I do this..!! 👇👇 Cooked The Rohu Fish in creamy coconut milk..! 😊😊 In Frame: Rohu Fish Curry Rohi/Rohu fish cooked in coconut based gravy, which have a unique creamy tecture. You can taste the coconut flavour, in every bite of the fish. This delicious curry and the hot steamed rice is what all needed..!! Recipe: *Clean the fish and marinate it with turmeric powder and salt. * In a pan, take some mustard oil, and shallow fry the fish and keep it aside once done. *Peel off two potatoes, cut it in desired shape and fried it till brown in both side and keep aside. *For the spices, ginger-garlic -onion-cumin paste is used. *Now break open a coconut,and remove the flesh and grind them, adding water frequently, to make it a smooth watery paste. Otherwise squeeze out the milk by hand or can buy coconut milk from the store. Ingredienti: 225 g di burro 225 g di zucchero 225 g di farina 0 225 g di cioccolato fondente 6 uova 1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia 2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci 1 vasetto di confettura di lamponi Lamponi freschi Per la ganache: 300 g di cioccolato fondente 200 ml di panna fresca Procedimento: Per la base, tritare il cioccolato e farlo sciogliere a bagnomaria. Mettere da parte e far intiepidire. Dividere i tuorli dagli albumi e montare questi ultimi a neve ferma. In un’altra ciotola, montare il burro, tenuto a temperatura ambiente, con lo zucchero finché il composto diventa chiaro e spumoso. Aggiungere i tuorli e continuare a montare. Versare il cioccolato intiepidito all’interno del composto di burro, zucchero e tuorli, continuando a frullare. Quindi, aggiungere la farina e il lievito setacciati. A questo punto, incorporare delicatamente gli albumi montati con movimenti dal basso verso l’alto. Versare il composto in una tortiera da 24 cm di diametro e cuocere in forno statico preriscaldato a 180 gradi per 45/50 minuti. Una volta raffreddata, dividere la torta in due dischi e farcirla con confettura di lamponi. Stendere un velo di confettura anche su tutta la superficie della torta e mettere in frigo a riposare. Nel frattempo, scaldare la panna in un pentolino e una volta raggiunto il bollore aggiungere il cioccolato tritato a pezzetti. Mescolare bene finché non si otterrà una ganache liscia e senza grumi. Versare il composto sulla torta fredda e posizionata in una griglia, in modo da far colare la ganache in eccesso. Far raffreddare circa 15 minuti in frigorifero e decorare a piacere con i lamponi. Lunch- it’s so fantastic to make lunch cracker- sandwich because I can use the leftovers from the RAW-food balls and mix it with a lot of nuts and seeds. I make mine in the dehydrator over night but you can make it in the oven as well. My filling is cranberry/ white pepper mix and spread of Oatly- fraîche from @oatly mixed with Nutrionyeast/salt/chili/agave.
