"But you don't look sick." How many times have you heard this phrase?  If you fight and invisible illness you've heard it way to often. Many if the issues we deal with do not have any outward signs but we aren't crazy. We have legitimate, diagnosed illnesses that can sometimes be debilatating. The stigma and bullying needs to stop. Educating yourself is the best way to understand these rare invisible illnesses. We aren't hypochondriacs we are warriors. That moment when your specialist says “huh you are much sicker than I initially though you were. You’re going to be more of a problem but we’ll get it worked out it’ll just take much longer than initially anticipated to get you stable.” 

Good doctor is good but bad news is bad :( I got a long road ahead of me. This shit is gonna suck. Fuck you lyme disease and Fuck you ticks.

I've been out of work for almost 2 weeks. After my 2 day stay in the hospital I was put on a 10 day medical leave by my doctor. I finally go back tomorrow. I'm really nervous because every time I get back to working more hours I have issues with these stupid clots. I can't win for losing. I somehow got another clot in my stent even after this last stent surgery. I'm beyond frustrated and there is days where I just cry out of nowhere from being so angry and terrified. I never thought at the young age of 27 I would be fighting for my life on a daily basis in fear that each breathe I take could be my last if a blood clot goes somewhere that can instantly kill me. No one should have to live in fear like this. I don't know what the doctors next step is at this point. I don't want any more metal in me. But I don't even know if I really have a choice. It's hard to believe that 2 years ago I didn't even have these issues. As far as I knew I was really healthy and I never even had to go to a hospital. I know there is no quick fix, that's a given. But I don't know how much more I can take of this. It's ruining my sanity, my finances, and just my outlook on a lot of things. I use to be so optimistic and trusting of my doctors but right now I don't know what to believe or do.

Finished up a long cycle. a week into PCT i got a bloodclot (dvt). I had 1 when i finished my last cycle aswell.

My last cycle i used nolvadex for pct, after my dvt i read nolvadex can increase risk of clotting. So this time i switched to Clomid. Same thing happened this time. These 2 cycles were the first time i used pct. In my first 7 cycles my pct was fake so i was technically a pct virgin.

Even though PCT is preferred, should i go back to no PCT at all? or would hcg or letrozole be doable?

I was checked for factorvleiden and other genetic clotting disorders and dont have them.

March is blood clot awareness month. This is a cause that is very close to my heart. I live every day with heterozygous Factor V Leiden, which is a genetic clotting disorder. I inherited this from my father whose I lost to a blood clot in November 2008. I unknowingly lived with it until right before I turned seventeen when the diagnosis was discovered by a neurologist who was desperately searching for an answer to the debilitating migraines I was suffering from. I was less than a month from turning seventeen when I went to get the test results from the blood and spinal fluid that had been tested a few weeks prior to this appointment. It was then I was told I have Factor V Leiden. My father had himself tested a few weeks later to see if I had inherited it from him and it turned about to be exactly where it came from. I’ve found in the years of research and studying I have done since my diagnosis that it’s not only people that lack education about clotting disorders but many doctors. I’ve been given medication that’s dangerous for me to take because of the disorder. You don’t have to have a clotting disorder to get a dangerous and possibly deadly clot. They can happen to anyone. Please educate yourselves about them so you’re aware of the warning signs and symptoms.
