I love the image of Kaeya and Rosaria being drinking buddies with Venti for many reasons but mainly because imagine you find out your friend you get shitfaced with at least once a month (who has a concerning tolerance for his size) is God.

God who to your knowledge previously had aided in the destruction of your entire nation of origin and who you probably has some conflicted feeling towards for multiple reasons including the fact that for all you know he might want to finish the job with you.

Or God who you’re technically a nun for but hardly know his name enough for prayers and regularly kill people in the name of freedom for his city. Who you also probably have some conflicted feelings towards because where was he when you were kidnapped by criminals and forced to kill?

dumb thought:

Dain has been drinking before like half of the quests we're been with him in. does Dain just...... not react to alcohol? like sure maybe it was one drink, but either he has a high alcohol tolerance, can hide it well or just..... doesn't react to it due to curse stuff

like during the Caribert quest Dain drank a Death After Noon, which is canonically like one of the strongest (Mondstadt, if not Teyvat) drinks and then just...... got onto the quest

that's probably not the case and I think it would be fucking hilarious to see a drunk Dain (give me drunk Dain hcs) but I'm also dying at the imagery of Venti challenging Dain to a drinking contest and by the end Venti is blackout drunk and Dain's sitting there with 36 glasses like ".......well?"
