Biden plans $13b arms sale to Israel
In light of this horrifying news. I want to remind everyone to email your government representative/MP in whatever country you are in that sells arms to Israel to put pressure to stop the arms sales.
Please look online for petitions you can sign too. Your country may also have a government petition website that you can use too.
Below are links to petitions and the email I wrote as an example

Some links I attached to the email are below
And Here are some petitions you can sign (please also check online for more petitions!)

Canadians: TIME-SENSITIVE CALL TO ACTION! 🛑 Monday, March 18 is CRITICAL. The is forcing a vote in Parliament on an immediate ceasefire, an arms embargo on Israel, full restoration of funding for UNRWA, imposing sanctions on genocidal Israeli officials and officially recognizing the State of Palestine. All NDP Members of Parliament will unanimously support the motion. It will be up to the and to pass it, since all Conservatives will no doubt vote against it. Call your MP asking them to support this motion.
Sample email: Hello, My name is ABC and I live in City, Province, and I’m calling/writing out of concern for what is happening in Gaza. On Monday March 18, do the right thing and support the NDP’s Opposition Day motion, which calls for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, an arms embargo, the full restoration of UNRWA funding and humanitarian aid, and more. We need you to use all levers you have to push for the only humanitarian solution that really matters: an end to the atrocities.

anyway i need you guys to imagine that you leave the office on friday expecting a parliament cabinet shuffle and an economic report. these are regular occurrences and not a deep cause for concern. it's like a week before your holiday break. you come back on monday to learn that the finance minister who is also the deputy prime minister resigned over twitter. other cabinet members are crying like she died saying how she was "a good friend" and "will be missed". part of the reason why she resigned is because the only country you share a border with, who has an infinitely larger economy than you, is marking up imports from your country by 25% because the guy over there hates immigrants and wants to get rid of them but is mad that they go to your country instead. you learn that instead of building a plan for how to financially cope with a 25% tariff on everything you export to your largest trading partner, parliament instead has been scrapping GST and drafting cheques to its citizens. you also learn that ahead of the cabinet shuffle, the prime minister told his finance minister, who is also the deputy, that she would be removed from a very central and important role that she is generally seen as good at and competent in and instead placed at the head of Ministry of the Oxford Comma where her job will be to make sure all official correspondence abides by and correctly uses the oxford comma. all three of the other major parties are yelling for the prime minister to resign. some politician from out west smirks and says that she doesn't subscribe to ottawa gossip but had heard rumours over the weekend that the deputy was planning to resign. the economic report gets released and states that your government is $20B further into debt than it was supposed to be. people are speculating that the finance minister, who is also the deputy, planned this resignation a long time ago to distance herself from the prime minister because she plans to run in the next election. you go the entire day waiting for the prime minister to say something about this but all he does is huddle to whisper with the rest of his party. that evening he delivers a speech at a fundraiser. all he says is "j'adore canada :) j'adore canadiens :)". it's a week before your holiday break. you have to reply to all these emails.

Say "NO" to Genocide - Call, email, mail your reps (Canada)
Me and my friend spent some time today writing letters to the House of Commons, plus we have been calling MPs daily. I haven't seen too many resources for this floating around on tumblr, so here's a lengthy guide on how to do this plus some sample scripts! Long post ahead since I think it will be most helpful to dump everything in one spot to reference. On desktop, use CTR F/CMD F to search for the topic -> Phone / Email / Letter Mail / Contacts / Demands / Scripts / Fax
Update 1 - Nov 23: Updated emails with "mailto" hyperlinks, edited demands, added fax section, added scotiabank pres fax number.
On the PHONE / General Tips
Introduce yourself and identify yourself as a constituent by providing your postal code or address.
Ask to speak to the MP directly, but do not be surprised if you must speak to the MP’s staff instead. Staff can help move your issue forward.
Give the reason for your call and explain your concern.
Focus on one or two main concerns per phone call. Do not unload on the MP or their staff with all of your political concerns at one time.
Ask clear and pointed questions that require some explanation.
Ask for a commitment to action.
KEEP IN MIND Tips for Calling MPs:
Tell the MP that this issue will matter to you in the next election.
Avoid revealing party affiliation or sympathies. If you show that your vote is already cast for a certain party, the MP may not have the incentive to respond to your requests.
Be as brief as possible while outlining concerns.  Show that you respect their time.
Remain calm and respectful in dialogue. Be willing to work with them.
Follow up: Find out what actions were taken as a result of your call, and respond appropriately.
(Source: CPJ.ca)
CJPME Call Tool - Fill in the form, there will be suggested talking point. The tool will call your phone and then patch you through to your MP. If voicemail, state your concerns in 30 seconds. No address input will default you to call Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly.
EMAIL
Be sure you sign your email with your name and mailing address so they know you are a part of their riding.
You will most likely receive a PR-type response or no response at all, but please still send these. It disrupts operations, and it still contributes to pressuring your MP to act on behalf of your riding.
LETTER MAIL
Mail may be sent postage-free to any member of Parliament at the House of Commons address. You just need to use an MP's full title if they are Cabinet members. Cabinet mebers have "The Honourable" attached to their names.
Postcards are efficient in that they are small pieces of card stock and can be a short message plus demands, no need to get use envelopes.
The Right Honourable Justin Trudeau House of Commons Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1A 0A6
CONTACTS
Find your MP - ourcommons.ca - Contact the MP of your riding, any of the contacts below, as well as any cabinet members in your city or province.
Prime Minister (613) 992-4211 / [email protected] *FAX: 613-941-6900 /*If faxes are closed at the House of Commons line, try their local offices! (See below under "FAX" for fax guide!)

DEMANDS
Summarized from resistance groups such as H/mas, H/zbollah, PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine), DFLP (Marxist Democratic Front got the Liberation of Palestine), CJPME (Canadians for justice and peace in the middle east), and other anti-war, anti-imperialist, IRL Palestinians.
Canada needs to...
Call an immediate PERMANENT ceasefire to end bloodshed
Send humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Institute embargo on all military exports to Israel
Close the embassies, and sanction Israel diplomatically and economically.
SCRIPTS
Use these as scripts for calling, emailing, and mailing. I suggest adding some of your own sentences and changing the subject lines (for email) so they don't end up in spam.
Example from Canada: Stop Arming Israel - World BEYOND War
As we mourn the thousands of people in Israel and Palestine who have been killed in the past few weeks we refuse to stand by and allow the only true winners in war — the weapons manufacturers — to continue to arm and profit off of it.
Canada exported over $21 million in military goods to Israel in 2022, including over $3 million in bombs, torpedoes, missiles, and other explosives. - 2022 Exports of Military Goods
Weapons companies across Canada are making a fortune off of the carnage in Gaza and the occupation of Palestine.
This is a call to action. It's time to stop letting these weapons companies profit off of the massacre of thousands of Palestinians. Find a location near you, get friends and allies together, and interrupt their business as usual to demand they stop selling arms and military technology to Israel.
Send an urgent message to demand Canada stop arming Israel and push for an immediate ceasefire to your Member of Parliament, the Prime Minister, and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, and Defense.
Dear [recipient's full name goes here], We are witnessing genocidal violence playing out in Gaza right now. Thousands of Palestinians have been killed, nearly half of them children. With a blockade on water, electricity, fuel and food, a quarter of all buildings razed to the ground, and over a million people displaced, UN experts have denounced Israel's actions as crimes against humanity. Meanwhile, weapons companies across Canada are arming -- and making a fortune off of -- the carnage in Gaza and the massacre of thousands of Palestinians by selling weapons and military technology to Israel. I am calling on you to do two things: to take immediate action to institute an arms embargo on Israel and to ensure Canada pushes for de-escalation and a ceasefire in Gaza. Sincerely,
Script Sample 2 from Palestinian Youth Movement
^This will open up a pre-written email in your chosen email app or site. Fill in the recipient line with the emails of MPs you wish to contact.
Script Sample 3 from CJPME's Email Campaign
^Complete the form to send an email to Prime Minister Trudeau, your local MP, and the leaders of the NDP, Convervatives and Greens. Canada must OPPOSE A SECOND NAKBA and dispossession of the Palestinians in Gaza by pushing for a ceasefire.
Script Sample 3 for mail:
(a mix of mine and a friend's)
I am writing to ask you to take immediate action to stop the genocide Israel is committing against Palestinians in Gaza as well as the onslaught of those in West Bank.
There is blockade on food, water, electricity, fuel, and the use of internationally banned white phosphorus to exterminate Palestinians. Aid is not able to enter Gaza because of this blockade. UN experts have named Israel’s actions as genocide citing numerous war crimes they continually commit.
While over 10k civilians have been martyr’d (4.2k of which are children), Canada has not even been able to NAME such crimes as genocide or call for an official ceasefire. This is not enough.
Canada needs to:
Call an immediate ceasefire to end bloodshed
Send humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Institute embargo on all military exports to Israel
Close the embassies, and sanction Israel diplomatically and economically.
FAX (NEW!)
Using faxzero.com is simple, just follow up the steps on the website. No fax machine required! Tell officials your demands and customize your letter by noting their complicity based on their role as a politician or gov official. Or keep it brief and simple, in large legible letters.
Demands could include:
That you are a “Canadian” constituent That you are demanding an IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT CEASEFIRE IN GAZA; That you demand a total withdrawal of financial (taxpayer) and commercial support and arms for continued occupation in Israel’s 70+ year occupation in Palestine; That it is shameful that [X] is choosing not to speak up for the deaths of more than 11,000 Palestinians, half of whom are children and thousands of others displaced; That Palestinians like all people, deserve life, dignity and justice; That Israel is breaking multiple international laws daily and Canada MUST meet its international commitment to promote and defend human rights under the Geneva Convention; That not putting these actions in place will harm constituents and undo acts of reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and other marginalized communities in Canada by not protecting the Indigenous peoples of Palestine; That unless there is concrete and everlasting action taken place, that there will be no peace until Palestine is free, and subsequently that you will not be voting for them (if applicable) in the next election.
Sign off with your name, address and postal code (if applicable, furthering that you are a resident on the stolen Indigenous lands otherwise known as “Canada”) Extended fax list: Scott thomson (president of scotiabank) - 416-866-5929 joe biden / whitehouse - 202-456-2461

Just sharing a Canadian email campaign here off of instagram since a lot of mobilizing calls I’ve seen have been US centric. Islamic Relief Canada has a letter template demanding a ceasefire and humanitarian aid corridor be opened in Gaza and specifically addresses yesterday’s (Oct 17) hospital bombing. The campaign goal is 75,000 emails and it takes less than 10 seconds 2 fill out. They even auto fill your region’s member of parliament.
If u want to write your own email I also linked the MP finder website. It just searches by postal code and lists your representative’s contact information including phone and email for u.

Canadians who, like me, are desperately screaming for a ceasefire: I have another petition for you!
This time a House of Commons petition. These are sponsored by members of parliament and they go a lot farther than basically any other petition targeted at the Federal government.
Important note about this! You can only sign if you're a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, AND you need to confirm your signature by clicking the link they send to your email!! If you don't do that your signature WILL NOT COUNT.
Tumblr media
I fucking hate that we need to beg and plead with our elected officials to tell another country "oh won't you please stop committing war crimes???"
AND YET, HERE WE ARE.

Call To Action: Letter-writing campaign in support of inclusive education in Canada
Most of my Canadian followers know about the anti-LGBTQIA2S+ "1 Million March 4 Children" events that took place across Canada last Wednesday, and I know a lot of people are feeling a little helpless, especially those of us in towns and cities where the protestors far outweighed the LGBTQIA2S+ and allied counterprotestors.
So, with that in mind, I am challenging every Canadian who supports inclusive education to contact your elected officials at all levels (Member of Parliament, MLA, Municipal Council, School Board...) by:
Sending TEN emails;
Writing/printing out and mailing FIVE physical letters; and finally,
Making ONE phone call
by Oct 1st to let your representatives know that the "March 4 Children" doesn't speak for you, and to call on them to do whatever is in their power to ensure schools are safe and inclusive for LGBTQIA2S+ kids and families.

In 2022 I wrote an op-ed for NBC News Think about leg hair, of all things. The piece detailed a monthlong experiment during which I stopped shaving. Aside from one paragraph about bodily autonomy and Roe v. Wade, I thought it was a mild article. Boring, even.
The internet disagreed. Within an hour of publication, I started getting angry, all-caps emails. Then it started on Twitter. I was called everything from stupid and self-absorbed to a Sasquatch. I was accused of hating men and pressuring women.
The deluge lasted nearly two weeks. By the end of it, I had dozens of nasty emails, nearly a thousand social media notifications, and zero idea how to handle what I’d experienced.
Unfortunately, these instances of online harassment are becoming more common. In 2021, the Pew Research Center reported that 41 percent of US adults had experienced online harassment; the Anti-Defamation League reported an increase to 52 percent in 2023. Public and semipublic figures are especially at risk, as noted by recent studies on American journalists, Zimbabwean journalists, and female members of parliament in Sweden.
But the truth is, on social media anyone with an account can experience harassment. Here’s what to do if it happens to you.
Document Everything
Knee-deep in hate mail, I reached out to a former thesis adviser who’d written op-eds. How had he handled the trolls?
His reply: Document everything. If you have to report the harassment to a social platform or to law enforcement, you will need a body of evidence that proves the harassment.
Save the nasty emails in a special folder, either manually or by using keywords to filter and route all of the relevant mail automatically.
On social media, screenshot what people say. Doing this gives you lasting digital proof, which is important if the trolling comments disappear later on, either because the trolls deleted them or because someone reported the comments, which led to them being removed. Save all of these screenshots in a folder that can easily be shared with anyone investigating your harassment.
Documenting harassment is common advice, featured in resources ranging from writing-specific organizations like PEN America to wider organizations like the University of Chicago and the National Network to End Domestic Violence.
Don’t Respond
Another common piece of advice is “don’t feed the trolls.” In theory, if you don’t react to harassment, the trolls get bored and leave. Some have argued that this advice has failed us, as it puts the onus on the victim to stop the cyberbullying; it suggests that it’s not the trolls who need to stop but rather the victim who needs to turn the other cheek.
This is a fair critique; social media platforms should build better moderation systems and restrict users who breach standards on harassment. Ideally, events like the 2024 child safety hearing before US Congress will lead to changes that make the internet safer for everyone. In a perfect world, the onus is on Big Tech.
But internet safety is a work in progress, and in the meantime it’s on us to decide how we want to respond. Many of the accounts spamming me were obvious trolls. They had incendiary usernames and profile pictures. Looking at their comments, which were antagonistic at best, I knew I wouldn’t change their minds by responding. Nothing I could write would make them consider my point of view.
So I followed the American Psychological Association’s advice and let the storm pass. I logged off social media and routed the nasty emails into a special folder, out of sight. I spent my energy on things I enjoyed instead, no trolls involved.
Or Maybe Do Respond
Walking away isn’t the best option for everyone. If you choose to respond, there are both indirect and direct ways to address harassment. The former could include muting threads or blocking accounts. You could also report comments or users for behaviors that breach community standards, such as hate speech, threats, and bullying (which most platforms claim to prohibit). These options may prevent the same trolls from harassing you, or another user, in the future.
If you feel safe and want to respond directly, consider counterspeech, a strategy that addresses and undermines hate by redirecting the conversation in a constructive way. Some choose to reclaim hashtags, such as the K-pop stans who in 2020 flooded the #WhiteLivesMatter hashtag with K-pop videos.
Others create larger discussions around hateful posts, typically focusing not on the troll but on the content of their argument (so, not “You’re sexist” but “Saying XYZ is problematic because …”). This is exactly what I did, some six months after my experience, when I wrote about hate mail for HuffPost, focusing on sexism and the importance of dismantling it. Reframing the conversation helped me feel less powerless.
Though organizations like the United Nations recommend counterspeech, some research has suggested that it may be ineffective: While a 2021 study on anti-Asian hate found that counterspeech discouraged hate, another study on racism and homophobia saw mixed results.
Do Something You Enjoy
Whether or not you respond, give yourself time to work through your feelings. Do something you enjoy, like going to the gym, meditating, or playing your favorite video game. Anything goes!
Social support, in particular, is important for processing your experiences. This is because one of the goals of online harassment is to make you feel isolated; intentionally enjoying time with loved ones can combat this. An older 2014 study noted that social support can come from anyone in your life, ranging from your peers to your family. More recently, a 2020 study listed the myriad benefits of social support for those experiencing bullying, including increased confidence and decreased anxiety.
So text your friends and coworkers. Make dinner plans with family. Rant to your partner—or ask for a distraction. Any and all of these can help you feel less alone. You can also seek professional advice via a therapist or a cyberbullying hotline.
If you decide to take an extended break from the internet, ask a friend you trust to keep an eye on your social accounts. They can continue to take screenshots of new harassment and notify you if the frequency of incidents increases.
If the Harassment Escalates
If rude comments turn into stalking, hacking, doxing, or death threats, it’s time to contact the authorities and get legal assistance. Continue to document everything; you’ll want a body of proof to ensure you’re taken seriously. If you’re in immediate danger, call emergency services.
Practicing good cyber hygiene can help you protect your information. To deter hackers, use strong passwords, which are longer than 16 characters and include numbers and special characters. Don’t reuse passwords, and set up multifactor authentication to ensure that you’re notified if someone tries to log in to your account.
To deter doxing, stalking, and further harassment, adjust your privacy settings on social media. If possible, set your accounts to private until the storm passes. Also, depending on the platform, you should be able to limit the ability to reply to your posts so that only people you follow can republish your posts or leave comments. You can also just disallow comments entirely. If you have both professional and personal accounts, keep them separate so that work-related harassment is less likely to follow you home.
You may want to limit who can see your location data on social media, since many platforms tag every post with geolocation data unless you opt out. This is usually something you can turn off in your profiles’ privacy settings. Additionally, browser extensions like Privacy Party can help you keep your privacy settings on social media up to date automatically, so you don't have to think about it.
If things get so bad that you feel it's safest to minimize or erase your digital footprint, paid services like Delete Me can remove identifying information like your address, phone number, and social media activity from hundreds of online databases and data brokers. This makes it much harder for people to uncover this information in web searches. Services like Tweet Delete can automatically delete years worth of social media posts, replies, and likes—either wholesale or within a specific range—from your accounts.
Online harassment can be isolating and terrifying, but with a plan, you’ll be prepared to respond—and to mitigate its impacts on your life.

Over 15,000 supporters like you have called for changes to Bill S-210, yet NOTHING has changed. This bill is set for a FINAL vote in the House this November, and we’re just one step away from being locked out of an open, surveillance-free Internet. We need more voices to make a difference! Will you help rally your friends and family to urge your MP to fix or reject this bill? Share on Facebook Share on Twitter (X) Share via Email Or copy and paste the following URL, openmedia.org/NoInternetLock Remember Bill S-210? After we narrowly dodged a bullet this spring, it’s back for a FINAL vote—with ZERO fixes. This bill carries dangerous provisions that force us to verify our age before accessing adult websites, Reddit, file-sharing sites, and even search engines. Worse yet, it would put our ISPs in the role of gatekeepers, requiring them to verify our identities and monitor our every move online. We need as many voices as possible to urge MPs to eliminate harmful provisions in this bill. We must ensure that no privacy-damaging technology is employed for age verification and that the vague definitions of “adult” content don’t pave the way for censorship or criminal actions against the content Canadian families cherish today.
tl;dr It's being voted on in November and there have been zero fixes. If you don't want to put yourself at risk of identity theft for just wanting to browse the internet due to having to fork over your fucking ID to access any website above an E rating, get fucking loud about it, Canadians.
From a separate OpenMedia email,
Bill S-210 is set for its FINAL vote in the House this November—with ZERO fixes in sight! If it goes through with its current dangerously broad provisions, you’ll be forced to verify your age NOT just for adult websites, but also before connecting with friends on Instagram, joining discussions on Reddit, backing up your photos on file-sharing sites, or even googling for dinner options. We need your support to urge MPs to vote down Bill S-210 or demand real fixes now! Will you chip in today to help push make SURE this dangerously broad is stopped or thoroughly amended? Support the fight against surveillance! So what’s wrong with S-210? The language in Bill S-210 is alarmingly broad, meaning even your Internet Service Provider (ISP)—not just social media or streaming platforms—may be required to verify your identity and monitor your online activities for age verification. And all of this is built on age-verification technology that frequently misidentifies users and leaks sensitive information about who we are and where we go, or both!3 MPs are reviewing this bill for the LAST time and have the power to reshape it or drop it entirely. We MUST keep telling them that today’s age verification technology is privacy-violating and not the solution we need. We need to urge them to remove the dangerous provisions and vague definitions of “adult” content that could lead to unnecessary censorship of the content Canadians cherish today. But here’s the thing: age-verification companies are lobbying HARD to get their faulty technologies REQUIRED BY LAW on your device. More than 14,000 OpenMedia community members have said NO to violating our privacy, but if we go quiet now, MPs will hear them alone, NOT the public. We can’t do this fight without YOU! Will you stand with us in this fight?

Chapter 1.
Tumblr media
( [F/N] = Fake name ) ( [F/L/N) = Fake last name ) ( [F/C] = Favourite colour ) Perhaps normally you'd be laying in your expensive, lavish bed; reaping the rewards of your well sought out job. Enjoying yourself, laptop open as you scrolled through Shitflix, or perhaps emails, lights dimmed so if you wished you could sleep. You were a well known detective. Or perhaps hacker. You had several titles, all given by some client, it didn't matter anymore. Doing people's dirty work came easy to you - and being smart as hell didn't make it any harder. It ranged from finding out if someone's girlfriend was cheating, to helping local police precincts catch some murderer. As much as you enjoyed it, the fame, the fun. You found yourself bored, craving more from your life. No longer satisfied from a successful review, or a sum of cash. You needed excitement. Something more dangerous. Not tonight, however. Tonight you held a letter high above yourself, examining it with wide eyes. You had read through it maybe about a hundred times; but it didn't stop you from reading it all over again.
"To [F/L/N] [F/N], We hope this letter finds you well. As of [REDACTED], it has come up that we need your assistance. A rather large threat has surfaced, going by the name of 'Red Leader'. Members of MI6 have attempted in vain to put a stop to the leader, but all people who attempted turned up dead merely days later. If you are willing to assist us, please make a trip to the parliament building in London, Palace of Westminster. We await for your response,"
A wide, toothy grin tugged at the ends of your mouth as you tossed the letter down onto your desk, standing up from your office chair, back cracking in protest. "So- old prime minister needs my help? For something as big as this?" You mused aloud to nobody in particular, walking to your closet briskly. The door to your closet flung open, and the moment it was you tugged on [F/C] suitcase, yelping as you were sent back a bit when it was unlogged. "Guess 'm going to London." You said firmly, shoving what you could into the suitcase, grin never wavering. This had ought to be interesting, no?

Our elected representatives are currently sitting in the Winter session of Parliament until the 22nd of December 2023. As the leaders of the world’s largest democracy, their silence on the genocide in Palestine, and refusal to call for an end to all ties with Israel is not only shocking but morally reprehensible. Let us, the people of India, demand them to take a stand in the Parliament by passing a resolution stating that: 1. India calls for an immediate and permanent ceasefire. 2. India unequivocally stands with the Palestinian people and against Israeli occupation. 3. India will end all diplomatic, military and trade ties with the State of Israel and 4. India will provide humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza including food, water, medical supplies and fuel
From this website you can email your constituency's Member of Parliament, the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of External Affairs. They won't do shit unless pressured.

Ana cut her off. “That title is for Douxie and I to discuss.”
Elissa frowned. “But-”
Ana shook her head. “ No. I have, however, spoken to Parliament, because I’m unsure as to how this would work.”
“ You’re not going to stop me?”
Ana shook her head. Her and her siblings weren’t thrilled with the decision, but knew it wasn’t theirs to make in the end. “I- no. It’s your decision and I respect that. Anyway, when you marry Lucas, you will lose the title of ‘Her Majesty.’”
Elissa blinked at her daughter in confusion. “You’re joking.”
Ana bit her lip. “I’m not. When you marry him, you’ll stop being Her Majesty, Elissa, the Queen Dowager. The Prime Minister and I, alongside other members of Parliament, agreed that you’ll be ‘Her Royal Highness, Princess Elissa Munch, the Queen Dowager.’”
“You can’t be serious.”
“I’m just telling you what Parliament told me.”
Elissa’s frown deepened. “Well, go back and tell Parliament that they’re wrong and don’t know what they’re talking about. There’s no precedent for them to base it off of.”
Ana almost touched her necklace before she realized that it wasn’t there as she said, “Crown Princess Louise.”
Elissa rolled her eyes. “She was Crown Princess. I was the Queen. There’s a distinct difference between the two.”
Ana nodded in agreement. “Yes, there is. But Parliament chose to follow the precedent established for Crown Princess Louise.”
“Then make them change their minds.”
Ana scoffed. “Have you tried to change Peter Gathen’s mind about anything?”
“He’s your ex.”
She rolled her eyes. “Yeah, and he was and is a piece of shit. There’s a reason he’s my ex.”
Elissa glared at her. “Anastasia.”
Ana sighed and rolled her eyes again. “What? I’m almost 30 years old, married with two young children, I  think I’m allowed to curse. If you want to argue your case to them, you are more than welcome to, but I’ve done literally all I’m legally allowed to do in this case.”
