"Muse of My Life"

A surreal self portrait that acknowledges the need to take control over artistic expression and direction in life. It showcases a modern Arabian inspired 'dollhouse' and uses inverted colors for the portrait.

I struggled with redirecting my art to a different kind of style to express myself more authentically which made me take my art journey a lot more seriously. I embraced the directionless journey I found myself stranded on and decided to take control over the steering wheel. All of this had inspired the outcome of this painting.
