Dear Eddsworld fandom. Just because a headcanon is very popular, DOESN'T mean it's canon.

"You can't ship Paul x Tord or Tord x Patryck cuz they are father and son!" NO. DO A FUCKING RESEARCH.

This can be debunked in the PowerEdd episode, where Tord and Paul appear together as CHILDREN, implying that they are ALMOST THE SAME AGE.

Are you sure they are "father and son" even though they appear as CHILDREN in the SAME FUCKING CLASSROOM? No they are not.

SAME THING GOES FOR THE "2004 Eddsworld are teenagers!!" THING.

DO. A. FUCKING. RESEARCH.

In the Christmas Special 2004 and in Zombeh Attack 2005, there's no mentions of their parents or even their school.

This just prove that the characters have vague age. THEY DON'T HAVE A CANON AGE. AND THIS GOES FOR ALL. THE. ERAS.

Do you think it makes sense for them to be an unknown age in one era, but their age in another?? I do not think.

Just because someone made ship art of 2004 Eddsworld, DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE DRAWING P3DO. Just because someone drew Paul x Tord, DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE DRAWING 1NCEST.

Another reason that makes people think that the teenager hc is ""canon"" it's because of Tord's tombstone in Zombeh Attack 2, where it appears that he was supposedly born in 1989.

BUT that DOESN'T MAKE IT CANON cuz: Tord had not yet left Eddsworld at that time. Tord left in 2008 while Zombeh Attack 2 was posted in 2007, one year earlier.

The characters weren't separated from the real people at that time because Tord hadn't left EW yet due to the hate he was getting (it was Tord who said that fans should separate the real people from the characters, and then the crew themselves said this later).

And nowadays this is no longer canon, because the characters are separated from the real people and nowadays they don't have a canon birth year or even a canon age (confirmed by Oblivian in this same post).

THOSE ARE JUST >>H E A D C A N O N S<<. If you really want to shove this shit down people's throats like it's "canon", how about you PROVE it's canon? How about you send screenshots of the EW crew confirming this? How about you send prints that confirm that Paul and Patryck are Tord's parents or that they are minors in 2004? You won't get it as it IS NOT CANON IN ANY WAY.

Before you attack someone because they allegedly drew something illegal, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Ask Kasafraz, ask Oblivian, but don't believe other people's words. I did ask Kasafraz about the 2004 Eddsworld and she said that "they don't think there anything that proves that they're minors", and Kas also said that the best for me to do was confirming that I don't headcanon then as teenagers.

And that's what I'm going to do. I DON'T HEADCANON 2004 EW AS TEENAGERS AND THAT SHOULD BE RESPECTED.

It's totally fine if u headcanon 2004 Ew as teenagers or Paul and Pat to be Tord's parents, but please, DON'T FORCE THAT HEADCANON INTO PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE THAT HC FOR THEMSELVES. This will just make you look like an ASSHOLE.

Don't be a coward. Do some research. It may take a while, but it will bring you a lot of knowledge.

"I'm pretty sure Vivziepop's former associates are working on Lackadaisy".

There is Michael Kovach, the former VA of Angel Dust (who did a phenomenal job promoting Hazbin Hotel, recorded a song for it and even moved to different town for the sake of being closer to Hazbin production), currently working on the show. I cant even think how he feels after Vivziepop replaced him with some celebrity actor for no reason (There was evidence that Viv could keep him, but decided not to) and now she's trying to get her name on the credits of his current project.

P.S. Let's be honest, Vivzie would never donate such giant pile of money if she couldnt get any profit from it. Lackadaisy is a well-established brand. It was around before Viv even graduated from the art school (the first pages of a comic were released in 2008 if I remember correctly). It has a big, faithful audience that will get an interest in Viv's content since she helped their favourite show.

P.P.S. I'm probably overreacting, and shouldnt count other's people money. In the end of the day Lackadaisy will get it's budget which I'm happy about. But the entire situation with Viv doesnt look good for. Especially since there were multiple accusations of SH underpaying their animators and Viv confirming that they didnt have enough money to afford Erica Lindbeck's voice acting in half of the Helluva Boss season 2.

Oh wow, I did not know Michael was working for Lackadaisy. Though I'm not surprised since his voice was the reason why Angel Dust was somewhat sufferable and I'm pretty sure that Viv replaced Michael and the rest of them with other more popular voice actors just so Hazbin would become more famous as a result.

And I don't believe you're overreacting, I have a hunch that Vivziepop donated to Lackadaisy just so more people would stroke her ego a bit more.

People call her the "Queen of Indie Animation" even though there has been popular indie animation projects that existed even before Hazbin and Helluva such as Eddsworld and Metal Family.

Viv couldn't afford to record Loona's lines because for some freaking reason she was working on the recordings Season 2 around 2020 to at most 2021 and due to lack of budget. Though this leads me to wonder how they couldn't get Norman to voice Striker since the pandemic was still going on, maybe they couldn't afford him anymore.

Yep it’s Tord Larsson, the one who worked alongside Edd Gould, Tom Ridgewell and Matt Hargreaves in the show Eddsworld (he was the one in the red hoodie) and it’s his 35th birthday today (September 6th) but he left the show in 2008 due to constant online harassment from fans who’d use his real name repeatedly and spammingly. Happy 35th Birthday Tord, we miss you but hope you’re doing well for yourself. :) I’m really sorry for what happened 15-16 years ago.

I started eating less in my ( what would be for you ) middle school years to cope with a boy in my class and my teacher both calling me fat. I started not eating around people and not eating as much food. I don't remember when but I became overly disinterested in food. I was body positive and didn't care much about weight but I was very skinny because I didn't eat much, one small meal a day usually ( if that ). A few months ago I was really sick due to a traumatic incident I was experiencing, it made my anxiety awful, I was throwing up alot and couldn't do much. In that time I also couldn't hold down any food, it started off as an accident, I threw up my food because I was brushing my teeth and was sick, then it wasn't an accident, I was putting my fingers down my throat so often. I stopped after awhile, I " got better ". Recently I started binging alot and it's stressed me, I hate it. So I'm back to familiar territory.

there is something sooo special to me about voice acting in the 2006ish-2008 eddsworld era. like obviously it's really bad but it's so incredibly charming. the audio quality is crunchy, everyone talks kind of awkwardly and flatly, and really they're moreso just mumbling into their mics rather than talking. it's great. Paul's "it's just the sound of... NOBODY CARING" is like a beautiful melody to me

The entire history of Eddsworld based on my knowledge of nothing: alright, so pretty much in 1992, Wayne’s World was made and you’re probably thinking, what does that have to do with eddsworld? But I have answers for you, my friend. This guy Edd who was only like 4 years old at the time made a comic called Edd’s World, with correct grammar because sure. Then timeskip like 7 years later and kaboom Eddsworld begins. But it’s like Edd’s World cus sure. And then Edd meets this guy named Matt and friendship ensues. Then the first Eddsworld animations are made but they’re just GIFs about characters dying and stuff like that. Then in like 2001 Edd joins Neopets and makes a guild or something called Edd’s Kill-a-thon but that gets changed to just Edd’s World later on. And then Edd’s World comics start getting made. But digitally this time. Cool. Then in 2002 Edd gets flash which will be important later on. He makes a lot of stuff on flash and it’s pretty cool so yeah. Then he makes his first ever game, Interactive Stickfaces. Nice. But then the Edd’s World comic ends and there’s a cartoon called four-limbed freak but that only lasted like 4 episodes. Then he makes more stuff. And in June 2003 he joins Newgrounds, which is cool as well. Then more stuff is made by Edd. Like a lot of stuff. BUT THEN SOMETHING INTERESTING HAPPENS!! So basically Edd meets Thomas, or just Tom. Nice. Now there’s like 3 people. But then in November 2004 Tom and Tord like officially join. Tord came in like somewhere not 100% sure. 2006 bad shit happens. Like Edd gets cancer and Tord gets suicide threats but Tom and Edd joined Youtube so cool. Luckily in 2007, cancer ends. 2008 Tord gets sick of this shit and leaves. 2010 WTFuture releases which is apparently Edd’s favorite Eddisode. Nice. But then 2011 comes along and Edd gets cancer again. Shit. 2012. Tragedy. Edd makes his last ever animation: 5ever. Edd dies from leukemia in March. Then Tomska gets diagnosed with depression. Edd’s funeral happened. Tomska hires another guy to voice Edd and another another guy to animate. This is the start of Legacy. Well now that that terrible year of 2012 was over we got 2013. More animators, that’s pretty much it. 2014. Fun Dead comes out, and that’s like the most popular one. Then in 2015 Mirror Mirror comes out but that’s not really that important. AND THEN IN 2016 The End comes out and everyone’s hopes got way too high and they thought Tord might come back. Spoiler: he doesn’t he just leaves again. Then a ton of people leave, including Tomska, the voice of Edd, and the animator. So pretty much now we have: Matt and Edd’s family. That’s all. 2020 and George Gould (Edd’s brother) voices Edd now. 2022 and another Eddisode comes out in over a year. 2023 and Eddsworld gets their own Youtooz but woops nevermind it sold out. And that’s pretty much it because I don’t see us in 2024 yet, you?

I’ve seen a lot harassment about him before I was a fan of eddsworld since 2018 and it made me feel bad. Those fans are fucking toxic to him, they just what attention from him instead of Edd himself, when tord left the show back in 2008 people were asking like “where’s tord, where is he, why did he leave the show?” And people were asking this for years ever since I was a fan of the show. And it’s been 14 or 15 years get over it he’s gone, he’s not coming back okay, again just get over it and leave him alone.
