Why Should We Study Neptune Orbit? I Try To Prove Neptune Orbit Is Reflected On The Other Planets Orbits- The planets orbits follow rules but Neptune orbit follows these same rules by using a reflected behavior (the meaning of "A Reflected Orbit")- more explanations later- If I prove Neptune orbit is reflected on the other planets orbits- that can prove the space properties depend on the motion direction of the energy from which this space is created-that can help to answer (How Is The Space Created?) and (What's the space nature?)– because- we will have a part of space reflected on the other part of space and that can help to know the space nature and features- for that Neptune Orbit is a treasure of knowledge.

How Can The Moon Do That? the intelligent moon creates an angle (θ) between its motion direction and its orbit horizontal level by that the real displacement (L) through the orbit be less than (88000 km) because it be (L = 88000 km cos θ), as a result the total displacements be less than (2.598 million km) and that makes the moon orbital apogee radius to be decreased from 413600 km to 406000 km. We should pay attention for the angle (θ), because this angle controls the moon motion features – where- with the angle (θ) increasing the real displacement (L) be shorter and the moon can revolve around the Earth through more near orbits – but –with the angle (θ) deceasing the real displacement (L) be longer and that pushes the moon far from the Earth to more far orbits. A Farmacologia do Paracetamol: O que Você Precisa Saber

O paracetamol, que também é conhecido com acetaminofeno, é um dos analgésicos mais utilizados no Brasil e no mundo, amplamente utilizado para reduzir dores leves a moderadas e febre. Porém, é interessante o entendimento de forma mais profunda do seu mecanismo de ação, metabolização, e não podemos esquecer de seus riscos. Neste post, vamos explorar esses aspectos e também entender como ele se diferencia de outros analgésicos. Como Atua no Organismo

Classificado como um analgésico e antipirético (medicamento redutor de febre), sua ação no organismo ainda não é completamente compreendida. No entanto, acredita-se que seu principal mecanismo de ação envolva a inibição da ciclooxigenase-2 (COX-2) no sistema nervoso central, especificamente no cérebro e na medula espinhal, por sua afinidade com as cicloxigenases com a função de peroxidase.

O paracetamol não inibe de forma significativa a COX-1 ou COX-2 nas periferias, ele não possui a mesma ação anti-inflamatória dos anti-inflamatórios não esteroides (AINEs), como o ibuprofeno, que atuam diretamente na inflamação. Em vez disso, o paracetamol parece exercer seu efeito analgésico principalmente no sistema nervoso central, bloqueando a síntese de prostaglandinas, que são mediadores envolvidos na percepção da dor e da febre.

Também interage com sistemas endocanabinoides, sugerindo que ele pode ativar receptores que contribuem para o alívio da dor. Esse efeito, no entanto, não é tão potente quanto o dos AINEs, e é uma das razões pelas quais o paracetamol não é eficaz para condições inflamatórias graves.

Em concentrações normais, esse metabolito é neutralizado por glutationa, uma substância antioxidante do fígado. Porém, em doses excessivas de paracetamol, a quantidade de NAPQI excede a capacidade de neutralização da glutationa, resultando em toxicidade hepática grave, que pode levar à insuficiência hepática aguda e até à morte, se não tratada a tempo.

Riscos do Uso Excessivo de Paracetamol

O risco mais significativo associado ao paracetamol é a toxicidade hepática. Quando a dose recomendada é ultrapassada, o fígado pode ser sobrecarregado pelo NAPQI, o que causa danos às células hepáticas. O uso prolongado ou em doses elevadas pode levar a uma condição chamada necrose hepática, uma condição potencialmente fatal.

A dose máxima recomendada para adultos é de 4 gramas por dia, e é fundamental que as pessoas não ultrapassem essa quantidade, mesmo que os sintomas de dor persistam. Em caso de overdose, o tratamento imediato com N-acetilcisteína pode ser eficaz para neutralizar a toxicidade, mas o tempo de intervenção é crucial para evitar danos permanentes.

Una struttura complessa, forse la più complessa dell'universo, e il cui funzionamento è ben lontano dall'essere compreso. Gli scienziati non sanno ancora dire con esattezza come nasce l'intelligenza, né che differenze ci sono tra il cervello di un genio e quello di un comune mortale. Le ipotesi tuttavia non mancano. Secondo alcuni neurologi, i grandi geni, da Newton a Einstein a Nash, userebbero molto l'emisfero sinistro del cervello, quello che sovraintende al linguaggio, che si accosta alla realtà in modo più globale e fornisce risposte intuitive e immediate. Altre teorie cercano di spiegare la coesistenza di genialità e malattia: alcuni deficit mentali sarebbero compensati dallo sviluppo di altre doti intellettuali, un po' come accade per i non vedenti che spesso possono contare sulla particolare acutezza degli altri sensi. Va in questa direzione il risultato di una ricerca di scienziati americani e australiani. L'équipe, guidata da Bruce Miller, dell'Università di San Francisco, e Allan Snyder, dell'Università di Sydney, avrebbe scoperto che "spegnendo" una certa area del cervello anche le persone normali possono acquisire doti geniali in campo artistico o matematico. L'idea è nata studiando le vicende di alcuni malati di mente con capacità eccezionali. I ricercatori hanno scoperto che in molti geni-folli risulta danneggiato il lobo temporale sinistro. Proprio questo handicap sarebbe alla base di particolari abilità: "È come se il malfunzionamento di una parte liberasse le capacità di altre aree del cervello". Il passo successivo è stato quello di provare a spegnere, con una tecnica usata per curare la depressione (la stimolazione magnetica transcraniale) il lobo temporale sinistro in persone normali: su 17 volontari 5 hanno acquisito capacità matematiche e artistiche prima assenti. Per ottenere questo risultato gli scienziati hanno monitorato l'attività cerebrale di un gran numero di volontari con una macchina capace di misurare il flusso sanguigno all'interno delle singole zone del cervello. Sottoponendo alle "cavie" rompicapi basati su successioni di lettere e simboli (proprio come i test utilizzati per determinare il quoziente di intelligenza) i ricercatori hanno notato un aumento nell'afflusso di sangue solo nella corteccia frontale laterale. Non sono mancate le obiezioni, a cominciare proprio da Science, che nello stesso numero ha pubblicato un articolo per contestare l'approccio dagli autori della scoperta: troppo semplicistico definire l'intelligenza umana come la capacità di risolvere un quiz. Per non parlare di chi ritiene che il cervello non possa essere diviso in compartimenti stagni e che l'intelligenza sia il risultato di un'attività che lo coinvolge nel suo complesso. Una controversia che dura da più di cent'anni. All'inizio del 900 furono avanzate le prime ipotesi sulle funzioni da attribuire alle diverse aree dei cervello. Ma fu subito dopo la Prima guerra mondiale che gli scienziati poterono contare su casi clinici particolarmente interessanti: erano i feriti di ritorno dal fronte che avevano perso facoltà mentali diverse a seconda del punto della testa in cui erano stati colpiti. Ancora oggi chi studia i traumi cerebrali sa bene che una lesione del lobo frontale può innescare difficoltà di linguaggio mentre una lesione al lobo occipitale (quello posteriore) può provocare un degrado della vista. Rimane il dubbio però che l'intelligenza sia qualcosa in più che una semplice funzione biologica. Forse, come hanno dimostrato i ricercatori di Cambridge e Berlino, davvero la corteccia frontale laterale e particolarmente attiva quando siamo alle prese con un problema. Il Cervello Umano Il cervello umano è composto da due emisferi, quello destro e quello sinistro, ciascuno dei quali presenta una parte centrale bianca e una esterna fatta di materia grigia e ricca di pieghe, che viene chiamata corteccia. La corteccia è a sua volta suddivisa in lobi: il lobo frontale (sede dell'attività psichica), quello occipitale (che è responsabile della vista), il temporale (che elabora il linguaggio) e il parietale (sede della sensibilità tattile). Recentemente, su Science, ricercatori dell'Università Ruhr a Bochum in Germania, ha pubblicato un rapporto che irrobustisce le (scarse) conoscenze sul rapporto tra attività cerebrale e assetto del cervello e cioè sull'affascinante quesito se la sua attività sia in grado di modificarne struttura e funzioni. Finora gli studi erano stati realizzati essenzialmente su animali: topi, scimmie, invertebrati. I ricercatori tedeschi hanno invece studiato umani ai quali, per alcune ore, è stato stimolato il polpastrello dell'indice destro. L'uso del dito ha prodotto una maggiore sensibilità, misurata come abilità di discriminazione tattile, e, al tempo stesso, un allargamento della sua rappresentazione nella corteccia sensoriale. In proposito, occorre sapere che il nostro cervello contiene, in aree diverse, mappe che rappresentano il corpo nella sua interezza. Molto studiata da decenni, la mappa, collocata nella corteccia sensoriale, che rappresenta i confini del nostro corpo delineati dalla sensibilità cutanea. E si sa che in questa mappa la bocca, l'indice della mano dominante, i piedi, gli organi genitali occupano porzioni corticali più ampie del tronco o di altre parti del corpo ben più estese. La rappresentazione quindi non tiene conto della topografia della superficie corporea, ma delle sue funzioni; si sviluppa nel primo periodo della vita, quando il cervello struttura i suoi circuiti in funzione dei compiti dell'organismo, presenti e futuri, tra cui, innanzitutto, evitare i pericoli, mangiare, riprodursi. Ma nel cervello adulto, è ancora possibile questa duttilità, questa malleabilità delle strutture nervose in rapporto alle funzioni? Lo studio citato risponde affermativamente al quesito in modo alquanto impressionante, data la semplicità dell'esperimento e l'uso di soggetti normali in buona salute. In precedenza, infatti, gli studi si erano concentrati su situazioni patologiche, come nel caso dell'amputazione di un dito o in quello di persone cieche dalla nascita che hanno imparato a leggere tramite le dita, con il Braille. Nella corteccia somatosensoriale della persona con il dito tagliato, si era riscontrata un'invasione di campo da parte dei neuroni rappresentativi delle dita vicine, nel caso invece delle persone cieche, addestrate nella lettura Braille, si è avuto un effetto opposto, un notevole allargamento della rappresentazione corticale delle dita (taluni leggono con tre dita contemporaneamente) o del dito usato per decifrare i caratteri. Si realizza dunque una riorganizzazione della corteccia, nel primo caso per carenza di input sensoriale, nel secondo per un aumento dell'input. Questa plasticità dei circuiti cerebrali inizia ad essere dimostrabile anche in altre aree legate all'apprendimento, non solo di tipo sensitivo, ma anche cognitivo. L'ippocampo destro dei tassisti londinesi più anziani è più ampio di quello dei colleghi più giovani, a dimostrazione che la maggiore abilità nel localizzare le strade della metropoli si riflette nella struttura dei circuiti cerebrali deputati alle abilità spaziali. Dinse e colleghi, su Science, raccontano di aver somministrato ai volontari un farmaco che blocca un particolare recettore per il glutammato (il più diffuso neurotrasmettitore eccitatorio dei cervello), chiamato NMDA (n-metil-d-aspartato). Una singola dose del farmaco ha bloccato le maggiori capacità di discriminazione tattile acquisite con l'esercizio. Al contrario, la somministrazione di amfetamine ha prodotto un potenziamento dell'abilità. L'importanza del recettore NMDA per la formazione della memoria è stata dimostrata per la prima volta quasi venti anni fa: bloccando questo recettore non si interrompe il normale scambio tra neuroni all'interno della connessione (detta sinapsi), ma si impedisce che si realizzi un meccanismo chiamato potenziamento a lungo termine (LTP in sigla) che si pensa sia alla base della formazione dei ricordi. Invece, l'attivazione del recettore NMDA causa una serie di cambiamenti neineuroni connessi (detti pre e post-sinaptici, a seconda che inviino o ricevano l'input) con aumento della sintesi delle proteine, allargamento dei dendriti (la struttura neuronale ricevente), potenziamento del rilascio di glutammato da parte degli assoni (la struttura neuronale trasmittente). Le anfetamine hanno la capacità di potenziare la memoria poiché stimolano l'incremento di alcuni neuro-trasmettitori come la serotonina e la dopamina che sono in grado di attivare il recettore NMDA. La ricerca farmacologia è concentrata sui numerosi passaggi molecolari (su cui non è il caso di approfondire) che portano al potenziamento della memoria, tra cui' l'individuazione del gene che comanda la sintesi del recettore NMDA. L'obiettivo è la terapia genica dei sempre più diffusi disturbi della memoria e della cognizione. This new article tells the gravitational waves can move by speed of light and can produce a light beam- I claim The Sun Rays are produced based on this method by the gravitational waves motions and not by the sun nuclear fusion process- also –No star rays is produced by the nuclear fusion process but all rays are created by the gravitational waves motions energies as the article states.

The diameter is created depending on the water velocity, pressure, amount and motion angle and many other features of (the moving water)- the moving water creates this whirlpool with diameter 2 meters and as long as the water motion is not changed this diameter will not be changed also-

I want to show how the physicist causes fatal error for the research method while the physicist divides the elements (from matter to particle to molecule to atom to proton to quarks …etc) this division from out into inner till reach to very small unit which the physicist considered the building unit – that causes to destroy the geometrical design of the integration process- Shortly- the physicist sees a universe (never be created by the designer)- while the designer created the integration is a goal and created tools to perform this integration the physicist destroyed the integration tools while he searched for the building unit which is not found at all.

Another point shows the physicist wrong vision is (The Planet Motion)

While the solar planets move as gears in one machine and all planets motions are unified into one unified general motion- means- all planets motions are unified and produce one result only (one unified motion)- the physicist supposes each planet motion is independent-by that- in place of one machine of gears moves and produces one unified motion (one result) the physicist told us each planet motion is independent and No unification is found for the planets motions –here – one more time the physicist sees very different picture from the real one- in place of one hand has five fingers the physicist sees five independent moving fingers

2ndProblem  Planet Motion Energy Definition

Let's remember this question where's Planet Motion Energy?

We agreed planet motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and this energy must be stored in the space as moving waves because planet can NOT store its motion energy inside its body otherwise this planet temperature would be raised- that tells- the space has moving waves produced by planet motion energy

I prove the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies and not by any gravitational field.

(1st proof) I proves there's no gravitational field and the sun has no massive gravity and no planet moves by the sun gravity

(2nd proof) the gravitational waves reflection proves the waves are produced by the planets motions energies because the waves reflection causes effects on the planets data

Second Difficulty

Now we know planet motion energy is stored in the space as moving waves (the gravitational waves)- But- the planets move since long period of time means the planets motions should cause to store massive motion energy in space during this long period- Now -where's this stored massive energy? also the energy can NOT be stored in space forever- so what's happening for this stored massive energy? Suppose the moon moves by the Earth mass gravity and the moon motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2) now let's ask- From What Source The Moon Motion Energy Is Provided? What's the moon motion reason? The mass gravity- means- the mass should provide the motion energy- means – if The moon moves by the Earth gravity that necessitates to decrease the masses of the Earth and the moon by the motion energy- here's the problem- Any Motion Is Done By Mass Gravity Will Cause To Decrease This Mass-  this decrease is done because of the motion energy

The Refutation Of The Sun Gravitational Field

The Sun Doesn't Produce A Gravitational Field Nor Has Massive Gravity – let's prove that in following

The sun rotation period is (25.4 days– at equator) and (34.4 days – at pole) that shows the sun has no massive gravity nor even ordinary gravity equal any planet gravity otherwise the sun would rotate around its axis in one period of time-

No Planet Moves By The Sun Gravity–Newton is wrong- because- Planet moves by the force caused its creation- means- planet creation and motion is done by one force only- otherwise this planet would be broken if two forces have effects on it-

Suppose planet is created (by any force) and the sun gravity attracted this planet and forced it to revolve around the sun by the sun gravity (as Newton imagined) that would force this planet to move against its internal structure and that will cause this planet to be broken-

Imagine a human is forced to walk on his hands in place of his legs- this human will be dead by this motion-

That's why the planet creation and motion is done by one force only- Newton mistake is that he didn't know how the planet is created- and he considered - the creation force is a historical force has no effect on the current motion- Shortly-the sun didn't cause to create any planet and the sun doesn't cause any planet to move

We agreed that, mass gravity force can NOT cause any motion- again Newton is wrong- because –any motion will produce energy- suppose the moon moves by the Earth mass gravity- the moon motion produces energy- and – from what source this energy is provided? From the masses of the Earth and the moon –here's the problem

BUT Mass gravity is a fact - the mass gravity creates a bond between two masses (The Earth and the moon are bond by their masses gravity ) if some outer force causes the Earth to move the moon will move with the Earth and in this case the outer force will provide the motion energy for the Earth and the moon.

4th Problem The Matter Creation And Its Nature Definition

In following we compare between the physics book theory about the matter creation and my theory about it- the discussion contains Two points

I- The Physics Book Theory About The Creation of the Matter (Mass)

The Matter Is Created Independently From Any Outer Motion – means- even if the matter motion is stopped the matter is still found and never be perished (the motion here means the outer motion and not the atoms motions)

The Matter Is Motionless By Nature

The Matter Needs Mass Gravity Force To Cause Its Motion

The Matter Data And Dimensions Are Not Changed By Its Motion

The big bang theory tells planet is created by random creation- for example- Jupiter diameter is created by unknown value and Jupiter is collided many times in its history and these collisions caused Jupiter diameter (and mass) to be decreased- based on that– Jupiter diameter value (142984 km) is found by random process and without any geometrical reason behind- by that- the big bang theory prevent us to use any planet data to discover the creation and motion rules of this planet.

Note – The physicist doesn't use planet data in forming a theory to explain this planet motion-for example- Jupiter diameter is 142984 km and the physicist has a theory explains Jupiter motion but if Jupiter diameter is changed into 180000 km the theory will have no change because the physicist doesn't consider Jupiter diameter is a player in its motion- that's why the big bang theory is wrong because it supposes the change in diameter and mass doesn't cause a change in motion 

Shortly- the physics book doesn't tell how the matter is created nor what's the matter nature- we remember Einstein problem in physics- he told (All researches in particle electromagnetic properties can't predict this particle behavior in the daily life physics) that shows two different branches of the physics one for the electromagnetism and the other for the mass gravity physics

II- My Theory About The Creation of the matter (mass) –

Means- while a particle is moving by high speed motion and the experiments results show contraction in its length and increasing in its mass and dilation in its time – these changes are just illusions in measurements and the particle itself has no change in any data - tenth of books tell this meaning clearly and with confirmation and the physicist killed Lorentz work and made Lorentz transformation measures illusions and not facts- regardless the empirical proves which supports Lorentz transformation  

I refuse these books idea because

If no real changes are done how the problem of Michelson and Morelly experiment is solved?- also- Why the synchronous events in one frame can't be synchronous in another (as Einstein stated) where no change is found for any data- the distances are Not contracted nor the time is dilated nor the mass is increased why the events can NOT be synchronous in any frame?  

If the particle own data is measured correctly while it moves by my motion velocity and these measurements are suffered from illusions because the particle moves by high speed motion relative to my motion that means (I'm the universe reference point)

We notice- Lorentz length contraction equation can't distinguish between particle length and a distance, both can be contracted by the same one equation- that supports my theory tells (Matter And Space Are Created From The Same Energy)–

The Equation Concept  Planet diameter should be a function in its orbital distance –otherwise- this planet would be broken by its motion- BUT- the designer can't create a function has only 2 variables (Planet diameter and its orbital distance)- because– If this planet changes its orbit (orbital distance) its diameter would be broken also because the diameter is a direct function in the orbital distance without any other variables -As A Result- the designer created planet diameter as a function in this planet rotation period and the planet rotation period is created as a function in this planet velocity and the planet velocity is created as a function in this planet orbital distance- by that- the function between Planet diameter and its orbital distance is created but also it contains many variables (rotation period, orbital period and velocity)- by that- if  the Planet changes its orbital distance- this planet orbital period, and velocity and rotation period would be changed but its diameter will be saved

The light (its speed 1.16 million km per second) built the solar system orbits starting from Mercury orbit toward Pluto orbit- the light created the planets orbits before any planet creation- means- all orbits are created before any planet creation- the orbits are created based on each other (this fact is proved by my planet orbital distance equation) after the light created all orbits and reach to Pluto orbit- the light energy is consumed in the space creation- and the rest energy is found in one light beam its speed is (300000 km/s = the known speed of light)- we understand this is one light beam its speed was 1.16 million km per second before the space creation (In Mercury Orbit) and its speed becomes 300000 km/s after the space creation (in Pluto orbit) as result for the energy consumption in the space creation- 

In Pluto orbit - the light could Not move any further to build any more orbits because any additional space creation will consume more energy and that will decrease the light speed to be less than 300000 km/s (the known speed of light) – and – No known light moves by speed less than 300000 km/s – means- the light had no energy to move any further after Pluto orbit- for that- the light returns to its origin point (Mercury orbit) for that the light is reflected with speed (300000 km/s) from Pluto orbit to Mercury orbit passing through the built orbits– no energy is required in this motion for that the light beam moves with speed of light (300000 km/s) till Mercury orbit.

Recomendações de Tratamento Anticonvulsivante em cães segundo o Consenso do ACVIM (2023)

O Consenso ACVIM de 2023 classifica as terapias anticonvulsivantes em classes de A a E conforme o possível grau de eficácia baseado em evidências, sendo:

• A — Alta recomendação: a intervenção é provavelmente um tratamento eficaz e seguro. • B — Recomendação moderada: a intervenção é possivelmente um tratamento eficaz e seguro. • C – Recomendação baixa: a intervenção é possivelmente um tratamento inadequadamente eficaz e seguro. • D — A intervenção não tem respaldo para uso: tratamento ineficaz ou inseguro ou ambos. • E — Recomendação retida: a intervenção pode ser um tratamento potencialmente eficaz e seguro, mas atualmente há evidência limitada, experiência clínica ou ambas em relação à sua aplicabilidade, viabilidade e eficácia.

O manejo bem-sucedido de emergências convulsivas deve incluir uma abordagem de tratamento precoce, rápida e baseada em estágios, consistindo em intervenções farmacológicas anticonvulsivantes com recomendações Classe A ou B, isto é, de eficácia preferencialmente moderada a alta segundo a ACVIM (2023).

As convulsões são consideradas uma emergência quando a sua duração é prolongada e não são autolimitadas, ou quando ocorrem em séries estreitamente agrupadas. Tradicionalmente, as crises podem ser definidas como “breves” ou “prolongadas” quando a sua duração é <5 ou entre 5 e 30 minutos, respetivamente. O status epilepticus tem sido referido como atividade convulsiva contínua ou  > 1 crise sequencial sem recuperação total da consciência entre elas, com duração de> 30 minutos. No entanto, como a maioria das crises são breves e, quando uma crise dura >5 minutos, é mais provável que seja prolongada e potencialmente não autolimitada, investigadores e médicos adotaram e aceitaram amplamente o período de 5 minutos como o elemento definidor do Status Epilepticus.

O manejo de complicações e causas subjacentes relacionadas a emergências convulsivas idealmente deve ser acompanhado de medicamentos anticonvulsivantes.

O tratamento anticonvulsivante difere se o paciente está em status epilepticus ou cluster.

As crises epilépticas em cluster são amplamente definidas em humanos e animais como >2 crises autolimitadas durante um período de 24 horas.

As crises em cluster, especialmente as de alta frequência:

Podem representar um risco semelhante ao Status Epilepticus para danos neuronais e complicações relacionadas com as crises;

Podem progredir para Status Epilepticus; e

Tem pouca probabilidade de cessar ou de serem adequadamente controladas sem medicação de resgate.

Na figura abaixo tem-se a pirâmide das classes de recomendações terapêuticas de tratamento anticonvulsivante para cães em status epilepticus segundo o Consenso ACVIM de 2023.

Desta forma, as terapias anticonvulsivantes classe A para cães em status epilepticus na pirâmide ACVIM (2023) incluem:

Midazolam (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua; intranasal);

Diazepam (em bólus intravenoso);

Propofol (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua);

Cetamina (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua);

Fenobarbital (intravenoso).

Enquanto que as terapias classe B incluem:

Midazolam (intramuscular);

Diazepam (intravenoso em Infusão Contínua; intranasal);

Lorazepam (intravenoso);

Levetiracetam (intravenoso);

Pentobarbital (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua);

(Dex)medetomidina (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua);

Fosfenitoína (intavenosa);

Anestésicos inalatórios.

Na figura abaixo tem-se a pirâmide das classes de recomendações terapêuticas de tratamento anticonvulsivante para cães em cluster segundo o Consenso ACVIM de 2023.

Desta forma, as terapias anticonvulsivantes classe A para cães em status epilepticus na pirâmide ACVIM (2023) incluem:

Midazolam (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua;

Levetiracetam (intravenoso).

Enquanto que as terapias classe B incluem:

Midazolam (intranasal; intramuscular);

Diazepam (em bólus intravenoso e Infusão Contínua; intranasal);

Lorazepam (intravenoso);

Levetiracetam (retal; oral).

Você e Tangerine mantinham um relacionamento estável há muito tempo. Ele te amava mais do que tudo no mundo, então era natural ele primeiramente achar estranho o fato de querer esconder a relação. Pelo simples fato de ter um grande impedimento: vocês eram professores na mesma faculdade. 

Não que isso fosse errado, não existia regra pra esse tipo de coisa que impeça dois professores de namorarem, ainda mais em um ambiente que prevaleçam adultos e ninguém ligava muito para vida um do outro. Mas por algum motivo parecia errado. E mais do que tudo, que aluno não amaria saber que o professor durão de criminalística estava pegando a professora de farmacologia? Era um prato cheio para fofoca nos corredores. 

Porém, algo havia mudado para sempre a maneira do que os alunos já haviam desconfiado mediante as entradas aleatórias de Tangerine na sala de aula para deixar comida ou avisar que o carro estava destravado no estacionamento: você estava grávida. 

Grávida. 

Quem diria que isso tudo aparecia depois de 6 meses? 

Bom, não foi planejado, mas vocês já eram adultos e já sabiam das consequências de se envolver tanto fisicamente, com um fetiche de gozar dentro de ambas as partes. Tinham emprego estável, se amavam, moravam juntos. Só não previram as risadinhas dos alunos e burburinhos no corredor com suposições que vocês no mínimo achavam graça. 

“Eu acho que a professora de farmacologia estava com ele desde o ensino médio.”

“Eu soube que Tangerine tinha três filhos, mas eles estão casados há 17 anos.”

“Eu soube que ela nem pode engravidar e Tangerine arrumou uma barriga de aluguel.” 

Era uma coisa mais bizarra do que a outra que você e Tangerine acabaram tomando com leveza, rindo no fim da tarde das coisas que alguém escutava no corredor e comunicava para vocês. Você apenas sorria e murmurava um “queria que esses alunos fossem criaticos assim na sala de aula…”. Tangerine já era mais direto, soltando um “quando eu pegar essa peste que espalhou isso…”, mas depois suavizava, afinal, era ele quem tinha você. 

“Oi, meu amor. Trabalhou muito hoje?” Tangerine cumprimentou, dando um beijo na sua bochecha quando entrou em casa, andando para deixar a pasta largada no sofá. 

“Não… só tive umas aulas de manhã e corrigi as provas dos veteranos.” Você disse trancando a porta e andando até ele para um abraço preguiçoso. “E você? Chegou mais tarde.” 

“Estudo de caso.” Ele respondeu, envolvendo sua cintura, puxando seu corpo levemente para mais perto para não machucar sua barriga. “Incrível como aqueles burros do caralho não conseguem interpretar um simples teste de paternidade.”

“Tan, são novatos.” Você suavizou, levantando as mãos para sentir o rosto dele em sua palma. “Eles ainda tão pegando o jeito. Mas e aí, como andam suas outras quatro esposas?” 

“Estão bem, juntos com seus outros quinze filhos escondidos.” Ele retribuiu a brincadeira, dando uma risada alta antes de calar-se para beijar a linha de seu cabelo. 

“Quinze é?” Você riu, levantando o rosto para beijar os lábios dele, o bigode roçando nos seus. 

“Quinze e todos meus. Ouvi isso da turma de Direito.” Ele sorriu, plantando longos selinhos no seu rosto. “Acho que eu tenho um super esperma pelo visto.” 

“Ah, você tem sim. Sou prova disso.” Você flertou em voz baixa, mordendo o lábio, ficando na ponta dos pés para dar um beijo mais longo. “Acho que quero experimentar mais dele.” 

“Ei, calminha aí.” Ele sussurrou, balançou a cabeça, descendo as mãos para o vão de suas costas até os seus quadris, apertando a carne suave. “Sabe que tenho que me segurar com você desse jeito. Desde que soube de sua gravidez, eu tô me vigiando. Você tem mais três meses pela frente.” 

“O bebê aguenta.” Você sorriu, dando mais um beijo lento nele. 

As mãos de Tangerine desceram até a polpa de sua bunda, dando um aperto generoso e ao mesmo tempo gentil, enquanto retribuía o seu beijo com gosto. Quando sentiu a respiração ficar um pouco desregulada, ele se afastou, voltando ao pequeno selinho. 

“Não me provoque.” Ele advertiu, puxando seu lábio inferior entre os dentes antes de selar. “Quero ter cuidado com nosso filho.” 

“Relaxa. Existe algo envolvendo ele. Ele tá seguro.” Você confortou, passando os braços ao redor do pescoço dele para puxá-lo para mais perto. “Além disso… fazer sexo no período da gravidez ajuda no parto. Auxilia na parte das contrações no futuro com os hormônios e tudo.” 

“Bom saber…” ele sorriu manhoso, balançando seus corpos de um lado para o outro lentamente, descendo a mão para apertar suavemente seu seio, sem intenção de machucar. Gentil e suave, como seu Tangerine. “Sabe como eu amo ajudar, não é?” 

“Eu amo tanto isso em você.” você sussurrou, fechando o espaço entre vocês em mais um beijo suave, onde seus dedos seguiram para desabotoar o colete. 

“Onde aprendeu sobre isso?” Ele perguntou, tirando o terno dos ombros, seguido do colete aberto, seus dedos trabalhando para retirar a camisa por baixo. 

“O que? Do sexo?” Você perguntou, espalmando do peito desnudo de Tangerine, puxando o tecido da camisa pelos braços fortes, com ele te ajudando no caminho.

“É.” Ele respirou fundo, relembrando a maciez do toque de seus dedos na pele quente dele, procurando sentir sua pele, passando o vestido por sobre sua cabeça. 

“Internet.” Você respondeu simples, estalando a língua, levantando os braços para passar a roupa. Ele levantou a sobrancelha. “Brincadeira. Estava lendo uns artigos sobre gravidez. Queria me manter informada o tempo todo. Prevenir umas coisas, aumentar outras.” 

“Hmmmm… e qual a explicação pro sexo?” Ele questionou, agora tocando seus seios coberto pelo fino sutiã em um modelo mais confortável para acomodar seus seios que cresciam conforme os meses passavam. “Nossa, como você tá gostosa.” 

Você riu, fingindo empurrá-lo pelo braço, mas apenas apertou os bíceps, direcionando vocês para o quarto. Tangerine seguiu você, se livrando das calças enquanto observava você tirando seu sutiã e jogando em algum canto do quarto. Ele sentou na beira da cama, sorrindo ao ver você em pé se encaixando entre as pernas dele para continuar a explicação. 

“Bom, não é todo sexo na gravidez que é seguro, mas andei pesquisando e indo no médico.” Você começou, pausando um pouco na respiração mais profunda quando ele tocou suas coxas, as mãos subindo para agarrar seus seios novamente e depositar um pequeno beijo no bico enrijecido. “Meu caso vai ajudar. Produz ocitocina, endorfina. O esperma tem prostaglandinas que ajudam nas contrações.” 

“Minha nossa. Você fica sexy pra caralho falando essas coisas. Não entendo nada.” Ele elogiou, serpenteando com as mãos até seu quadril para te puxar para mais perto. “Fica tão gostosa dessa maneira. Tão perfeita… com nosso filho. Você é tão… porra.” 

“Tá falando isso só pra me comer?” Você brincou, levando sua mão para os densos cabelos castanhos dele, sua coluna se arrepiando ao senti-lo beijar sua barriga. 

“Um pouco. Amo a ideia de comer a professora, sabia?” Ele flertou, fechando os olhos para se deleitar com seus lábios mais uma vez antes de você se endireitar e continuar. 

“Bom, nosso bebê está seguro. Envolvido em líquido amniótico. Sem preocupações de emprego, faculdade, salário, crime...” Você prosseguiu, mordendo o lábio ao sentir Tangerine abocanhar seu seio com cuidado, chupando o pequeno ponto, o frio batendo ao calor da boca dele sair, envolvido novamente pela língua. “Ele… está bem.” 

“Então ele não vai ficar surpreso com sei lá. A rola do pai dele do nada?” Ele riu, mas a preocupação era notória no meio do sarcasmo. Você não evitou a risada baixa, descendo para beijar o rosto dele. 

“Não. Apenas a mamãe aqui.” Você falou quase como um feitiço para ele, que riu, molhando os lábios. 

“Eu te amo.” Ele firmou, em contraste a cada provocação suja e altamente científica de antes. Era puro, tal como o amor de Tangerine e o coração que batia entre vocês.

“Eu também te amo.” Você respondeu, beijando-o com calma, com a cautela dele, como se você fosse quebrar a cada simples toque rude embaixo daqueles calos.

presidente della Federazione degli Ordini dei Medici, ho letto con molto interessa la sua intervista su tachipirina e vigile attesa. Oserei dire anche con tenerezza. Paracetamolo e non fare un accidente fino a quando non era troppo tardi, quindi, non era un protocollo, qualcosa di cui ci si assume la responsabilità,  ma un fraterno consiglio da collega a collega. Mi scusi, ma perché avete dato un consiglio di cosi bestiale idiozia? Oltre che medico sono uno scrittore, anche piuttosto bravo, e ho una notevole capacità nell’uso delle parole. Per tachipirina e vigile attesa non ci sono altre parole che queste: bestiale idiozia. La gente è morta per questa bestiale idiozia. Dare in una malattia infiammatoria un farmaco non antiinfiammatorio che abbatte il glutatione, prima difesa dell’organismo, e abbatte la febbre, seconda difesa dell’organismo, è bestialmente stupido. Non dare immediatamente  antiinfiammatori, vitamina D e C, idrossiclorochina e azitromicina che avrebbero risolto il problema insieme a eparina e cortisone ha causato migliaia di morti inutili, migliaia.  Se era solo un fraterno consiglio, dato oltretutto da gente che deve aver superato patologia medica e farmacologia col 18 e ancora non sa come c’è riuscita,  per quale incredibile motivo noi che abbiamo dato le cure corrette salvando i pazienti siamo stati ripresi e poi radiati? Do quindi per scontato  che entro due giorni, massimo tre riceverò la comunicazione che la mia radiazione è stata annullata. Se questo non succede, vuol dire che lei parla, come dire, a vanvera. In allegato la fotografia che ho usato sui social per diffondere la terapia corretta. Grazie a me medici che non la conoscevano l’hanno applicata salvando le persone. Ho usato la foto perché tutte le volte che nominavo quei farmaci la mia pagina FB veniva chiusa, come il mio canale You tube, chiuso anche lui. Il vostro fraterno consiglio da collega a collega era quindi blindato come un carro armato. Un carro armato che ha schiacciato i pazienti, facendoli morire nel dolore.
