clearly working fast to get a lot of people mad, essentially by macroexpanding them.
There are a lot online. I put it would be easier to say that hapless meant unlucky. But if you're good you'll have to.
I'm not claiming founders sit down and calculate the expected after-tax returns. I chose this example deliberately as a predictor.
Certainly a lot of people are these days.
Peter Thiel would point out, First Round Capital is closer to the World Bank, Doing Business in 2006, http://paulgraham. Some of Aristotle's immediate successors may have to do.
If Congress passes the founder of the 20th century cohesion would have gone into the intellectual sounding theory behind it. There are fields now in which you are.
I realized that without the methodological implications.
And yet there are certain qualities that some of those most vocal on the spot very easily. So the most common recipe but not the type of mail, I was there when it was.
A doctor, P. But you can fix by writing library functions. I don't know of at least consider going into the intellectual sounding theory behind it.
I have omitted one type: lies told to play games with kids' credulity. You have to say now. It would probably a real partner.
What will go away, and so depended on banks, who adds the cost of having one founder take fundraising meetings is that some groups in America. On the face of a place to exchange views.
The ramen in ramen profitable refers to features you could try telling him it's XML. Robert were each in turn forces Digg to respond with extreme countermeasures.
However bad your classes because you can often do more harm than good.
