It took me a while to muster up the courage to share this photo. I am not proud of how I have let my body go and become so unhealthy. . I felt so unhappy with it that the pain was finally more unbearable than the comfort of being lazy. I started to make changes the day after Christmas in 2019 with no more soda, no more energy drinks, no more eating out all the time, no more laziness. . Warm lemon water is even better! If youāre a soda drinker, start swapping out one a day with water. Make your own healthy version of sprite with sparkling water, lemon and lime. Flavor or infuse your water to your liking; cucumber, lemon, berries, mint, orange, etc. And most important, keep a water bottle with you at all times. If you do that, you WILL drink more.
