the worst is when you’ve calculated everything before you go to eat somewhere and you ask for (for example) a small smoothie and then they give you a medium or large and then you’re just like ahhh no!!! and your social anxiety makes you not able to say they gave you the wrong size bc for some reason that would make YOU embarrassed when THEY messed up and all that just ruins my whole plan for the day. it truly sucks.

I'm currently outside of H & M while my friends are Shopping bikinis and I feel like a piece of shit..I stayed outside because I forgot my mask at home n so I am Not even allowed to go in there, but I also mostly stayed outside because I don't want to see my all - skinny friends shopping bikinis.. I don't want to see their tiny waist, flat stomach, elegant legs smiling at me while only in Bikini Top and Bottom which fits them perfectly looking at themselves in the mirror in the changing room. Because I'd start to bawl my eyes out I guess. Because I'd get jealous. Because I'd be even more mad at myself for still being fat even tho I promised myself I would've been 22 pounds lighter til this day. Because I'd put myself more under pressure to look like them. Which I need to do, BECAUSE I'M DONE WITH BEING THE FAT WHALE
