He also snorts a little after noting Cass’s unlaced shoes are actually Tim’s dunks with socks stuffed at toe box for a more comfortable fit. Tim who had already clocked that almost immediately on her way down the stairs doesn’t hide his amusement at this whole situation.

Bruce, hading already witnessed the giggling pair sneak into his closet the night before on the Manor’s surveillance. Watching Duke insist they “gotta be iced out” before picking a few very expensive pieces of jewelry to borrow. He sips his coffee without a word; their smiles are worth more.

Their detail is so intricate in the engravings and design. It’s obvious they’re meant to combine. Carmine picks them up to find they have little heft to them but are drastically lighter than her own sword. She might as well be holding nothing.

Carmine:Wow, these are crazy looking. Not necessarily my style but I can see how they could be useful.

Ruby:They’re what Cinder uses.

Braxton on the left : neutral good

Braxton is a 28 years old former plasma grunt ! He left after the event of BW1 to try to get his own life under control again. He is Galarian but decided to stay in Unova , as Clay offered him a job in his mines and his gym. He is a great cook and can eat very spicy things with no issues. They get along very well.

He feels terribly guilty about stealing Pokemon to free them and for believing Ghetsis for so long. He tries to make amends by reuniting the pokemon he stole with Rood and his former grunt "colleague" .

He sometimes is afraid that Rood may be manipulating him as Ghetsis did before , but is working on building trust back.

Pedro on the right : chaotic evil

Pedro is a 30 year old neo-plasma grunt that as been in the Team for years. He loves Ghetsis more than anything , to a very unhealthy point. He is batshit insane and trained his Joltik to be a living weapon without ever evolving it.

He is Kalossian and proud , and have some family in Paldea. He is fully non-contact with his family and thinks Team Plasma is all his life. When a conversation is too boring for him , he trauma-dumps to make everyone feel uneasy . He can't swim.

He likes to dance in front of Ghetsis and tries to teach him about memes , and he loves to annoy Zinzolin. No one knows if him and Zinzolin are sworn enemies or boyfriends. (they don't know either )

i ain't a "give you a book and figure it out yourself" kinda mom, so we're doin this. here we go.

omegaverse is a kind of slash fic that imagines a hierarchy similar to what wolves have in which you have the dominant alphas, the neutral betas, and the submissive omegas. the universe imagines that these are biological genders in addition to male and female--known as secondary gender--and thus create a different set of social norms/hierarchy. these additional genders are referred to as "maturation," and become evident ("presentation") around the age of thirteen after having already presented as their primary gender (male or female).

omegaverse is formerly known as a/b/o, which we stopped using because it's too similar to a slur for aboriginal australians, but i thought it was important to note 'cause you'll see it around sometimes.

let me clarify before i continue that they're not werewolves. however, historically, the omegaverse originates from a Supernatural fic in which werewolf dynamics were combined with mpreg. however (and confusing that a bit), in the omegaverse there are packs as family (though this depends on the fic). and on the mpreg note, most omegaverse fic is m/m.

let's get into it with more definitions!

alphas - usually larger physically, aggressive demeanor. dominant. have ruts, in which they are periodically affected by the urge to breed--sometimes this can happen as a response to omegas having being in heat (aka estrus)--more on that later. ruts last (in my experience) 3-7 days, and the alpha cannot control or ignore their rut; the rut additionally makes them even more aggressive than usual. alphas can furthermore command and basically everyone follows the command--though nonverbal commands can sometimes be resisted (more on how they might non-verbally command later). we also uhh... gotta talk about alpha dicks later (see: knotting).

betas - literally just normal fucking people. this is also most people.

omegas - smaller physically, gentle demeanor. submissive and breedable. have heats, in which there is a crazy high chance of pregnancy, and all they want is to be bred and they act kinda stupid (literally like they can't cook or clean or NOTHING). the decisions an omega in heat makes are entirely out of desperation and not to be acted on. at the beginning of a heat, the vaginal walls ache and their body temperature goes up. but first? pre-heat! also about a week long, an omega prepares a nest where they'll feel safe; usually blankets, things that smell like loved ones, clothes, food and water. during pre-heat, omegas are totally cognizant, and may invite an alpha or beta to share their nest for their heat. after a heat, an omega is usually pretty wiped and will eat a lot--this shit expends mad energy.

gamma - pretty rare, but im explaining it anyway because they have neo pronouns??? and it sometimes isn't explained that someone is a gamma it's just assumed from the fact that the author is using ze/zer/zim. but this is a third primary gender in which someone will either mature into a female alpha or a male omega, so since the gender is unknown, they are referred to with ze/zim pronouns before their maturation. they're born with both sets of genitalia and a uterus; so they're infertile if they later present as an alpha, and fertile if they present as an omega.

there are also enigmas (literally once every generation; demeanor and physicality just alphas on steroids). deltas are literally just alphas who can't command. i haven't often encountered gammas, enigmas, or deltas in fics personally.

two of the defining features of the omegaverse are scent glands and knotting.

scent glands - residing in the base of the neck and wrists, the scent glands... well, they smell. omegas smell good, alphas are usually described as having an oppressive smell, betas also smell but it's incredibly subdued. the smell of an alpha is always more evident than others. the smell can attract a mate; closer to an omega's heat, their scent becomes gradually more potent. an alpha's smell can tell others that they're in a rut. alphas can issue a non-verbal command that can be ignored (by some people) via their scent glands.

knotting - alpha dicks have this thing very astutely called the "bulbus glandis" (creative, right), referred to as the knot. it's uhh, it's a knot on the base of their dick. basically, it inflates during sex and locks into the vaginal walls and traps the cum inside for max chance of pregnancy. this by itself is fine, but the best part is that the alpha and whoever get stuck together for a period of time. the period of time varies from fic to fic, but i've seen everywhere from 15 minutes to three hours. tbh it's fucking great, it can be really funny and unhelpful or horrible i hate you get out of me or really sweet depending on the ship dynamic. the knot "deflating" is often referred to as "the knot going down."

here's a purposely shitty example to give you an idea of what this looks like:

"i'm the omega and i'm in heat ahh i'm so horny!" "i'm the alpha and i'm in an uncontrollable rut and this omega smells so good! i'm gonna get this omega pregnant! graaaah! [aggro alpha noises]" [probably pretty kinky sex, 'cause there's d/s dynamics here, but varies from fic to fic] "the alpha came inside me and we have to wait for the knot to go down, aww nuts!" [PREGNANT]

Sonic Movie Franchise: 2nd Trilogy Predictions

Obviously, spoilers for Sonic 3 inbound. Read at your own risk XD

All righty, everyone out? Good. Now, let's talk predictions! I'm assuming that everyone here has seen the credits scenes of Sonic 3, and I've been cooking up some ideas as to where the plotlines of future movies could go, even without Eggman as the main villain. We can't hold Jim Carrey hostage forever, after all XD

So obviously we're going to get both Amy and Metal Sonic for Sonic 4. The question is, what game plotline will they be adapting, if any at all? Well, here's my theory/pitch for what Sonic 4 could be.

Metal and Amy both debuted in Sonic CD, a game that heavily used time travel in its plot. Given the fact that Metal found Sonic in what seems to be mere days after the Eclipse Cannon crisis, it almost seems to be too fast for him to have just sprung up on his own. We know that Eggman himself was mostly just wallowing in his defeat at the hands of Super Sonic, so why would he have built a mechanical Sonic and not use him at all in 3's events? Furthermore, where did the 'lesser' Metal Sonic drones come from, and how was it that Amy found Sonic mere moments after Metal did?

My theory is that this Metal Sonic was created by some future version of Eggman, potentially from an alternate timeline, and was sent back in time to just after the events of the Eclipse Cannon. And given how experienced Amy seems to be at handling the Metal Horde, it's possible that she hails from this future as well. I mean, I know she's a massive Sonic fangirl, but it's significantly less probable for her to find him in this universe as opposed to someone like Tails.

As for Metal's role in Sonic 4... I personally hope that he ends up being the main villain. He has so much potential to be more than just Eggman's lackey, especially with his story in Sonic Heroes. I theorize that Sonic 4's story could end up being some kind of combination of both CD and Heroes, with Metal aiming to take over Eggman's position of power and copy everyone's abilities, becoming the true ultimate life form. It also seems like they could be taking inspiration from the Metallix from the Fleetway comics, which would also be incredibly cool.

This could also be a 2nd chance to use the missed opportunity that was Neo Metal Sonic, having that be the final form for Metal instead of the Metal Overlord. Although if they wanted to include it, the Metal Overlord/Metallic Madness could be some kind of metallic kaiju that Metal builds himself to fight the heroes while he stays in his Neo form.

And with that out of the way, I hope you're prepared for even wilder speculation regarding the next two movies! XD There was a vague hint about Shadow's origin in Sonic 3 when they mentioned he fell to Earth in a meteor, which looked suspiciously like a miniature Black Comet. I believe that they could be setting up some kind of Black Arms invasion for a more Shadow-centric Sonic 5. The reason I'm pushing this back to a 5th movie is because it would be incredibly difficult to mash both Metal Sonic and the Black Arms into a single Sonic 4. This is also a chance to integrate Rouge and Omega into the story as Shadow's own team, separate from Sonic's.

(Though now that I think about it, if Paramount does opt for a Shadow/Knuckles tv show, that could take its time to focus on a Black Arms storyline instead. However, this is currently in wild unbased speculation territory.)

As for the final movie in the trilogy... I'm honestly not sure. I have two vague ideas as to what the villain could be, as without Eggman as a factor (even with the possibility of an evil future version of him, somewhat similar to Eggman Nega) the options are somewhat limited. My top two picks are either Dark Gaia or Chaos as the final villain, though considering how the movies scale things I think that Chaos could be more likely, as I don't think they'd be quite bold enough to shatter Earth into 7 pieces just like that.

But both of them offer opportunities to explore more alien lore and more things revolving around the Chaos/Master Emerald as well. Another reason I say Chaos is more likely is because while Unleashed has a great story, it's mainly focused on Sonic and Chip as opposed to the more team/family-centric themes that the movies like to focus on. In that vein of thought, the defeat of Chaos with the positive energies of the Emeralds feels more in line with that family dynamic the movies tend to lean towards.

Buuuut those are just my thoughts. What do y'all think?

ok so here is a collection of concepts that wouldn't be entirely in character but are still fun to think about that I came up with:

Dusttale: Eternal Slumber

So there's this type of serial killer called an: "Angel of Mercy"

To put it simply, an Angel of Mercy is a caregiver who kills those under their care as a form of "mercy," depending on how they view their victim's suffering, usually because of an illness of some sort. An example would be a doctor and an elderly patient.

So.. what if Sans, instead of killing everyone in order to get enough strength to kill the human, decides to kill everyone so that he can spare them from the pain of being killed over and over again in an endless cycle?

Let's just say that his mental health has deteriorated enough at this point that he views what he's doing as a noble deed because he has good intentions in mind so it's "different from what the human is doing!"

I imagine he'd be far more gentle with his victims than regular dusttale sans. He'd shush them to sleep as they slowly dust, telling them that it's all for the best and that it's time to rest now.. all while digging the bone deeper into their flesh.

In a way, he is an Angel - specifically, the one from the interpretation of The Prophecy that would liberate the monsters by killing them.

Now i can't help but think that this version of sans would wear a white robe and a cross necklace lol

Also imagine him singing "Ralsei's Lullaby [dark melody ver.]" Before killing someone lmao

Dusttale: LOG #8215

Yet another Dusttale concept woo!!

Dusttale but as a coping mechanism, sans starts looking at the world like one big experiment and the monsters as test subjects

LV is a measure of how detached you are from your victims, after all.

I'd imagine that if this were to be a game, sans would do different things every playthrough.

Killing toriel first instead of all the monsters in the ruins to see how it changes things. Introducing unforeseen variables like 'what if undyne was informed about the human sooner than usual?' and 'what if alphys actually got around to mettaton neo's defenses?'

Don't know how that would be achieved though.. maybe through FUN events?

Every time you see him, usually after stealing your kill, he would be quietly murmuring under his breath, jotting down notes in his notebook, saying things like: "..didn't know that would happen. cool. have to try that again sometime." Before walking away and disappearing, as if he were never there at all.

Undertale: Heart Shatter

Ok so what if undertale genocide run.. but instead of killing anyone, you turn them into the worst possible version of themselves and let their SOUL shatter all by itself

For ex: for sans, you would further his nihilistic point of view by resetting over and over again and purposefully lingering closer to him every time.. as if to confirm his suspicions. You would see him get noticeably more and more tired every time, forgetting his lines and overall seeing him grow more and more apathetic.. until it culminates in a moment where you tell him that you're never going to stop. That's it's no use for him to have any sort of hope left that you might leave this world alone. That he should just give up and accept that this pointless cycle will never end. That he will never get to bathe in the light of the sun, never get to see the stars for more than a few seconds before he wakes up in his bed again.

(You'd probably have to do sans first. You break him by doing pacifist runs repeatedly)

For toriel, you'd have to accept her offer of staying in the RUINS. You would have to spend time with her, bond with her. You would help her cook, pay close attention to her lessons, eat slices of delectable cinnamon-butterscotch pie, make flower crowns from the golden flowers that saved you from dying from the fall, brew cups of tea together.

Eventually, one day she tells you why the Underground hates humans so much. Why she lives in the RUINS. Why she protects the human children who fall down. Why she is so, so grateful that you didn't leave like the others did. That she will do her best to keep you safe and happy until the end of your days.

...then you leave the RUINS on that very night. Leaving her all alone, wondering what she did wrong. Why she can never seem to keep one child alive, no matter how hard she tries.

However, we don't see Jae behaving like he did during the drive to the next destination in content normally, we are used to him being silent. Yet, noone indicated his behaviour being unusual (for the camera, or as if he was in an especially chirpy mood), zero side eyes from DoWoo. It's natural wild JaeDo rapport. 16:30 - Restrained but not forced.

18:30 - Not knowing Korean I can't feel the nuances of the level of familiarity in speech, but Jae usually knows when Do addresses him. Some regular words or the tone of voice Do normally uses addressing him are the indicators, probably.

Illustrative how everyone dealt with the task of buying a gift. Both DoWoo picked the first thing they saw, basically (not caring to spend much time and thought on a gift bought for content purpose). Just Do also gravitated to what he likes (cute toys). Meanwhile Jaehyun thought about making his gift into something to laugh about (funny earrings or a customised puppy doll). That child in him that likes to play and tease.

keith: gay as hell but hasnt exactly processed or accepted it (just knows hes scared of women) (for many reasons), transgender (will respond to anything besides feminine pronouns n such), most likely did his own piercings dont ask how or why, allura is the only woman thus far hes comfortable with because she reminds him of a certain someone, allura and him r huge gossips, jack of all trades but really does not know what hes good at like he doesnt know a thing about himself (one time lance challenged him to try out his sniper bc they got into an argument and keith was surprisingly good at it, he was evidently more confused than lance somehow?) (think that one family guy audio where s liek "how r u doing that" "i dunno ;;; O_O"), if you ask him ANYTHING about himself he will most likely just say "yeah i dont rememebr" or "I dont know", often talks very old school and "retro" (in lance's words), surprisingly a decent cook/baker, not as good as hunk of course but can keep up, despite this it was revealed in a conversation with hunk that keith was eating glass among other inedible things while going crazy in the desert (his feral era <3), can diy explosives among other things and no one acknowledges it because it scares them, this boy is very autistic, audhd in fact, im right and you all know it allura: lesbian but doesnt realize it just yet, would probably love the idea of neo/xenopronouns she'd find them whimsical, surprisingly prefers moths over butterflies (mainly after a talk she and keith had one night), huge gossip and loves romance but not in a "i need to date a man" way but "i want to play cupid" (think mabel from gravity falls) (she did have a phase of being boy crazy but that quickly went away when she was brought out of stasis), she loves dressing up but mainly dresses down and more casually because she doesnt go out as much thanks to altea going kaput and all that, she adores gardening and likes to make dyes and such from her flowers, huge diy queen (TRUSTT) she can sew and all that, probably real crafty, keith and allura are close friends and both extremely out of touch with normal human people, she frequently asks him for advice due to their closeness and they just make eachother worse /aff, unironically used wicked in a sentence and was very proud of it (lance almost threw keith out of an airlock for this one), not the best cook but tries her best and is fairly confident with her skills (vicecore if you play alchemy stars) (keith almost banned her from the kitchen) (they agreed on supervised kitchen hours)

pidge: aroace and agender, literally a chronically online cosplayer tech nerd, probably has been cancelled multiple times to the point where matthew had to take every piece of tech they had in the house, has doxxed people before, obsessed with vocaloid and anime, wants to get piercings really bad but their parents wont let them, uses any pronouns and if you ask for their gender they will change their answer everytime or answer with something silly like "the void", their favorite person is Hunk but beyond that prefers robots and tech as their companions, keith is their favorite victim of pranks (save him), the only one who isnt scared of keith even a little bit, evil scientist coded, too smart for their own good, not very socially smart and misses social cues but doesnt really care, very picky about the food they consume, iconic 13-14 year old who is a bit too excited at the prospect of having an excuse to build weapons

This blog is specifically about my bizzyboy OC for the game "Great God Grove", aka Cle! Whom I have posted about before, but it was - well more so a RANT about them, a very messy one too! So this post is to explain things a BIT better about Cle, and Myself (the owner of the account). A little get to know who is running this, boundaries, and again about the character this blog focuses on!

!! FIRST A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE OWNER !!

You may call me Jester, Necromancer, or by the name of any of my favourite characters if that ever comes to mind! I go by He/She/They prns, but also One/Ze neos, being just an agender fella out here! Felt like it's worth noting I have diagnosed ASD, but I'm also chronically ill >_< (Hashimoto Thyroiditis, it runs in my family,,) - I do my best to interact with others and keep going forward though! - Just pls be patient with me if you could, overall my social skills r a bit MESSY! Going by my boundaries now, I find my comfort with certain things fluctuating, but usually I remain uncomfortable with things that are suggestive or 18+, even the small mentions. - This is due to a bit of a private reasoning, but I've gone through stuff and just prefer to avoid it most often. - I've put it in my settings to hide such content from me though, so for those that occasionally post stuff like that, don't worry about it much, just avoid mentions of this stuff if possible when talking to me! Otherwise, I may be PRETTY anxious around the internet, people scary ,, but I do take myself as a fairly friendly person !! I was initially not planning on it, but I'll likely be rather active with posting Cle-related stuff :-). Please feel free to interact with me, especially other rp blogs if you wish!

!! NOW ABOUT THE STAR OF THE SHOW !!

AKA CLE!! Cle's on the younger side of the bizzyboys, having been part of the bizzyboys long enough to prove he's NOT fit for solving mysteries at least, but instead got a spot to cook food for the ones that are out there most often! - She's the one that you can come to for any snacks to get during your breaks, able to make delicious food, as long as he has the ingredients! Which is one of the ONLY reasons he could ever be seen outside the van or the bizzyboy modes of transport. Another time maybe you're lucky enough seeing Cle feel confident enough to solve "mysteries"!

Cle goes specifically by She/He pronouns, she's pretty indifferent to gender! Probably somewhere along the transfem case. - But he wouldn't confirm it, since he's focused on making sure everyone's fed at all costs. - But she does feel detached from being seen necessarily as a guy / any male-oriented things, but he also doesn't mind he/him pronouns. . . Yeah it's quite the confusing case of gender. Cle's known for her lack of bone, being - a bit of a push over compared to others unfortunately. She is rather self-less in a way, at most focusing on other people, feeding everyone, making sure everyone's happy, and making sure he doesn't accidentally insult someone somehow! . . In a way though, she is extremely friendly and at times talkative, if he finds herself comfortable enough around you. Which can be a rare case,, But coincidentally enough, this is the main reason Cle joined the bizzyboys, he did find that it was possible to at least feel a sense of belonging and community amidst them, which - Cle evidently looks for wherever she goes. He's a fella who wants to find a place to belong, a place where he'd feel happy no matter who she is around! - But it's hard to feel that way when he tends to avoid people that AREN'T the bizzyboys now-a-days.

A bit of a fun fact galore! Cle's got a tiny bit of a crush on Cobigail, why? - Well I like Cobigail and I want to self project even a tiny bit, pretty corn goddess what can I say? - Also the entire Milldread thing about community and all is something that speaks to Cle! He's an odd case. - But by most part in what content I make of Cle, her love will be unrequited </3 No true fulfilled yuri for him. He often avoids mystery solving and all that, that's pretty obvious, her main job is to make food for those that order some! - Like that 56 empanadas someone once ordered. . . jeez. Cle's hair is much poofier than others, curling and all that! Mostly because he simply. . . doesn't take care of it. She forgets to straighten it often times. You probably shouldn't ask how long it's been though. They only LOOK on the verge of tears to be fair, even if they probably are at times. Don't yell at them you shouldn't test this.

Refried Griffith AU

(thanks to my friends for helping!!!)

Guts kills Neo-Griffith, and he reverts to an egg. Guts for some reason decides to incubate the egg. Griffith hatches after two weeks and is a full-grown man with no memory and acts like a child. Guts is determined to take care of him, even if he’s mentally a kid. Schierke says Griffith can regain his memories, it will just take time.

Casca wants to kill the re-reborn Griffith, but Guts won’t let her, and eventually she comes to terms with the fact that she couldn’t kill him if she tried. He looks too much like the Griffith she knew, and he’s just as helpless as he left her. It wouldn’t be right to kill him now. It wouldn’t be satisfying.

Casca helps Guts take care of Griffith along with the rest of the black swordsman party, and he is a handful. Griffith hates clothes, screams a lot, is way too attached to Guts, and eats dirt. If he can’t see Guts, Griffith will throw a fit. Griffith only sleeps if he has Guts nearby. About a month in, Griffith learns to talk and then shit gets wild, because the fucker still has godhand power. The godhand powers manifest as a different form that is basically a white Femto with feathers.

Guts want’s Serpico to teach Griffith to use a sword, but Serpico accidentally hurts Griffith after he freezes because his body remembers his second fight with Guts. He looks at Guts with big scared eyes, causing Guts to fly off the handle and pull the scared Griffith to his chest. Guts is mad because he doesn’t know why Griffith is so scared.

Serpico likes to have Griffith help him with cooking because of how the man-child loves his cooking, on the other hand, Schierke has a hard time with Griffith trying to eat her supplies. Farnese and Casca are a thing, but like not really because they are working through issues together.

After a year, Griffith starts to regain memories. These memories come to him in dreams and night terrors. The night terrors cause him to wake up screaming and inconsolable. Guts eventually goes to Schierke to see if she can help, and she figures out that he’s regaining memories.

The memories come in order. First, it's childhood trauma. Then he acts the way he did after sleeping with Gennon, something Casca notices. All they can do is brace for the rest after Griffith acts out the first duel with Guts. Griffith can't look at Casca after the Eclipse memories, and gets super depressed after them and the memories of Guts leaving. Neo-Griffith memories get no reaction from him at all, he just stares at nothing. He stops eating and really doing anything.

Griffith matures slightly, but he's still scrambled, so he can't communicate. He's more careful of Guts and everyone, especially Casca. He gets super frustrated if he gets underfoot and often lashes out before stomping off. He's tired of being an inconvenience to everyone. He runs away a few times.

Finished The Eclipse. I honestly feel like I had the right instinct to tune it out the first time, but I do think it's interesting in that you can really see the baby steps GMMTV was taking to grow up a little bit.

You can really look at The Eclipse and see a show where it's clear GMMTV really diminished its potential with a lot of its own standards, and to their credit, I think they stood back and took a hard enough look at it, the BL environment in general, and how absolutely hard fans were calling out their bullshit and decided to get real with Only Friends.

The Only Friends cast is heavily indicative of this being the case. GMMTV was gunning for elevated talent that knew how to play ball, and Neo, First, and Khao were all shining stars in The Eclipse, that blasted their scene partners out of the water. Force and Book are intensely unique, as they've always been shafted with bad scripts and sexually repressed directors, despite the fact they came into the game with a lot more professionalism and comfort with the material they were handling. The director didn't wind up sobbing in the corner because they refused to move their mouths when they kissed. They're also a much more 'modern' ship, that doesn't default on yaoi contrasts and that weird seme/uke binary. After the success of KinnPorsche, and popularity of MileApo, I think GMMTV finally saw the potential in this pairing. About time.

But the casting is very indicative of GMMTV kind of telling fans, "We've been listening, we hear you, and we're making changes." Only Friends corrects a lot of complaints the fandom has been having.

Adults, for example, don't have much in this genre. Part of the reason The Eclipse fell short for me is it's just another damn coming of age drama. Great for the baby gays, but the adults are over it. GMMTV gave us Neo eating Mark's ass like groceries then getting godless with Force in the backseat of a car, and I'll live 10 years on that alone.

The plot contrivances they have to cook up to keep everyone from doing anything but doing a cutaway kiss with no tongue in the final episode is no more, people are fucking nasty, so now there's room for actual plot, which is hilariously ironic. But also, it's not, because I mean the desire women have for horny softcore erotica with good plots and high production value is not unknown.

Queer women and bisexuals have been complaining about a lack of representation. At the core of these yaoi tropes is a world where bisexuality has no meaningful distinction from being gay, which is really annoying, because bisexuals have a much different experience in the queer community, and that's not reflected in a world where X amount of interpersonal communication can magically turn anyone gay. Queer women just don't exist in BL. Women are all straight virgins trying to steal your man. Only Friends has lesbians. Actual FDA approved lesbians. Are they fucking nasty? No, but it's something. We are allowed to exist in the world of Only Friends and that's HUGE.

People have been complaining about the cringe. Only Friends removed that and replaced it rage provoking stupidity by the characters, and I approve of that.

Anyways, analysis is what I do for a living. TV is well within the ballpark. So while I'm only basing my thoughts on what I've observed and not cold hard numbers, there's only so much insight I can provide, but it's insight backed by years of experience. With Only Friends posting absolute numbers, we can expect to see some structural changes at GMMTV on the horizon, because this is going to create growth. Probably even stimulate a search for new actors to get on their roster, since they have a lot of actors that won't be able to deliver going into the new era. I also think this is going to help them land sponsorships from atypical brands, which is BIG. Mile getting Maserati on board for KinnPorsche is part of what allowed it to exist in an elevated form.

I also think the success is going to result in a shake-up with the quality of writers they hire, because that's at the core of a lot of issues in BL. They adapt these novels from these absolutely unhinged lunatics, these lunatics have WAY too much creative power despite the fact they're low brow porn writers, and it kills the quality of a finished product. America doesn't do that. Directors have the power to elevate material, and that's important. GMMTV got a proper writer for Only Friends, and it paid off in a big way. Mame is one of the names I hate in BL the most. Her goo-goo gaga shit is creepy, I hate it, it makes queer people look bad, and I'm hoping writers like Jojo just drive her out of the scene.

-according to him, in the entirety of Blue Lock you're the "most bearable person to talk to because everyone else is an idiot"

-Rin complaining about the food in the Blue Lock facility is a regular thing. Either he complains about what was served that day or he complains about the taste

-so one day you asked him what kind of food he misses, so he tell you about his favourite food and how much he'd love to eat it again

-and there you are on your newest mission. Making Rin's favourite food

-of course the other assistants help you, but the combination of the three of you only ends with chaos in the kitchen. But despite that, you end up with a pretty decent meal

-Rin was actually having a bad day because he can't manage to get along with some of his teammates (cough Shidou cough) and it resulted in an argument he couldn't get himself out of

-when you called him to come to the kitchen, he actually declined but you kept insisting so much he just had to give in

-seeing you made his favourite food makes him feel so much better in only a few seconds

-you're actually a bit afraid of him not liking the way you made it, but to your relief he loves it

-that's what gets Rin to start seeing you as his friend. He realizes you used your free time to do something nice for him, simply because you wanted to

-sure, Claire and Mao also helped but... Rin thinks they're annoying and he only properly acknowledges you and your efforts (you did most of the work anyways)
