Hellhound! Reader is currently trying to pivot the conversation away from childhood homes, as they don't really want their new friends to know about the less than good state of the pound they grew out of.

Fallen Angel reader is trying to explain what exactly the exorcists are, as they thought the Yans already knew about them and the role heaven plays in hell.

Dark Au Reader wakes up with someone hovering over them in an unknown room and immediately punches them. Where's Kitty? Where Kurt? Where are they? What's going on? ( they woke up in the new headquarters, the others are safe and getting treatment, and they just gave Scott a bloody nose. Their parent is glad they feel healthy enough to move, but please dont punch anyone else.)

Og Creed Reader also wakes up in a dark room and immediately breaks someone's nose, but they know exactly where they are and did it on purpose. Victor would be very proud if it wasn't his nose they broke this time

Haunted mansion Reader is given a box of clothes from their employers. The clothes are old and belong in a museum more than actually being worn, but they appreciate the gesture. Tho they wonder how the odd family knew their size?

Sentinel Reader is getting cooking lessons from Gambit. He even gave them a little apron! They don't quite get what food does and doesn't go together, but they got the spirit! They can't wait to show Kurt!

All of Reader Readerson's blood has rushed to their face because MeeMee Readerson just invited everyone to visit their family villa and insists on it. Let's hope this visit goes as good as the last and they don't get more embarrassed.

Moth Cryptid Au Reader has decided to take advantage of this weird situation and has tasked the invading Moths to help clean and restore the broken down mansion. (Under very careful instructions)

Bleeding Parts and Missing Parts Reader is wondering if maybe they went too far when magneto of all people show up demanding to talk to the Professor and saying a ghost is haunting them. (Kitty is gonna crack a rib from how hard she's gonna laugh. Readr decides no, they didn't if they can get their friends to laugh like that.)

Creator Reader is taking a well deserved nap (they are gonna need the energy)

Normal Reader has reluctantly showed up at the mansion doors with their sibling because the young one has lit fire to the couch three times this week with their mutation before Reader agreed they need help controlling it.

Isekai Reader just saw Jean put a load of laundry in and is having Tide pod flashbacks

Mutant Mutant Reader cries onto Evan shoulder about their family, while Logan has a horrible gut feeling he's forgotten something.

Crow Reader got a hold of McDonald's French fry coupons and has never felt more excitement in their life.

Half-Diamond Reader is sitting in their parent's old throne room. Not on the throne, but on the floor as they try to comfort a panicking pearl who spilled their strange human drink.

Blood of Dragon Reader is doing their mandatory wing exercises, not knowing the adults hope to get them actually flying soon.

Gargoyle Reader is getting their cheeks squished cause the Gargoyles stone faces just don't do that and they are fascinated!

Fnaf Reader just got scooped up by yet another animatronic who is so happy to see them and oh my goodness look at how you've grown! Are you eating enough Reader? Let's go grab a slice a pizza and then we can go to the arcade and laser tag and- (seriously Laura did you tell ALL of them?)

Reincarnated Reader is very awkwardly sitting next to Victor in a crowded roadside diner while he stares them down( Logan is telling them to leave but they are hungry and haven't eaten anything but jerky in a while and they just can't afford to leave)

Hidden in the Dark Reader has clawed their way into the vents. The yans can't see them, but Reader can definitely hear them yelling for them. They just need a minute to breathe.

“You need to look perfect for today’s promenade.” Your mother fussed as the maids picked out your jewellery and hair accessories. She smoothed out your dress just as Eloise walked in. “How does she look?”

Eloise paused, looking up from her book. “Like she always does.”

You rolled your eyes and looked back at yourself in the mirror.

“What’s the occasion anyway?” Eloise sat on a spare chair in the wide room.

“Mama says that there are going to be a lot of eligible gentlemen at today’s promenade, personally I couldn’t care less.” You fixed your earrings, and twisted the bow a bit that rested in your updo.

“Would you rather them come to the house?” Violet crossed her arms and stepped back.

You furrowed your brows and shook your head. “Absolutely not.”

“Exactly, so that’s why we’re going. Eloise, get dressed into something more…”

“Proper?”

“Hmm, yes. We must hurry!”

Lucienne was fixing together Morpheus’ outfit for the week’s promenade. “Death has been visiting a lot these past few weeks.”

Morpheus sighed as Lucienne fixed his collar. “I know.”

“Any wonder as to why? I don’t wish to offend you my lord, but your family don’t visit you a lot.”

Morpheus looked at her through the mirror, as if to say ‘really?’ “No, they don’t. I’d rather have it that way.”

Lucienne stepped back to admire the work she had done. “Death should be here in a couple of minutes.”

Death had asked Morpheus to accompany her for the day, who was he to refuse his dear sister?

The weather was glittering and intense with bright light, the lacy hat you wore couldn’t shield your eyes from the blazing sun.

All of you walked in a large crowd. You and your mother at the front, Anthony and Kate behind you, Simon and Daphne with little Auggie behind the etc.

“Mama, can we walk in the shade? It’s too bright, I can’t see anything.” You tried to tug the hat a little further down, noticing your mother roll her eyes.

“Nonsense my dear, we must walk where everyone can see you.”

You heard Benedict and Colin snicker at your expense. You turned around glaring at them, before your attention was on Kate who announced she was going to converse with some of the ladies of the ton.

“Well whilst Kate is away, I shall leave you with your brother. Anthony!” Violet motioned for Anthony to come and take your arm. She noticed Lady Danbury in the distance, rushing to catch up with her.

“Lord Bridgerton!” A female voice could be heard just ahead. They walked further towards your large group.

“Lady Death!” Anthony greeted the woman, Benedict and Colin long gone. “Lord Morpheus.”

Lady Death?

“Bridgerton, Basset.” Morpheus greeted them.

“We’ve never seen you on a promenade before.” Simon questioned him with a teasing smirk.

“I’ve forced my brother here, to accompany me. It’s about time he’s not stuck in that house by himself.” Death nudged him a bit with her arm, a smile on her face.

Morpheus looked off to the side, which didn’t go unnoticed by you.

“Oh! Over there Dream!” Death had spotted some other ladies, including Kate, chatting amongst themselves. “I’m going to go and join them.” She let go of Morpheus’ arm.

Just as Death left, a man approached you all. “Good morning everyone! ‘Tis a fine day isn’t it?” The man was overly optimistic, his gaze kept flickering from you to Morpheus.

“Lord Hepburn.” Morpheus stated bluntly.

Lord Hepburn shifted uncomfortably under Morpheus’ hateful gaze. “A-ah, Lord Morpheus, lovely to see you!”

“What do you want, Lord Hepburn?” Simon spoke from behind you. He remembered him as one of the many lords who tried to pursue his now wife.

“Well.” Hepburn felt nervous under everyone’s scrutinising gaze. “I’ve come to ask if I could take Miss Y/n’s arm.”

Anthony gave him a pointed look, and instead of deciding for you, he looked towards you, waiting for your answer.

“I…” You hesitated, you recalled how he acted with Daphne two seasons ago, evidently deciding your opinion of the man.

Morpheus sensed your discomfort somehow, so he intervened.

“Actually, I’ve already asked her. I have yet to receive a yes.” The handsome Lord flashed a smirk, but his eyes said something different.

You smiled and held your hand out for him to take, silently thanking him. “Of course, my Lord.”

He smirked victoriously at the bitter Lord Hepburn, taking your arm in his.

You both had been walking down the path in silence for a few minutes now, unsure of what to say to the other.

“You didn’t have to do that.” You smiled bashfully, a blush painting your cheeks gracefully.

The end of Morpheus’ lips tugged just slightly; you barely registered it. “I know of Lord Hepburn’s ways, I wouldn’t want you to fall victim to them.”

“Maybe Cressida Cowper.” You pointed east, barely stifling a giggle.

In the distance, Lord Hepburn was seen kissing the back of Cressida Cowper’s hand.

Morpheus huffed in amusement. “Maybe.”

The silence was there again, and you took it as a moment to relish in the feeling of his arm touching yours, unfortunately for you, which was covered with his coat sleeve.

You wonder if his skin was hot to the touch, if it was smooth and radiant like the skin hugging his cheek bones.

Why were you thinking like this? You hardly know anything about him!

“My Lord,” You started.

“Hmm?”

Why was your heart racing?

“Thank you. I really didn’t want to go with him.”

What could I ask him?

“Why did Lady Death call you dream?” You looked up at him curiously.

“It’s a nickname my siblings would call me. Death called it me first.”

You nodded in thought, saying the first thing that came to your mind.

“You have strange names.”

Morpheus didn’t expect himself to laugh.

His laugh was loud and menacing, and was rare. It was so rare, that it caused onlookers to widen their eyes in surprise, maybe even fear.

And that was when you decided his laugh was your favourite thing ever.

Death conversed with the ladies of the ton when all of a sudden, a loud beaming laugh could be heard just down the path.

Everyone whipped their heads around at the sound, and once Death discovered who it was, she smiled in surprise.

Her brother hadn’t laughed in years, or even smiled. It was nice, she decided, to see him let go of his walls even if it was just for a mere second.

It’s the next day and Damian has gotten even less sleep, thankfully he’s not too tired after a some surprise news shocks him awake.

He really needed coffee, especially after dealing with his brothers after they found out about Marinette. The youngest Wayne was up till four yelling at them to lay off, among more colorful terms, everyone time they called. He would’ve just ignored them but he knew that ignoring them would just wind up with him getting a surprise visit sooner than later. The fresh Parisian air felt good against his face as he stood on his balcony.

“Rapunzel, Rapunzel let down your hair!” Marinette's voice called from the street.

“Only if the prince is willing to protect me from my aggravating brothers!” He cracked a smile as he shouted back.

“Alas I cannot do that, but would my damsel take this as a reward?” She held up a purple travel mug and a bag filled with a croissant.

“I think I could take that deal. I’ll be down in a few minutes.” He ran inside to grab his bag and throw on some day clothes before meeting Marinette.

“Have I mentioned you’re the best girlfriend? Because you’re the best girlfriend.” Damian said walking up to Marinette.

“You could stand to mention it more.” The bluenette replied handing him his promised coffee and croissant. He gulped down the coffee barely taking a breath until Marinette laughed and said, “Slow down there, you won't have any time to savor any of it.”

“If you want to stay up late dealing with my brothers, please be my guest but if not,” He gestured with his cup, “I’m gonna drink as fast as I want to.” Marinette nodded to that.

“Was it that bad last night after you left?”

“By bad do you mean each one of was trying to call me every five minutes out of ‘concern’ for my health or to check to make sure I hadn’t kidnapped you.” Marinette laughed again. “Anyway if I didn’t talk to them at all they probably would’ve hopped on the first flight they could to see what’s going on.” They stopped at the light, when Damian turned to look at Marinette he noticed she was avoiding his gaze. “You wouldn’t happen to know anything about my brothers. Would you Angel?”

“Well, I might have gotten a text from Aurore to keep you away from school because three older guys had come and were asking around for you. One of them was half asleep and she couldn’t figure out how he was functional.”

Damian paled, after a moment he said “And why then are we going to school, I personally want to get as far away from them as possible.”

“She sent me a follow up saying to get there as fast as possible. Lila told her lie in front of the wrong person and, well I’ll show you the video.” Marinette handed her phone to Damian who hit play on the video that was up.

The forms of Grayson, Todd and Drake half asleep leaning on Jason. A voice came from off screen saying,

“Girl I can’t believe Tim’s not taking you to the Wayne Gala.” Alya, Damian thought. She was beginning to walk into frame with someone else. He knew who she was before she spoke.

“I know right. It’s just why would he invite someone else!” There in all her demonic glory stood Lila Rossi, not yet realising who she was walking next to.

“I’m sorry to interrupt, but are you talking about Tim Drake? Adopted son of Bruce Wayne?” Grayson asked innocently. Damian knew that voice, it was the same one he used when he was going to demolish someone. “Well yeah. He’s her boyfriend, who are you anyway? Why do you care?” Alya was immediately there to be Lila’s guard dog.

“Well my name is Richard Grayson-Wayne. Tim’s brother and Bruce's son. I care because unless he’s as good at keeping secrets as Damian is, which he’s not, then he isn’t dating this girl.” Alya paled, the camera zoomed in on Lila’s face. She looked like she was about to be sick

“Huh? I heard my name.” Drake, who was in a rare moment of lucidness, looked at Dick.

“Are you pulling a Damian and secretly dating a girl in France?” Todd still Drake’s support was glaring at Lila.

“What?! Are you kidding me? No!” Drake looked like he was just hit with a cement slab.

“What are you talking about obviously you’re dating Lila! Stop Lying! I bet you're not even the real Tim Drake.” Alya was shouting now drawing crowds from around the courtyard. Drake looked at Grayson confused.

“She does realize that we can sue her if she’s really telling these types of lies right? Like she can’t be doing that.” Tim stood in front of Dick and turned his back to the paled liar and fuming reporter

“Oh leave Lila alone!” Alya came towards Drake and shoved him into Grayson.

“That does it.” Todd who had moved off to the side started walking towards the brunette rolling up his sleeves. Grayson and Todd recovered quickly, and moved to hold Todd back.

“We should get there before Todd kills them.” He said calmly before handing the phone back to Marinette. “Otherwise we won’t be able to take her down ourselves.”

“My thoughts exactly.”

In no time the duo were walking up the steps of Françoise Dupont where the sounds of shouts could be heard. The scene they entered was somehow more chaotic then the one Aurore had sent in the video. Todd was hanging upside down, the rope leading up around the handrails on the second floor then back down to a corner of the courtyard. Drake was on the bench snoring softly with his head almost touching the floor. Dick was on the phone, presumably with some lawyers. The entire bottom courtyard of the school was littered with papers and balloons were strewn about. Lila was nowhere to be seen.

“It looks like they’ve taken care of the situation, and they haven’t spotted us yet so I’m just gonna…” Damian began.

“There he is! Demonspawn, finally I thought you’d never get here.” Jason interrupted. He had spun around and caught sight of Damian and Marinette walking in. Dick turned around at the sound of Jason’s voice before saying “Yeah Duke I’ll have to call you back, but we need to sort this Lila stuff out.” He put his phone away before walking over to a corner of the building where he took out his knife and slashed a piece of rope. Jason came crashing down.

“A little warning next time Dick.” Jason said brushing off some dust that had settled on his tan leather jacket. Each one of them were dressed in their civilian clothing. Dick had on a pair of blue jeans with a grey t-shirt paired with some black sneakers. Jason was wearing his usual jeans, t-shirt, and leather jacket combo. Drake was in some weird form of pajama and day clothes mixing a graphic T-shirt and red flannel with grey sweatpants and slippers.

“Now I know that we have to be dreaming. Demonspawn is actually wearing a sweatshirt. I don’t even think Alfred could get him to do that.” Damian had run out once he heard Marinette’s voice that morning so he had just thrown on a pair of pants, a shirt and a sweatshirt barely thinking about it. He had become relaxed in Paris.

“What the hell are you guys doing here.” Damian’s face was quickly beginning to match a tomato in color and he was backing out of the entryway.

“Well obviously we had to come and see you, and meet your girlfriend.” Dick who had walked over to Marinette grabbed her hand and shook it. “My name’s Dick, the grumbling menace over there is Jason. The one currently passed out is Tim, nice to meet you, uh”

“Marinette.” She supplied. “I also have to thank you for taking care of a certain person, I’ve been trying to figure out how to get rid of her for a year.”

“Oh it was no problem at all, especially after she claimed she was dating Tim.” Damian quickly interrupted the two with a few well placed coughs. “I don’t mean to cut this short Grayson but we have to be getting to class.”

“Oh don’t worry. Bruce already called you out for the day, and Marinette I’m sure you can miss one day of school.” Jason said walking up behind Marinette.

“As much as I’d love to, I have two tests today. I’ll be happy to meet up with you afterwards though.” Damian’s eyes widened as the words sunk in and he realized what that meant for him.

“Please don’t leave me alone with them.” He looked at Marinette pleadingly.

“You’re gonna have to tell us how you got him to say please, it took Alfred a month to do that.” Jason remarked.

“Maybe another time, now I’ve gotta get to class.” She gave one look at Damian and there was laughter in her eyes.

“I hate you.” He said.

“No you don’t.” She called back, disappearing around the corner.

“So how bout we wake up Timmy and go get breakfast. I for one am famished.” Jason came up and put a hand on Damians shoulder.

“Ya know that doesn’t sound so bad Jason. Then Damian can tell us all about Paris, and the people he’s met.” Dick stood in front of Damians glare gleefully looking at Jason.

“I will kill you both and Father will never be able to find your bodies.”

“Yeah but then Marinette will be disappointed. For some reason she gives off the ‘thou shall not kill’ vibe.” Grayson said. “Now how are we gonna wake Tim up.”

“Oh I’ll  take care of it.” Damian said grabbing his Ice filled water bottle.

Risotto holds his baby girl carefully at the hospital. He can’t believe he made something with you that was so perfect! She’s so small compared to him. She calms down when he holds her against his warm chest, so she gets some skin to skin bonding time while you rest.

Risotto likes to just lay next to the baby and watch her interact with the world. Her eyes are the same bright red color as his, so he finds it amusing when she stares at him with a surprised expression on her little face. 

He’s amazed when she responds to the lullaby you and Risotto used to sing to your stomach at night before she was born. She was rather restless at night, always kicking and moving about your stomach, but she always calmed down when Risotto put his large hands around your belly and started singing with you. 

He finds the baby loves playing with the bells on his hat, so he distracts her with it during changing time. 

He likes to have you sit in his big lap while you hold the baby so you can both take turns reading to her. 

Risotto is a master swaddler, although he finds out his daughter prefers the soft blanket Melone knit her. 

Formaggio is the type of Dad to run around the hospital screaming about his new baby boy. He’ll tell everyone he sees that he’s a new Dad! Your baby came out looking like the spitting image of Formaggio, down to a fuzzy head of red hair. 

You can frequently find him on the recliner asleep with your son. The first few weeks are rough, but Formaggio is usually up late anyways, so he’ll talk to the baby until the both of them fall asleep.

He immediately shrinks one of his outfits down with Little Feet so he and the baby can have a matching outfit - you take a picture and send it to all of La Squadra. 

The cats love the baby - they always sleep in the same room as him and keep an eye on him. Formaggio is hesitant to let them around at first, but when he sees his son wave his little fists in delight at the sight of the cats, he relents. The cats make great guardians. 

Formaggio can’t wait to have more kids.

Illuso is with you the whole time, letting you practically rip his hand off whilst in labor. When your newborn daughter emerges, he’s amazed. Seeing new life come into the world is rare in his life. He watches over the nurses like hawks while they clean off the baby, and watches with adoring eyes when she’s placed upon your chest. She looks a lot like you, but has Illuso’s dark eyes. 

He likes to make your daughter ‘talk’ to you while he holds her. He’s taken a turn for the domestic, so he’ll say silly stuff like ‘Mommy looks pretty today’ and ‘I’m the cutest baby in the world’ while moving your daughters arms around. 

He keeps an eye on her at night with Man in the Mirror. Sure, you have a baby monitor, but he wants to watch for himself, at least for a while. 

Gives your daughter a bubble hat during her first sink bath, and sends the picture to everyone. 

She babbles loudly - just like Illuso! He’s always talking back with her and lightly ruffling her soft head of hair. 

Pesci almost passes out during the labor, but he stays strong for you. He hates seeing you in pain, and he’s worried about you. As soon as your son emerges, though, his heart melts and he starts crying. He’s glad when the nurses leave so he can have a private moment with you and his new son. 

He’s so excited to teach his baby everything he knows. Of course, he was just born so it’ll be a while, but he read a lot of books that Melone suggested. He likes to talk to the baby about everything around him. 

When you were pregnant, you often listened to The Beach Boys on vinyl with Pesci. Pesci is excited when you turn the record on and his son’s eyes go wide in curiosity. He’s swaddled, but Pesci can see that his son is enjoying it. 

Having his own son has made him respect his Aniki even more. Pesci takes his family duties seriously, and does his best to help you adjust with the baby. He’s great at tag teaming care with you - and he likes doing it. 

Prosciutto holds onto your hand, but he’s nervous and desperately wants to be pacing the halls and smoking a cigarette. He quit in lieu of his daughter arriving, so he braces himself and holds your hand tightly. He’s at a loss for words when he gets to hold her - she’s a perfect mix of your face and his. He waits to let a few tears out until the nurses are gone. 

Immediately very proud and very overprotective. No one is visiting unless you say they can, and he’ll stop anyone who complains. He’s vigilant about how you and his daughter are feeling. He’s nervous, so it’s his way of overcompensating. 

He’s wrapped around his daughter’s little finger from the second she’s born. He spends a lot of time with you just holding her and looking at her cute face, and talking about how much he loves his girls. 

He takes a lot of pictures, despite your protests that you look bad. He tells you it’s nonsense, and wants to get as many pictures of you and his new daughter as he can. He also puts his dumb oversized necklace on the baby and takes a picture.

Babytalks when you aren’t around and makes silly faces at her.

Melone is practically acting like a certified birth coach in the delivery room. He’s calm, but he’s burning up with excitement inside. He’s about to have babies! You were pregnant with twins, much to Melone’s unending excitement. And how lucky, they were a boy and a girl! When the babies are both safely born, Melone presses a huge kiss on you and makes a statement that he has the most perfect family in existence.

He prepared extensively for the trip home - everything meant for one was now set for two, and he made sure everything was in place for you to recover safely. He’s practically glowing, He loves you and the new babies so much. 

An expert at ‘baby duty’ - he gladly holds one while you breastfeed the other, and also helps coach you through breastfeeding. It’s a little obnoxious, but his knowledge is endless and helpful. He always offers to get up if one or both awaken - he wants you to rest as much as possible. Birthing twins takes a lot out of someone!

He melts at the sight of you holding the babies. He can’t believe he finally has the family he’s always wanted - though he’s excited to see you round with more children in the future. 

Talks to the babies constantly - he assures you they’ll be geniuses. Your daughter has Melone’s blonde hair and blue eyes, whereas your son got your hair and eyes. (At least for now!) 

Loves to cuddle with you while you each hold a baby.

Ghiaccio almost gets kicked out for ranting, but he calms down when you give him a death glare. He’s just really nervous. He paces constantly during the labor, and finally holds your hand when you beg him to. He’s shaking because he’s worried about you and the baby. When his son is born, he can barely believe it. The nurses are so amused by the baby’s head of bright blue hair - and so is Ghiaccio. His son is practically his twin, but mercifully, he got your mouth and not Ghiaccio’s scowl. 

Ghiaccio is really nervous at first. He likes to hold his son, but he’s never really held a baby, so he’s not sure if he’s doing it right. He just needs reassurance from you, and he starts to feel more confident about it. 

He’s not a morning person, so he volunteers if the baby wakes up at night to hold him. He’s usually up anyways, so he often reads to your son and listens to soft music until the baby falls back asleep. 

He brags to everyone about how how he has the best baby and the best wife. He thinks his family is better than everyone else’s. 

He’s mesmerized by the sight of you taking care of his son - he can’t believe he has a family with you now. He thinks it’s the best thing in the world.

This might be the first major fic centered around Robb x Rhaenys (correct me if I’m wrong). It’s at about 250k right now, and although it hasn’t been updated in a while, the author says she’s still working on it. I might go back and reread some of it one of these days, it’s honestly amazing.

sorry this took ages because it’s a lot to collect from a lot of places, but like. it’s not that they don’t read them. it’s that when i tell them they tell me to stop (probably bc it’s emotionalé :P)

1. pianist!isak

when isak was younger, he played the piano. he took classes, he understood the instrument, he felt the music flowing through his fingers and into the air, an echo from his very soul. he could switch it up and he could make a happy song sad.

then, people started to comment on how gay it all was. he started to panic and put the piano lid down, never to touch it again.

his father moved out, brought the piano with him, and isak never really cared. he could skateboard instead, hang out with jonas and play video games instead. jonas tried to ask once, “what’s up with you never playing the piano anymore?” but isak shuts him down easily with “it’s boring and i hate it”. they never touch on the subject again.

years later, when even and isak are out travelling, isak finds a public piano. he gravitates too it and even says something about “no, let it be, it’s not a toy, love,” but isak doesn’t care-- doesn’t listen. he hasn’t touched a piano since-- well-- since he stopped playing. he has, however, missed the piano so much. he missed the control he had. god knows he can’t sing to save his own life, but the piano? that’s something he can do.

he goes there, and does the thing, leaving even and the crowd speechless. who could’ve guessed, that the young man in trainers and snapback could do that?

even shines with pride, he hugs isak tightly when he’s finished and kisses him, and tells everyone to “look at my boyfriend!!! isn’t he fantastic? amazing? absolutely perfect?”

okay so, this one was with faiza. remember the handshake in the hei briskeby video?

even was there when it became a thing. he was there for a long time. they knew each other for a long time, in fact.

so i couldn’t stop thinking about all !! the !! events !! they have shared, all the things they remember doing together, all the things they grew up doing together. such as:

at the bakkoush' it was not uncommon for many years to see the boys pretend wrestling and hugging and racing the house. when the boys were really small they used to run outside on various branches pretending to play quidditch and even could recite his favourite parts by heart and mikael too

about painting nails

imagine even and mikael and yousef painting their nails together for the first time and they spill probably on sana's favourite shirt and they're super sorry and sana is like UGH YOU CAN'T EVEN PAINT YOUR NAILS PROPERLY ALRIGHT LET ME DO IT SO YOU DON'T SPILL IT ALL OVER THE PLACE and they're like YES PLEASE SANA HELP US

imagine them biking and racing each other and then like. elias falls and scrapes his knees and it Really Hurts and the boys are like oh No and try to help him and they get Elias back home and nobody's home and Yousef is like. "Well, first we need to clean it" and Elias tries to Be Cool but his eyes sting when they help cleaning the cuts and Sana comes home and Elias is crying in the bathroom with all the boys, Muta probably tries to calm the situation but Sana is like WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY BROTHER and they're like "no no he fell when we were biking" and Sana puffs out some air and takes the charge and she calls their dad to get help over the phone and then they help Elias to his bed to lie down and they're all So Concerned but by the next week they're at it again, biking down the streets because it's what they do

(imagine that, a preteen even is sitting on his bed, his legs crossed and he tries to do magic like they do in harry potter, and he tries to magically make sure his friends are okay before he goes to bed every night, and later, when he doesn't understand why he's starting to loose interest in things and feel endlessly sad all the time, he puts a hand to his heart and whispers lumos, because once, when he was crying because someone had been mean to him, mikael tried to cheer him up by putting his hand on even's heart and said lumos with a small smile, saying that now his heart should feel lightened)

i sent this to anki, for example:

imagine when they're like 30, even blows out a sigh in the car and wishfully says something about wishing to have a motorcycle and just,,, couple of months later, isak has bought him a motorcycle and (if the license for motorcycle doesn't come with the regular driving license as it used to in Sweden in like the seventies or smth) he takes the license with even, and then they go on a trip somewhere ;nnnn;

and we’ve talked about isak’s sleeping problems too. here’s the convo:

okay, but like. i can't fall asleep. so im thinking about isak not being able to fall asleep. and that makes me just Upset

anki: 

it's gotten a lot better now that he gets to sleep next to even every night. but sometimes, the thoughts still creep up on him, making it impossible for him to fall asleep and then he tosses and turns around in bed, kicking the bed linen off himself, then covers himself up again because he freezes and even wakes up from it, whispers a "can't sleep?" all groggy and isak nods, cuddles closer to even and takes a breath. one, two, three, four. tries to calm himself down. even's hands hold isak's, firmly but soft. "i'm here"  even whispers and isak breathes out again. one two three four

and even doesn't force isak to tell him all his thoughts, if isak wanted to he'd tell him, and that makes isak calm down even more, he's getting a lil sleepier still not sleepy enough to actually fall asleep but at least he's napping a little

even notices the difference immediately. isak's response time slows down, his words get bundled together before they leave his mouth, his gaze is glassy and far-away, and sometimes, it feels like he's speaking to a ghost.

even tries to do a lot of things for isak. but he knows this isn't something he just can't. fix. much like how isak can't fix /him/. but that doesn't mean he doesn't try.

he lets isak rest against his chest because the even's heartbeats makes it easier for isak to find some peace.

he lets isak gaze off mid-conversation, and easily gets him back to track when isak blinks a couple of times to find himself in the present.

he helps isak find someone to talk to-- a professional-- and he hates to see how it doesn't get any better. it's not that it's getting worse per se, but isak feels a lot worse (which makes even feel much worse) because he got his hopes up. instead he's just. a walking zombie sometimes.

one day on the weekend, even wakes up to isak softly snoring. he rolls off the bed, gently, to make some breakfast. and when he gets back to their bedroom, he can see the absolute terror in isak's eyes.

"what's wrong" he asks, and he's starting to panic.

it takes a while-- most of this part of the memory is locked behind a door in even's mind, but later when isak comes back from another doctor's appointment, he learns that it's called sleep paralysis.

"i saw monsters," isak tells him quietly, and even can see isak's hand shaking a little. "i thought i was going to die."

even doesn't know what to say. he recognises the feeling-- from the monster inside his own head that sometimes visits him and overstays its welcome. when he wakes up one day, feeling the depression slowly dissipate, he tends to think, "i thought i was going to die" too.

he holds isak tightly instead, and doesn't really say anything. but isak hugs him back tighter (but much weaker than he would've a month ago) and he knows that they'll get through this. 

and i’ve talked to both anki and sunny about pokémon go and the boy sqad so...

since even is a '97 there's no reason for him not to be completely hyped up about pokemon go. like. magnus is like lowkey, jonas is probably more with even on this and mahdi and isak are like ?? but even and jonas definitely drags them all around oslo, trying to catch the fucking digital creatures and nearly screams when a Rare appears on their nearby list.

guess who gasped when gen2 was released? even. 

guess who groaned? isak.

but it's actually quite useful, isak finds, for when even is getting restless and can't sleep. isak suggests, "let's see if there's any new pokémon, shall we?" and out they go. for half an hour, an hour-- maybe two hours late at night, just strolling and trying to get them. when they get back home, even finally manages to fall asleep, and isak is holding him tightly, muttering about "guess im not the only nerd in this relationship," before he too falls asleep.

me: so i totally think isak would be scared of spiders and literally shriek when he sees one this summer and jumps up on a chair calling for even to come save him and even is like..... mate It's our roommate Bengt or smth

And isak is like no take it outside!!!! and then when Bengt has been let out to live its spidery life even just gently teases isak a little and isak is like no this didn't happen idk what you're talking about WHERE'S YOUR PROOF

whatever you do absolutely do not think about the squads having a movie night at evak's place and isak falls asleep on even's shoulder, and even lets him sleep there for a while, even though he notices how isak starts to drool all over him, and when the movie is over the squads fall quiet because-- wow isak really is the softest boy around even???? and even just gestures them to be quiet and carries isak over to their bed and isak wakes up a bit, asking if the movie is over and if it was any good and he's sorry he fell asleep and please tell everyone good night from me and that i love my friends

and even does that, and when he comes back to bed isak is fast asleep again and he was honestly just going to lie close to isak for a while before cleaning up the plates and bowls for snacks they've used but he falls asleep to, holding isak closely and hearing his boy's deep breathing.

when he wakes up, in the middle of the night however, isak has managed to turn the tables and he's being held by isak again. he doesn't mind, even if isak has started drooling on his neck again

about even’s first movie being about isak:

one day this summer, even will wake isak up at like 9am and be like "we're going to the beach today yes we aaaaree" and isak is like, tiredly, "we are?" and even is like YEP GET UP YOU LAZY BOY and the breakfast is in the table for isak when he has finally managed to roll out of bed and when he enters the kitchen isak opens the freezer bc "it's too hot even I can't live like this" and even closes the freezer bc "we have food in there isak, please" and then they get to the beach and isak rolls out the blanket or the towel and literally slumps down and falls asleep again, only to wake up to even touches his legs with.... something??? and isak squeaks "what are you DOING" and even stops for a second before he says "you need sun protection my pale boy, or do you want to turn into Donald trump?"

and then even plays some music on his phone, probably nas bc why not, and then isak wakes up again and is like "I need water NOW im BURNING" and they race into the water laughing and tripping and then they probably kiss in the water and isak challenges even into another hold your breath under the water competition and isak is so so grumpy that he never wins that shit

A mom in Australia is taking a stand against a troll who described her breastfeeding photos as “gross.”

Nadine Muller, a registered nurse and fitness blogger, occasionally posts photos that show her breastfeeding her son, 16-month-old Madden. Muller told The Huffington Post that though her breastfeeding journey began with difficulty, the experience has been one of her life’s “sweetest joys" that she celebrates with photos on Instagram. She mostly receives positive feedback, but also gets comments from people she calls “trolls.”

When one troll in particular began commenting on her most recent breastfeeding pic that she was seeking attention and that her photos were “gross,” Muller decided she had enough.

“This time I knew that something needed to be done,” she told HuffPost. “Even if it meant that just a small handful of mums felt empowered from this movement then I knew it would be worth it.”

On Sunday, the proud mom posted a slideshow of breastfeeding photos and a message for her bullies:

FACT: Mothers don’t post these images & videos purely for attention. They don’t post photos purely to make a statement. They don’t post coz [sic] they think everyone should nurse their child out in the open. They don’t post advocating that breastfeeding is the only way a baby should be fed. They post because they are #proud, to give other mums encouragement, they post so that other mums feel accepted, supported & respected.

[TROLLS] If u've followed me for a while, u will know that I’ve adored the breastfeeding journey I’m on with Madden, it continues to b one of my life’s sweetest of joys & I am gratified & incredibly passionate about it. Despite best efforts within society, there is still controversy & somewhat ‘taboo’ surrounding breastfeeding, today another attempt to shame me on my social media was tried...Firstly, there is nothing ‘weird’ or ‘gross’ about these photos & there's no difference in me feeding my child with my breast than someone feeding him/herself with a spoon! Secondly, how about we simply appreciate that any mother has options, the right to her own choices, to feel supported & respected, the right to not have to hide, in fact the right to SHARE & POST proudly if she feels comfortable to do so! ... FACT: Mothers don't post these images & videos purely for attention. They don’t post photos purely to make a statement. They don't post coz they think everyone should nurse their child out in the open. They don’t post advocating that breastfeeding is the only way a baby should be fed. Mummy’s I urge u to keep posting ur photos, don’t fall victim to these people who want to discourage u, keep doing the good work of mothering!! ... Muller also encouraged moms to share nursing photos with the hashtag she created, #WeFeedUnited. She told HuffPost she’s felt so much support from moms sharing their pics. 

“I know as a result we all felt supported, respected, we all felt the right to not have to hide, we felt encouraged and accepted and most of all we felt proud,” she said. “Forget [the series] ‘Band of Brothers,’ this was ‘Band of Mothers.’”

In her post, Muller also pointed out that it doesn’t matter how a mother feeds her child. It will always be a “beautiful act and bond.”

“I believe the pressure of breastfeeding is so overwhelming these days, we are all on our own unique journey through motherhood and however we (and our babies and our bodies) decide to nurture our children we know it is always done with great love regardless of the method,” she told HuffPost.

They don’t post coz [sic] they think everyone should nurse their child out in the open. They don’t post advocating that breastfeeding is the only way a baby should be fed. They post because they are #proud, to give other mums encouragement, they post so that other mums feel accepted, supported & respected.

[TROLLS] If u've followed me for a while, u will know that I’ve adored the breastfeeding journey I’m on with Madden, it continues to b one of my life’s sweetest of joys & I am gratified & incredibly passionate about it. Despite best efforts within society, there is still controversy & somewhat ‘taboo’ surrounding breastfeeding, today another attempt to shame me on my social media was tried...Firstly, there is nothing ‘weird’ or ‘gross’ about these photos & there's no difference in me feeding my child with my breast than someone feeding him/herself with a spoon! Secondly, how about we simply appreciate that any mother has options, the right to her own choices, to feel supported & respected, the right to not have to hide, in fact the right to SHARE & POST proudly if she feels comfortable to do so! ... FACT: Mothers don't post these images & videos purely for attention. They don’t post photos purely to make a statement. They don't post coz they think everyone should nurse their child out in the open. They don’t post advocating that breastfeeding is the only way a baby should be fed. They post because they are #proud, to give other mums encouragement, they post so that other mums feel accepted, supported & respected. So that mums know that it is ok, in fact it is more than just OK, it is celebrated & admired. We share photos to let all mothers know that however u feed ur child, breast or bottle, that it’s a beautiful act & bond between a mother & her young, we share photos to advocate that it can be done wherever, whenever & HOWEVER (covered or uncovered) & that u can do so without judgement. Mummy’s I urge u to keep posting ur photos, don’t fall victim to these people who want to discourage u, keep doing the good work of mothering!! ... I’m damn proud & confident to STAND UP to people’s ignorance & enjoy the bonding with my child for all it is worth. If my breastfeeding pics bother u, unfriend, unfollow or plain old mind ur own damn business! ... MUMMIES!!! Muller also encouraged moms to share nursing photos with the hashtag she created, #WeFeedUnited. She told HuffPost she’s felt so much support from moms sharing their pics. 

“I know as a result we all felt supported, respected, we all felt the right to not have to hide, we felt encouraged and accepted and most of all we felt proud,” she said. “Forget the iconic movie ‘Band of Brothers,’ this was ‘Band of Mothers.’”

[BREAK PLEASE!?] Family trip to the Sunny Coast has turned into a visit into ED early hours of this morning The little fella has broken out in a nasty rash top to toe, spiked temp, the runs, chesty cough just to name a few! In her post, Muller also pointed out that it doesn’t matter how a mother feeds her child. It will always be a "beautiful act and bond.”

“I believe the pressure of breastfeeding is so overwhelming these days, we are all on our own unique journey through motherhood and however we (and our babies and our bodies) decide to nurture our children we know it is always done with great love regardless of the method,” she said.
