While getting over some persistent flu, i found myself indulging in a few ideas i suddenly got taken over. Surprisingly i'm drawing people! Also i will be doing some yoink and twist from current things i'm into cuz i'm here to have fun

It started with this post, and several other ideas that have been growing and evolving in my head until they mashed together and turned into this lil monster in disguise duo, Sal and Jay

Sal is a gentle average girl that hides a wild side, as she holds very close ties to her lake siren nature and family roots. She's no threat unless you're a fish and comes off as a playful, easy going girl to most people, but her family is the keeper of rather obscure knowledge from the depths of the deepest, murkiest lakes.

Jay seems to be just a guy with some neurosis, kind of a wet cat that looks too pathetic to be mean to. But despite the nervous charm he has, a shadow secretly looms over him, set upon him by a "family" he was adopted into. Now he does whatever he can to hide the strange and sometimes painful bird like transformation taking over his body.
