This man will buy the whole baby store if somebody doesn’t stop him

Absolutely loves dressing her up in cute outfits and matching hats, he’s a sucker for matching hats

His daughter will have pierced ears and will buy her nice quality earrings because his baby deserves the best

You know how toddler follow their parents everywhere? Where Loki is the one doing the following, he just find her so fascinating

Never let’s her walk in public areas, especially side walks and such, those are nasty and he wants his baby to be safe and healthy

Speaking of healthy, he tries to give her many options in veggies, he sometimes even changes the taste using charms so she can eat something nutritious for once

He talks to her like an adult when she does something wrong, like his baby is spoiled but mature

This little girl will be an out spoken queen, her vocabulary will make an adult bow in shame

Doesn’t like it when she shows interest in boys, like no! Boys are no good and if they hurt her he will hurt them back

When she first took her first steps he bought her a gold anklet (based on true events, my grandma did that to me when I walked lol)

Dances with her and calls her his little princess

Will create the most beautiful Teairas for her to wear

Styles her hair using those old magazines with tutorials on them!

Disney movies every night before bed

He also reads with her a lot during the day, they sometimes act out their favorite scenes

Bought her those squeaky shoes when she started sprinting away from him when they in public

He smells like cheese puffs most days than not

Father Loki

Loki had a child and knows he can't let anyone ever know about you

You thought about escaping, you thought about escaping a million times.

But, it wasn't an option.

It was never an option.

He gave you everything you wanted, anything you could ever wish for.

But, freedom.

You weren't completely sure what this place was, but the only person around was you, you'd never seen anyone else.

A giant castle all to yourself, but it got so lonely.

Loki had a life to live, he visited when he could, but you felt like you were going insane from loneliness.

You curled up on the bench on the garden while you watched the flowers blow in the wind.

You felt the energy shift and you knew Loki had returned.

You sat up and looked around until he walked into your view in his usual clothes.

"There you are." He said as he knelt to you and smiled.

"Why do you look so sad, little one?" He asked as you looked at him.

"I'm lonely." You whispered as he looked at you sadly.

"I'm here now, sweetheart. You're not lonely now." He said as you frowned at him.

"Please let me out of here, father. I want to see other people. I don't want to be all alone here anymore." You whispered as tears streamed down your face.

"I've told you this so many times, little one. You can leave here, it's too dangerous. What do you think Odin would do if he found out about you? Do you think he would welcome you? No, my love he would kill you." He replied as you shook your head.

"I don't deserve this." You cried as Loki sighed and stood up.

"How much more can I give you, my love? I've given your everything." He said as you looked up at him in anger.

"You can give me friends! Or a real family!" You screamed as you stood up.

Loki grabbed your wrist roughly to stop you from running.

"Enough! Stop misbehaving, otherwise you know exactly what happens!" He shouted as you stopped moving and cried softly.

"These antics will get you nowhere, Y/N. Go to your room and sleep, and if you disobey me I will take over your mind and put you to sleep. Am I understood?" He threatened as you sniffled and nodded.

"Yes, father." You whispered before walking away from him.

You wanted to disobey him, but you hated when he controlled your mind.

You stormed away and climbed into your bed.

You heard a noise and saw your father in your doorway.

"I know you don't understand any of this, sweetheart. I love you more than you could ever realise." Loki said as you felt his hand run through your hair.

"Can you hug me?" You whispered, still facing away from your father.

He smiled and climbed onto your bed, gently wrapping his arm around you.

"I love you so much, Y/N." He whispered as you closed your eyes.

"I love you too, father."

Like usual, you woke up the next morning and Loki was gone.

You sighed and looked out the window.

Suddenly you heard a loud crash and looked up in shock.

You quickly got out of bed and got your coat on before you ventured through the empty castle hallways.

You heard more noises again as you held your coat close to yourself.

"Hello?" You called out as you saw an unfamiliar man appear down the hallway.

"Oh, shoot. I'm sorry, Miss. I thought this weird realm was unoccupied." He said as you froze.

"You shouldn't be here, Sir. My father won't be happy." You muttered as he looked at you in confusion.

"Can you tell me what this place is?" He asked, stepping forward as you stepped back.

"My father made this place to keep me safe. He would kill you if he knew you were here." You muttered as he nodded a little.

"You must have quite a powerful father. Are you in danger? Why does he keep you here?" He asked, you looked at him nervously.

"He's a powerful man, and if people found out that I existed, they would kill me. That's what my father said." You whispered as he nodded.

"Is it your choice to stay here?" He asked, you looked around in suspicion.

Maybe this was a trick.

"No... But that's okay, it's for my safety." You replied, the man looked at you in thought.

"Seems like your father would go to great lengths to protect you. Have you ever been out of this realm?" He continued, you wrapped your arms around yourself and shook your head.

"No... He took me here after I was born and I've never left. I've never even met anyone, you're the first person I've ever seen apart from my father." You admitted as he looked at you in shock.

"So, he's keeping you hostage?" He said as you shook your head, maybe you were in denial.

"No! No he isn't, he does this cause he loves me!" You shouted in defence as he looked at you with sadness.

"Are you sure that's why?" He asked as you looked at him.

"I don't know..." You whispered as he slowly stepped forward.

"I'm Stephen Strange, can you tell me your name?" He asked as you nodded a little.

"My name is Y/N."

A headcanon i really like is that Odin started despising Loki more and more because he displayed a lot of the qualities he wished Thor would have had. Thor was supposed to be the wise king while Loki was supposed to be the naive puppet sitting on another realms throne, but Loki's intelligence was too great to let himself be controlled like that, thus destroying Odins plan without even knowing it.

Been rewatching the early Marvel movies and apparently this is the time of my life where I just get re-obsessed with characters I love so here's some random thoughts about Loki/Thor the Dark World:

Why. In the world. In the universe. Did Odin not ask Loki ANY questions when Loki was brought before him for judgement in Dark World? Like, at the BAREST MINIMUM he should have asked where Loki got an ARMY, the last time he'd seen Loki was when Loki fell off the Bifrost and then he vanished for a year and showed back up with the glowstick of destiny and an army that Thor says "are not of Asgard or any world known". ODIN. WHY ARE YOU NOT ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS?!

Like, we are aware that Odin is. partial to giving his kids harsh punishments. He obviously doesn't care about Loki's motives. Like, a good parent would look at their kid who disappeared for a year and then came back insane and be like "hey so what happened to you when you disappeared? you didn't get captured by a super powerful being and tortured into submission did you?" (Thanos tortured Loki I have SOURCES and I WILL cite them upon request) But even a bad parent who was a decent king would wonder how their kid suddenly got an ARMY out of NOWHERE and yet Odin never questions this at all. Even Thor in Avengers at least asks Loki "Who showed you this power? Who controls the would-be king?" (which just shows Thor would honestly be a better king than Odin tbh) but Odin is just like "nah this is not important. imprisoning my son for life and telling him how worthless I think he is is more important in this moment."

I wonder if she'd had more time if maybe Frigga would have been able to get Loki to tell her what happened and if maybe that was part of her goal of visiting him (beyond just, you know, actually being a decent parent who cares about her child and wanting to keep him company) because we know she's clever (she's smarter than Odin good gravy, is there like an age difference between them is he going senile or something) so PERHAPS she thought if she talked to Loki she could puzzle out what had happened to him and find out if there was, you know, a potential universal threat Asgard should be aware of. And like, if she had found out anything what was Odin going to say? He can't actually punish his wife in any meaningful way (lol imagine he tries and she just grabs her two grown sons and leaves, help xD) especially if she found out IMPORTANT INFORMATION that he SHOULD have discovered on his own.

This does kind of highlight an underlying problem with Odin, where he seems to think that Asgard is invincible and is, well, lazy about defending it. Like, I've seen posts about how Loki letting the Frost Giants into Asgard in the first movie is actually him not just showing that Thor is not ready to be king, but also demonstrating that Asgard has dangerous holes in its defenses. Because yeah, Loki can HIDE HIMSELF FROM HEIMDALL and sneak into Asgard. Heck, he can sneak OTHERS into Asgard while he's not even WITH them. That- that is a security threat, because if anyone BESIDES Loki could do that then Asgard could easily be invaded and- wait a second, that happens in The Dark World! The Dark Elves hide themselves from Heimdall and sneak an invasion force into Asgard! Destroying it's defenses and KILLING ITS QUEEN. Like, my goodness, do you think Loki is the only person with these abilities? Are you even trying Odin? At all?

TLDR; Odin is an idiot for not questioning Loki about the Chitauri/where he was for a year between Thor and Avengers, not to mention an awful father and an incompetent king.

A lot happened and somehow I ended up with my dad being chased through a multilevel spaceship while I used Loki’s sceptor to shoot at the aliens chasing us. It was hard but we found mum with a group of rebel aliens, struck a deal with the rebels and escaped. I woke up completely exhausted from it.
