"Too sexy for the Victorian era" is such a popular reading of her, and I think it does a huge disservice to a character who's meant to make you feel like the nicest person you know just died. Not only just died, but just got their corpse body-snatched by some monster that's now prowling around as a hideous parody of this person you loved so much.

blorbo - I mean. It's gotta be Evie. She's my everything. My right hand arm. My silly rabbit. But also just like… She's a person who's been extremely performative for her whole adult life and let all her traumas and cognative dissonance impact like an untreated wisdom tooth until she could barely tell her own genuine desires from ironic self-destruction, and her entire arc is about sorting that out and becoming a version of herself that she genuinely likes, which is why she's main character coded.

scrunkly - Candi…. She's such a gremlin who's also a fancy lady who's also a gross dude. He is creating another new gender every time you complain about her gender. Also, I really fucking love my design for him. The unfixed broken nose, broad shoulders, cheap wigs or lazily spikey 2000s hair, heavy makeup… I just love drawing them.

scrimblo bimblo - Are any of my own ocs underappecitated? An interesting question. I could be doing more with Carol and Lily, because in the story as it exists in my head, there's a lot to them besides being "the other girlfriends" but also. There's so many self-indulent cul-de-sacs in this project of roleplaying and drawing for the sheer pleasure of creation and that particular one's quite far away from the "haha theme park sitcom with undertones of overcoming trauma."

glup shitto - purely based on the fact that I never draw or talk about them, but they are dear to me: Dakota, who's a dry petty bitch but also just a little guy and it's their birthday, but also cryptid vibes.

poor little meow meow - For me, it's Mal, but also I love a sad emotionally complex dad character who doesn't easily boil down to "unendingly virtuous" or "selfish asshole who's allergic to admitting fault," and they are wildly polarizing even without there also being an older man/younger woman age gap relationship in the mix as well, but their my ocs and I get to pick the tropes.

horse plinko - ….it might be Mike. He literally has. So many diseases (AND disorders). I really do be tormenting that man. But you can't have a sad little ball of regrets without doing that first lol, and the arc there is more like… slowly and painfully, with no real expectation of reward, trudging through the work of betting yourself after having been a huge fucking asshole due to a lot of internal pain that also needs to be treated, and then finally landing in a good situation and not being able to fully believe it and feeling like you'll fuck it up.

scrunkly OK ON ONE HAND TAKUA WAS MY FIRST FAVE WHEN I WAs LIKE SEVEN YEARS OLD AND WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN MY HEART BUT ALSO. I recently watched Web of Shadows and realized how much I love Norik. He's just a sweet old gentleman who cares a lot and I absolutely loved the role he played in the narrative. Yeah I have a few issues with Web of Shadows/2005 as whole as well as how Norik was used after 2005 not really feeling like the Norik in 2005 but I digress. Noriks a really good and sweet grandpa and I love him. Also Lewa my beloved.

He is genuinely really compelling and interesting character and while his character writing is relatively simplistic I still think there's a lot to analyze and appreciate about his mental state and mindset. Miserix being once a wise leader reduced to an angry shell of his former self is just...so interesting to me. He’s just such an interesting angry dragon and I wish more people appreciated him I wuw him so much ;A;

glup shitto Kojol. Guy is a plot device literally only exists to have an explanation to the Makuta viruses but despite that I unironically find the guy fascinating. I like imaging him being this fucking wildcard who doesn’t really care about Brotherhoods goals and instead does his own thing. He is loyal to himself and his research only and if things benefit him he will play by the rules, otherwise he will not coperate. Just I have this image of Kojol being this literal cryptid of a bird-man who causes problems on purpose and I love him.

eeby deeby The Shadowed One. I love him, think he's incredibly charismatic and prefer him MILES over Teridax (who I have much more mixed opinion on) but. he’s literally just. The most “real” villain in the sense that he’s a supernatural fantasy take on a fucking toxic manipulative boss. Which I love. The fact he hurt my two big faves has me going even more so "FUCK YOU YOU ASSHOLE". Again, Love TSO, I just want him dead

blorbo This is weird since.. if we go to "characters I think about the most" and have the most emotional latchmment to that'd def be Agarthans (AND ESPECIALLY THALES) but like... I don't want to repeat myself so. I think my fave in 3h is probably Marianne? Jeritza? Seteth? Shamir? Yuri? Hanneman? Lorentz Hellman Gloucster himself+?? I'm not sure...if I had to chose just ONE character definitely Marianne. Her character resonates strongly with me and she made me cry at least two times.

scrunkly Mercedes. She's a nice and friendly and caring older sister character and gives me so much charm.

scrimblo bimblo Gilbert. Stop hating Gilbert. He's genuinely an interesting and tragic man driven and shaped by his guilt and his mentality is just...so damn fascinating. His characterization makes so much sense, yet people just see him as "Annettes shitty dad." Same goes to Rodrigue too but he’s more popular because he’s a hot sad man with gay subtext to his former king so ofc ppl like him more than Gilbert who isn’t really that hot in a traditional sense.

glup shitto Patricia von Arundel is literally a backstory only character yet I think about her much more than most of the playable cast. I just think she's very neat and interesting.

poor little meow meow The Agarthans as whole but Thales in particular. Most people dislike them for being one-note evil plotdevices but...I just find them interesting with the way they are revenge driven former shells of themselves. Not to mention the whole high tech missle lore. Gotta love when a medieval fantasy anime goes “yeeah the main villains have nukes”. Also, Thales is hot don’t @ me.

She's interesting narratively but I feel she's the one character where you can see that Intsys values selling waifus as opposed to making interesting characters.

She's still pretty aggressive, but she's probably the most sympathetic of those four.

That design was *chef kiss* and great personification of both logic and cold calculative nature = w = Close second is Knockout because who doesn't like a good pirma donna that decides the autobots are better for his finish?

He is stinky bastard man but when he is on screen I just go "BABY STINKY BASTARD!" because he is WIle E Coyote with his schemes. But it is adorable! ....Armada Starscream is most adorable though. It is like the alternate hell-verse where the original transformers would look upon it and scream. Not even Unicron would want to devour the Earth Universe where these squiggly pointy monstrosities wiggle around in their poorly CGI trash compactors designs.
