Here we go again- this time it’s a comic page redraw, if that’s at all a thing. Obviously used the updated versions of the two of them, but I loved doing this one. I used the same background as the one in the panel just made it darker lol.

I'm still wondering about some things when it comes to the Darkwing Duck being a show in the Ducktales universe.

(For the sake of simplicity let's call the actual show DW91 and the in-cartoon show DW17)

1) So the original actor, theme song, some of the villains, and some of the episodes themselves +titles are the same between DW91 and DW17. BUT- I'm guessing that DW17 doesn't have Launchpad, Gosalyn, and Bulba? So I'm wondering just how different the canon of DW17 deviated from DW91. We already know the finales were different.

2) The biggest question I've had since The Duck Knight Returns is- what was Darkwing's secret identity in DW17? Was it coincidentally Drake Mallard too? Was it Jim Starling(cuz the actor seems to have an ego problem)? I bet the creators have answered this online somewhere, so I hope you guys can help with this!

3) We know the Fearsome Four come from the DW17 universe, so does them being sucked back in there rule them out as being villains later? Heck, will every DW91 villain that shows up in the new version have to deal with Darkwing being like "Oh it's you, from the TV show! I know your weakness because they showed it in episode (etc)!" Or is it a sign that this new Darkwing will be fighting all-new villains (plus Bulba, FOWL and Negaduck) from now on?

I'm not a hardcore DW fan, so I hope none of these questions are too dumb!
