It comes down to how much prep time is involved, who knows what, and how unexpected the fight is.

If Seifer is adequately prepared, say, got gear that could stop or nullify Tavi's magic, then all he has to do is bind Tavi's hands to render him useless after that. Tavi is still agile and knows how to fight physically, sure, but he hasn't maintained his strength in a long time, you've seen those limp wrists and little waist. Meanwhile, Seifer's body perpetually resets to his peak physical health and strength each time he dies.

Without magic, I think it'd be an interesting fight, but Seifer might have the edge. And well, with magic.. Tavi is made to be a bit overpowered, you know? That's his thing, he just doesn't really take advantage of or abuse it. But if he had it and needed to, he could turn Seifer to ash, he could imprison him in a little pocket dimension, he could turn him into a goldfish,! Tavi is the clear winner in the unfair fight.

But it is a canon piece of fact that her venom can temporarily turn off the accelerated healing of the Nyxxus’ so that wouldn’t be an advantage for them

I think if the Parasite knew it was going to be a fight and could take her out quickly then them but if it’s at all spur of the moment they won’t realize she’s serious until she bites and by then it’s too late they’ll panic and flee

these are the two guys on my list that just have no reason to ever get into a fight with anyone ever

Oh hmm... this is a toughie,

I think they would both die, perhaps. Because Jejune's toxin is incredibly deadly and fast-acting, so they get one cut on Oda and he's going to die, flat out. The thing is, I think once he gets cut and is aware of June's location/presence, he could take them out (his bullets are silver, just in case of undead dangers!).

So he takes out June, or at least fatally wounds them, and June does the same, ending with them both dying shortly after the scuffle.

All of this assuming June doesn't just use their duplicate and get away scot-free, of course, in which case Oda loses, unfortunately. 😔
