RonTotoSpitz will be appearing at the Kyoto International Manga Anime on the 22nd of September.

So if you are going to Kyoto around this time, might as well catch these three, Youhei Azakami, Junya Enoki and Taku Yashiro for a talk. We might get more info about the second season. Unlike in the first season where they started promoting the show last July, Bastille Day to be exact, the series crew is not in a hurry to pump us more. Youhei will be there to promote for another series, “The Blue Wolves of Mibu.”

What We Know About Sepia

Toshiya Sumi, codename Sepia, is an unemployed man known for his fishing skill. He joins the team as a “Phantom Idol”, or cognitive teammate.

His files are named with the codename "Sumitosi" instead of his canon codename Sepia. The exact significance of this, if any, is unknown.

His Japanese voice actor is Junya Enoki.

Sepia is Confidant of Wonder’s, and an official post confirmed they're working on adding his Confidant into the game, though when this will happen is unknown. It seems he may be added sooner rather than later, as his real-world render was found in 2.0's files, and suggests there will be an event involving him.

He has not yet been seen in-game, outside of being a Phantom Idol, so where he's usually found in the city or how he interacts with Wonder is currently unknown.

Info on him in the real world has been translated as: “An unemployed young man who often hangs out at the fishing grounds and is known as the “fishing immortal”. There was a glorious record of catching the fish king without a fishhook. Although he is not very old, he has his own unique logic of understanding emotions and life, and his words are often astonishing."

His in-game description was later changed to: "A young man who has been haunting the fishing grounds, his identity is unknown. Even if he doesn't cast a fishing line, fish will come close to him. He is known as the "Fishing Immortal" because of his incredible physique. Although he is full of mysteries, regular customers of the fishing grounds trust him very much. On the contrary, there are also rumors that he is running away from "something"."

Interestingly, he seems to be a novelist as well, as Seiji Shiratori is mentioned to be a fan of the novelist Toshiya Sumi's works (though it's written differently than Toshiya's name is, the name is read the same way).

Beyond this, his personality and situation are largely unknown, as he wasn’t present in any beta outside of being a Phantom Idol, and has not yet made a real-world appearance in the official release.

Sepia's Persona Gorgyra (based on a nymph that lived in the underworld) is categorized as a Curse type, and resists Curse while being weak to Electric.

Gorgyra is a Resist Persona, meaning he’s good at targeting single enemies, and his trait allows him to follow up a teammate, after they do damage, with a curse attack, whenever he has 14 "Verses". He has three curse attack skills: the first hits one enemy three times, and gives him three Verses of Hate (a Verse that increase the damage of his follow up); the second hits all enemies twice and gives him two Verses of Healing (a Verse that allows his follow up to also heal the weakest teammate a bit); the third hits one enemy four times and gives four Verses of Passion (a Verse that increases the damage of his follow up and converts some of it to almighty damage). His passive skills cause his follow up to deal more damage to enemies afflicted with the curse status effect, and allow the number of Verses he has in total to also increase his follow up's damage.

In combat, his melee weapon is a cane, while his ranged weapon is a duck's foot pistol. His Highlight is shown from 0:51 - 1:01 in this video, and it hits one enemy with a curse attack three times, then buffs the attack of his follow up.

His recommended card sets are 1) 8 of Swords (Interference) + Page of Cups (Awareness), 2) 4 of Coins (Power) + Page of Coins (Growth).

The game recommends teaming him up with 1) Fleuret and Riddle, 2) Closer.

you know... I've been wanting to say this for a very long time; if there is a JJK live action series or movie (keyword: if) I hope or maybe want? Kazuma Kawamura is cast as the LA of Itadori Yuuji.

some of you probably recognise him in High & Low: The Worst and [at least to me,] he can represent Yuuji well. this one might be on me too but when you listen to his voice, there's a little resemblance with Yuuji's (Junya Enoki's to be exact).

anyways, he went live half an hour ago before I broke fast yesterday and I managed to record it. this is just my opinion and I don't exactly mind who will be the live actor of Yuji (only if there's a possibility of a LA series/movie), I just want the role to be played nicely.

can i be honest and real for a moment… sushi. i’ve never tried sushi. i don’t like seafood… but sushi is just so colourful and beautiful, i’ve never tried it because i know i won’t like it and i’ll just be disappointed :(

My memory is fuzzy on the exact details: A few weeks after my sophomore year came to a close and I finished, made this cause I was bored… Who is this character? Enoki!

Some context about her: Enoki was born into the Etsuko Clan, a noble clan who were the representatives of Take* Village. Her father was one of the chief’s magistrates and her mother frequently accompanied him, so she was raised alongside her childhood friend, Yukiko. Yukiko was born into the Shimonami clan, group of tailors who have had close ties to the Etsuko clan for many years.

Note: Take is the Japanese word for bamboo.

Episode 1:

A) The amount of joy I had watching this episode was

Episode 1:

A) It was a joy watching this pairing. This pairing is particularly known for Haruhi Suzumiya. It felt like watching something straight out of the late 2000s or something. They played off each other so well. Their bit at the end was also really sweet.

B) It’s not that I didn’t enjoy this pairing, but I thought they could’ve been even crazier with it considering the nature of the show. I feel like they probably had more significant roles together in the same show, but the first thing that came to mind for me was Naruto since they played Kakashi and Itachi respectively.

Episode 2:

The writing in this episode had significantly choppier writing. By that, I mean it was far less consistent in terms of getting laughs. Some segments felt like a waste of time.

A) At first, I felt like the roles should’ve been reversed UNTIL I REALIZED IT FIT PERFECTLY. Romi Paku plays the short blond Edward Elric and Rie Kugimiya plays the taller and blue Alphonse Elric. I was a fool. Their segments were genuinely good.

B) They were also really good, but I don’t recall a famous show that I’ve watched with this pairing since it was probably before my time.

Episode 3:

I really like the obvious spoof to Dora the Explorer. It was funny. "Can you point out the filthy old geezer as we chop his [bleep] off?"

A) OH MY FRICKING GOODNESS, THEY GOT PIKACHU AND MEOWTH!!! Yeah, it was fun to watch. They played off each other well. I thought this was going to be an easy win for the other side, but it was pretty much even. The only thing that made part B better were the ad-libs.

B) They are a well-known pairing as of recent anime like Jujutsu Kaisen and Kono Oto Tomare, but I wasn't prepared for how many funny ad-libs they were going to make. I mean, the amount of dick and other dirty jokes were hilarious. When I said this one was gonna be good, I MEANT IT. 110%. This actually made me smile all of the way through even when it wasn’t supposed to be particularly funny. I know not all of their ad-libs made it in (according to them), but they let in SO MANY AD-LIBS. IT WAS AMAZING. That's the only reason why I bolded them.

Writober day 1 - Face your fears

The act of remembering.

"Would you really? You don't talk about your past at all. And I'm not - I'm not pushing it. Just - think about it." 

Why did that bother him now? How come it never came to him, the realisation that- he doesn’t really know anything about the man he calls by boyfriend?

They have known each other for years now- or at least Morty knows him for that long.

Yet- he always seemed to be so skittish, or just never share anything about himself. Any attempt at an advance, just would never go anywhere- either Morty would somehow change the subject completely or just straight up ignore him.

Those were rare instances- and most definetely spread far apart, so it wasn’t quite strong enough to raise any possible red flags.

But now? It was different.

All because Morty was closely resembling the boy of his Summer romance, from 13 years ago. Or at least- a mock up of what he might have turned into. The main trigger to this? The shirt he had on himself in that moment.

Clearly, this was too much for him- the way he was being glared by the blond, was enough to silence him. Riley remained like that for a little longer- even after he was gone, leaving him all by himself in that tiny apartment.

There was a shift in the atmosphere, it no longer felt comforting- because he finally realised some odd missing details in a place that Morty calls by home.

Family has always been something that Morty seemed to be the one subject that he dodged the most, obviously it was given out by a subtlety- something almost unnoticeable to most. Be it in the form of a sudden shift in the way Morty looked at him, or even how the grin- that never left his face would shift into a neutral expression. Or how about the events leading up for Morty to officially meet his uncle? It blew out of proportions, in a way it shouldn’t have.

Morty blamed it on the fact of how much simpler he is compared to them, and Riley bought it- in order to avoid any further distress. And it made sense at the time.

However, he’s not content with his current situation. Riley knows he is right about this whole thing, his guts tell him that- Aaron’s opinions wouldn’t be needed in that moment. As such, he would do a little investigation around the small appartment- see if he could find anything there.

Even though all that his mind seemed to be focusing on, would be on his memories- of the aftermath from that Summer. He remembers feeling heartbroken, concerned beyond belief, restless- from never hearing anything back from Enoki. His mind had gone to so many places- the boy looked so skinny, almost fragile in a way- on top of not really looking healthy in anyway or shape.

And of course, he would end up remembering the very last time he had seen him.

Riolu noticed Enoki first, and Riley would quickly wipe his face again before forcing himself to grin at the other boy. "H-Hey... You made it!"

He quickly took in everything - but most importantly, the fact that Enoki's eyes lingered on the little bundle Riley had with him. Of course. He cleared his throat and gave an anxious laugh.

"Uh - this... this is just some stuff... I've been meaning to give you, before I left. I just - I've been trying not to think about it, so. It's all here. Everything - um. Except your clothes, those... are probably packed up with my bed sheets. I forgot..."

Oh boy, not again.

Riley quickly wiped his eyes dry and laughed. "Sorry. You - you can keep mine, too. It's ok. They... look good on you, anyway." He teased, giving Enoki a little pat on his chest.

Enoki took a deep breath- as he finally looked up at Riley's face, still no words- instead he pulled him into a tight hug- his head rested on his shoulder and he couldn't hold them back anylonger.

"...Riley..."

"I'm...I'm so sorry..."

Enoki’s voice comes out raspy- cracking up by the sobs and sulking, as he tries to cling onto Riley for as long as he can.

"...I love you..."

Those were words Riley had not steeled himself for, and as such they set off the waterworks all over again. He held tight to Enoki, his face ending up buried in his beautiful soft hair, little hiccup-y sobs the only noise he could make for a while.

"I... love you, too. Enoki..." He sniffled and pulled back enough to meet Enoki's eyes. "Thanks for... making this the best summer ever. Maybe - um. Well. Have a safe trip - mind the weather. Don't want to... find out you got sick or something. Hah..."

Clearly, Riley was still holding on to that tiny shred of hope he'd hear from Enoki at all. He wiped his eyes again and sighed as the ship's horn went off and he heard his uncle calling for him - and with that, Riley cupped Enoki's cheeks and pressed in one more quick, hot kiss.

"What I mean is... Stay dry, honey."

God forbid, this memory always got to him. It did distract him from his little adventure through his boyfriend’s place, and investigation of his belongings.

The first thing that struck him was that- there wasn’t a single portrait, or anything in fact dating older from 13 years ago. It’s almost as if his life had started around that time, odd and most certainly off putting. While rummaging through the gym leader’s belongings, he came across his old wallet- he most definetely had forgotten it here from a prior incident and forgotten about.

It was untouched, left in the same exact way Riley did a few months ago. The money was there, a few unimportant cards- and perhaps the one key he needed all along.

The one thing that would prove he was right all along- it put a grin on his face, the sensation he had on himself was mixture of accomplishment- one that accompanies after solving a difficult puzzle, as well as being right about his assumptions all along.

It never ran past his mind, how Morty could possibly react to it, not even for a split of a second.

This is why his reaction of utter and sheer horror upon seeing the set of pictures caught him completely off guard.

Morty was shaking- on the verge of tears, and inching himself away as far as he could from him. He couldn’t believe in his own eyes.

“I don’t remember any of this?! I can’t... I have no recollection at all! What the fuck?!”

He is shouting, yelling- uncontrollably. Morty can tell that the blond boy in the picture is him, but the whole context? The scenes? Nothing rang a single bell to him.

"Morty. We'll figure this out, okay? Why you can't remember. But... listen to me, okay?"

The aura user tis desperately trying to soothe him- all while slowly inching closer to him.

"...What's wrong with me...?" 

The blond muttered, as he now had his back pressed up against the wall behind him. He was desperately trying to not look at him- especially when they got up close to each other.

After a moment of silence, they managed to do a few exchanges- in a whispering tone.

"...I...I really don't have any memories...Of you- Of us...Nothing comes to me- nothing rings a bell to me...God..." 

"...I wouldn't blame you...For thinking- I'm liying..." 

"I'm not mad, I'm... worried. But not mad. I trust you, Morty. If you say you don't remember... I'm sure that's the truth."

With that said, Morty finally locked eyes with him- those unnatural bright vivid purple eyes. Then he said it, despite the weakness in his voice- the next few words did carry quite the punch.

"How am I even alive?... Guess- I'm not really-"

Because all that he can remember- are just nothing more than small tidbits of an earlier point in his life.

Out of the radio hosts that do the cfvg radio, Enoki is the one who strikes you as being the most similar to his character, both him and Shion have a sort of twisted sense of humor, they are generally hard to get a read on and they tend to be troublemakers who're generally unpredictable. That Enoki also comes off as being both emotionally reserved AND a bit of a diva doesn't help (he threw the biggest tantrum when Aiai and Mikoron got to eat sushi on air and he didn't). It's actually kind of interesting and it makes me curious of how much of Enoki's own traits that have bled into his character. But the most telling and frustrating part of all is that when asked which character he condidered himself to have been the most alike when he was younger, he said Taiyou, who's the polar opposite of Shion in almost every single way... which also feels like something Shion might say so it really pisses me off?!?

Also his cohost at the time, Nishi, funnily enough voices p much my exact thoughts saying "are you sure??? I always thought you were a lot like Shion" to which Enoki is (understandably) a bit insulted??

To be fair though his counter argument- when Nishi insisted that he and Shion were alike- was "people like Shion.... don't exist" mnhghghjgg

On Boke-Tsukkomi versus RonToto

I don’t know how many times i watched this particular scene and was thankful that it got animated.

Comedic duos are predominantly popular both in the West like the legendary Laurel and Hardy and elsewhere. Japan, on the other hand, has had a traditional comedy called manzai, a double act stand-up, with its boke-tsukkomi exchange.

Boke and tsukkomi are generally translated as ”the fool or funny man” and ”the sharp man or straight man” respectively. The funny man is defined as a man whose job is to entertain people by telling jokes. ( x )

Youhei Azakami describes his Ron’s and Toto’s interplay in this two-part article.

Basically, Toto (Enokijun) is the tsukkomi and Youhei is the boke.

Director Shōta (Ihata) emphasizes the tempo of Ron and Toto's interaction, and I feel that he is looking at the boke and tsukkomi of the two in detail. Therefore, the direction from the director and staff is very educational, but not only that, Junya (Enoki), who plays the role of Toto, also gives me tremendous stimulation. I think Tsukkomi tends to be a pattern, but Junya-kun is very resourceful and "This is how you come!" A tsukkomi like that comes. (In the original manga) Toto is a character that speaks in big voice and straight, and is also cute and nice, but Junya breaks it even more and devise it so that the same tsukkomi will be different… So I'm excited about “what kind of tsukkomi will come here,” and I'm aware that my boke (laughs) …

Journalist : Completely fits with Ron (laughs).

That's right… You've received a lot of stimulation from Junya.

Junya Enoki is that sort of actor whose dedication to voice acting is top notch. He crawls, kneels down, goes to the floor to create a certain effect. Just watching the bts for a recording of “Jujutsu Kaisen” is already an emotional feat.

Journalist : What do you think Toto is for Ron?

Ron is a character who can originally deduce most things and predict the future development. He’s also a realist, and will never do anything inefficient. I think it was a surprise that a guy who had such behavior met Toto, whose ethos is to save others even if he throws his life away. Toto is the exact opposite of Ron. While he acts the way Ron doesn’t expect him to be, he wants to see more about Toto’s actions and know his thoughts. It starts with such curiosity and gradually turns into a friendship. At first, I think, it's a warm development that the two people who have joined hands for the reason that “their interests coincide each other” will build a relationship of trust little by little while solving the mystery together.

Journalist : I agree. Where do you think that turning point is?

Of course, I think the fact that Toto saved the criminal’s life in the first episode is one point. After that, Ron will be in a pinch in future episodes, but Toto will save his predicament and that Ron couldn't do it alone. That's definitely the turning point for them. I would be happy if you could look forward to it.

Very curious how Wataru and co. will analyze and interpret their relationship. Akira’s descriptions of it is scattered on the manga by way of explaining to the readers how the other characters perceive it. So it is up to the anime writers to put them into action.

Though Hoku is sort of a special case in that he neither attracts nor actively seeks out ghosts and/or spirits. He can see ghosts but not spirits, but he doesn’t like it. They don’t particularly mind him though so as long as he doesn’t do much to disturb them they leave him alone.

I have yet to figure out the exact origins of Reika but I do have a vague idea for her design and character. And yes it does involve her wearing masks and suits pretty often

These Signature dipping sauces are handmade. They are suitable for people of all preferences. Goma Shoyu is my favourite. The savoury fish sauce adds a delectable aroma to the meat. It goes well with the Toman fish slices. The sambal goes well with the chicken breast and fish paste. While the Thai Chilli adds a mix of spiciness and sweetness to your palette.

Drink and Fruit Dessert

You can choose your drink and fruit dessert. The drink will be 1.5 litres and there will be enough slice fruits for 4 pax.

Drink - Ayataka Green Tea or Chrysanthemum Tea or Ice Lemon Tea or Winter Melon Tea or Jasmine Green Tea.

Fruits - Orange Slices or Watermelon slices

Steamboat King Bundle B Review

The ingredients were cut, sectioned and washed. They gave lots of enoki mushroom and a bowl of fish paste. It was extremely satisfying to create your fish balls or your fish stars. The Chinese long cabbage and shanghai greens help compliments the meat, bringing a refreshing palette to the meal. The Pork Collar Shabu comes in big slices and is perfect with the collagen soup base. The Pork belly was tangy to bite and goes well with the Thai chilli sauce. Although one of the ingredients was chicken breast shabu, it was by no means dry. The chicken breast shabu was easily chewed through and does not have a strong marinade.

The fried bean curd skin roll was my favourite, pop it in the pot for a few seconds and you’re not only able to enjoy the authentic beancurd skin texture’s but you are also able to taste the soup soaked up in the other half of the beancurd skin.

All-in-all, Steamboat King is a quick and easy way for an impromptu hotpot. No need to head to the supermarket or prepare the ingredients beforehand. Order, receive and time to eat! Fuss-free and quick solution for a hearty meal. If you are craving for some sweet dessert after, try getting a cake!

Psuedo Banana Blossom Curry (Mochar Ghonto)

Banana Blossom is known as 'Mocha' in Bengali. It is the flower of the banana tree. Banana flower is an exotic vegetable that is relished in many forms like Banana Blossom Curry also called 'Mochar Ghonto', or in the form of vegetarian cutlets or chops and so on. Every year when I visit Kolkata, 'Mochar Ghonto' and 'Mochar Chops" are must-have dishes on my list.  These days I do see Banana Blossom in many Asian grocery stores, but cutting this flower is tedious, time-consuming and needs some expertise which I lack. So I found an alternative to this vegetable, which is 'Enoki Mushrooms'.  Even though it is not an exact substitute but I think it is quite close.

After all these soccer gaming matches with the highest goals of less than 10 goals with Nankatsu alone, including a slightly scored to draw... it all comes down sadly to this. There is one sporty suspect at the Meiwa FC for this issue. His name is Hyuga Kojiro; a soccer player from Saitama, Japan aged 20-25 y/o person.
