'We need to get weirder about gender!!!'You guys can't even handle femme transmascs who don't wanna be called f*mboys, binary feminine trans women or fucking afab she/theys
#no actually i don't an afab nonbinary girl is being 'bioessentialist' by making innocent jokes about she/theys often being femmes#where she dosen't even mention agab and is actively pro transfem or that tgirlypops are 'reinventing the gender binary' with egg jokes#and celebrating the girlhood they've created to reclaim transfeminism to make a safe community that's butch inclusive to begin with#as transfems are always pro all gender presentations for their sisters or female brothers depending on how butch they are#and as an afrolatino bigender and genderfluid transmasc who's super pastel and kiddy due to audhd and helping myself cope#nobody's ever been weirder about my manhood than white transandrodorks.i'm not a tma slur you appropriated i'm a 'tboygirl' is what i slang#y'all hate trans femmes regardless of what direction we're trans in(though transfems get it the way worst)when we have standards#unlike y'all self-proclaimed 'boylosers'.very fitting but not affectionaly and i'd never settle for it because my best friend now girlfriend#wouldn't let me just as i won't her.YOU might find femininity bad but your experiences aren't more 'real' trans than ours manly mras#'queer women and f*mboys are so mean'throw shit and we'll make you wish you'd shallowed it instead of spewing it on us.man up bitch#femmephobia#trans#transgender#trans rights#transmasc#demigirl#bigender#genderfluid#black femme#transfem#trans women#transfem rights#nonbinary#agender#girlflux#femme4femme#butch4femme#femme4butch#💌#summerposting

I have seen far too many gen z queer people being outright lesbophobic, particularly toward butches, studs and lesbian transmasculinity in general. It shows in their refusal to say the words “butch” or even “lesbian;” it shows when they shame mascs for being “manly;” it shows when they think the word “femme” means to pass as cishet; when they ignore femmes’ historical relationship with butches; it shows when they assume all lesbians are TERFs (which is a total erasure of the sheer number of trans lesbians—including trans men—who have always been a part of our community); it shows when they describe lesbian love and lesbian sex and lesbian desire in general with solely feminine or yonic adjectives; in short it shows when their internalized misogyny shows

“As for other dykes, I enjoy my share of appreciation for fabulous form and sense of fat drag. Thats right, I said fat drag. I like to dress in a way that plays with what a fat girl is and isn’t supposed to wear. This includes dresses with huge horizontal stripes and tight, brightly colored cardigans that strain to keep one button done up. There is a particular niche of dykes who dig this kind of look and we share a sort of common understanding about performing our bodies in subversive ways. To others who are more invested in traditional standards of beauty and more of a beige clothing landscape, I’m sure that I’m either invisible or gross.”

Last weekend at what was my last pride celebration of the year, I was honored to meet a young butch and photograph her skateboard. She spoke to me briefly about the quote on the board. I have taken the time to sit down and learn more about Leslie Feinberg and the quote written on this board “I live proudly in a body of my own design. I defend my right to be complex.”
I have not been able to get this quote out of my head since that day.
I am so very grateful that I followed my urge to go back and ask to photograph this board after seeing it. Tonight as I am reflecting on many things I am repeating this to myself as a mantra “I defend my right to be complex.”
My girlfriend and I left this beautiful pride event in tears, to the sounds of anti-gay protestors. This was so triggering on so many levels. But seeing this board, meeting this person, and being encouraged to learn more about Leslie Feinberg will be the happenings I choose to give my energy to when remembering this day.
My life since coming out has been nothing but tumultuous. I have been able to find silver linings throughout it all and this, is one of them.
thank you @silly-skater-butch

heyy love!! I wanted to know ways in which I can keep myself busy in alone time. I want to be busy with myself so I don't be desperate for someone else's company but I don't know where to start. could you please help me
Hi love! Here are some activities I suggest:
Reading a diverse array of books, articles, and essays on different topics and skills that interest you
Take a language, art, cooking, or professional skills-building course (like coding, graphic design, social media, etc.)
Take long walks and try out different workouts/workout programs
Get creative in the kitchen, try out new recipes and meal ideas
Create fun mood boards, playlists, etc. Refine your signature style, preferences, and aesthetic
Watch interesting movies, films, YouTube videos, and listen to different podcasts
Journal, write, draw, dance
Streamline your wardrobe, makeup, and beauty routines. Do a closet clean out, or rearrange your home decor. Experiment with makeup, hairstyles, nail designs
Get organized. Clean up your space, hygiene, and digital environments (phone, laptop, iPad, etc.)
Take time for self-reflection: Get to know yourself, your values, what you want out of life, what & who gives you energy, and those places or people that drain you
Hope this helps xx

it's always crazy to me how people used to and still do get weirdly offended at the mere motion that people hc starscream as lesbian or trans fem. when the most common trans hcs for him are the complete opposite. i remember i was on twitter and someone blocked people on spot for hc starscream as trans fem or lesbian and asked those ppl not to interact with him..can you imagine if people asked people who hc starscream as gay/trans masc not to interact with them...idk.

Am I bugging or has there been an uptick in transphobia, radfem ideology and in fighting in the sapphic community? Maybe its me interacting with more with the sapphic community online but its hella concerning.
