What do you think Roy drinks?

He generally seems to just drink reg beer, but we also see him drinking rosé and whiskey in season 2, and I like the idea of him being a secret booze snob. Like he actually has very refined and sophisticated taste, drops thousands of pounds on fine whiskey and wine every year, and as a rule won't drink anything younger than Jamie. He's been rich for a long time and I like to think he indulges in dumb rich people shit sometimes because he deserves it haha

i saw someone say the ravens probably retire relatively early bc they’re so burnt out from pushing themselves so hard for so long. totally agree. which means kevin most likely retired abt 6 to 8 years ago which makes me kinda sad but like i wonder what’s he’s up to yk?

what kind of hobbies did he inevitably pick up? where’s he living? how’s his daughter? how’s his relationship w wymack? did he move east to be closer to him? are him and andrew and neil still besties?? is 80% of his money still going to the moriyamas or did the deal end with his career? has he started visiting kayleigh’s grave more often over the years? has he reunited w family in ireland? has there been a kevin day roast special on netflix? has he learned how to not let exy consume his whole life anymore???

Sebastian in my lore has PTS confirmed, so he gets really introverted over the years after graduation. He also has a suspicion to have schizophrenia, but I’m not sure yet if he does.

I saw your wine should be sweet note and I agree and would like to nominate my favorite sweet wines: moscato (my favorite is michele chiarlo nivole), sweet riesling (my fav: Pacific rim), and ice wine/eiswein (sweeter and pricier because of how hard it is to make BUT there's a Canadian one called frost bitten that's like $13 for a half bottle and it's amazing)

One of my goals for this year was to organize more social events. Unfortunately this means messaging large numbers of people at once a.k.a. throwing myself to the brain wolves. I generally do not consider myself an anxious person, but even I can make an exception for "Is it presumptuous of me to invite a bunch of people to a random thing if they haven't expressed interest, what do I do if I end up with a subset of people who don't get along, what if I'm being weird, what if nobody wants to go, what if too many people want to go, what if people are offended by not being invited, waugh."

Luckily, I am faster than the brain wolves. Type it up and hit send, stick your hand in the fire and then get out. Declaring some completely unjustified confidence in my social circle's ability to mention when they're unhappy about something. Randomizing subsets of people to invite to things. Backing it all up with the confidence that I can fix or replace anything that goes wrong given enough time and information and also, this adrenaline rush.

Hello! I got curious about the alcohol poll you posted and the other anons comment about the burn being unpleasant. For me the burn is a central part of the pleasure of drinking. For me a good glass of whiskey, vodka or cognac is good taste with a distinct burn but without an overwhelming taste of etanol. Do you really not enjoy the burn in the slightest?

I think that "burn" flavor/sensation is like most strong flavors in that they tend to be divisive and have people who love them and who hate them and a quiet spread of people somewhere in the middle. Like some people are down with drinking everclear straight and some people won't touch anything that's more than 0.1% alcohol by volume and then a lot of people fall somewhere in between.

also incidentally, this is where my comment about the different flavors of alcohol comes out: I don't like the burn of whiskey or gin but I do like it in tequila + mezcal ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and then you add in additional ingredients and it becomes a matter of balance
