Enben with physical dysphoria, what term do you align more with?
- Duosexual/Salmacian
- Nullsexual/Nullo
- Xenosexual/Otherwise altersex
- Transsexual (like binary)
- I don't have physical dysphoria
- I'm binary/see results
this isn't necessarily talking about surgery

I hate truscums sometimes
why the fuck did yall convince me I HAD to transition. like there is NO OTHER WAY of dealing with dysphoria. like i asked yall on reddit if even just other things like binsing, packing, tucking, fake boobs whatever are good enough. & yall said NO. like doing the same fucking shit yall do for yalls dysphoria isnt "enough" for me to have "real" dysphoria unless it'd just a crutch before medical transition. no wonder tucutes say that yall say that trans ppl are all despressed all the time bc THAT'S HOW YALL ACT. like yall convinced me I needed all these medical treatments & surgeries that im not actually ready for because me just packing & whatnot isnt good enough. bc my dysphoria isnt "real" unless it's bad enough to yall's unprofessional standards. or else im just a "bisexual fetishist" because I can deal with my bottom dysphoria using a packer. goddamn. Fuck You!
like no wonder i was only a truscum for like 2-3 months or somethi g bc yall suck. like yall are the ones who finally pushed me towards radfems & gender critical & whatnot. bc like all those years I saw ppl comain about "terfs" & I just went along with it (yea i maybe have been doing dumb bandwagon shit ok i have some blame also). but after tiring of being a tucute & tiring of being a truscum i was finally like "well i dont even know what terfs are like maybe i should look them up & see if they are worth hating anyway". well oops. now im a radfem & gender critical bc they make more sense. i mean granted there are lots of assholes in those communities as well & plenty of transphobia & misandry like it's not perfect either. but i try to avoid following those ppl.

transX is being used by the transabled, trace, & transage communities now? For me, it always meant a dysphoric nonbinary person. This is news to me.

Desmond from Carole & Tuesday is Duosex nonbinary, and Viramoric
Tumblr media
They're also technically intersex, but this is about LGBT stuff.
9/10 representation. They're an amazing character, and being enby is a small part of their character, yet crucial to who they are. I am doxxing point because it frames them as if they become enby, and that isn't how it works, however the world does work differently there.

do i finally understand the fandango that is going on with my gender?
#years ago i believed i was a man#then it was back to denying that and becoming a woman#then when i got over my hatred for the nonbinary (i didnt understand it and didnt believe it was real) i thought maybe thats what i am#but when a friend told me im genderfluid it didnt feel right#i got dysphoric over my body#hated it when i was called she but suddenly i wanted bigger breasts and wanted really long hair#but later i regretted those thoughts and wanted my hair gone and my chest flat#got mad at the thought that people saw me present female and now wont take me seriously anymore or see me as a man#but didnt i actually desire to be both at the same time for all those years?#why else would i call myself femboy when i was 15#why else did i love being called he on the internet and didnt correct them when they didn’t know i identified as a woman around that time#why else did i want to transition and keep a mix of both genitals?#if duosex is just as i understand it..then is it really me?#or bigender#i just wish i was both at the same time#want to be so confusing people cant tell im man or woman#an ambiguous voice i can easily control#a muscular body#vent#ignore this if youre seeing this i just have to ramble to myself#i thought i was going crazy#i might not understand gender at all but maybe its clearer now#idk if it all comes from me being bullied for having characteristics of both sexes as a kid#or that i had to get tested for intersexuality#i remember i was sad when they couldnt find anything but man do i hope theres more tests#maybe if i did turn out to be really intersex people would accept me and understand it better#idk idk

re transneutral; personally i like transandrogynous better, and i also think there's something to be said for terms like altersex, duosex, nullsex, salmacian, etc etc etc tho those usually refer to srs if i remember right?
my personal interpretation of transneutral is one whos transition itself is "neutral". so like, a trans man could be transneutral if he didnt feel the need to be on t, or didnt want to change his wardrobe, or something like that. basically, i like using it as a more respectful way of saying "non-transitioning", bc i think "non-transitioning" is... not quite accurate anyways and often used to disrespect those who arent transitioning enough. whereas my interpretation of transandrogynous is transitioning specifically in an androgynous way, whatever that means to the individual in question.
i dont think ive seen anyone define transneutral that way besides myself but thats how i read it lol x3
That all makes sense to me. I'd love if anyone else between or outside the binary would like to comment on anon's thoughts here!

The thing is: those who are supposedly recognizing nonbinary are acting like it's a monolithic third gender/single static monogender. Which invalidates the whole point of nonbinary being an umbrella term.
I mean, I know a lot of people who do this. But they are usually the same people who say "just say bisexual" when they hear about less common sexualities. And I know people who think "just say trans" so that laymen and normies could understand it better (fucq subjectivity and complexity).
And there are also people who think nonbinary people are either androgyne or agender. "Trunb" (nonbinary transmeds) do this, instead they use the terms duosex and nullsex, and usually think "there are only two genders, and there are nonbinary people, which are either both or neither" (they don't really recognize "both" anyways).
Thank you! /notmad
It doesn't feel like nonbinarity is being seen as equally valid as male/female when it's being shoved into this third category in the "trinary" and seen as either one singular gender or a very specific type of gender (androgynous, neutral, genderless are the usual assumptions for nonbinary.) There shouldn't be any system in place that attempts to reduce genders down to a strict set of categories, which is why we fight back against the stringencies of the gender binary.
I've been feeling really anxious about this whole thing, but I'm at least relieved that I brought it up. I just want to do the right thing and I feel like I have to be really careful how I explain this issue so that my intent isn't misunderstood. I've had a bad habit in the past of speaking over folks and responding very aggressively to certain topics. I don't want to ever be that kind of person again.
