But, with how much new info there is on Earthbread, and how we are likely to get more in the future, I think it's best if I make an archive with links instead. Since we’re talking about the Witch’s Castle artbook I’d like to bring up this one thing I saw

Apparently Earthbread was a normal island in the world, one that basically no one went to, and then it was transformed to how we know it today, being all food-ified

This is Witch’s Castle and not Kingdom, but it feels like this is the only explanation for Earthbread we’re gonna get. Also it was made by Studio Kingdom, aka the people who make CRK, so I feel like this has grounds for being canon in that game. Also it just makes sense

You are a Human who found the Earthbread! Meeting cookies all around! how do the cookies react to seeing a human in their kingdom?

In all the Cookie run fanfics I read the reader is a cookie, it makes sense but i am always curious how it will be if was well a normal human, things will get very interesting!

GingerBrave

-Oh poor little guy! already will be panicking seeing you near the kingdom! already have a bad experience with the witches

-but dont get it wrong! brave is in the name and will definitely try to stop you before even getting near the kingdom or trying to hurt someone, at least try to get the other cookies sometime to hide and run away!

-Seeing you dont fight back and you are visibly confused (and even scared) makes GingerBrave confused as well, and will start to ask a lot of questions

-of course, he will be more confused seeing you do not know anything about the witches (due he referring to you as "the witcher" and thinking you were going to eat the cookies) and even surprised seeing you asking how the cookies are alive and even talking!

-surely a conversation will be made, trying to understand each other point of view, GingerBrave seeing you dont have bad intentions gets him very curious, maybe is the first chance can be friends with a human? (still, he will keep his guard up!)

Wizard Cookie

-This is the scariest moment of his life, and he already has lived a lot of does moments, a human as arrives in the kingdom, or dear god, what we do!?

-He will try his best to act brave, he will try to make a spell or something to make you go away or a spell to make everyone run away faster and safe!

-if one of his magic gets you (surely a thunder hurting you badly) and sees you hurt, he will gran confident and start asking you questions, or more like accusations

-Seeing you confused or you dont know about witchers or cookies dont make Wizard Cookie 'fall', he thinks you just pretending to keep all cookies guard down for your strike!

-He will continue attacking with his magic, he is confused seeing you not attack back and mostly starts to cry due to how hurt you are, but he will not stop! surely you just playing along!, only Gingerbrave stop him from taking this more calm

-After that conversation he not believe you, he will still think you just pretending to be weak and dont have knowledge about magic or cookies, even if the other cookies give you a chance to be with them, he will have his eyes on you, ready of any suspicious actions you do

Strawberry Cookie

-I hope you have your ears ready, becuse you will hear the highest peach scream you ever hear in your life, and that is from Strawberry Cookie

-She is so scared she will run away and hide, already crying, pleading this is just a horrible nightmare! this is not our doom, right?

-She only will come out when she see GingerBrave as taked the situation

-She is surprised you dont know anything about witches, magic, or alive cookies! and how confused and scared you are, of course, she agrees with Wizard Cookie, and she will also keep his guard up, normally seeing is the cookie how must distant keeps from you

-Nonetheless, she is interested about you, like, is the first-ever human she could be close with, and even talk with! and she can see your feelings and emotions, surely you will grow a fast conection

Custard Cookie III

-He will be scared, confused, everything! everything is happening so fast he can't process everything asap, soon realizes, OH CHEESE, IS THAT A HUMAN!?

-As see GingerBrave and Wizard Cookie are ahead fighting the Human he will try his best to participate too, fixing his 'neck' and announcing to you "Begon to my kingdom, witch! you are not welcome here! better leave soon before you suffer the consequences!"

-Even he is scared inside and tries to act brave/stronger, He is worried and confused seeing you hurt and not even fighting back, like, why are you fighting, why are you crying!?, he agreed with GingerBrave to stop this, and solve this talking

-After that conversation, he does a small laugh, well this is the first time there is a good human, and maybe the first good human in his kingdom, "Well there [Y/N]! I'm glad to announce that I! Custard Cookie III, you are welcome in my kingdom! but first, you need to do small tasks due to all the chaos you cause, no pressure!"

-Of course, you gonna do Custard Cookie III duty he gives to you, is a good chance to show the rest of the cookies of the kingdom you mean no harm, and you are very thankful he allowed you to be in his kingdom (but Wizard Cookie dont like this)

Chili Pepper Cookie

-Same as Custard Cookie III, she will be hella confused about why everyone is screaming and running away, what is going on!? after can hear all the fighting going on and see the human, she gets hella scared!

-"Frick this shet im out", she will not participate to help, she thinks GingerBrave and Wizard Cookie are lost of their mind, she already knew they are kinda crazy for face thing is more they can bite, but this cross the entire line

-She surely takes this chance to steal A LOT of stuff while the cookies are running away, literally, this is the golden opportunity she was waiting for!

-Sadly the party is over for her when Gingerbrave takes this situation to solve this talking and everyone arrives at an agreement, soon after is discovered Chili Peper Cookie stole everything >:(

-Hell no, she will not face you even if the others force her she will not be not even slightly near you, so you only know her from the cookies talk about her, even if she dont trust you, she mostly there observing you, after all, she curious about you, this take Wizard Cookie a chance to make a deal with Chili Peper Cookie, even she 'dont tell me what to do' she actually do what Wizard Cookie said, possibly any sneaky suspicious about you can get her to get some sorta reward!

A lot of humans are confused as to the time period Earthbread is in (time is weird, so while we witches and humans can be in modern times, cookies might not be)

Here's what I think: Earthbread is in modern times, but since the kingdoms and other civilizations were so segregated from each other geographically, it was harder to make contact with other kingdoms, so they developed in their own ways without any outside influence, leading to different areas of development. It's like how humans have secluded tribes away from other civilizations, and their lives and technology end up being drastically different from ours.

The Hollyberry Kingdom is across a large mountain that's surrounded by a rainforest, so the only way to get there is through boat over a peninsula.

The Dark Cacao Kingdom is in cold and snowy mountains, and the climate is known for being too harsh for cookies who aren't used to it. There's also the Licorice Sea, which I'd the most dangerous part of the kingdom. There's also a lot of dangerous beasts in the forest, which can crumble a cookie instantly. And, as a bonus, despite having good relations with the surrounding tribes, Dark Cacao warriors are known for being ruthless and wary of travelers. If they deem you a threat, they'd chase you out, or even crumble you if they have to. So, definetly not a spot many cookies would go in for a quick visit (they're becoming more open though these days. The kingdom is always in need of doctors and herbs, so if you feel like you can go out and help, then you should! I'm sure they'd welcome it).

The Pure Vanilla Kingdom is, excuse my language, in the fucking sky. But, before that, it might've been one of the most diverse kingdoms in Earthbread. Too bad irs in the sky now and not many cookies know how to get there :(

The Golden Cheese Kingdom has crumbled, and all of the cookies there are dead; only bring "alive" through queen Golden Cheese Cookie's souljam magic. But even before it crumbled, it was in a DESERT. The WORST environment. While providing natural protection for them and their treasures, its very difficult for other cookies to get there. So, they just not. (Rip messenger pigeons. You're our only hope). Though, now it's still a bit difficult to visit. I hope Golden Chees Cookie finds a way to restore her kingdom soon...

The Créme Republic is becoming more open, but the geography still makes it a bit difficult. But, in the map I have on Earthbread (which may be a little outdated...), it shows that the Créme Republic is protected by a mountain and a rainforest, so the only way to get there would be through airship or a boat.

Most cookie civilizations font have airships, and the seas by the Republic can be pretty rough, so there's not many outside visitors. But, the Republic is trying to attract tourists and allies for the fight against Dark Enchantress Cookie! So, if you can, it would be safe to visit.

The only way to get to the City of Wizards is through dream. It was also made for wizards, not cookies, so imma just skip that whole place.

Then there are the non-major kingdoms. Places like the Snowfall Village are on snowy mountains, and we've already established that colder places and mountains are harder to visit.

We haven't seen Flower City on a map, since it's not on Earthbread, but we do know there's a giant mountain surrounding the city.

The Faerie Kingdom is on the dangerous continent of Beast-Yeast, and is purposely hidden from any outside cookies.

The spices are also in Beast Yeast, and have dangerous spice storms and a violent dictator... Not really a spot many would want to go to.

The civilizations in Dragon's Valley are LITERALLY in a place called Dragon's Valley, and it's noted to be dangerous BECAUSE of the dragons. They also have volcanoes and mountains there, and it can get really hot. So the tribe's and villages and all of that tend to stick to themselves as it's easier.

You get the point. Most places in Earthbread are secluded or protected geographically, which makes it difficult for contact with other cookies. So, they developed with their own technology they had. It's why the time period feels weird; every kingdom is so drastically different bcuz they had no contact with other kingdoms.

Now what's REALLY confusing is the timeline. I'm trying my best for that one, yall.

I just realized I have a bunch of Earthbread headcanons that have sort of just evolved in my mind that I haven’t really shared, so I might as well

So Earthbread headcanons (though more specifically, Earthbread in super old times, like before the Ancients, around 10,000 years ago or so, but maybe longer)

Many millennia ago, Earthbread was in an ice age. Basically all of Crispia was engulfed in snow nearly all year round

There was an absolutely titanic dragon that basically rules over Earthbread, bringing ice, lightning and death

This dragon is currently known as the Cookie Creme Dragon, but at the time was known as the Black and White Dragon, or more commonly, Icingdeath

(Fun fact, I stole the name Icingdeath from Ingelokastimizilian. But I doubt many of you know who that is, so I’m safe. Also, I thought the name worked because it brought cold, so “ice”, it’s a dessert and is associated with the Giant Icing Ridge, so “icing”, and it was incredibly dangerous and brought death, so “death”)

If you want to know how big the Cookie Creme Dragon was, what happens is that some way or another, it is defeated, and eventually becomes the Giant Icing Ridge. That’s the scale we’re working with; you could see Icingdeath from like halfway across Crispia

The area that would become the Dark Cacao Kingdom was the spot it tended to roam, as that was where its nest was, and was as such the coldest area of Earthbread and the most dangerous. Beast-Yeast would later take its title after Icingdeath’s defeat

The Cookies who later became the Cacaoians were either worshippers of the dragon or had come to the area because they had no other options left

The Cookie Creme Dragon was the parent of the North and South Dragons, leaving a single egg in its nest after its defeat, one that did not hatch for thousands of years, that both came from

By comparison, the North and South Dragons are nowhere near as large as their predecessor. It is unknown whether they will ever get to that size

As a result of the Cookie Creme Dragon’s defeat, Earthbread gradually grew warmer, with the only place resembling what Earthbread once was being the Dark Cacao Kingdom

It’s possible certain parts of Earthbread flooded into the sea as a result of this

In current day, most Cookies believe the story of the Cookie Creme Dragon to be a fable, simply hyperbole meant to explain the origins of the mountain ridge. However it is very true

Yeah, I don’t really have basis for any of these in canon, but they were things I thought of that over the course of time kept getting more elaborate and basically becoming ingrained in my head as part of my headcanon. Hopefully someone else enjoys these headcanons too
