Sometimes I wonder how many "dark psychology" tiktok girlies who won't shut up about narcissists are actually narcissists themselves. I think a vast majority of them probably are.

"Everyone I don't like or disagrees with me is a narcissist (lesser than me) and I'm not a narcissist and am in fact an empath so I'm better than them" yeah that's black and white thinking and grandiosity. Yk. Signs of NPD.

is this anything? Idk. But it is a pattern I've noticed.

you'll never convince me that empathy's a real thing, what happens is you see a person in a bad situation and imagine being in their place so you put yourself in a bad mood too, you're not "absorbing or sharing their emotions" you're just making their bad situation about you and assuming they feel the same way as your imaginary self in your imaginary scenario, and you may get it right sometimes but without any guarantee exactly because there's no actual connection between the two emotional states

The Just World Theory is a pattern in which people convince themselves that those who are suffering did something to bring it upon themselves in order to avoid feeling bad for them.

It's one of the most evil patterns in existence. Every injustice that has ever existed was able to continue because of the Just World Theory.

And the Just World Theory requires empathy. Someone without empathy would have no use for the Just World Theory. They wouldn't have to play mind games with themself in order to stop feeling bad for others because they already don't feel bad for others to begin with.

So enough about the idea that empathy equals good person. Every injustice in the world is caused by people with empathy.

Today I saw somebody ask a creator to talk about "dark empaths" in the comments of their video about NPD. (Narcissists/Narcissism whateva)

One of these things is made up bs the other is a psychiatric disorder you can actuslly be diagnosed with.

Where's the empath section of the DSM V I haven't seen it?
