First personal post! Just weighed in at 229.2. I’m having issues with staying away from the scale daily so I think I’m gonna make a goal to weigh in every Monday. I think that would be healthiest for my self esteem, but at this point I’m just glad I’m not gaining. Me and my boyfriend have decided we are cleaning out the pantry/fridge/freezer so we can start fresh when it’s all gone with yummy and healthy Trader Joe’s food. I will say cleaning out the food we have now has been nice just because it’s been in there FOREVER but it’s not the healthiest. We have mainly just been trying to do small portions which I guess isn’t too bad since I haven’t gained. I think I’m gonna post a progress pic once a month maybe on the same day so it has a rhythm.

Also I posted the pic of my face and below because when I was at my lowest weight I had my collarbones showing and it was my favorite thing about myself so I’m trying to see the difference in that area as well.

I love the pics us together. As I get closer to the size I was before Lily, I feel like doing all the things I used to do. 5K's, modeling, and enjoying clothes shopping again. It's hard. Every single day is tough, but thanks to my God I have overcome so much since having Lily. This child has changed my view of the world and of myself. I want her to love herself, but how can I expect her to if she hears my dissapointed and sighs every time I step on the scale or try on clothes. It's my job to be the best role model for her and to show her that outside beauty isn't most important, but that we should take care of our bodies, treat others kindly, and keep Christ our center.
