Married/well established relationship bloodweave thought-

Astarion teasing Gale about his ever-increasing number of grays (he adores them), claiming Gale is attempting to steal his superior aesthetics (hair color). Gale playing along and stating that yes, he is trying to emulate Astarion's looks and is not, in fact, simply showing signs of age. This pleases Astarion because Gale rarely lets him be right without some kind of pushback, even when playing...

But then Gale proposes that he lose the beard (smooth-faced Gale, horrifying), just so he's more elvish looking. Astarion says that's a terrible idea, and Gale agrees. Much better to shave everything, save for the scalp and eyebrows, of course (smooth-faced and smooth-bodied Gale, somehow even worse). He asks if Astarion would help him, and Astarion is 100% not willing to do any such thing.

Very reasonable, Gale admits. It would be far more effective to use magic to alter his appearance (possibly the worst idea he's ever had, apart from blowing up). With the right resources, he could make it permanent! Then they could be two peas in a pod... perhaps a bit unsettling for a couple, but they could make it work. Plus, he could use the opportunity to rid himself of a few scars, never mind all of the lines that have made a home on his face-

Naturally, this culminates in Astarion all but smothering Gale to get that stream of terrible ideas to stop and Gale looking incredibly smug about it. Astarion adores Gale's warm, fuzzy human self and it is not worth risking, even in jest. It's good that Gale knows this (finally, it took long enough to convince him that Astarion loved all of him- from his creaky knees to his crow's feet), even if it means Gale can weaponize it against Astarion.

Oh well, it's a small price to pay for this- for comfort and playfulness and warmth, and for a wizard who truly knows how loved he is.

Bast (@purpledemoncat/@purpledemonart) designed the set for me and O’ Studio in Philly made it happen! The artist did such a wonderful job getting all the colors together and carefully bringing our Yiga Clan vision to life with her tiny precise brushstrokes.

The problem with trying to sneak out of Ted Lasso's bed is that Ted Lasso is too perceptive for his own good. Beard knows it's over for him when he rolls over to his side and immediately hears the first protesting groan. He waits a beat or two to see if he's maybe gotten lucky, but it's immediately followed by his husband's deep, gravelly morning voice.

"Baby," he complains, drawing the word out. "Where're you goin'?"

It doesn't matter how many times he's heard it, Ted's morning voice never stops being his favourite thing. The urge to stay is so strong. To give in and get that voice muttering the kind of filth that makes him never want to leave bed again. But Beard has to resist it.

"I told you yesterday that I have to run some errands this morning," says Beard, knowing that the determination he was hoping to find in his voice is missing.

"Absolutely not," says Ted, and before Beard can do anything, Ted's arms and legs are wrapped around him like the world's clingiest octopus. He begins peppering Beard's neck with kisses, and Beard can't help but laugh and lean back into them. "You've been krakened. You can't go anywhere now."

"Honey, you know I want to stay here as much as you want me to," says Beard, just Ted starts using his teeth, and oh god does he want to stay, but… "but I've gotta go. I've gotta get the groceries otherwise we aren't eating later."

"So? We'll get takeout," he says and though Beard can't see it, he knows Ted is pouting. "C'mon, baby. Can't you see that it's just raining? There ain't no need to go outside…"

He sings the lyrics in a low voice, lips brushing the spot just behind his ear and Beard finds the last of his resolve slipping away.

"Coach," he tries feebly, but he knows he's already lost.

"Baby," says Ted in reply, clinging tighter. Beard laughs and leans forward to kiss Ted's forearm.

"You win again," he says. "This ship has been dragged right to the bottom of the ocean."

"Mmm, you say that like you aren't winning too."

And Beard is. He has.

incase its not clear, anything with the blue shit on it is not yet painted at all yet. margaret's hair will be easier than the other two's because its blurry and its mostly shapes instead of individual hairs. my entire day was spent just painting these idiots' clothes.

also worked on bjs mouth and moustache more. still wanna fix up hawkeye's mouth and eyes a little but thats tomorrows issue, i need rest.

I am very sleepy. i will go to bed at 1 instead of 2 am tonight [no i wont, but i WILL lie down at 1 instead of 2]
