Legolas somehow ends up trying to explain the history of explosives to the swan-twins. He has no idea what he's talking about.

A stick of Wizard's Clay will not explode if you drop it from thirty feet up. They aren't supposed to, but it was still nerve-wracking.

Nobody likes being under a rain of little rock fragments but there isn't really anything to be done about that.

They might want to leave the oxen farther away next time.

Following Alphlîn and Alphsîr's continuing success in practice, Glorfindel is ready to sketch out a very rough battle strategy (which hopefully won't be needed since they still aren't 100% certain there's a Warden).

Alphlîn and Alphsîr will be attacking from the air, with power. (If they get grounded, they should change shape and run out of the way rather than try to take off where they are.)

Glorfindel, with Asfaloth, will be fighting with sword and power.

Maglor and Celeborn will also be ahorse. Maglor will be Singing and using the battle-harp. Celeborn has a bow of Lórien and a sword from Eregion.

Turgon and Celegorm will be on foot. (It would be possible to convince horses to bear them, probably, but the horses would be nervous and distracted and they aren't used to it anymore.) (Celegorm kind of wishes he had a warg for this.) Their weapons are dwarf-forged steel, and their own wills.

Whiterot has a crossbow and doesn't plan to get close. Sharlinnu isn't sure how well she'll be able to fight with the noise-generating Warden right there. She wants to, but she also doesn't want to get in the way — more discussion needed there.

That leaves the children Third-Age-born contingent, and here there is some disagreement.

Zuste, Zena, and Dyn readily agree that they are not up for demigod-fighting, either in capability or interest.

Khitwê and Risyind make it clear they are ready and willing to fight! Khitwê in particular would be happy to avenge his family's suffering on the Warden. (Risyind doesn't think it would make her feel any better than the Warden going down without her direct involvement.) But this isn't the kind of fight they're trained for, and even in areas they are trained for they are perfectly adequate, not outstanding. If Glorfindel says it's better for them to hang back they won't argue.

Legolas and Gimli — you don't want to make Legolas and Gimli think you're slighting their abilities, but they're not going to insist on pushing into a fight above their pay grade. They won't argue that this (hypothetical) fight isn't above their pay grade.

…So really the only disagreement is about Elladan and Elrohir.

This fight is above their pay grade, yes, but it's above all of their pay grades. It might have been within Glorfindel's right after he was sent back to Middle-earth, or Maglor's at the height of his power and skill before being ground down by time and grief for over six thousand years, and Turgon or Celegorm's before being ground down by being orcs for over six thousand years. It's not now.

Celeborn has over two Ages of experience more than his grandsons, and they have over two Ages of exhaustion less than him.

The best Glorfindel can extract from them is an agreement to hang back and stick to bows as much as possible.

Maglor finally gets up the nerve to approach Celegorm the day before they are expecting to arrive at the site of the Crucible.

"I know what I need to tell you," Celegorm says, before Maglor can ask. "It's just… Just don't interrupt, all right?"

What being an orc is, according to Celegorm:

"I've said before it wasn't as different as it should have been," Celegorm concludes at last. "And that's true. But what I don't like to say is sometimes it wasn't different at all. Maglor has to take some time to think about this.

On a lighter note, Maglor has an idea about trying to get a better idea of Sharlinnu's noise — what if the orcs do some singing?

The orcs, meanwhile, are trying to pick a song.

neighbour sent me a live in camp counsellor job… i was debating if i wanted to do camp work this summer at my local park but like. this could be so fun. because i would have a specialty and id either go for nature or art which i think would be way better than what my job would be at the park which is just standard day camp like i dont think i would be that good at watching kids all day every day but maybe if i was doing a specialty program it would be easier yknow

Yeah. Plus, everyone PLAYED their characters. From their conception, to the stories, to the jokes— you get cuts to cast members wondering what their characters would say and everything. (“whats a song about tables?” “this is a grandma doing it wrong, so…” etc. even with ally, they were making fun of their friend, which is meant for people who know the person in question.) They were having fun, trying to guess what sense of humor matched their friends’, and then there’s just… this random guy who’s just saying whatever. The character of “steven” could be completely divorced from “top snake” and almost nothing about how steven was played would change. It felt really weak and disappointing, and pulled attention away from the chemistry the cast has together. We don’t get any “what would steven say?” or anything. And the choice to include a guy with no personal connection to the cast during a game where the players are relying on how well they know their friends to guess who is who… felt really weird. AND have that guy make all the important game altering choices…?

I feel like it’d be much better if it turned out Sam was the ratfish, and someone else was faking being Sam. (The guest, maybe? Idk.) Then he could use “I’ve been here the WHOLE TIME!” as a reveal. The big twist would be that the host is a player instead.

And have the winner be determined some other way, like whoever got the most laughs, or let the cast collectively rank their favorites.

I really enjoyed the Ratfish. However, I don't think the person who played the ratfish was a good fit for the role and I disagree completely with his favourite characters (I love granma) and the ending feels very unsatisfying, especially since Rekha guessed every person correctly before the game ended and got nothing for it in the end. The ratfish just came off as kind of boring and the choice to not reveal him was very confusing to me. I think that Katie is great and she was amazing in the episode (everyone was), but in my heart, Rekha and Zac absolutely should have won.

Kaveh is the kind of person to have matching keychains with you! He has already got a keychain for his keys, a proud lion guarding the keys... that he manages to lose often anyway, so why not get another one? This time matching yours, and instead of attaching it to his keys (because gods forbid he loses them and the keychain!), he attaches it to his bag. And let me tell you, it does not end on a single keychain!

Most of the time, you don't even know that you are matching anything with Wanderer, seriously. If you ask him to get something matching together then, yes, he will agree, although begrudgingly, but also so often he will buy you something (while telling you to not make a big deal out of it, you're his partner, yes, yes, move on), and a few days later you will notice him having a matching pair of that thing. You never call him out for that, just smile to yourself.

As the gentleman he is, Zhongli is the man to give you matching rings or necklaces, all selected by him with utmost care. Every piece he gets for you two is one of the best quality, and he makes sure it fits your preferences, so don't worry if you wear only one kind of metal! He always pays attention to any stones in your jewelry, to ensure they are the best quality available. And sometimes, you find it so hard to bite down the urge to show off your new ring or necklace to all your friends, saying that yes, it's your partner who got it for you.

Childe is the person to see something that reminds him of you two, and get it, no hesitation. A pair of funny socks (with an animal that reminds him of you), keychains (that teddy bear was similar to you)... a scarf in the same pattern as his, because you need to be dressed well during winter, he doesn't want you to get sick– did he just point at those two chestnuts and said that it reminded him of you two? You don't see it, but whatever makes him happy!

Kazuha makes handmade yarn bracelets for you two, and he's quite skilled at it! He always picks your favorite colors, sometimes with matching pedants and pretty patterns, and you never know that he's making one, usually during late night hours, with the lamp's light as his companion, when sleep doesn't want to arrive. You got a few of them already but will happily accept every next one he makes, proudly wearing them on your wrists. It's always a lovely sight, to look at your joined hands adored by the bracelets he makes. Maybe you should learn how to make them too…?

With Lyney, you will more than often find yourself matching outfits... or at least pieces of it, if you can't wear a fully coordinated outfit. A matching shirt? Sure, that sounds great! You two can get some funny print together on it– or not funny, just a normal print. You two can also dress in a similar style if you don't have anything to match, or even match socks out of all things. Additionally, if you enjoy painting your nails... Lyney would happily paint his nails with a polish matching your eyes, and would gladly help you find one matching his, so that you two can match your nails!

Venti, on the other hand, likes to match... yes, hair clips with you. He got a bunch of them at home, all different. Ones with small flowers or stars, animals even, in so many colors and shapes– the point is, he's got them a lot, and he will happily lend you them so you two can have matching hairclips in your hair. He will also happily buy a pair if he sees one and likes it, and give you one of them. Soon, you will have an entire box of hair clips...

"First, tell me what you desire. We can take it from there." Azul smiled slyly, interlocking his hands as he leaned on his elbows.

You were currently located in his private office, about to sign a contract with him. You had to think long and hard about coming to him, but you figured that if anyone can fulfill your wish, it would be Azul. You feel kind of guilty asking him for this in the first place.

You see, you've been in love with Azul for a good amount of time now, but are too afraid to make a move. You beat yourself up for being such a coward every day, and even moreso right now because you're about to ask him if he can make "someone you've had your eye on" fall in love with you. You're not sure what exactly he does to make it happen, but you hope it's doable without much instructions on your end. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Though you still feel like a bit of a villain for doing this at all.

Your guilt and nerves are probably showing in your body language, too. Which you suppose only makes Azul more interested in learning what you desire. You can practically feel the grins on the Leech twin's faces, too. It's like they genuinely like seeing you nervous and scared.

Why are they even here, anyways?

"I want... someone to fall in love with me. Someone who I've had my eye on for a while now." you fidget with your fingers, unable to look Azul in the eye when you say this.

"That's..." he tried his best to hold back from laughing but a snort escaped from his lips anyways. "Forgive the reaction, your wish was just... unexpected."

You suppose he thought your wish would be more sinister because of your body language. Or way more embarrasing. But still...

"Ehhhh, I didn't know Shrimpy was in love..." Floyd's eyes were slightly widened but his creepy grin was still as wide as ever. "It is quite surprising, indeed." Jade added on. By the suspicously calm way they're acting, you have no idea if the twins already know about your little crush and are just acting along or if they're actually surprised.

"Yeah, uhhh, I guess that's it?..." you had no idea what else to tell him. You just hope that this can be over as soon as possible since things are getting really awkward.

"I can certainly do something for you. Tell me, what is their name? They attend this school, I assume." Azul seemed delighted. Probably because that means he'll get free labour from you as a collateral. You don't have any magic to offer him, after all.

"T... their name? Is that required?" You froze up. There's no way you can say that. That would be the worst way for your feelings to get outed, ever. You suppose it makes sense, though. He can't do anything if he doesn't know who you're in love with.

"But of course it is. Don't worry, judgement has no place in business affairs." He smiled reassuringly at you. You felt your face heat up. No, no, nope. You can't do this. Not like this.

"You know what.... Never mind. I can't do it." You abruptly stood up from the cushy office chair, apologising curtly before practically bolting out of his office.

"Oh my god, that was so bad... oh my god..." you mumbled to yourself when you were out of Octavinelle. You just royally embarrased yourself in front of your crush.

"That wasn't our fault. Shrimpy was acting super weird the whole time anyways." Floyd defended himself and his brother.

"I suppose you're right..." Azul took a deep breath, seemingly... relieved? Not about the fact you ran away, but still relieved for some reason.

Jade made a realisation. "Oh. I see. I see."

He smiled knowingly at Azul, who raised a brow. "What is it? Is there something on my face?"

"No, it's nothing. Don't worry."

Azul gets the feeling that Jade knows something, but doesn't want to tell him.

Volks: Not the BEST with parents but it def goes a lot smoother once his mom is there (if we're introducing parents, he wants her to be involved), seeing how much of a good dude he is with his mom and how much he clearly loves you wins parents over

Kelby: another safe choice when it comes to parents. He's always going to be one of the more nervous ones but he eventually nails it

Eli: parents either love him or hate him there is no in between. This also goes for all of his friends-- their parents either LOVE having Eli around or Eli is like that loud neighbor kid that won't leave but is too nice to just--- kick out ya know??

Steve Raglan, or as you later came to learn William Afton, was always a busy man. Not only with the double life stuff, but also with his side projects.

You didnt understand ANY of It.

Remnant? Kid's drawings? You tried to understand him, you really did, but it just seemed so messy and convoluted you stopped asking many questions, you only knew about a small part of the story, the parts he'd be willing to tell you.

But one thing was certain, you never found out about his murders.

He didnt bring home any problems and always tried his best to fit you in his day to day life, with a call or with dinner toguether, so honestly, what did you have to complain?

This night he had come home later than usual, surely It was just another work stunt right? Maybe he got ahead of himself in his project? Or maybe It was just traffic. Your face imediatly filled with worry, and yet, he seemed calm.

"Im fine love, I just-"

He groaned and inhaled deeply. Slowly stretching his back despite the ache he felt back there. He then finally sighed and rubbed your shoulder.

"-need a shower"

You shook your hand, oh no, he didnt JUST need a shower. He could be stubborn but you werent about to let him just stay Injured.

You grabbed his arm and locked the front door again.

"Cmon, let me take care of you"

His eyebrowns raised in amusement, but he definitelly wasnt gonna deny your kind offer.

You pulled him towards your shared bathroom, and set him down on the closet toilet seat.

You slowly helped him get undressed, throwing his soaked shirt to the ground. That shirt was better off being burned than being cleaned due to the sheer state of It.

And yet there was STILL more blood on his chest.

"Its not mine, dont worry"

He smirked at you. That revelation didnt help you calm down in the slightest.

"Very funny William"

You then helped him finish undressing them made him lay inside the bathtub, while you remained seated next to It on a stool.

The water felt warm and nice, the perfect temperature for him. He also likes the fact you didnt ask many questions abt how he even got to that state.

While you used the sponge to gently clean his back and neck, gently tracing over the scars he had there, he couldnt help but stare at you live a love filled gaze. I dont deserve you he thought.

You tenderness didnt stop when you started treating the big bruise under his eye.

"How did you even get that?"

"The guy was thoughter than I thought. Put up a good fight, but nothing I couldnt handle"

"You were attacked?!"

"Ehhhh not quite. You see...umm..."

Should he just say it? Just rip the bandage and finally admmit it to you? You never brothered to fully ask, but even so, how would you react? He couldnt risk loosing you, not now.

He simply shrugged and sighed

"..ah forget It. I'll tell you later, I'm a bit tired you see...heh"

You raise an eyebrown, the way his eyes were away and the small akward chuckle he left at the end raised your suspicious a bit more.

But who cares.

You finished tending to his wounds and soon enough you two were laying back in bed. Despite It all, he looked very beautiful to you, your thumb gently rubbing his cheek as you stared into each other's eyes.

"Don't scare me like that again ok?"

I asked worried. Him, on the other hand, simply nuzzled your hand and kisses your palm.

"Ok. I promisse"

Sans : The sound of you two falling off the couch is what woke him up, followed by laughing and rolling around. He's just squinting at you both, still trying to blink himself awake.

Papyrus : He leaves you alone for TWO SECONDS and you're already causing chaos. You troublesome creature, he uses blue magic to lift you both back onto the couch and sit down. Dinner will be done soon, now quit being fussy and watch MTT until he's done.

Cobalt : He doesn't acknowledge it. If he ignores it, it'll eventually stop... but that only lasts so long until someone throws a pillow at him. Honey comes home to feathers all over the living room and you three have an all out war. He'll be at Asgore's place when y'all get to your senses.

Honey : Just don't try to mess with him and you're good. Why? Because this snoring lad had to grow up with ruthless Snowdin kids that liked to have snowball fights and wrestling matches behind Muffet's(then being Mrs & Mr Poppet's). Though, he wouldn't try anything too extreme, just blanket burritos until you stop screaming.

Red : He just wanted to grab some mustard, what the fuck is going on. He almost pulled you both apart until he heard giggling in-between half-asses insults, then he just took up the rest of the room on the couch and watched you both.

Edge : This is fine. He watches both of you, amused by your pathetic little puppy fight. If things look like they're calming down, he says something that gets y'all stirred up again.

Oak : What... he just stares, confused. What are you two doing?? He lifts you up from your sibling, leaving you dangling and looking at both of you confused. When, and if, you explain what's going on, he just puts you back down to continue wrestling. Go ahead, he ain't gonna stop you.

Willow : He pulled you both apart, holding you guys in the air and scolding you like someone would their kitten. Sorry guys, but Willow is old and tired, he doesn't want to listen to you both argue. If you want to wrestle, there's a whole front yard/farm you can both play in.

Nox : He from time-to-time will nudge one of you with his foot if he feels you're getting to close to where he's sitting, but overall doesn't interfere. He thinks you both are funny. You could be a little bit more quiet though.

Rus : Ehhhh, yeah no. He plops onto both of you, trapping you under him. Rus looks light but he's a tall skeleton wearing a heavy coat, so he weighs you both down well enough.
