different trims! just look up "crochet trims" and find one you like more stripes! crazier stripes! center-out stripes! replace the pompom with someting else - a flower, or a bow maybe? crochet emroidery add some lace or a ribbon

okay so like been thinking about baanras chronic pain again lmao so one night astarion finds her crying in her tent cause she is in so much pain and has been trying to ignore it for like 3 days. astarion is obviously very concerned and baanra is reluctant to explain cause she loves hiding her pain :) eventually tells him and he kinda just holds her. he's like annoyed that she was trying to suffer alone and is like "hey maybe lets tell the others and see if they know how to help you." she does not want anyone else to know . he argues that she can't fight like this and her pain could get her killed in combat. she reluctantly relents and is like "you may tell halsin and halsin only. also if he thinks you asked him to this tent for a threesome, i will end you" so astarion fetches halsin to come and have a look. so halsins like asking questions about what causes it, how long it lasts, trying to figure it out. over the next few nights he goes to their tent with something new to try and see if it helps at all. i like to think eventually halsin enchants some balm with like low level heat or something so its basically deep heat which helps. but anyway one afternoon everyone is just settling in at camp. baanra is sitting between astarions legs working on emroidery and his chin is casually on her shoulder and he's just vibing watching her work. maybe shadowhear makes a comment about halsin's late night trips to their tent. astarion immediately lies and says something suggestive cause he knows baanra doesnt want to talk about it. and then everyone else is like making comments and jokes about how their relationship is open apparently except baanra feels astarion getting really tense. so she's like "actually astarion and i are exclusive, halsin has been helping me with some pain management" and gale is like "pain management? whats wrong you look fine" and she just smiles at him like "i'd rather not talk about it, if its all the same to you" and gale gets a but uppity like well you cant keep secrets that affect the rest of us. and shes like. bro. homeboy. you kept the netherese orb from us for weeks. also this affects no one but me. but he insists that she needs to tell him so she's like "okay fine. my back and hands cause me grief for no reason and ive been in pain for weeks so halsin is helping me reduce the pain so it doesnt affect me in battle" gales like "what do you mean you hurt for no reason, that doesnt make sense. i havent noticed anything off about your recently?" and then bc at this point she's like proper pissed off and feeling a little vindictive, she shares a memory with gale but its just her dealing with the pain and bc gale is squishy its like worse for him lmao and she's like "happy now?" and he's like "not really, no.." and she's like smiling "great! that makes two of us!" and walks away like a badass she goes for a walk cause she doesnt want to look at anyone at camp and astarion follows her. hes all like "any particular reason you decided to call me a liar in front of the entire group?" he's mostly trying to lighten the mood but also like very curious cause he was trying to cover for her and she's clearly not happy at having to tell people. she's like "i wasnt planning on it, but you seemed really uncomfortable with everyone thinking we were in an open relationship." and he's just kind of taken aback for a moment. like 1. she noticed that he was uncomfortable with it even tho it was his own lie. 2. she chose her own discomfort/undesirable outcome over him having to deal with his even tho he was trying to cover for her. and then they have a moment cause she always wants him to feel secure in their relationship and its sweat and cute

growing up the child of a famous boxer certainly had it's perks, giving ronnie a taste for a life of luxury she would soon realize she loved. an absolute daddy's girl at heart, her mom made sure she was there to celebrate after every match. the time not spent at venues or gyms was dedicated to family trips, both parents ensuring that ronnie was always certain she was the center of their world.

trying on her mom's clothes and putting on fashion shows for her and her friends soon became ronnie's top hobby, encouraging her mom to start letting her put together outfits of her own and picking items when they went shopping. fashion was clearly an outlet for her, learning to use a sewing machine proficiently by nine and following complex patterns by ten.

though she has a knack for it, the process of designing and making clothing and accessories was never her passion. she much preferred to wear them, loving the way certain pieces made her feel and loving even more how people thought they looked on her. upcycling became a side gig through high school, her parents wanting her to have a job to learn responsibility.

as she approached the age for college, she broke the news to her parents that a traditional university wasn't the route for her. with some pushback, they ultimately supported her decision to pursue esthetician school. since receiving her certifications, she's been renting a space in a salon and working with clients while she chases her dreams of becoming a runway fashion model.

REO Speedwagon - Dead At Last

It's the last song on their first album, so it's not Kevin Cronin singing (Terry Luttrell was the guy). This one is honestly my fave speedwagon song in general. You know a song's gonna take you for a journey when the lyrics don't kick in till almost 2 minutes. It goes into this early/rough prog canoodling heaven, complete with a brief flute riff. The fucking ~45 second long drum solo dude!!! Then it's freedom for 3 geand minutes till you go out with an explosion.

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - Crumbling Castle

Hooooooooooly fuck. I think this song taught me the true meaning of the word eargasm. The fucking polyrhythms. The bouncy bass at the beginning before launching into this poetic preview of what's in store. The parts - almost movements - of the song and how it flows. The way all the instruments melt together in the melodies. The last minute and a half of some of the heaviest lugubrious sludge. Truly I tell you, it weaves lyrics from the different voices into the tapestry of bass, drums, and guitar, the synths threading resplendant emroidery into the polyrhythmic fabric that evolves into something on a higher plane of music. God I fucking love this song, and that's not even mentioning the rest of this mind-blowing cosmorgasmic album.

My Frozen Elsa outfit ranking

1. Coronation

One of my favourite looks on a cartoon character ever. I love teal, dark colors, emroidery, long sleeves, capes, sweetheart neckline and high neckline (which we kinda have both necklines here) - so it’s only expected I would absolutely love this look.

2. Christmas

This is awesomeeee. The dark blue and the fluff collar. The contrast. Looks awesome 🔥🔥

3. Ice Queen

It’s really nice looking, no matter how overused over the years. It tends to look a bit tacky in some merchandise and marketing pictures but in the film it’s enchanting. I love the silhouette, neckline, sleeves and even all that sparkle. I may not like Elsa as a character but I fully appreciate her character design. It’s just so pretty.

4. Teenager

This outfit is cool. I like it.

5. Snow Queen

Yeah, I guess this is kinda cute. I was so excited to see this animated when I saw the concept art, but I was disappointed. The two part cape looks so cheap because it feels like it was designed just make the dolls easier to make. ALSO I have to say this HER HAIR LOOKS LIKE IT’S MADE OF PLAY-DOH, it just doesn’t look natural. The outfit just a bit too light (as in fabrics, not color) to look regal like I feel it should. Looks bit like a yoga outfit. But it’s pretty anyways, whatever. The bodice is cool.

6. Nightgown

Way too sexy, but I like the color and silhouette (neckline, sleeves etc). The fabric is just too form-hugging thin and slick looking for Elsa to be running around Arendelle.

7. Travelling

Boooooriiing. But not ugly. I do love the beach version though (where she takes the over layer off). So this might actually be higher than the nightgown but whatever.

8. Anna’s birthday

She actually looks pretty cute in this outfit. And I like green anyways.

9. Childhood

As you know I like Elsa’s jacket style, which is funny ‘cause that’s the symbol of her isolation. The nightgown is cute.

Marichat May Day 29: Pajamas

Summary:

After giving some thought, Kitty decides that she wants to repay Marin's kindness by making him new pajamas after seeing that his old one were getting pretty old.

It was quite a normal ocurrance that Kitty Noire visited the Dupain-Cheng twins, even more so than her brother Chat Noir. However, it was also somewhat usual that she helped Marin with any designing and that he'd repay her by making accessories and some clothes for her. Kitty cherished everything he gave her and was really grateful for all his presents, but she felt that simpy helping him with his designs or modeling wouldn't be enough to repay his kindness. And then, one day while she was modelling for him, she noticed that his pajamas were getting a bit to small for his big and toned built that was being wrapped tightly by the pajamas, leaving no room for Kitty's imagination, not that she stared at him whenever he didn't notice, of course not.

That was why she decided to get him new pajamas as a thank you. The thing was that, even if she lacked the skills for it, she simply didn't want to give him a present bought with money as a thank you for all the hand-made presents he gave to her, she wanted to make by herself a pajama for him. But there were so many things she lacked... To begin with, she didn't even know what kind of pajama to make him, much less how to tailor it. The next big problem was that she had no way of getting his measures to make the pajama, nor did she have someone to help her or ask for advice. The only good thing? She could get the fabrics easily, not that it would help herin any sort of way thought.

But then, everything was clear for her. There was someone that could help her, teach her how to sew and even get Marin's measures for her without even raising suspicion! Marinette! Marinette was the answer to all of Kitty's problems and Kitty was sure that once she heard the idea, Marinette'd help her without a doubt. Excited, she couldn't bat an eye as she thought of what could she possibly do. The next day, as soon as she could, she transformed into Kitty Noire and went straight to Marinette's bedrom. After the usual knocking code and being let inside, Kitty Noire explained in detail to Marinette her idea and then asked her for help, fully expecting her to accept.

"I would love to help you with everything Kitty, but there is a little problem" says Marinette and Kitty's world shatters.

"What is it? Is it anything I could help with?" asks Kitty worried. "Are you too busy? Is that it? Am I being a other now then?"

"No no no. I'ts nothing like that silly" says Marinette giggling. "It's just that this month I'm a bit tight in budget and I don't have anything to spare to do this. Even if you bought the fabrics, I'd still need some other things to work on it and teach you".

"Oh, it's just that" says Kitty relieved. "That's no problem! I'll be the one buying the materials since I'm the one asking you for help!"

"Are you sure? It can't get a bit pricey to sew, specially if you want to try for the first time" warns her Marinette.

"Don't worry Princess, this alley cat actually has quite some savings that I don't use, what better to use them than learning a new skill?" says Kitty positively.

"If that's what you want" says Marinette smiling as she rolls her eyes in defeat. "This won't be easy, I'm warning you".

"I'll give my three thousand per cent!" says Kitty determined.

"Silly Kitty" says Marinette giggling. "Okey then, how about we decide first what are we going to do exactly for today? That way we can go buy together to buy the materials next time if you use your civilian disguise".

"Sounds perfect! You're always so good planning Princess! Ladybug must have learnt from you, doesn't she?" says Kitty Noire.

"I'm not sure who learnt from who" says Marinette.

Just like that, they began to design how would the pajamas be. Since winter was about to come in less than two months and the night were getting chilly, they settled for winter pajamas. What's more, they both agreed that it would be for the best to be a cozy one-piece pajama. The next part, were the colours and the designs. Since Marin skin was quite pale and his hair was jet-black, they decided that dark colors would fit him the best, so they chose black and garnet as the colors of the pajamas. As for the design, it was a onesie with a hood and pockets that was all garnet and had a black T shape on the center of the suit that extended over the arms and between the legs. As an extra, Kitty decided that she wanted to sew a message on the back that read 'Beware of the Prince Charming', to which Marinette totally agreed laughing like a madwoman.

After that Marinette went to measure Marin under the pretext that he would soon to change his wardrobe and Marinette wanted to practice some male clothing. Meanwhile, Kitty Noire crafted quite a funny sign for Marinette's door that said: "Do Not Enter. Girls TOP Secret Project going on". Once they both finished, it was late enough for Kitty to leave, so the agreed for a day to meet to buy the fabrics, which had been chosen to be fleece fabrics given their cozy properties. After Kitty Noire left Marinette's room, she was practically vibrating out of excitemen for the project she had in hands. She hoped that Marin would like the present and that it would be something that brought them even closer.

During the following days, both girls gathered up the materials needed and Marinette began to teach Kitty Noire how to use a sewing machine and how to sew in general. Even if Kitty wasn't exactly very dextrous with her hands, she did her best effort to learn how to sew dilligently day after day, listening to Marinette's advice and tips and making sure to follow each of her instructions to the letter to properly tailor the pajamas. And before they even noticed, the pajamas were almost done in just three weeks. The only thing left was the embroideried phrase on the back of the pajamas and to practice the emroidery, Marinette lent an old dress to Kitty for her to try whatever she wanted by following Marinette instructions.

A month after they began the project, the pajamas for Marin were finally done. After seeing it completed, Kitty Noire got emotional from the satisfaction of having done it by herself and Marinette couldn't help but to empathize with her. After all, they could prove that it was a Kitty Noire's original by the little silver paw embroideries they had secretly added in the inside of the pockets as per Marinette's idea. After having folded the pajamas and wrapped it into a package, Kitty Noire and Marinette excitedly went off to Marin's bedroom, who was surprised to see both of them standing on the corridor and even more surprised when Marinette left with what he could swore that was a sly smile.

"Marin" says Kitty Noire a bit timidly, hiding the package on her back. "There's something I have to tell you".

"Yes Kitty?" asks Marin suddenly getting nervous and gulping down inadvertently. "What is it?"

"I have to tell you that I'm very thankful for all the time you spare to make me little gifts whenever I help you with something. Since I felt that it wasn't something really fair on my side, I wanted to give you something back as a thankyou" says Kitty as she offers him the package, getting inxpiclably shy and turning away her blushing face slightly.

"I- I don't know what to say Kitty" says MArin holding the gift as if it was something very delicate that would break by the slightest gust of wind. "You didn't have to, I ejoy the time you spend with me and the help you give me. However, I'm really moved by your worries, thank you Kitty".

"You're welcome Marin" says Kitty blushing as she impatiently awaits for him to open it. When he does, the stunned impression makes Kitty's heart swell.

"Is this... These are pajamas? You gave me pajamas? I certainly needed new ones since I went throught another growth spurt recently" says Marin marveled as he unfolds the pajamas and inspectionates it. "It's a onesie! With pockets and the hood! I love the colors and the fabric, it's perfect!"

"I'm happy you like it Marin" says Kitty smiling from ear to ear. "That's not all, turn it around".

"There's something in the back?" says Marin as he turns it around and reads the embroidery. "Okey, that was a good one, I didn't expect it to have that warning on the back".

"It's cool right?" says Kitty feeling proud.

"Cool? This is awesome Kitty! I love it so much!" says Marin hugging Kitty suddenly. "Where did you find something like this?"

"I didn't find it anywhere" says Kitty blushing a bit.

"No way, you did it? For me?" asks Marin surprised and hugs Kitty tighter, lifting her and spinning around the room happily. "It's amazing Kitty! Was this your first time?"

"I- I had a good teacher" says Kitty as her blush deepens to a completely new shade of red. "Ma-Marinette taught me how to d-d-do it".

"So that's why you haven't been coming lately" realizes Marin. "Kitty, I can't express with words how happy am I right now. Thank you so much!"

"I-It was nothing" says Kitty Noire burying her face on his shoulder. Then she backs a bit. "Why don't you put it on to see if it fits well?"

"I'm on it!" says Marin letting Kitty on the floor and rushing to the changer. Minutes later, he comes out with the onesie on. "How do I look? I think the measures are perfect".

Kitty can't help but to let a giggle out, Marin was too cute for her own good, being all dorky about a simple gift. "You look good on it Prince Charming".

"Then beware, or I'll charm you into making me more of these" says Marin chuckling.

"I was already charmed dum-dum" whispers Kitty in a low voice.

"What did you say?" asks Marin because he didn't heard her at all.

"That I can't believe you just punned!" says Kitty blushing again.

"I've told you so many times that I don't hate puns if they are well-placed and not in an unending stream" complains Marin.

"Okay, that one was well placed" says Kitty Noire.

"I see you added your own signature" says Marin opening the pockets.

"I did! But really, I think this should count as a mak of possesion" says Kitty as she gets behind Marin and puts her hands on his pockets. "This pockets are mine!"

"So it's not a gift entirely for me then, is it?" says Marin laughing.

"Of cousre it is, it's just that we cats are very possesive" says Kitty basking in his touch.

"Are you implying that I'm now yours?" teases Marin with a faint dust on his cheeks.

Pouting, Kitty gets her hands out of Marin's pockets and faces him. "What if I am?"

"Then I'll accept gladly" aswers Marin smoothly as he mentally screams in embarrassement, banging his head against his mind's walls.

"I will remember that then" says Kitty turning away after flickering his nose. She climbs up to the trapdoor and leaves quickly, blushing a lot and sweating without Marin knowing about it.

Meanwhile, Marin is standing in the middle of the room as he intensely stares at the floor while revaluating his whole life.

Lazy Sunday

As I’m writing this, the sun is setting and im listening to Led Zep IV. Life’s good. Hope you enjoy.

*** You watched as Josh flipped through the records on the shelf, his tongue between his teeth, brows furrowed in concentration. It was a lazy Sunday afternoon in your apartment, the sun was shining through the window, warm and inviting. The two of you were still in your pajamas and Josh was deciding on what album to play next-

“Zep IV?”- he turned around, the sunlight catching one of the two tiny silver hoop earrings he had in his ear- “Or Fleetwood Mac?” “Mmm..Fleetwood Mac. I need something to wake me up, because the coffee didn’t do the job”.Both of you were out late last night, at a local bar with the rest of the boys and their girlfriends. You remember dancing to some old Madonna songs with the girls, taking shot after shot and Josh’s warm arms around your waist during a slow song. You both came back to your apartment at around two in the morning and collapsed on the bed not long after, in the late morning waking up to Josh snoring softly, his curls fanned out like a halo on the pillow. You always thought he looked like Raphael’s  painting of a cherub.

These were your favorite kinds of mornings with him.

Peter Green’s voice drew you out of your reverie. Josh got up from the floor, a wide grin settling on his face. “Dance with me?”, he asked, extending his arms towards you. You couldn’t help but mirror his expression, wrapping your arms around his torso as you did so. The two of you danced like this for the next two songs, his warmth enveloping you like a blanket, shielding you from the outside.

You tell me everyday”. It’s true- he was the most effectionate in the dark, on cold and cloudy days, when you were taking a bath together, cooking  or folding the laundry. Always remiding you. Always showing you how much you meant to him, how proud he was of you. Even when you were both out with friends- little smiles and absentminded soft touches of fingers on your arm.

He hummed, sending vibrations through your head. “We should make dinner, don’t you think?” he pulled away from you slightly, looking down. “Yeah, we should. Theres lasagna left over from yesterday.” “I’ll put it in the microwave, babe”. You watched as he bounded towards to fridge, opening it, his fingers pinching his bottom lip- a habit you loved dearly. Before setting it into the microwave, he topped it off with some shredded cheese.

Bellies full, you lazed on the couch, watching an old re-run of That 70′s Show (a favorite of yours), while Josh scrolled through his phone. “What about this one? You woke up two hours later, Josh’s head resting on the back of the couch, the TV turned off by itself, leaving you in the glowing twilight. “Josh? baby? You’ll get a stiff neck if you keep sleeping like that”- you shook his shoulder slightly. He groaned, rubbing the back of his neck. “What time is it?”  “Mm- after eight. Why?” “I think I’m gonna take a shower. Wanna join me?”- he smirked. How could you say no?

A little fairytale...

Hey everyone it's my first attempt on writing. I apologise for any grammar mistake or any spelling errors as English is not my first language. I hope you love it. Was just sitting in library and was feeling bored and this is what came in my mind.

It takes place during the time of Riley and Liam's first wedding anniversary. So lot of fluff nothing nsfw type of post.

A LITTLE FAIRYTALE......

It was the day of their first wedding anniversary. The Royal Palace grounds were decorated with flowers. Hana and Maxwell had decided that it would be like a fairytale. They decorated the Palace, Ballroom like it was a pictoral form of some little girl's dream. It was perfect, just perfect. It looked like it was taken out of a fairytale. Riley and Liam were not allowed to even step out of their Chambers. It was Maxwell's order so no one could even think of breaking his one day rule. Liam had requested Maxwell to also decorate 'The Maze' their favorite area of the Palace besides their bedroom. Maxwell decorated the swing at the center of the maze with fairy lights and Riley's favorite flowers. Riley and Liam spent their whole day together in their private Chambers. Binge watching Riley's favorite Netflix series 'Stranger things' and also watching some of the Disney movies that they both loved, ' Beauty and the beast', 'Tangled', 'The little mermaid', among others. They sat close to each other all the time, cuddling and watching each other, most of the time the movie was just a background sound to them as they were so involved amongst themselves. It was always felt as a blessing to get a break from the Royal duties only to spend time with one another in each other's arms. Riley looked at the clock, it was almost time for the evening."Liam it's almost time, let me go get ready, I don't want to look imperfect on the evening which is meant for us." she exclaimed." Hey, love, I am damn sure that you will steal everyone's eyes once you get down there, and remember you are perfect for me and I don't bother about how others think about your dressing style and all. It's people's character what matters in the end right."He said giving her a soft kiss on her temple. " My king how do you always know what to say to cheer me up Huh." " Because I know you better than you know yourself." he smirked. "I can't wait to see you in that beautiful dress and also remove it." She punched him lightly on his shoulder. "I can't wait either my king." Both of them got ready, within a few hours both were shimmering and sparkling in their suits and gowns. Riley just loved to see her husband in his uniforms and other formals. Riley was wearing a dress designed by Penelope and Hana. It was Blue in colour with traces of golden emroidery in it. It had laced shelves and looked like it was just designed for her. Perfectly fitting each and every part of her. She had done a very light make-up as she did on every formal occasion. She had nude heels which provided her comfort. As Soon as Liam saw her, he came near her, he wrapped his arms around her. " Hey love, I am sure what I told you earlier was correct, you are definitely going to steal everyone's heart along with their eyes. When did I got so lucky?" He smirked. As soon as Riley's eyes laided at her husband she was amazed, she loved that his white suit, his blue tie perfectly matching with her gown. " You are not so bad yourself, my king".She pulled his tie and brought him close to her, their lips mere inches away from each others. She kissed him, put her hands on his neck and across his scalp. "We shall finish this as soon as we come back love." She said into his ears. "I can't wait to call a night my queen." He said closing the distance between them. After a few moments he stood up gave her his arm," Shall we my queen." Riley got up took his arm and both went outside their Chambers towards the Palace.
